Some time the food is not fresh. Whenever I ask for gravy it never came with food

Our order was placed 16.08 and didn’t get delivered til 17.30. everything flat cold, items missing. no free nuggets. waste of £30! called the store for help and they put the phone down on me. Not happy at all.

Food was freezing cold again for 2 nd time could not even be bothered complaining as I got £3 credit for £13 order that was stone cold

Ordered chicken nuggets for kids and all they delivered was the drinks and fries and a cheeseburger

ordered at 7pm, still no delivery and it's now 8.42pm and says its been delivered. still not received it

the food was freezing and my wrap abs the burger both came with salad and sauce on both this keeps happening evrytime I order I want my money back or will be going else ware

Always something missing from my order ! Rang and the manager was delusional . She blamed the driver of my missing order when the bag was sealed and it was. Mistake from their end as they didn’t pack the order properly . We pay money and expect to get all the food you order , never again waste of money

No food delivered been waiting since 1230 and now it stated it was delivered at 15.10 and it’s only 1430!!! I hope this isn’t being charged. There is no option to cancel the order. Worst service ever!

drinks where half empty spilt everywhere and food was cold

The food was cold again second time you’ve done this to us and it’s unprofessional and a rip off all the food was cold and you gave me £5 back to a nearly £30 order which is wrong

Driver arrived in the middle of a fire alarm and I wasn’t able to collect my order the driver spoke to staff at the delivery point and left with the order and marked it as delivered, I contacted just eat to resolve the issue only to receive an email saying they were sorry about a problem with your delivery and will investigate thoroughly into your refund and will be in touch via an email with an update shortly and up to press an hour later no reply so I’m £15.95 out of pocket and no lunch

missed items everytime im order

Driver was in my village for 30 minutes before my food was ordered. It was cold, and the ice creams were melted and spilt in the bag.

Most of the order was wrong, big mac was wrong, doubke quarter pounder was wrong, apple pie was wrong, no point sending it back and reordering because it would take to long and my grandchildren are hungry, what a waste of money !!!

My burger, chips and hot chocolate was cold, McFlurry missing. I should be fully compensated for this order.

Yes the food may have been on time but I ordered this food in expense of cooking myself I wanted the food warm even lyke warm would’ve been nice however when I opened my food it was stone cold as if it had been set outside in the wind for 15 mins, watching the delivery it changed from 18:47 to 18:53 this was due to the driver deciding to take a random de-tour which took longer. I’m displeased and disappointed within the service

Specifically ordered no onion, the huge sticker they put on the box even says no onion yet there was onions. Chips was also stone cold and rock hard so the entire order was inedible.

My food were sat going cold for 40 minutes waiting on the delivery driver and when my food got here it was stone cold. The estimated time kept changing to later and later due to the courier not being at the restaurant yet which left my food just sat!! Very unhappy and then when saying I was not happy all I was offered was a £1 odd account credit when I spent 10 pound on food which was all freezing!

Half the order didn’t turn up

The driver refused to deliver my order as I did not have a 4 digit code as requested by driver hence now I'm £42.?????????? out of pocket and no meal now and the children are unable to have their tea now after waiting all this time. PLEASE HELP

The fries were way over salted and cold and my quarter pounder cheeseburger was cold…I just live 2 minutes away drive to the nearest McDonald’s so I don’t know how this can happen! It’s not the first time my food has got to me cold. Very disappointed

The food looks great & the staff are really friendly! Highly recommend this branch in halifax!! 5 stars!! Also a big shout out to Gabby who works at this branch.. she was really helpful & so nice 👌😊 thanks again!!

Coffee was spilt everywhere so didn’t get a coffee and the drinks had coffee in so Wasn’t drinkable

their would have 0 stars if possible this is the second time this McDonald's store has given the wrong order ive rang and rang and rang but they never pick up the phone that is advertised here what is the point of giving a number if your not going to answer it. absolutely appalling service nothing right in the order and the kids won't eat it.

I made this order as above and we had 2 large fries missing. They other fries no one could eat as they were not cooked properly and cold. I spent £51 on this order 2 of our family had no fries. The food was ok but had better. Also food bag was open

Really really arrogant delivery driver asked for code which was given then just kept on asking for all sorts of information. All this while our food was in his hand going cold. Was totally cold when we finally got to eat it. So do dissatisfied will be a while before ordering again

ordered my food 9 chicken stripes asked for bbq sauce..garlic mayo sauce..and chilli sauce...no sauces at all in my delivery order at all...joke

Original delivery time was delayed by about an 1 and half hour then it came late from the second delivery slot . when food came it was very cold and stale.

Fries were cold but everything else was okay.
