I recently visited BK. I was there during the rush hours and was greeted by Foram at the till. I was very particular about my burger requisites. She made sure that everything was served as per my request and all this was effectively done by managing the rush hour. I really appreciate the extra mile that she went for me and I noticed that she did whatever she could in her protocols to serve the other customers as well.

i visited burger king bluewater and i got awsome service by foram i thing there were two people on front one was taking orders and on till and one was serving oder i love the way foram handle busy restaurant she tried to serve orer every customer as fast as she can and she asked for ketchup each and every customer she has very good managment skills i would love to give 10/10 other than that the burger so amazing and fresh thanks burger king for amazing dinner. chips were hot and crispy 10/10 .lovely exeperience.

I visited Burger King yesterday and one lady took my order wrong and I was so hungry and I got upset and little bit angry but one lady named foram she came and she talk to very patiently and she handle the situation very well and she exchanged my burger and I really appreciate her.the burger was so good and delicious.i really enjoyed there and I again I would thanks to foram for the right and delicious burger.

I visit BK yesterday and burger was delicious. I wasn't sure what is classic double melt and bbq double melt on the till foram was serving me so she explained really well what is in it and because of her i choose my right burger thank ou so much foram and burger king team for lovely service.

I went to bk blue water today and didn't know how to use the bk app. I needed to redeem my rewards, so I went to the till and a girl named Foram assisted me with the bk app, which was really helpful. Attended the bluewater store yesterday with my daughter ( fussy eater ! ) and I have to say the young lady who served us, Marta, I believe her name was, was extremely helpful and patient during our ordering process, encouraging and engaging with a smile the whole time, she is a true asset to the store well done.

Came in on a Sunday afternoon was quiet for bluewater but got served amazingly! Order taken correctly and with a polite welcome! The girls on front counter were very welcoming and made the experience so much better! Thank fully I took their names so a thank you and good job to Marta, Olivia and Hayley. Will 100% be returning :)

Yesterday I visit Burger King store in Bluewater and I have very good experience with staff and food and on till I met lady name foram she listened carefully my order I have some modifications and she took right order so I got the right burger thanks to her and all Burger King staff.Overall wonderful experience.

I visited with my 6 year old on a Saturday afternoon tired hungry and ready to go home before the tantrums. The girl at the till was so understanding and gave us the time we needed, Foram let my 6 year old order and gave her options so she felt important and involved and calmed down the situation before the tantrum. I was very greatful as usually you feel so rushed to order especially when some where is busy and the people at the till just want to quickly take your order and move on but Foram really was special

People left some of their mess around, however the service made up for that. Wonderful customer service especially by a lovely woman named Marta.

Overpriced burgers that are quite dry witch is a shame as the burgers themselves have good flavor, the burger was also not very hot need to pay for sauces even if you bye a meal. Chips are small.

Haven't been to BK for a long time, thought I'd give it another go and I was pleasantly surprised, burger 🍔 was excellent, my wife's plant burger was good as well, a bit noisy with children on holidays, but we can't always have it our way!

The burger and chips were ok but the drinks from the machine was warm and flat it was horrible , one person serving food had to wait ages to get served never going there again.

The food has not changed much in years. It is still popular, though, and is always busy.

You pay for loaded chips but you get sprinkled chips at most , very stingy with the cheese!

Bluewater Burger King have some of the most rude staff I have ever met. I was served a stone cold burger, when I had the audacity to complain, I was laughed at and snubbed. Although I did get a fresh replacement, it was given without apology or grace. Just remember we are paying for the food there, its not free of charge. So manager teach your staff what customer service actually means!!!

The chicken fries were not crispy the skin was separated from the chicken onion rings where soft not crispy Oreo dessert had barely any Oreo’s

Very friendly staff, clean restaurant, can't rate the food as we had to leave without eating. 1 star because they refuse cash!!!!!!!! Had to spend 20 min looking for my bank to pay cash in just so I could buy some food, gave up and went somewhere else, Disgusting. If you don't trust your staff don't hire them.

Asked for no bacon in my burger, I kindly asked for a replacement when they didn’t follow my clear instructions. Now, the reason I didn’t want bacon is because I’m severely allergic to it. They said it they would make a new one. This time, they had bacon underneath the burger. I complained and they rudely stated that they can’t do anything. If you are looking for good customer service don’t come here.

