McDonald's in Dartford

I recently visited McDonald's and was impressed by the exceptional service provided by Josh. He greeted me with a warm smile and took my order with efficiency and accuracy. Josh's friendly demeanor made my experience enjoyable, and his professionalism was evident throughout my visit. McDonald's is fortunate to have such a dedicated employee like Josh on their team. I highly recommend this location, thanks to Josh's excellent customer service. Keep up the great work!

Only issue with time restrictions on parking

The chips were dry food took a long time staff weren’t using gloves and the place was a state,Toilets were dirty,Staff was rude

This is for the manager that worked on the 05/05/24 between 11am 12pm Very flawed and incompetent service with Dartford staff. Ordered 5 large meals with an extra wrap last week. Waited for 15 minutes in the car park for our food, all to get home and realised extra wrap was missing. Mentioned this to the uncouth manager who was rude in her approach, saying anybody can come up to Macdonald’s and says that their food was missing, that I should have called same day I ordered, like I live my life around Macdonald’s only. That’s is like insinuating that I was lying. I find this very very insulting. I bet she does things like this hence her weird thoughts that someone from the public that ordered food of £45 can just come up to lie over £2 worth of wrap, I guess she is a thief and thinks everyone is like her. Even the food that was ordered today, we were given chocolate milkshakes when the we order for banana milkshakes, even the receipt showed banana milkshakes. Same thing happened, months ago, where the lid of a bottle was found in one of our drinks. Very appalling and disgusting service and the manager obviously showed the reasons why the service here is poor with her attitude today. The fact that you lie or steal doesn’t mean everyone does especially not your customers. It’s not about the money but for her insinuating. Maybe if you teach your staff to be competent and deliver good service, customers wouldn’t have to be insulted by a thief .

Lunch order delivery never arrived and was cancelled by them after 2 hours. We went to get it. Order was wrong and the food was cold.

Sadly I had a very bad experience at this McDonald this included: drinks always flat\no fizz, I have had to go here so many times and every time we had to park up,

The service was poor i had to the woman with blonde hair and a white shirt started to shout when i a asked when my meal would be ready as i had been waiting 30 minutes

The environment seemed very unprofessional the manager was shouting at the staff this worker seemed to be under 18 and seemed to want to cry

The food quality was poor there was sauce all over my food and the boxes weren’t properly Closed so my food wad spilt all over the bag

The customer service of Joshua Gross is absolutely fantastic, his work ethic is outstanding and the atmosphere he builds around him is just amazing, definitely deserving of a raise.

Avoid if you are looking to eat in a hurry, spent over 30mins waiting for an in store order watching endless Drive through and delivery orders churn through. Manager clearly out of her depth and unable to balance the service, genuinely would’ve been quicker to drive home and order a delivery from there. Watched one customer return drinks twice over as no syrup, only for the same thing to happen to us. 2 x mid-made burgers also returned while waiting, clearly not enough staff to handle the demand and those they do have inept and spending their time making everything twice. Avoid if you’re looking for any semblance of customer service!

Just used the drive through, sat in that queue for 10 minutes, then sat outside waiting for my food for 10 minutes. I had to go in and get it! Everything was cold.

This branch is the worst I have visited. The staff laugh at customers. There is manager there who wears a turban, young asian guy with zero customer experience. He encourages his staff to act up and mock customers. They brought half of my food to the car and I told the lady who brought it to me. She simply laughed and walked off. I walked into the restaurant and told the manager, he simply stated "do you want your food or not or are you just going to stand there and moan"? I asked for their names to make a formal complaint and he refused.

Izzy served me tonight (19.04.24) in the drive thru. She was very polite and went out of her way to deal with a problem (my fault) that I had with my order. A credit to the store.

Never answers phone. Food always turns up freezing cold. Order is never correct. Presentation of the food is disgusting. always squashed and bun covered in sauce.

I ordered 2 large meals, 2 chicken mayo and cheese share box.. £26 something to get home and find that I don't have my 2 double deluxe quarter pounders instead I have 2 double cheese burgers!! Call the restaurant does anyone answer no they don't... Won't be going back

Picked up a takeaway McDonald’s from here when passing through. We ordered through the drive thru and ended up having a long wait in the car park, would’ve been quicker ordering inside probably. The food was ok and filled a hole

Staff need to be more friendlier when handing food to customers.

Ordered 9 items in order only two arrived and they were stone cold. Seriously if you actually want your food use another branch.

