Burger King in Calderdale

Cold food. Bacon was still screaming for it's mother. Would never go again. Outrageous price for a disgusting meal. Only gave one star, as no stars is not an option.

Decent burgers, nice staff however marked down because it was freezing cold inside the restaurant

Staff too lazy to take orders. Dirty atmosphere. No customer service. Unclean floors. Hairs found on chips.

Wonderful service, the employees were very welcoming and I would 100% come back here again :)

Vile place, wether it's face to face or delivery tehy are rude the standard of food is shocking, constantly missing major items of the orders, taking far too long to deliver and arrive freezing

Got the 2 burger and fries deal its not worth the money.Dont get me wrong the burgers taste great but for £15 its not worth it.Maybe be ok for kids but not full grown adults

Food was good, fast order arrived. Only the Guy behind it keep telling her what to do. I understand it might b her 1st day at work but how he spoke to her was unforgettable, not nice. I really felt for young girl. I would not come to work if I was her!

The staff this afternoon on front one with the coloured hair opening burgers to see what was in it and it tells you forgetting part of my order then telling me I was wrong glad I had my recite, pissing around the staff, round front girl packing outside orders just throwing burgers in bag, terrible down there no one in and it took at least 15minutes for them to pack my order! Need new staff, staff round back doing burgers was getting the done must say they were fab but the rest get rid of and rehire gone to rubbish that place!!

I had some burgers delivered and they were cold.

I am very disappointed, absolutely shocking customer service, ended up leaving without our dinner. Won't be going back!

On several occasions my delivery has been wrong and it's impossible to get it corrected. The phone rings out constantly. The mailbox is always full. There is no facility to get assistance on the app. I'm giving up. I won't be ordering from here again.

Sat at the drive through window for 5 minutes nobody even came to acknowledge me had to drive off. Went to McDonald's instead

Called at the drive through and sat waiting to order, sat there and sat there after waiting and waiting drove round to the window and could clearly see 3 staff stood talking and laughing the girl wearing the head set looked directly at me returned back to her conversation with the other 2, then one of the males came over, I enquired were they not working as I had been sat at the drive through a considerable time this idiot then tried to tell me there head sets weren't working and asked me to reverse back to the other window, I don't think so pal I'm off to Maccies was my response a much better service and hygiene rating I beleive than burger King!!! I must admit from what I could see it looked filthy and full of germs dirty place dirty useless staff

Burger King has gone massively downhill since I last went. lukewarm food, one burger had no relish, other drenched to inedibility. Prices are absolutely ridiculous, £9 for a tiny burger and fries that would only fill up a small child

The whole order was wrong! Either the staff got it wrong or the delivery guy helped himself.

My granddaughter dosent drink fizzy pop so I asked for water they don't sell it so I asked for tap water they refused wasn't happy

driver brought the wrong order then wasn't helpfull so now my kids tea is with someone else

no problem with delivery, the chap was super fast and polite, but the food itself wasn't very good. fries weren't seasoned, onion rings were cold and the burger was barely edible. Won't order from again.

The driver picked up the order and was due to arrive at 6.15 I watched on the map and he started coming to my address then turned around and went the opposite way then the time kept changing eventually the time was 18.41 the driver never called us and we had to go looking for him the food is absolutely freezing and it’s not acceptable so we have had to throw it away

Driver had my food for 30 mins, parked up down the road form my house for 25 mins when delivered all food was cold and he said he had been pulled over by police paid just under £35 for cold food,

I accidentally gave the wrong address so this order wasn't delivered to me... I understand thus is my fault but why didn't someone contact me to resolve it ?... and why has it now been recorded as a successful deliver ?

Never busy always quick to get food and get out. It's a burger King lol having said that the food at this branch does seem to be better prepared and put together than some of the others.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!! Food wrapping on Mayo Chicken was broken so was all over the bag and leaking, was missing strawberry shake but replaced by a bottle of coke and everything was bland in taste/past sell by date. Very poor quality food - cold and messy. Sent a complaint in and still heard nothing back a few days later.

