The place is just dull... Always is Service @ the drive-through was good. Considering the burgers 🍔 were cooked fresh, which is always a great thing right, the fries 🍟 were barely warm come on basics. Shame as we like Burger King

Onw of the burgers was wong again and this is the second time ove the last three orders. I wont be using them any more.

ordered at 7.15 and food arrived at 8.50pm stone cold and ruined. awful!

Placed the order at 19:10 and arrived at 21:00 with the food being freezing cold, we waited all they time for cold food.

2 hours to get food, all cold, drove round to sort it, nothing they can do! This is insane and now we have no dinner!

I ordered at 13.44 and received my order just after 3pm food came Stone cold and I didn't receive chips just over £28 I paid for what was even worth eating very unhappy

I don't know if it was on time. The burger was warm, didn't taste good. The chips? a few of had some cheese stuff drizzled on, hardly any, the rest were just chips. Free chic nugs cold & dogs ate. Macdonalds 4 me next time!

Shocking rude members of staff.. I dont appreciate being spoken to in the rude manner by a minor that because they messed up the order... tried to ask nicely in the end I will just complain to head office. Food awful too and not correct. Absolutely soaking and soggy throughout.Sad as bk used to be an upper class mc ds but sadly no more.. that's 80 pound down the drain

The company I was in made up for the lack of atmosphere in the restaurant, so all was good.

I had a very disappointing experience at the drive-through. On November 11, 2024, at 12:53 PM, I ordered my meal, and the lady at the register was not friendly at all. She didn’t provide any napkins with my order, which I expect to receive when ordering through the drive-through. Additionally, when I asked for a receipt, she placed it inside the food bag, it was wrapping it around the fries.

Never received my delivery. I saw the driver eating it outside in his Honda Jazz!!! Cannot make this up!!!! When I went out to confront him he drove off........... Crazy!!!!

People need to be careful to eat this restaurant even daytime. There is a rats running around through the windows around the Burger King building.

Got something completely different to what I ordered then the customer service is non existent, have reached out numerous times but just get ignored!

Firstly…food ordered took forever to be delivered and when it finally arrived there was a large portion chips missing and the food was barely lukewarm and the onion rings were so hard we couldn’t eat them !!! To say we we’re disappointed with the whole experience is an understatement

Cold food, greasy mess, chips were OK but just salty. Rats living outside in the bushes, saw a full family of rats run into the bush from the drain just outside and back.

Ordered the Burger deal (Burger + 2 sides orders) only received the Burger + 1 side order, What happened to the other side order?!

The brunch manager could not explain or find excuse why "Free Kids King JR Meal" is not available in this place. Simply, by the terms and conditions sort of not available everywhere. I could not prove this information in BK website. Poor service, not helpful staff, ordering ONLY at the kiosk

This was the first time I have been to this Burger King. I cannot fault the service or cleanliness of the restaurant. The chips were not very hot though. We chose to eat in but I was disgusted to see at least 10 full size rats running around the car park area and near the restaurant. I will never go back here for that reason and I feel that you need to get pest control in immediately, otherwise the health and hygiene people will be paying you a visit. I did look but could not see any vermine traps😡😡

It took over an hour to arrive

At the beginning I was notified my order placed at 13:14 would have arrived between 13:40-14 time kept changing and at the end we only got it at 14:35, our burgers are cold and dry hard and chips are soggy and cold ridiculous service seriously. Also tried to call the restaurant but the phone doesn’t work so I couldn’t communicate with anyone

Burger was nice, we sat in the car park and ate our meal while watching the rats run around, we counted 30 at least.

Order took 1 hour from ordering to arrive. Food was cold so had to heat it up. Not alot of food the price. Disapointed really.

Yo, Lishen, Thish Burger King ain’t no joke. The whopper, Big, Juishy, Meaty… Jusht like me in my prime. I’ve had shome good meat in my time, Five Guys, Mcdonalds, Evander Holyfields ear, but the whopper? Woohoo it’s a knockout!!

It's a burger king - you know what to expect food wise. Messed up my order a few times now by forgetting items, so I only go here if I'm ordering a single burger now. Staff are friendly and welcoming though, which is genuinely nice to see at Burger King.

Do not buy from this branch. The chef wants shooting! I spent £30.00 on my order and it arrived 5 mins late. The burger was overcooked and burnt dry & cold. The fries & onion rings Cold and soggy and so were the cheese bites.If I was in the shop I would have taken them back as they were NOT fresh. This was the worst Burger King meal I have ever known. It was the 1st time I have had it delivered. A very poor show for a good brand. The management needs to get its act together in this branch.

Please employ delivery drivers who can read a map and want to deliver to your door , my block has a lift but he didn’t even call the door entry and pretended to not know where to go so I collected it from outside the main door next to the door entry he couldn’t find

Terrible Service!! We popped in a few weeks back as its a stones throw away from the M25 and we wouldn't have to pay the premiums that motorway services would charge. We was served by a man called Andrew, he honestly was so patronising towards us basically treating us like we were stupid because we asked about the plant based whooper; he took a tray and quite aggressively pointed to the screen and showed it wasn't there, saying its been discontinued which is a obvious lie because my local does it. He could have just said that this branch doesn't sell it. I'm not sure if he was simply having a bad day, but someone with an attitude like his really should not be working in a customer facing job. Steer clear of Andrew and his intergalatic skull.

On the sign on the door it says that they close at 11 we arrived at 9:30 and they told us that they could only serve us in the car section, if you don't have a car they won't serve you although according to the door they are open

I like to eat there because it's out of the beaten path, you can have a calm meal.

My food was cold and also my drink was warm when I asked for cold Fanta and also I had no napkins and sauces what I asked please could I request a refund asap

It took 1.5 hours from placing the order to receiving it. The food was cold. I am a diabetic and had a hypo due to the length of time it took. I ended up needing medical help from 999.

Sorry but just because I order regularly doesn’t mean I should get just anything. I order regularly cause the food was most of the time fresh hot and tasted as if it had just been cooked which it should always be. What I got today was warm chips. Stale halloumi fries.and warm nuggets. Disappointed

Useless at best. All the manager has to do is read the screen and sign off the order. Please please employ people that can read and count. BK Greenhithe is horrible the staff are untrained and the restaurant is dirty. I dare BK to challenge this. Go there see what’s going on. Be careful not to get bitten by a rat. Disgusting, BK should be ashamed.

Food looked weeks old and overcooked even though it was done straight away … lettuce in burger was brown and old … no attention to the appearance of the food looked like it was thrown together Missing items from burger purchased as an extra Hygiene…. What a very bad restaurant I’ve gone to stay in the trveloge and have a weekend away this bank holiday went to Burger King next door what a complete joke staff sound like they have just been released from day care the tables we messy bins over flowing cupboard doors hanging of of units very poorly run so I think it needs to be closed down and have a complete overhaul

Often stop off here on return journey from Darent Valley hospital. Menu is ok, often things we would order are unavailable such as milkshake and there drinks machine has been in need of repair for weeks so only certain ones available.

Andrew (Megamind) was very rude at the Drive Through microphone, asked if i could possibly do separate orders and he shouted “NO YOU HAVE ONE ORDER IF NOT THEN LEAVE THE DRIVE THROUGH” very rude considering i only asked 1 question, will not be coming back here
