I visited here today with the family, I was served by a lovely lady called Tara, she is very friendly and smiley food was hot

This place has become one of my favorite spots to get a quality burger. These guys are very quick in service... Outstanding quality and flavor, very friendly staff.I strongly recommend eating there if you are in the mood for a burger.

Yesterday We had lunch from Burger King and try new spicy chicken royal,loaded fries, and coffee its was really delicious, best burger😊,was a great experience.it was busy but The food was hot and fresh. The managers and staff were really welcoming. And the restaurant was clean 😊 Honestly amazing highly reccomend.

The manager with no name badge was amazing, I wish I knew her name so she could get the credit she deserves.

I would highly recommend all food lovers to go and eat in Burger King because they not only offer variety of burgers ,sides,drinks,fries and ice creams but amazing customer service as well.I can't help eating Chilli cheese bites and fries from there.

Came to Burger King on Saturday and I must say the customer service was excellent. The staff at the front counter were very friendly in assisting me with my order, despite how busy it was. The food was nice and fresh, overall great experience!!

Bought drinks here last night, £14 massively over priced, then was told by some jumped up munchkin that my daughter could not have a cup and some ice for the bottle of water we just bought from them. Absolutely disgusting. Only after me getting really angry did they reluctantly half throw a cup at us, for her to put some ice in. I'm keeping this polite so it gets posted, but I do not feel that way at all.

This is one of favourite place and recently I have tried the strawberry shake and it's very delicious😊

I have been there so many times till now , but still I was like feeling going there every time As people there were very good and polite . I met Tara yesterday when I went she was so lovely… The area was very clean and tidy and the food was hot and tasty too .. I have ordered bbq angus and crispy chicken they both were tastes so nice and yummy will visit again for sure …

Self service in a fast food restaurant, what joke. It's certainly not cheaper, as I'm now doing burger king's job of ordering and the size and quality has definitely gone down hill. Like other fast food restaurants, I won't be using you again.

The food is very fresh and tasty, and the service was quick. The beef was juicy and the cheese was melted and ooey. I also like the fact that there is refillable drinks. My order was the £2.99 cheeseburger burger and chips and also a cola which I bought separately, its very cheap and reasonable

Bad customer service was told to move twice by worker. Just because she wanted to clean. Like she has any right to tell me to move.

I’ve had food in many burger kings but this is the worst. A kids nugget meal takes 15 mins to get ready when it’s suppose to be “fast food” and to top it off they don’t give the apple pack ordered with it. Absolutely worst customer service to not even close the box and hand over food in hurry when the restaurant is empty. Suggest families to skip this and go to the proper food court.

Yesterday me and my family went to burger king in bluewater and we ordered our food and it came wrong then after we checked the onion rings and they were old food from 2 days ago so none of the food was freshly made and even though we told them they didn't really care and they didn't even give us the onion rings back so they didnt even bother to give us fresh onion rings and u guys can check the cameras if u want, and the quality of the food was just horrible.

I went to burger king today with my mum To eat there I had a cheese burger which was very lovely and tasty and yummy It was one of best cheese burgers I have ever had in my whole life I think you do very lovely food there The wait time is very good because you don't have wait too long for the food to be ready which is very good news I really enjoyed my food today I also enjoyed the chips as well To drink I had a capri sun drink which was very lovely and fruity with lots of lovely types of fruits in it including apple grapes and cherry My mum had a bottle of water to drink I had a very lovely first experience at burger king The staff that work there are very kind and very lovely and very honest and very helpful and very polite The service there is very good I will definitely want to come back to burger king and maybe have some of the other food options you have at burger king This place gets it's very first 5 out of 5 star rating by me Enjoy reading your first google review by me Have a lovely rest of your day Next time I come to this place again I will do you a second google review Hope this helps with your star ratings I hope more people check out this place one day 5 stars all around

I ordered using the app at around 5:40pm as I was walking to the BK, when I got there at 5:42pm the staff advised me that they had just closed. I told them that their app as well as online says they close at 6pm on Sundays. They stated that both app and online are wrong as they close at 5:30pm on Sundays. They were unable to issue me refund and stated online offers are refunded online and that I should complete the request online. Totally appalling and poor service. They should ensure their app and online show the true time they are open. Zero stars from me.

Only went in for a cup of tea but ended up with a Meal deal. Vegetarian option which was ok and cooked fresh. Unfortunately you have to order via an online screen, would prefer to be served by a human!!

i visited burger king bluewater and i got awsome service by foram i thing there were two people on front one was taking orders and on till and one was serving oder i love the way foram handle busy restaurant she tried to serve orer every customer as fast as she can and she asked for ketchup each and every customer she has very good managment skills i would love to give 10/10 other than that the burger so amazing and fresh thanks burger king for amazing dinner. chips were hot and crispy 10/10 .lovely exeperience.

