The salad tasted sour like it had gone off and there was no garlic mayonnaise on the kebabs. Not the best we’ve had from here.

Our meal was absolutely delicious, thank you very much.

Possibly the worst kebab I've ever had. Poor portion sizes, thin dry meat that doesn't taste very nice. An utter disappointment!

What a terrible kebab shop, spent good money and the size of the portions is a joke, I knew the old owner and it was so much better then, large lamb shishes were an absolute joke thinly sliced lamb dry as hell, every other kebab shop does standard chunks instead of slicing them, and the chips, wow🤣🤣 couldn’t of even been half a potato for a large chips what a joke🤣 never again! Avoid!

The pot of sauce had opened over the food, and what was left in the pot tasted like curry when we ordered burger sauce. The medium chips and medium chicken shish were tiny. They were like a kids meal! Totally overpriced food. Won’t be ordering again.

the food quality was so bad on this order, I ordered from here last week and the food was okay so i tried it again and the food was terrible and waited over 2 hours for delivery, the chicken doner was hard and dry, honestly one of the worst I've tasted. So disappointing having paid £50 for an order we couldn't eat. so over priced for what you get

I am very disappointed as I am a very regular customer. But the portion size and size of the salad has been so small now the last few times have ordered. Have given the benefit of the doubt but when there was 4 pieces of chicken and salad so small there wasn’t barely any red cabbage. Not sure I will be looking to order anymore.

Since the new owners, the food has been 10/10. The food tasted exceptionally great, went and got food for my family and we all loved it. Great service, great food 😋. I recommend you try it out

Ever since this place has been taken over by new owners, I couldn’t be more happier. The food is amazing and it just hits the spot. The staff are very friendly and the service is excellent. Will definitely come back again.

Food was good just disappointed in the portion size. I tried this tonight but for the price you would be better off getting a chicken kebab as you get more meat. £11 for a hand full of meat and some soggy chips as everything was put on top of this chips.

We was driving past and tried this kebab shop for the first time, we will defo be back! Food was lovely portions were great all freshly cooked and prepared in front of us. Good pricing and really friendly staff, very clean restaurant. Thank you 😊

food was a absolute joke, 3 bits of chicken in a pitta for £9, chilli sauce had no flavour and the shish was tough. Both kebabs were not medium but extra small. Never will order there again

We phoned to ask where food was, got passed from person to person. When they worked out which order was ours they asked us "what do you want us to do?" I told them I wanted the food and they said it would be 5 min. Food did then arrive but was cold.

So annoyed placed order at 18-39 said order would be here 19-30 to 19-50 got a message to say it had been delivered enjoy but it hadn’t arrived so phoned twice then they changed the time to 20-25 still didn’t arrive called the restaurant and they said it’s on its way I said 2hrs from start to finish and yes is stone cold will never order from this place

Ordered a few times and was always happy. Today the delivery was approx 45.minutes late. When it arrived, the portions were small, all of the food was cold and sauces had been put on the food rather than separate. Only good thing was the salad!! Lost a customer today

2 mixed meat and chips turned up as 2 lamb donner and chips, no option of sauce so when you buy it extra, it turns up in a tiny pot, tiny is also a word to describe the portions. Shockingly bad. Left feeling hungry and upset.

It took 2 hours to deliver cold food

It won’t let me select more than 5 minutes late but it was 40 minutes later than their original time. It actually took over 2 hours to arrive!! Poor service food was almost cold and chips were flattened in packaging. When I called after 1hr and 45mins to chase they didn’t give a clear answer and almost hung up on me. I’ve ordered before and it was fine. Really not impressed this time.

Delivery driver did apologise and said there was a lot of traffic. Still enjoyed my meal.

Thought I'd try the restaurant since it's new. Definitely not disappointed. One of the best doner kebabs I've had in years from a take away. Not greasy at all and very generous portion. Chips are fries but they are what they are. Would like a bit of seasoning on them but not a big deal. Salad was perfect. Clearly fresh with a nice variety and again a generous portion. Also ordered an ice cream but the wrong flavour was sent.. definitely would be ordering again for sure

After reading the rubbish reviews AFTER I had ordered, I did not know what to expect. My husband thoroughly enjoyed his spicy chicken wings and chips and my chicken shish wrap with salad and garlic sauce was delicious . Plenty of chips, in fact I ate some too. All in all a lovely meal.

