Forgot a full Big Mac meal and cheese burger

Order not delivered but confirmed delivered? Why???

wrong order , no food delivered ,I ordered a m muffin sausage and egg meal with hash brown and an extra hash brown and recieved a hot chocolate and a fresh orange.

The food delivery was very good and complete. Thank you.

Fed up of this store messing up my orders

Asked for no onions and still got them, burger was completely burnt even if I could still eat it and fries were stale.

I did not receive my order & just eat say that the delivery code which was 0000 proves a successful delivery, you have implied that I am lying, you are a disgrace.

I’m absolutely fuming ordered a £40 order and they’ve not brought me it at all now my kids what they guan eat not on this at all

Delivery aspect was great. However, the restaurant aspect, fries were very empty and forgot all our dips which was disappointing

McDonald’s breakfast. Exactly as ordered, and delivery was quick enough by a lovely polite delivery driver

We are missing half our order and you have spilt the drink so a quarter of a large coke

delivery times kept changing by the time my food got to me it was cold and ice cream was melted

The cappacinos wasn’t even half full and one of them was more like warmed up milk. Both drinks were cold and I was unable to drink mine

for whatever reason the app changed my address and the order was delivered to the wrong address

They was sause all over the bag and it was all over the chips and food had to throw away most of the food and it was cold

Food was cold. Cheeseburgers had no gherkins when specifically asked for more on one.

All arrived hot and as per the order. Miracles do happen!

Don't know if it was McDonalds or the driver at fault, but took an hour and twenty minutes to deliver, and was stone cold on arrival.

forgot some items and didn’t even come to my door i had to go to the delivery driver when my address is not hard to find at all the deliverer was just parked half way down the street

The food was cold, and when it's cold, it's not tasty either, due to the delayed delivery.

Food wasn't delivered and in the app is look like it was, maybe should be made a selection between the couriers

I am unhappy with my order my oasis came with no lid on tipped over in the bag there was quarter of a cup left my mozzarella dippers are rock solid not gooey or anything inside also squished in half don’t look appealing at all and missing some fries

Wow !! £40+ order and all the burgers and chips missing. And in the kids food one happy meal. As on had chips and no nuggets and the other had no nuggets but chips. This is beyond a joke !!

Absolutely ridiculous how I can spend £30 on food and have 1 plain cheeseburger delivered, delivery driver clearly brought the wrong items and told me to just request a refund?

The drinks had been spilt in the delivery driver's car on the way here. On arrival the liquid was seeping all over the floor. less than a quarter of the drink left.

This wasn’t to do with the delivery this was to do from putting the order in with Mcdonnalds. Absolutely pathetic ordered at 12.50 didn’t come until 15.20

we ordered a meal , an extra drink.and two McFlurrys. Our order was missing both drinks and both McFlurrys. delivery driver didn't seem yo care or be interested.

If your order is over £15 with uber eats or Just eat don’t bother. The staff clearly can’t count or read an order, honestly surprised they managed to put any food at all in the bag. Order couldn’t have been more wrong if they tried, wouldn’t shock me if you ended up with someone’s shoe in your bag.

Food was clocked cold by time it got to me again and had to reheat it when McDonald’s is literally 2-5 mins away in car from mine..the fries tasted as though they had been fried in old oil…seriously thinking twice about McDonald’s again!! This has happened numerous occasions now n that I haven’t reported. Other food I order through their own delivery people the food always arrives hot so don’t know why just eat or McDonald’s get it so wrong

delivery was great, order was however slightly disappointing, firstly no straws with the drinks, then the big Tasty had no bacon and came in the smallest bun McDonald's have, the chips where stone cold, overall everything tasted nice, just lacking attention to detail