This place is disgraceful Hygiene inspector finds 11 filthy areas and a 'foul smell' at Yorkshire Burger King A council inspector handed a Burger King restaurant a low food hygiene rating after discovering a 'generally poor' standard of cleaning in the kitchen and a 'foul smell' under a wash hand basin. Burger King in Square Road, Halifax, was given a one-star rating by Calderdale Council following an inspection of the premises on April 25 this year. In a letter from the council's Community Protection Team, dated May 7, the restaurant was given a list of issues to rectify and was told: "The standard of cleaning to the structure of the kitchen including the equipment was generally poor." The council recommended a thorough deep clean and disinfection and listed 11 areas that needed cleaning, including wall to floor junctions, grouting to the wall tiles, skirting boards, freezer door, under the fryers, and an area around the drain pipe.

They sent me half a portion of fries and my milkshake came in the form of a bottle of coke. I also asked for fresh burgers and they were not fresh at all. want a full refund!

Went into order, staff were not interested looking bored sitting around on their phone and talking to each other. Payed no attention to customers,order gets taken and waited around for ages them still not doing anything. Its an absolute disgraceful example of customer service and the management really need to book up their ideas with the customer service. Other occasions I've used the drive thru they were so rude and after my bad experience walking in from my last visit I will not return.

Top quality food but I can't condone paying 3.15 for small bottle of pop, I had to literally go to the shop and pay half the price for the same size. Your drink sales on just eat must be really low lol

Decided to order inside the restaurant and sit in. What a mistake! Standing at the counter for ages being ignored! Eventually our order was taken and then we waited for ages for the food to arrive while watching online orders taking priority and cars going through the drive through. The priority is definitely not those who decide to eat in.

Ordered on the app, went through drive-thru to collect which was a lot to check as they was 6 of us. Got home 1x chicken royale missed, 1 large fries & 4 spicy mayo dips! Staff need to learn a tick the box list once packed in the order as its a joke & its not hard! So had 1 kid with no burger, 1 no chips!! 4 dips which cheeky to charge anyway & miss all 4 off!!

I just got a 100 pound penalty because I stayed more than 45 minutes. The staff should warn people that you can only park for 45 minutes. I spent more than 20 pounds, and then they fine me, this is disgusting. I had to wait 10 minutes for my burger. The soda refilling station wasn,t working, everytime I had to ask the staff to refill my drink. Then I ordered another burger. The toilet is always locked and you have to ask the staff to open it. All of these things made me stay longer. Standards dropped so low, UK is becoming a 3rd world country.

Clean quiet and plenty of parking. Just had the capachino and it was rather nice. My friend had the tea. Staff were nice and friendly. Would visit again

Driver phones tells me he’s at my address turns out he’s over a mile away” at a totally different address rather then sort out the problem he decided to end the call and marked my order as being delivered’ I use JustEat a lot and lately it’s been infuriating for me, it’s not hard to use a post code

Ordered 20 chilli cheese bites got a box of random things, on my bacon cheese burger, it looked like a kids burger, no bacon, and just thrown together. Wouldn’t answer the phone when I rang. Ridiculous

Useless. I placed an order on the Burger King App , drove to collect it, the lady at the drive thru was just rude. Rude to the point I actually thought she was trying to be funny (she wasn’t it turns out) …. The food arrive totally wrong. I only ordered a whopper meal and they have me a chicken royale 🤦‍♂️. I’ve complained to Burger King directly and they claim they can’t find my order even though I’ve sent them the order number AND a screenshot of my receipt on THEIR own app 🤦‍♂️😂. Will not be using Burger King again and will be doing a chargeback with my credit card company since they can’t even get a burger correct at BURGER king 😂😭🤦‍♂️🤷‍♂️

This was supposed to be lunch. Turned up at teatime. Even the driver said it's a joke that he gets this delivery when he's miles away. I want my money back. Stone cold and horrid

driver went 3 places before delivering my food where my food is cold and soggy and uneatable, this is a joke where my food is ruined because the driver wants more deliveries, the driver also didnt have my food in hot bag and just took the food from the back seat, i want my money back please