Couldn't give it 5 as it's McDonald's you get what you expect, this one is the much better McDonalds than the one by ASDA which is slow. Been using this one for 10 years never had a problem

It's a hit and miss this place for me. Food is great when I get it. What I mean is I will either wait long, or something will not be available from what I would like, or if I customise something it will come out wrong. I will give an example with my last visit. I used the drive thru. I ordered two big Mac as meals and additional fries and a drink. Additional points- they had milkshakes but I waited a good 20 mins for it. Then the extra fries were missing. I didn't think it was really busy. But then one god knows what's behind the curtains. It did felt like I was forgotten. So yes unfortunately the place is ok

We order online and when the food came the big mac was missing one of the drink was missing and the ham burger was missing the burger we just got the bun, I try calling the store 5 times but they keep hanging up on me not happy at all

Shambles. Went through the drive through, as two young kids in the car….no queue, great I thought….. Ordered food, asked to pull up in carpark….. 40 MINUTES AFTER I ORDERED, someone comes out to carpark to deliver food, only it’s not my food…. 50 MINUTES after I ordered, I’ve had enough and carry two young kids into the store to find out what on earth is going on and why it’s taken almost an hour for 1 Mccrispy and 2 happy meals!…… They don’t actually know, and proceed to TAKE MY ORDER SO THEY CAN COOK IT!! Absolute shambles this place, I’d avoid it at all costs, you have been warned.

This place is a scam ….and should be closed Avoid ! Food was not delivered and the workers kept saying over and over that their delivery partner confirmed food has been delivered Bad customer service ! The delivery person probably ate the food on the way … so sad as food was for a 5 year old Never again Shame on McDonald as the service has really gone to the slums all over and nothing is been done about it .

Guy walking past my car giving car next door their food then walking past so I had to beep horn to get his attention and food order which yet again was COLD!!! Having to park up and fools double parking so I couldn't get out , with a 10 year old busting to use the toilet

The staff was totally disinterested and busy talking among themselves and not interested in dealing with the customer. I ordered and paid on the app; gave my code over the screen, when I went to the second window, she told me to go back to the first window to give the code again. Then she asked me to park up and wait for a Cheeseburger Happy Meal and one small portion of Mozzarella Dippers. It took them over 10 minutes to give me the order. My Mozzarella Dippers were stuffed into the HappyMeal Packaging. They missed out the salsa dip for this. So when I drove through the Drive Thru again, she made me wait for no reason, before I could even ask her for the sauce. No apology for having made me wait or missed the sauce. She did not even look at me. Very poor service. Not going to this outlet again.

Food was very good, but venue appeared cluttered & unkempt. Tables not cleaned & floor unswept with broom left as a trip hazard!

Food was ok but not what I had ordered! The only thing correct was the drinks! How can you get food mixed up when they come through in order. Ordered by Uber originally also rubbish as they cancelled the order after 2hours!! It’s a pretty poor show when you can even send out the right orders! Extremely disappointed! Very poor!

There hasn’t been a time we have been to this McDonald’s where the service has not been terrible. Orders are always missing items and when you come inside to let them know you are still kept waiting for ages. It seems the more people they have working the less they know what each is doing. Everyone is over the place a Nish/Rish the manager knows the least of what’s going on. Definitely will not be coming back to this place. Free

We have had so many problems ordering from this McDonald's. There always seems to be something wrong, missing items, cold food, bad traffic. When you phone and get thru they tell you to contact Uber giving you an incorrect phone number. The issue is with the staff at the restaurant. The shift manager Leah and manager Sam are an embarrassment. How hard can it be to pack a meal in a box and send it out.

Handy location, just as you come off the M25. What more can I say it's Mcdonald's, my 1/4 pounder with cheese was exactly the same as I have eaten in countless other McD's all over the world except the name. If you don't know what I mean about the name you haven't watched Pulp Fiction. My only complaint would be it has a tiny car park for such a busy location. On the plus the service was super fast, I had barely started to walk to the counter after using the self order screen and it was ready.

Got charged for fries but got no fries and service was really bad since they can't listen to an order or get it right

I understand, kids working they don't care. But if you say you want one portion of pancakes with only two within the order, they give you two portions instead. No cutlery or napkins and the breakfast buns are absolutely mess. You care less, then no sales.....

Unfortunately we had to make a written complaint about the service and incorrect order. Used McDonald's App to order and drove to collect 20 minutes later. Alerted staff to our arrival and waited in Bay 1. It was very quiet in the carpark and inside the restaurant. 25 minutes later we had still not received food so went in and asked how long it would be. We were told it was 'being prepared'. 15 more minutes and we were finally given our order (1 hour wait in total!). On arriving home, we found the order had 3 mistakes . . .wrong drink, no extra patty, wrong sized fries. The food was not hot. We wrote to customer services who were excellent - hence the two stars given above! They apologised and offered free meal vouchers for future use. We will use them but not at this McDonald's!

