i found a fingernail in my burger and there was people in the stalls with a prego pepa pig

3 chips with only a quarter of a box full, how someone could put them in the bag and not realise there’s not much in them and that’s acceptable.

Food was cold… wouldn’t even give it to my dog there was red and white in the burger it wasn’t even cooked properly!!!

The bag was dumped on the doorstep the tear strip ripped and the bag unfolded open with the entire food exposed. When I shouted over to the driver why the bag was open he said that’s how it was and carried on with the phone conversation he was on with and got in his car.

Didn’t put any fries in our order… we ordered 3x large fries!

Placed my order at 10.05am got accepted straight away but didn't get to my home till 11.45am. It didn't start getting prepared till almost 11.15/11.20.

Yet again no food and the MD's rep that answered the phone just wasn't interested, it's always palmed off to JE. Take responsibility for once, shocking that the MD's don't care enough to take this to JE and have the problem of lazy drivers sorted.

Syrup missing for pancakes and paid for extra sausage patty on pancakes which was also missing

I haven’t got my refund when I ordered this food and I got literally none of my order? I had to re order and wait another 40 minutes for my food! Came cold and had no drink either

Ridiculous time to wait! Watching on the map and he was somewhere else for about 15 minutes ! Food was so cold by the time it got to me!

Ordered a double Big Mac and there were only 2 beef patties in the bun not 4.

It never showed up… said the courier was in the restaurant for over an hour. Then updated it (after I complained) that it was delivered 20 mins after I ordered. Some courier stole the order and Just Eat won’t do a thing. Do not order from here - your order won’t arrive!

Food was nice and hot, service was good even though it was very busy which is to be expected as it was a Saturday afternoon.

Restaurant ignored part of the order (as usual), food was cold, not helped by the delivery driver waiting at the restaurant for 15 minutes then doing three other deliveries before mine. I don't expect Just Eat will do anything am letting off steam.

All the drinks had spilt all over the bags no liquids left in the cups all the food was out of the wrappers and chucked in bag. Handled with very little care and wasn’t cheap

Unfortunately one of the items was missing. I had to ring and walk down to the store (I don’t drive). The manager was very helpful and apologetic. He gave me the full meal order with without any extra charge.

ETA was for 9.40/9.45 which was okay, food arrived at 10.15 which meant i am waiting up for it - the cheese was put on the underside of the chicken in my burger, not a major problem but lack of effort

we ordered chicken selects and 2 drinks. drinks didn't come and there were no dips with the selects!

Delivery all good and driver friendly and pleasant. The food was freezing which I dont blame the driver for as McDonald’s always do this and don’t ensure their food is piping hot! Have had to heat up in our air fryer

Don’t bother coming to this restaurant one time my delivery got cancelled as delivery driver car had broke so got a requested a refund then they tried telling me my order was delivered luckily I could proof because of 2 transactions had come out of my account for same amount and then when it came it was wrong food was cold. Went a second time but called in again items missing and milkshake was wrong flavour and food was cold.

One of the worse McDonald’s I’ve ever ordered from, the past 3 orders I’ve had have had things missing, it’s really not hard to put food into a bag and check it’s all there, absolutely useless. Hire people that know what day it is.

Driver refused to deliver food, called twice from Just-Eat number then when used door entry phone simply refused to deliver food saying we had to go to him to collect it even though delivery instructions say "Please deliver to flat door as both my wife and myself have mobility problems, thank you." When we did struggle to go downstairs (block of flats) no driver or food was in sight. More money wasted on Just -Eat.

Absolutely ridiculous that people can not do the simple job of following a receipt and put the correct items in a bag!!! Not only a full meal missing from my mcdelivery order but all the fries of all the other meals including the happy meal and 2 burgers! Either hire competent staff that can actually read or close down because this is unacceptable..
