Chips under cooked, apple pie tasted old and stale and the McFlurry was not the one I ordered.

Once again having an order turned up with missing items. 2 meals with no chips. When calling the restaurant after 15 failed answers I spoke to the manager who just fobbed me off with "use the app you ordered it from I cannot do anything". Not even an apology and when i said will you be saying anything to the person who missed putting the fries in the bag she said " its something we would not do" We use this service as have young children and not able to go to the restaurant. Food is not that bad its a shame about the service. The owner of this restaurant should pull his finger out and sort his staff out as the managers have not got the skills to do so.

I was missing my phone qua utter pounder and my big mac so what i have paid for something i didn’t receive????

There was a lady on shift on the 1st visit, opened the baby changing area. She looked thorough the area, the was a few things that needed to be cleaned but was not urgent but she cleaned up for me before I even entered the room. On the 2nd visit, parking was somewhat difficult to find, however this a small car park and it was rush hour. Food and drink were of the McDonald's standard.

food turned up stone cold. took back to restaurant who advised to apply a refund. cost over £20 and got offered a refund of less than £5......really

I used them a while ago food was hot and delicious . This time food was tepid, chips were dry and fish oily. Very disappointing as I was raving about them and my guests were left hungry

Staff are always super helpful here. Especially if you have children, the extra care and attention is appreciated. It's one of the best I've been too for children. There are lots of electronics but they also hold little events throughout the year! We had a cupcake last year!

If youve been to Maidstone mcdonalds, or one of the London branches you might have an incling what is served here. Its Mcdonalds, they serve mcdonalds. The food is mcdonalds, the service is like youve gone to a mcdonalds, and the prices are quite similar to mcdonalds.

Every time I come here you get told to park up. They never ever give me my food at the drive thru window. I once asked for a Big Mac on its own and got asked to park up! How do McDonald’s not have a Big Mac on the shelf😂. Currently waiting on the car park yet again with nowhere to park because they have asked everyone to park up. Becoming a joke

Did order some burger through the app , got there and still had to wait another 15 minutes in the carfor the food. When it finally came it was luke warm. As a chef myself I probe food daily and it was no way near the 75 degrees in the middle as it should be for cooked food, as i assume it was since I had to wait or not even close to the 63 that's the limit for hotholding. If an EHO inspector probed that they would be in trouble.

Long queue, slow service—15 minutes just to get my breakfast, and when I finally did, I got a half cup of coffee and no hash brown in my wrap. The only person who even apologized and sorted it out was a very lovely elderly lady who wasn’t working in the kitchen—she actually turned my mood from angry to smiling. Meanwhile, it was freezing inside! The air con was on full blast instead of heating, so everyone was sitting there in their winter jackets. First time I’ve ever wanted to leave a McDonald’s instead of staying inside.

Flat white wasn’t even half way filled and the hash browns were so greasy they were literally stuck fast on the paper, shredded slop.

Food hot for a change guess tipping helps with that.