I recently visited BK. I was there during the rush hours and was greeted by Foram at the till. I was very particular about my burger requisites. She made sure that everything was served as per my request and all this was effectively done by managing the rush hour. I really appreciate the extra mile that she went for me and I noticed that she did whatever she could in her protocols to serve the other customers as well.

I visit BK yesterday and burger was delicious. I wasn't sure what is classic double melt and bbq double melt on the till foram was serving me so she explained really well what is in it and because of her i choose my right burger thank ou so much foram and burger king team for lovely service.

Attended the bluewater store yesterday with my daughter ( fussy eater ! ) and I have to say the young lady who served us, Marta, I believe her name was, was extremely helpful and patient during our ordering process, encouraging and engaging with a smile the whole time, she is a true asset to the store well done.

Came in on a Sunday afternoon was quiet for bluewater but got served amazingly! Order taken correctly and with a polite welcome! Yesterday I visit Burger King store in Bluewater and I have very good experience with staff and food and on till I met lady name foram she listened carefully my order I have some modifications and she took right order so I got the right burger thanks to her and all Burger King staff.Overall wonderful experience.

I visited with my 6 year old on a Saturday afternoon tired hungry and ready to go home before the tantrums. The girl at the till was so understanding and gave us the time we needed, Foram let my 6 year old order and gave her options so she felt important and involved and calmed down the situation before the tantrum. I was very greatful as usually you feel so rushed to order especially when some where is busy and the people at the till just want to quickly take your order and move on but Foram really was special

People left some of their mess around, however the service made up for that. Wonderful customer service especially by a lovely woman named Marta.

Haven't been to BK for a long time, thought I'd give it another go and I was pleasantly surprised, burger 🍔 was excellent, my wife's plant burger was good as well, a bit noisy with children on holidays, but we can't always have it our way!

The burger and chips were ok but the drinks from the machine was warm and flat it was horrible , one person serving food had to wait ages to get served never going there again.

The food has not changed much in years. It is still popular, though, and is always busy.

You pay for loaded chips but you get sprinkled chips at most , very stingy with the cheese!

Bluewater Burger King have some of the most rude staff I have ever met. I was served a stone cold burger, when I had the audacity to complain, I was laughed at and snubbed. Although I did get a fresh replacement, it was given without apology or grace. Just remember we are paying for the food there, its not free of charge. So manager teach your staff what customer service actually means!!!

Had to spend 20 min looking for my bank to pay cash in just so I could buy some food, gave up and went somewhere else, Disgusting. If you don't trust your staff don't hire them.

Asked for no bacon in my burger, I kindly asked for a replacement when they didn’t follow my clear instructions. Now, the reason I didn’t want bacon is because I’m severely allergic to it. They said it they would make a new one. This time, they had bacon underneath the burger. I complained and they rudely stated that they can’t do anything. If you are looking for good customer service don’t come here.

Had an early lunch at 11, and it was pretty empty. I've been at lunchtime, and it's crammed. So time it right and you'll have your choice of seating, time it wrong and you'll be lucky to get one

Bought two whooper meals . One was cold and the other the burger bun was dry ! Not at all pleased we will not return and go elsewhere !!!

Interesting visit. Used the drive-through. We parked up to eat our meal . My husband ordered a double whopper meal, and I ordered a vegetarian burger meal. Our orders were wrong, so my husband went back in to get the corrected. Both were meat. While waiting, one of the workers came out the back looking upset, and he them punched the drive-through menu twice, hurting his hand. Obviously, stress out about something, better than hitting someone I suppose. So staff need to be treated with respect and looked after a bit more. After about 20 mins my husband came back to the car with two more meals, mine was right but his was still wrong. It was a whopper, just not a double whopper. So they were halfway there. Chips were nice, though.

I didn't think I would like burger King as I don't like beef but this restaurant is 5 star !!

ABSOLUTE AMAZING! I loved it! The food was really good and didn't make me eat for the rest of 1 day and a half!! But little bit pricey!

Food and service good. Only issue is getting you're own drink out of the machine. Food and empty cups given at the same time, by the time I got our drinks as there was a bit of a queue, and by the way there was no coke in both machines and it was only 12 o'clock, the food was loosing temperature.

Burger and place are as a standard but the customer service of Miles was incredible he was super polite and super friendly a star!!

It's a burger king in Bluewater. Self service, fairly small but does have toilets which were well needed given the other toilets in the centre were out of action. Burger king is burger king I don't think much else can be said
