McDonald's in Dartford

the man that delivered was polite respectful and on time . no food left out was warm n no melted milkshakes or ice creams.

time was changed, dips for mozzarella sticks missing, dip ordered also missing, same as last order, dips never arrive, food is usually lukewarm or cold. If you don't mind the above then order away.

The food was cold and I didn’t get a straw

So we ordered 2 cups of tea, watch them make it, was left in the drinks waiting area for at least 10 mins for a so called supervisor to hand my wife the drink 15 mins later, my wife requested for fresh as they had been sitting for ages, he had the cheek to tell my wife he just made them. How can you tell the customer who pays your wage a lie disgusting they were all to busy hugging each other and chatting bad behaviour

So unhappy with the service , uber driver gave me my food and I told him the code, he then asked for a tissue so I have him some kitchen roll , as I went to shut the door he asked to come into my home , I shut the door on him. I am shocked at this and will not order online again

Food was cold, no straw for drink or dips were sent, delivery time changed at least 10 times, drivers location mysteriously turned off when he collected the food and then took 15 more mins to deliver. Awful service and only got a £6 refund on a £29 order

I ordered pancakes and both pancakes had no syrup. This was the same yesterday when I ordered the same thing. There was no straws, and was cold, due ro not being in a proper bag. What I don't understand is if you order pancakes and syrup you have the option to pick the maple syrup. But no on sausages and pancakes. You still use it on the pancakes. I don't see what this McDonald's finds hard with adding sauces in to a bag

Diver was rude. No response from the intercom. When he got to the door, i said "hello" and he said "the code". I said "pardon" and he said "the code!" . I gave him the code with no hesitation, took my food and i said thank you but no response. Rude!

We were given a delivery time slot but it kept moving later and later and ended up coming an hour after we ordered.

It was okay but it was nice because the order was right. I throughly enjoyed it and I hope I can order the same meal again and I would love for it to be as scrumptious as it was now thank you hope to order again. Goodbye for now Macdonalds.

A simple order of 3 items during a quiet period took an hour plus item missing.

The food was cold and missing a dip.

The pin for our address is always on the wrong place which means the delivery driver struggles to find us.. making delivery time go up, it says we live at the garages behind us which we cannot access! If this can be looked into I try and change it but once the order is placed it pins behind us every time

food was on time but absolutely stone cold. messages just eat and were useless. no refund. no credit nothing. Worst service ever.

45 mins, late, cold, c%£p. you might as well order an hour earlier than you need it, as it turns up cold regardless, and you need to stick in the microwave anyway. But you might have a chance of getting on time at least. Hate ordering from them, I only do it for my daughter.

It was one of the worst I was waiting 2 hours for my food only for it to not show up and try and tell me that it had already been delivered to me but I did not receive my order I have complained and requested for a refund but I am still unhappy

All the staff are very polite, friendly and helpful. All the foods are freshly prepared. One downside is that the toilets are not clean. Most of the times the sinks in the toilets are filled with tissue papers. That's why, most of the times water stays in the sinks. There aren't any brushes in the toilets to clean the commodes after using the toilets. I have used the toilets many times. But I wasn't able to clean after using the toilets.

the delivery driver didn't even ring my flat number on the building I was watching her on the balcony she just stood there for a few minutes and the proceeded to walk back to her bike. I rushed down the building and caught her in time she was just about to leave. I asked her why didn't you ring the door bell and she said she called me which she didn't. then she asked for the number which I didn't have because I rushed down to you so she wouldn't drive away with my food. anyway all sorted now

Wrong order, no respond from customer service I spent 20£ and I’m starving I’m very disappointed

I ordered 3 full quarter pounder meals from this McDonald’s on the app. My food came to me cold with no drinks, when I tried to call them for help they dismissed me and sent me to contact uber even though I ordered via the app. Terrible service. I have no way of getting my money back for the drinks that were not delivered and I am very disappointed in how I have been treated.

All food stone cold . Burger had time stamp of 19.12 when it was made I got delivery at 8pm. Order was originally made at 18.31 it stated 15-20mins delivery time it took an hour and half. No straw with milkshake and chips half full. Rank !