If I could do no stars I would. I don't go here often but when ever I do ... no milkshakes and no mc flurry all the time. Why? Seems like lazy staff to me. They really need to get a grip as other McDonald's manage ro have these things available constantly.

Used click and serve whatever the new buzz lockdown idea is and it worked well. Only waited 5 mins for food and it was hot. Muffin was dripping too much grease for me though

Shocking service. Drive through and food items were not available for 20 mins. When the items were brought out, we drove home to have our meal. On opening our order, we were 20 chicken nuggets missing. I repeatedly tried to call the restaurant to report the order shortfall. Predictably no-one answered... Absolutely terrible.

Sometimes forget something from my order

Visit very pleasant today, this was made so by the wonderful Jane!!! McDonalds needs more staff like Jane 🥰 She greeted us at the door, helped us order and even asked if everything was ok with our meal when we got it. 🥰 She wished us a good day as we left too! I hope McDonalds reward exceptional staff like the lovely Jane. She could teach other staff to be more human. Good old fashioned and rare qualities. Thank you Jane, you are a star and we wish you well. 😍

I am fuming! This is the second time I have ordered from this ridiculous place and the second time they’ve taken my money and not delivered all of my order!! When you go in store they take an absolute age to get you your food! AVOID!!!

Cold chips. Paid for milkshake but none available, had to get manager to sort. £27 worth and every burger barely warm.

I have been here twice this week. Fancied a breakfast and a nice coffee. However this was not to be. Both times I have been here the hot drinks machine is not working. Needless to say I took my custom elsewhere. Not good McDonald's. Sort it out

Dirty place with tables filthy. More interest in Uber Eats than face to face customers. Didn't have coffee, milkshakes, McFlurry's or even any milk sachets. Poorly run.

Always have to park up when ordering at the drive thru. Very slow service - staff seem friendly enough but must be some incompetence at manager level for this poor level of service to be so consistent.

Had actual paper in my burger. Ordered it with bacon but it wasn't in there. Ordered extra cheese in the big mac, didn't get it. Food was cold. Was told to park up but car park was so full no one could move. We had to jump out and go into the store as the drinks had zero ice and was flat. Alot of people were doing the same.

Floor is oily, slippery, cleaner doesn't have a clue what is going on. Fries are not salted, manager handing me fries didn't bother to put any salt, didn't give me salt in the bag either Soap is broken, can't even properly clean hands. Big no.

Quite possibly the worse McDonalds I have visited. I went twice on 29/10/2023; at 7:30 and at about 14:00. I sat in for breakfast and went through the drive thru later. When I was sitting waiting for the food to be ready, the staff were meandering around not cleaning the tables properly. I saw one member of staff make a circle on a table with their cloth and left half of the crumbs on the table. I then asked for a cup of tap water to cool down my coffee. The employee at the till insisted they don’t do tap water and charged me almost £2 for a cup of water (he has already made it so I had to pay it. When using the drive thru it was raining and I saw staff take food to cars in the car park with no coat on. Maybe they are provided with a coat and won’t wear it, maybe they don’t have a coat to use. Either way, this may be contributing the the staff’s “I don’t care” attitude.

We were in route on s Sunday morning and decided to pop into the Princes rd McDonald’s - as the queue for the drive thru was massive we decided to go inside to eat ….. it was empty when we arrived We were greeted ( well not greeted at all tbh ) by the most miserable young lady who clearly didn’t want to be there We only had a small order but out of this , the only item that was ok was a cup of tea ! When we had a moan about the missing items and the standard of food we were grunted at by the aforementioned employee I think they rely on people going to the drive thru or Uber eats etc , that cannot be bothered to complain or return their food 🤬

Worst service of any McDonald’s I have ever visited! Words cannot describe how disgusted I am! First of all, this was always supposed to be fast food. It took 20 minutes from order to the food being delivered to the car COLD!! I didn’t have high expectations when my first question was “ do you have milk shakes”? to which I got a terse NO! No apology, just no! This is not the first time I have been disappointed by this branch but stupidly, I keep going back. But this is the LAST TIME. WHOEVER MANAGES THIS FRANCHISE NEEDS REPLACING!! ASAP

The worst McDonald's by far that I've been to! I travel all over the country and vist many sites(due to job) twice IN 1 week NO MILKSHAKES, 15 MINS QUE TO GET TO PLACE ORDER, (DRIVE THROUGH) ANOTHER 15 MINS SITTING WAITING IN CARPARK FOR ORDER WHICH WASN'T COMPLET E. ANOTHER 10MINS WAITING FOR THE MISSING PARTS OF OREDE!!!!! DEFINITELY NOT FAST FOOD.... -05/10!!!!
