Missing 3 sets of chips and a cheese burger

Terrible, everything was cold. had to microwave it. Didn't give refund either.

Chilli cheese bites didn’t come with the main meal, submitted a refund request, haven’t heard anything, it’s all good when we pay the cash for the order, but as soon as their is an issue with our order Just Eat couldn’t give a flying duck 🦆

Had to wait for a driver to be assigned, then, to his credit, he made Burger King prepare the correct order instead of the incorrect one they handed him. At least the food was warm as a result.

Missing chips, and my choice on the burger was ignored, I paid for extra cheese and didn’t get it. I asked for the salad to be taken out and it was all in. Absolutely shocking at this place never had an order that was right.

Two breakfasts on a small tasteless muffin, with undercooked fatty bacon ,2 overcooked cardboard sausage’s. Waited 20 minutes for this overpriced rubbish, My advice don’t bother ordering there ,plenty of other places to buy from . DISAPPOINTED.

Absolutely disgusting found big piece of a fake eyelash in my food, brought it back to the counter. Never even apologised just asked do I wanna want replace my fries I had to go get sick. Absolutely disgusting

some of my order was missing and it wasn't that hot to say we are only 5 minutes away from hartshead services

A small restaurant is located on the ground floor. Full menu, friendly service. True to order, tasty, warm. I recommend!

I ordered , the chicken royale meal with extra fries , no extra fries . I also ordered 2 fudge brownie ice cream but cookie cream arrived . Food also cold .

Chilli Cheese Bites were missing - again...

food arrived early but it was still cold. the burger bun had a strange taste and was dry and falling apart, the fries were hard and cold the only nice thing was the chilli cheese bites. delivery driver was lovely

disappointed food was cold also buns were stale shame as I'm normally happy with burger King so this was a let down do better & don't send out stale food to customers

Chips where missing out of 2 meals

Ordered 3 meals, delivered with non of the fries at all & 1 of the drinks missing, £33.87 for 3 burgers & 2 bottles of pop!!!!!

Food was of terrible quality. Onion rings were solid, chicken in the Memphis was dry and tough, missing a chicken royale meal with sprite andDoritos chicken share box, sent no sauces and cold. Delivery driver was good and quick but meals and experience was terrible

We ordered our food delivery time was brilliant, the driver was so polite! Then realised my daughters food was missing after spending £71 I rang customer service nothing they can do I have to contact just eat which they don’t know how long that will take so we all got our food but my daughter didn’t!! Appalled they didn’t check all the food before it was released to the driver and couldn’t contact them fuming after the amount I payed…..

Better than that clown Ronald's food, service was OK but quite a wait for "fast food". Atmosphere was OK as sat in my car listening to the radio looking at the health centre whilst struggling with my inner turmoil

Disgusted...cold...Angus Burger has only got a miniscule sauce bbq and onions everything else with regards toppings missed off bar from cheese(I only asked for rocket lettuce to be excluded).Did not receive my onion rings or either sauces.The fries were loaded with fresh air as my magnifying glass could only find traces of cheese ...I suggest staff training at your Hudds branch because they never miss a beat there everything is always spot on ...maybe its because i ordered 50 minutes before clos

Incorrect meal sent. I was really looking forward to the plant bakon king meal. I received a plant whopper no bakon .

There was no chips with one of the meals. Gave me the wrong drink for one meal. The share box was missing items.

Awfully slow. As a regular at McDos I thought I’d give it a try. Never again. Incredibly complicated meal options . Screen wouldn’t scroll to offer tea with meals Paid 50% more than McDonald’s for less food and painfully slow despite few customers.

Just a standard burger king food. Everything was fresh and hot. Didn't have to wait long after placing the order which was simple, using the touchscreen ordering. The staff didn't seem too happy, but that seems to be the standard for most fast food businesses. At least they don't mess up the good like mcdonalds do. Best fries I've had from burger king in ages too!

Poor quality fast food done incredibly slowly. You could drive to the next services in the time it takes them to do your order.

I don't think I have ever waited so long for fast food. The staff were moving around at a snails pace. Definitely won't be going again!

Starving at 11.30pm at night after a long drive, it filled a gap, expensively, but thats motorway services for you

I was given a Pork breakfast patty - despite removing it from my order using the customiser (I can't eat pork) More care and attention definitely required.

The staff decided they weren't going to serve anymore customers despite having 10 minutes till close. Very unprofessional and false advertising of opening hours. The staff were very rude.

We ordered a plant based burger and vegan royale early in the morning (8.30am) which was the first grill order of the day. Despite being early in the morning, the staff cooked us the best Burger King we’ve ever had. Thank you

Really good food fills u up but a bit expensive overall good

Ordered the peppercorn Angus with a second party , what I received had no peppercorn sauce just tomato sauce and the second party was missing.

Sides were incomplete portions. And one meal was missing altogether.

This is a concession in a service station, with a digital ordering system that wasn't easy to use if one wanted to make an amendment to the standard, e.g, no salad. Also, the ordering screens were very high if in a wheelchair, and because there is no wheelchair access to seating inside, one would have to take the food outside to access inside seating, which would be inconvenient in bad weather.

Vile would not recommend, rude staff slow service and horrendous food but only option available at service station due to time of visit. Very disappointed!

Not the best warm pop and dry burgers

I've had great burgers from here, just not today.

Burger was very dry , gave coke zero not original as ordered. Fries where good and hot too. Would have taken it back if hadn't been on motorway and unable to just turn around. I've boycotted Mcd's in favor of burger King for many years but if this is the new standard. Then i can see why they are closing stores