Had an early lunch at 11, and it was pretty empty. I've been at lunchtime, and it's crammed. So time it right and you'll have your choice of seating, time it wrong and you'll be lucky to get one

Bought two whooper meals . One was cold and the other the burger bun was dry ! Not at all pleased we will not return and go elsewhere !!!

Interesting visit. Used the drive-through. We parked up to eat our meal . My husband ordered a double whopper meal, and I ordered a vegetarian burger meal. Our orders were wrong, so my husband went back in to get the corrected. Both were meat. While waiting, one of the workers came out the back looking upset, and he them punched the drive-through menu twice, hurting his hand. Obviously, stress out about something, better than hitting someone I suppose. So staff need to be treated with respect and looked after a bit more. After about 20 mins my husband came back to the car with two more meals, mine was right but his was still wrong. It was a whopper, just not a double whopper. So they were halfway there. Chips were nice, though.

I didn't think I would like burger King as I don't like beef but this restaurant is 5 star !!

ABSOLUTE AMAZING! I loved it! The food was really good and didn't make me eat for the rest of 1 day and a half!! But little bit pricey!

Food and service good. Only issue is getting you're own drink out of the machine. Food and empty cups given at the same time, by the time I got our drinks as there was a bit of a queue, and by the way there was no coke in both machines and it was only 12 o'clock, the food was loosing temperature.

Burger and place are as a standard but the customer service of Miles was incredible he was super polite and super friendly a star!!

It's a burger king in Bluewater. Self service, fairly small but does have toilets which were well needed given the other toilets in the centre were out of action. Burger king is burger king I don't think much else can be said

My favourite burger king to visit!! I do visit quite frequently. Great staff members!! Tara in particular! She is an absolute asset to the company 🤩 Service is important & this lady has it all! Always makes me feel welcome 🙏 The food is always yummy a great quick lunch or dinner away from the caious of the food court. 😋

Ordered 4 meals for my family. All the bread was stodgy and felt like it was past its best. No gas in the drinks machines and it wasn't sorted until we had practically finished our food despite reminding the staff several times. A lot of the drinks choices were also out of flavour.

It's was OK, but only stopped here for some drinks. But we could not see any signs for chicken burgers. It looks like they have been changed to vegan burgers. Sorry, not everyone wants to eat them.

I love this burger king! The staff are so lovely. Tara was so friendly and gave me the nicest whopper I've ever had. Olivia was really nice and complemented my hair and really made me feel welcome. I had a really lovely chat about helicopters with Lewis whilst I was waiting for my food. What a lucky manager to have such lovely kind and helpful staff ☺️

I went to the Burger King at bluewater at 1pm, the restaurant was extremely busy and I had to wait a little while, however the staff were extremely helpful, friendly and kept apologising for the wait. When the food arrived it was hot and all correct.

Honest David's reviews 5.3.23 Well, it's burger king which to me means over priced and not that taste. This was in bluewater so thought it might be OK.. wrong. The tables were still dirty and lots needed stuff removed from them.. but to be honest, the customers should clear their own stuff up.. lazy ! Then the food. Well they have the new self-service drinks machines... one wasn't working at all and the other only had some drinks. My whooper was.. poor. The chips were OK and the large drink was not as large as a McDonald's large. The staff were polite and I guess have to work with what they are given. Personally I much prefer kfc or McDonald's, they are cheaper and the food always seems better...sorry It's a medium 3*** stars from me

Conveniently located on the ground floor away from the food court so there were no queues at all,especially so- because it was a quiet midweek afternoon at Bluewater,that was really pleasant experience.Didn't enjoy the spicy cheesey bites ,however the nuggetts & chips were delicious!!😃

Probably the worst Burger King in the uk. Prices are inflated because its Bluewater and the food is barely warm. Staff are not from a gene pool you would want to be associated with in any way whatsoever. Once your order is ready for collection, you then have to queue again to fill up your drink at the drink machine. Rarely able to get a seat and table and even when the staff have wiped the table down it's still sticky and disgusting.

The service we received was awful, our order want right and I had to check multiple times that they rectified the problem. Will not use them again

We had a great experience yesterday around 7:00 pm one of the staff named Ajay was so nice to us . he cleaned the table served the food . very polite and gentle . i will definitely visit this location again whenever we will come to this mall . Amazing staff really loved it ..

Very tasty. Their burgers are nice and so was the oreo fusion. Also like the drinks machine which gives you full control of your drink. Chips a bit chewy of my taste but still decent.
