Food so cold! And missing all chips!!! What’s the point!!

Absolutely joke. Every thing was absolutely freezing. Took 1.5 hours to come, but yet being prepared for 1 hour 10 mins so to me it’s been sat packed up going cold for al that time. Terrible service

Although an item was missing as to which I have applied for a refund everything was fine. I would have deducted a star for the missed item ie chocolate brownie but there was a category for this. Never mind it has not deterred from ordering from you

The delivery was perfectly fine, but there was no straw for my drink and no dip for my selects. I'm surprised I even got a spoon for my McFlurry.

Advertised 10-25 minutes delivery on the app. Turned up after an hour and a half which meant I was late for a very important business meeting!! Now I could he facing disciplinary actions!!!

Cold undercooked chips, and it wasn't a delivery, we were eating in.

breakfast rolls weren't even put together looks like someone threw them from the top of wainhouse tower into the deliver bag. the new paper lids are shocking. pancakes were hard I mean how?? as usual salterhebble strikes again.

I ordered at 5pm and my order was delivered at 6.40pm and it had 3 missing items! I have complained about the missing items however I have waited nearly 2 hours for my children’s food!!!!! Please issue a refund and explain how my order managed to arrive 2 hours late

Half of the food has not come paid £24 to not get any chips or the meal I ordered

I ordered around 4:30 and we got the food at nearly 6pm, all orlf it stone cold. I went through the app and was offered a credit of £4.93. that's insulting after having to deal with 2 hungry children for well over an hour then when it shows up it is barely edible. a waste of nearly £30.

Arrived in good time, delivery driver very polite, food was still warm, milkshake still frozen, good service all around

I went on the McDonald's app to be delivered to my home, half of my order was missing😡. I rang the store at salterheble, I explained to the gentleman on the other end of the phone about this he just said blame the delivery driver, why would I blame the driver the staff got my order wrong, he then said to me make your way down and we can deal with the problem,..... what is the point in having a McDonald's order and delivery app if the staff cannot get your order correctly.

No frys delivered so 2 med chips

All of the order was cold,had to put in microwave to heat back up. It took nearly an hour and a half from ordering to get food. Driver came to for twice asking for the order number.

Absolute disgrace!!!! Only two items of the 10 ordered were correct. Just eat is getting worse!!!!

Food stone cold, coke tasted like there was pipe cleaner in it. Very unpleasant.

courier was terrible. drink leaked everywhere which he clearly knew about as he handed it me and then basically ran off.

Dirty and untidy. Trays littering tables. No napkins. Bins overfilling. Customers clearing own tables. 2 customers sent food back die to missing items in short period I was there. Tablets missing and not working. Ordered double McPlant, patties looked as if they had been cooked in different batch. Disappointed.

Ordered a delivery from the official Mcdonalds App. Apparently. This is just Uner eats. As the Staff cant even read a reciept to get the order right. Ordered pancakes and sausage and a jam muffin with extra butter as yhe muffins are usually dry. Missing pancakes and sausage. No jam on the jam muffin. Called and they just pass it off as uber eats problem. Useless. Just completely useless. Update 15.12.24 Uber again chose this restaurant to deliver my order. They couldn't even pack the right items. Just close the branch. Waste of money and time

Took an hour and 45 minutes to deliver, food was stone cold and was missing two items.

The branch appears to be having a few renovations, which made parking a little difficult, but other than that we had no problems.

William at Salterhebble McDonalds Halifax needs a pay rise. Whenever I go in there, he is by far and a way the friendliest member of staff I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. He is a credit to the company and deserves recognition for his superb work ethic, friendly demeanour and all round top notch attitude! Keep up the good work William! You are smashing it pal! 👍🏻

Ordered at 6.30pm with delivery ETA 7.30pm. Kept putting the time back, eventually turned up at 10pm. Food was stone cold & McFlurrys had melted to a watery consistency

Never had a problem with just eat and my address before but for some reason this time my address was as being in west vale not Barkisland, so we couldn't get our food that I've paid for!

I ordered at 4.50pm arrived at 6.42 this is not acceptable 2 hrs for a delivery when it said 40 mins rang the restaurant they said it should not take that long funny how the order soon arrived for over an hour the delivery time kept changing even though it said order been processed and driver at restaurant the food also had to be warmed up used just eat many times but debatable if I do again

Ordered at 7.36 Didn’t get it till 8.53. The McDonald’s is a 2 minute drive. So counts fathom why. When it arrived couldn’t eat the chips because they were freezing as was the burger.

How can you possibly get served cold chips with a moderately warm burger in such a busy restaurant? Surely food gets served as soon as it's ready - clearly not! Unbelievably poor food this time, maybe food is cooked quicker than it can be served hence it's sitting around getting cold,

Shocking service, I used the drive through and was told to wait in bay 1. I was given my drinks but had to wait 28 mins before I went back to the window to ask where my food was only to be told the other staff had finish there shift, and to show the receipt I never got given.. after 45 mins of asking them to check there cameras I ended up ordering again!!!!

Standard McDonalds arrangement. Had a cheeseburger which was flat, dry and generally not very good. Fries and coke were as one might expect. Building is warm, clean and toilets in good order. Can't really complain.

i order a mcdonalds for my son at 16.50pm and it has only just arrived Iver an hour n half later and it is absolutely freezing cold. The Mcflurry has all melted and three whole mdonalds is now in the bin and I have a very upset 5 year old. I now have to drive to mcdonalds myself to get a fresh new hot one. i would like a full refund.

Half an hour late which would have been okay if the food wasn't stone cold. Hopefully the oven will revive it.

Even though it came at the delivery time my food was freezing cold. The chips were hard and so was my burger. I don’t want to spend my hard earned money on your establishment for it to go cold. I spend money because i expect it to come hot. inedible.

So the driver has collected my food (plus a few others) drove up to Siddal, then to Greetland, then to Savile Park! and then finally reaching my flat in Sowerby Bridge. Like what is all that about. I would of happily waited longer for a different driver or let the driver do those drops first. Food was stone cold to the point it gave me brain freeze!

Food cold and nothing in this bag is ANYTHING we ordered. Seriously?! Waited ages for nothing we ordered. 1 medium fries to share between 4 people. 2 burgers none of us like. A milkshake none of us like. Ridiculous