After waiting 3 hours and every phone call to be told it will be leaving in 10 minutes food finally arrived I have never had to wait 3 hours for food such terrible service never will I order from these again

will NEVER order anything from here ever again. Ordered 1 chicken burger 1 chips and 1 kebab on a Saturday night at 7.30 pm . Delivery slot given was between 8.30-8.50. Out food FINALLY arrived at 10.55!!!!! 2 hours after the latest time slot originally given. We kept chasing and were told it was just leaving or had just left. We then received the food and NO salad or sauces on any of the burger or kebab. Just bread and meat. Literally the worst take out I’ve ever had and would never recommend them to anyone. Wish I’d looked up the terrible rating they have before hand so at least I’ve learn something I suppose!!!

Still waiting 2 hours after placing an order. Requested a refund and they flatly refused, told me to call Just Eat and sort it out myself. Disgraceful. Owner said that he doesn't care about a bad review as he is making lots of money already

Like many other people we are loyal customers, just to get a very bad service and food. It seems to be normal to wait for two hours for your delivery, then when you ring to ask if they have sent it to Spain as the flight there is shorter than driving three miles to deliver it. And then you get a kebab that you wouldn’t feed to your dog. we will never use this so called kebab house again.

Had problems last friday 15th May, wrong order sent, after 2.5 wait! Complimentary meal offered, so ordered again tonight at 7.15pm, meal arrived at 10!

Waited three hours for our order to be delivered!!! This is unacceptable..called a few times to chase our order and when it finally arrived three hours later it was way below what we expected!! Very poor service and poor quality of food!!

Now I could let this go, could have been busy, bad day etc. But when I telephoned to discuss the issue this is where it gets ten times worse.I explained our concerns only to be shouted at and told I was wrong and the order was perefct. No apology, offer of fresh food or a refund! All i got was a load of abuse. As a loyal customer for many years i find this totally unacceptable and will never use them again! No customer service skills what so ever and only interested in the money.

I am waiting for my food to come in as we speak. I ordered my food at 6 pm. The time now is 21.06 and the food's still not in. I have called them twice and been told that it will be with me soon. Do not take a delivery if you can't honour it on time. Honestly! I am fuming. Will never order again, never.

We have had lovely food from here but the last two orders have been a constant mess up! No pittas with kebab or sauce! And then 1.5 hours wait and no mention of that when we ordered. I know take away a busy but a service is still expected. Poor communication and missing food!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE. I ordered at 7:15, foods still not here yet and it’s 9:40. Called them multiple times and they said the driver picked up the food half hour ago but now he’s not answering his phone so they don’t know where he is. Absolute shambles, how is a restaurant like this even open still?

Never have I in my life waited for food from such an incompetent and poor excuse of a kebab shop - had food ordered for me on Uber Eats (where the takeaway delivers themselves and not through Uber riders) around 7pm and after multiple calls, the food finally arrived at 9:40pm - a wait of nearly THREE HOURS. This place clearly doesn't care to not give you an update themselves and to make you wait so long and when the food finally arrived, it was warm at best. No wonder the other reviews are so bad and yet it baffles me how this place continues to provide such an abomination of a service

On too many occasions things have been forgotten, mainly chips or salad, needless to say we have concluded that this is not a good kebab house and we will no longer be using them.

Delivery is so slow and the people are always rude, even a mid week takeaway literally takes 2 hours to deliver. When asked for a refund we were told it would be rushed through. Avoid I won’t be ordering from here again I would rather go and collect in future another kebab shop in Longfield or Dartford!

Food is lovely (occasionally missing sauces and small errors), when it finally turns up... 2hr45 to do a 2.7m journey, even walking it does not take that long! Called twice to be told it was just leaving and it would be delivered first, still took 30mins. This is not the first time this has happened and we will not order again due to the ridiculous wait times!

Was quoted an hour. If took 2! When it turned up it was wrong! When asked for a refund was told it’s not there problem as the manager wasn’t there!

We use the place regular. Best Lamb or Chicken Kebabs in the area. Sometimes the delivery can be a bit slow but normally means they are busy (Good sign imo) and foods always hot.

When phoned to complain was informed they did send me a LARGE chips! Noway was enough chips yo feed a child. But also said next time i order they would give me extra chips. The best kebab in the area. Had the pleasure of seeing how the adana kebab was made and its very traditional. Very fresh ingredients. Give it a go, unlikely you'll be disappointed.
