Every time I order something from McDonald’s there’s something missing

terrible food freezing obviously food out in the bags waiting for the driver poor

Delivery driver was excellent, helped my elderly neighbour with her shopping bags on his way to deliver to my door.

Ordered breakfast and two things are missing McDonald’s has gone right down hill can’t even put stuff in bag properly what sort of people are they employing absolute rubbish

No syrup for my CHILD pancakes no straws for the drinks no sauces!!!!!! Ridiculous

Don’t order just go it’s awful when delivered

Food was ok but they forgot the dips again! How hard is it to put them in the bag! Three times this has happened

The food wasnt deliverd to my address for some reason it was delived to the car park . This was not the option i choose

the food was okay my complaint is that I only live a short distance from the restaurant (under a mile) and yet the food was only just warm, needed reheating taking away the idea of a takeaway.

My order was collected at 6.10 it got delivered at 6.46 freezing cold. I live 6 minutes away. The drivers signal was switched off from the minute he picked the order up

79th time ordering, first time I've ordered since beginning of June! (saving up for a new car 🚗 tee he he). Anyway, big mac went down beautifully, just what I needed 🤭😁.

absolutely nothing wrong with the delivery , package still sealed perfectly on time, everything was fine until my 20 piece chicken nugget box only had 16 nuggets in it and then the large fries was only half filled, pretty poor seen as though i paid for 20 nuggets and got 16

food was boarding on cold to say it was delivered very quickly, but still tasty

no sauce even tho every thing ordered was meant to come with sauce

Place is exceptionally clean. Staff so polite. Only had a coffee however was served at table with a smile. Would not hesitate to pop in again if in the area

McDonald's are useless won't order from them again they didn't bother sending me everything I ordered, was suppose to get X 4 dips with my order and they were no where to be seen. not just eats faults McDonald's doing what they always do.

the order was very late and was absolutely freezing cold when it arrived and also the 2 fanta drinks I ordered had leaked everywhere and was only half full. very very disappointed and it really did spoil my children's tea.

As per usual with McDonald’s, part of the order was missing, coffee was half full. Must be making a fortune down there with the amount of items they charge for but don’t send with the order. Makes me wonder if part of the training is to miss items to increase profits.

I ordered 4 items. I received 3. I know maths probably isn't the strong point of a maccies worker, but my 3 Yr old niece could tell you if there's 3 or 4 items in the bag!

Great delivery service, food arrived earlier than expected but unfortunately food arrived stone cold. It seems to be a regular occurance with this particular McDonalds branch.

i ordered the new double deal. online it gave me the option for two burgers but no option to order fries. so expected them with the meal. But when the meal arrived there was no fries. Even though I was charged for the double burger meal. i would not have otdered extra sauces if this was the situtaion. poorly explained and missing fries. very disapointed.

Extremely polite when ordering super fast service well done to all staff at Salterhebble McDonald's. You can even order on the app simples 👍

Very nice staff. Keep the place clean and look after customers. Hubby couldn't read his code for money off, they reprinted it for him . As we finished our coffee, a member of staff pleasantly cleared our table for us. Older generation of staff are much more efficient and better mannered than the younger generation.

Paid for sauces and and asked for more sauces I got non. Domt know how hard it can be to put some sauces what I asked for in the bag especially when I've paid for one. I can't eat chips without sauce. Food cold even tho only took 10min to get me.

As per normal with mcdonald's salterheble the staff need to learn how to read the order submitted although this time we got all our food they seem to forget about the sauces

I live 5 mins from McDonald’s and the driver ended up in stainland, got my food finally and all cold

Last time I order I payed 9pound odd it said x3 burgers in it it had x2 not 3 mite aswell got a Big Mac instead so been ripped off in sense

Ordered at 16.00 its now 16.30. Drinks came first with no straws and the refurbished mcdonalds has no straw (and napkin, sauce counter) so we couldn’t have our drinks. Still waiting for our main meal whilst my daughter’s ice cream melts. I expect the food to be piping hot and fresh cooked when it arrives but I’m sure my big mac will be stone cold like normal….Food arrives 40 mins later stone cold, no napkins, no ketchup, no salt. Atrocious!

Order my food . And a meal was missed off my order . They gave me half my order so hat was cold by the time I got it . Only to get home and still my order was wrong and missing a meal . Tried to call them and the phone is just ringing no one is answering . Rubbish service .

78th time ordering and yeeessss Salterhebble is back open (don't trust A$da or town centre as they're always rammed lol). Just the standard big mac today, nothing exciting. Sorted me out after last night's sesh 🤪

Absolutely disgusting service! Ordered £36 worth of food & drink the only thing they turned up with was 2 milkshakes & a mcflurry! Driver said he'd asked if there was food ok the order but was told no, phoned the restaurant phone line terrible! Had to request a refund then order it all again. Hate McDonald's as it is now I hate it more, if I didn't have kids to feed I wouldn't have reordered

Second time ordering as they forgot my food on the first order, this order some food has arrived be it cold the rest missing. I don't know who they employ but whoever it is needs to learn to read then double check everything is on the bag! To say the restaurant has just been refurbished they're doing a terrible job of keeping customers happy!

Well as per normal for mcdonald's salterheble the sauces that where part of the order are all missing they need to employ people who can read an order that they receive

initial delivery estimate was 11:50-12:10. it kept getting altered and put back. the food arrived at 13:00. I watches the driver go miles out of the way before delivering. All the hot items were cold.

Extremely rude member of staff in the first window, then left waiting 10 mins for a burger and fries, no huge order! Staff wandering round like zombies, not once did anyone think to explain there would be a delay. Definitely the worst McDonald's in Wakefield, avoid at all costs

Having to wait because the driver cannot read a simple map is unexplainable and inexcusable there job is to deliver and this keeps happing constantly with missing items and cold food how is this going to keep happening???

7 orders in a row now, they've failed to pack all items ordered. The food is always cold upon arrival despite the driver being in and out. I can't quite seem to grasp how difficult it is to check each item off as you bag it in order to make sure all items are packed before sending it off with the driver. I used to work in a kitchen so know how easy it is to READ from a ticket. Could not be less impressed. Perhaps the L&D team should consider English reading lessons to their team at this particular location.

Food only aired not hot enough

The chips always seem to be cold and the ice cream machine was not working. Otherwise its an okay McDonald's, not fine dining but the burgers are tasty from this location
