Went to kfc in dartford. Had to wait nearly an hour for food. While waiting I needed the toilet, not one toilet had any toilet roll, I even went in the men’s . I asked for some, still didn’t get any. After a while I took some tissue off someone’s used tray so I could go to the toilet. Once we finally got home we found that a fillet burger meal was missing. It’s the worst possible place I’ve ever eaten in and I certainly won’t be going back.

Do not order from here for delivery. Poorly packaged food, items missing and food just slung in the bag. Fries were greasy as hell.

Really poor service and behaviour of staff is rude and condescending. I would avoid this branch of KFC at all cost.

Came here after a long day at work and never again. The place was dirty, there were teenagers just hanging around and creating havoc and top it off my pregnant wife was not able to use the toilets. Sridevi said she was the manager and very sarcastically told us all toilets were blocked.

We just got off the train after a full day out. Ordered food and asked to use the loo. Told the toilets were under maintenance, asked to use disabled toilet and told that’s also under maintenance and advised to use McDonald’s toilets. No receipt was printed so didn’t have the correct details to fill out the survey.

We had the misfortune of going into Dartford KFC this evening. What a disaster. My wheelchair bound wife was desperate for the toilet but they were out of use. It was cash only as machine off line (who carries cash these days) and there were no cold drinks as fridge was off. I ordered two pieces of chicken and fries and a fillet burger and fries. The fries were luke warm and hard so I returned them only to get hot ones and hard. The chicken pieces were very greasy and the fillet burger was overwhelmed with mayo and a soggy bun. We will never go there again.

Went to the Darrford KFC and order a Zinger burger and 3 mini fillet burgers, stupidly didn't check my order before leaving the restaurant, which on reflection I should of done because the staff were so busy laughing and joking, very clearly not doing they job. I got home and had a cold Zinger burger and 3 fillet stripes. My son took the order back, he spoke to the manager who offered no apology, and had a terrible attitude. She replaced the fillet burger, then told my son that it would take 10 mins to replace the Zinger burger. My suggestion to anyone wanting a KFC too avoid the Dartford branch as it has clearly gone massively down hill.

Food was ordered and delivered without fault... received the food which was very expensive.. (£36 with delivery) the chips were undercooked, the bucket of chicken was not a variety - it was all wings with very chicken on the bone. 3 children left the dinner table very disappointed and with empty stomachs... the popcorn chicken was the only thing that got eaten. Will never order from here again.

Ordered a takeaway on just eat waiting over 1 and half hours then the the app said it has been delivered but not food had turned up then I personally had to go down the restaurant myself and they didn’t really care what what’s going on they made my food there and then told me it was cooked fresh but it wasn’t it was stone cold only about 10 Chips in each box covered in grease I will never be ordering from them ever again and really advise no one else to either because it’s not the first time it’s happened really disappointed

Ordered a take a way at 6pm, said would be delivered by 7pm, then it changed to 7.15pm, that came and went still nothing, 8pm still nothing, 8.30 still nothing, went to track order and it said it was delivered at 7pm (which it wasn't) so contacted just eat and they refunded me. Will not be ordering anything again as this one experience has put me off

I ordered a 10 piece chicken bucket via Deliveroo. The delivery was fast and food was still hot. However the excess grease on the chicken had caused the bucket to split. Not only that, but instead of a selection of chicken pieces I got 6 legs and 4 thighs. My previous order at the Orpington branch was absolutely fine with an excellent selection of chicken pieces. I will not be ordering from Dartford again. Whether this is the same franchisee that was in the High Street, I'm not sure, but regardless they do not seem to value their customers.

The shop looks nice food was ok service excellent fairly new I used to go to the old one this place better than old one

I usually stop by at this KFC in Dartford on Low field street as I didn't have any issues since we moved here but today i popped in for 6 hot wings. I had already eaten some before seeing a long black hair literally embedded in the wing!!!! I have never been so disgusted! Will NEVER return 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

Plastic straws and plastic lids on drinks. Tiny plastic sachets of ketchup which are rationed. Napkins have to be asked for. High chairs available. Baby change. Clean and tidy. Self service kiosks. Service not that quick.

Terrible service, terrible people. Bad franchisee and a bad look for the KFC brand. They do not respect their customers at all. Bunch of idiots.

Now I’ve given KFC Dartford 3/5 and I’ll tell you why it’s not a lower score, the reason being that most of the time when I eat there the food is great (although I prefer the old style fries lol) but I ordered food to be delivered as the weather was lousy and didn’t fancy going down to get it!!! When I phone their ordering partner when the food was 20mins late, I was told that it would be 10mins and if it still wasn’t there, I should call back. It didn’t arrive so I called back and was told it would be 10mins, so I told them not to bother as I was cooking the kids food already. So eating in I would say was ok but ordering experience was not.

Waited nearly an hour past the expected timeframe. Never showed up. Was promised immediate refund, still not received!

Unlike most KFC's I didn't feel cramped while eating. It's fast, clean and good value. What more can you ask from a quick eat joint :-)

This is a stylishly modern KFC and one if the biggest I have been in.The server was very friendly and helpful and ensured I did not feel rushed when ordering for the both of us.Spotlessly clean and quite possibly the nicest KFC I have visited.Needless to say , as always, the food was delicious!
