Never give you the sauces you pay for and foods always cold

Food was cold. Dry and not edible

Time went up after ordering , food was lukewarm when it arrived needed to put in the microwave to warm .

delivery driver wouldn't let me look at the food before I gave him the code. after giving the code and handing me the food I found out one of the drinks was fully spilled. terrible service

the time kept going from 20 it could count down to 7 then reset until it started at 7 then went down

The food was all out of its packaging all mixed together in the bottom of the bag and all the drinks has spilt over

The delivery guy is don’t understand English. We try to show him the house but he go around and around until the food is cold. That’s is horrible when I’m pay and get not good food

Ordered with a 15-25 minute delivery window. It arrived just over an hour later than first quoted, so it took an hour and 40 minutes to arrive. I had ordered my son a happy meal but had to make him food as it got too late, so his happy meal is wasted. We didn’t receive the Minecraft promotional figure. We didn’t receive dips. Very disappointed, absolutely shocking wait time considering my order was over £40!

Food was super late and had to warm it up because it was freezing !

Food was literally stone cold, food was missing, toy was missing.

My order got delivered to a different address not my place of work. The food was cold and had been opened up and rummaged through when I went to collect it to where the useless driver had delivered. Safe to say it went in the bin won’t be using again

Not good when you order 5 meals. A happy meal comes without chips and someone else’s ‘2’ drinks are delivered instead and a snotty manager saying it’s the 3rd party’s fault!

Good is stone cold. Drink laid down in the bag causing there to be no contents of the drinks left and the floor to be wet due to leaking. Absolutely shocking

Fuming, absolutely fuming!!! Advertised 10-25 minutes delivery, I thought nice, quick scran before bed, gotta be up at 5am, turned up 2 hours later!!!! and to make things worse, driver went everywhere before eventually arriving at my flat, food absolutely stone cold. Never again!!!!

Absolutely joke. Every thing was absolutely freezing. Took 1.5 hours to come, but yet being prepared for 1 hour 10 mins so to me it’s been sat packed up going cold for al that time. Terrible service

The delivery was perfectly fine, but there was no straw for my drink and no dip for my selects. I'm surprised I even got a spoon for my McFlurry.

breakfast rolls weren't even put together looks like someone threw them from the top of wainhouse tower into the deliver bag. the new paper lids are shocking. pancakes were hard I mean how?? as usual salterhebble strikes again.

I ordered at 5pm and my order was delivered at 6.40pm and it had 3 missing items! I have complained about the missing items however I have waited nearly 2 hours for my children’s food!!!!! Please issue a refund and explain how my order managed to arrive 2 hours late

I ordered around 4:30 and we got the food at nearly 6pm, all orlf it stone cold. I went through the app and was offered a credit of £4.93. that's insulting after having to deal with 2 hungry children for well over an hour then when it shows up it is barely edible. a waste of nearly £30.

I went on the McDonald's app to be delivered to my home, half of my order was missing😡. I rang the store at salterheble, I explained to the gentleman on the other end of the phone about this he just said blame the delivery driver, why would I blame the driver the staff got my order wrong, he then said to me make your way down and we can deal with the problem,..... what is the point in having a McDonald's order and delivery app if the staff cannot get your order correctly.

All of the order was cold,had to put in microwave to heat back up. It took nearly an hour and a half from ordering to get food. Driver came to for twice asking for the order number.

Absolute disgrace!!!! Only two items of the 10 ordered were correct. Just eat is getting worse!!!!

Food stone cold, coke tasted like there was pipe cleaner in it. Very unpleasant.

Everytime I order large fries its more like a small fries, half full, most time they get the order wrong

courier was terrible. drink leaked everywhere which he clearly knew about as he handed it me and then basically ran off.

Dirty and untidy. Trays littering tables. No napkins. Bins overfilling. Customers clearing own tables. 2 customers sent food back die to missing items in short period I was there. Tablets missing and not working. Ordered double McPlant, patties looked as if they had been cooked in different batch. Disappointed.

Well Done everything just perfect after last times fiasco, maybe restored my faith in mcDelivery's

cold food, no ketchup with order. Banana milkshake was a weird purple colour and tasted weird. won't order again. very poor
