McDonald's in Dartford

All the staff are very polite, friendly and helpful. All the foods are freshly prepared. One downside is that the toilets are not clean. Most of the times the sinks in the toilets are filled with tissue papers. That's why, most of the times water stays in the sinks. There aren't any brushes in the toilets to clean the commodes after using the toilets. I have used the toilets many times. But I wasn't able to clean after using the toilets.

I ordered 3 full quarter pounder meals from this McDonald’s on the app. My food came to me cold with no drinks, when I tried to call them for help they dismissed me and sent me to contact uber even though I ordered via the app. Terrible service. I have no way of getting my money back for the drinks that were not delivered and I am very disappointed in how I have been treated.

shit show of a mcdonalds in store and in uber ordered a whole meal for the family no straws out of 5 drinks, food was rotten, and there was barley any chips in the bag these people hire children as managers and wonders why there still doing so bad

The chicken wrap was burnt and rock hard.The chips were the same.The worse Mac dees I’ve ever tasted

Very bad,I ordered food at 11.52, rang to see where it was, was told they were waiting on a driver. At 2.14pm I get a call to say the food was here. I told the man I didn’t want it as I had already gone out to get it!! Not happy with the service

Every item on the order was incorrect. There were no special instructions, but they sent the wrong item in place of every single item that I paid for. I have requested a refund and I would expect that such poor service would result in a full refund. I am yet to hear from Just eat about their course of action. How hard is it to read a black and white order? Ridiculous. Please refund me in full.

Shame it arrived luke warm, if the tracking device is right might have been due to the delivery driver taking the long, scenic route! Great the bags are now sealed, always items missing before and never knew who had rummaged through the bag. Definitely upping the game though, and eased the pain of a head cold 👍

Ordered from a local store in Dartford 5 min away. Watched the delivery driver go all the way to Greenhithe, then stuck in traffic . Came back into Dartford, taking about an hour and food was finally delivered an hour later, freezing cold

placed order had 25 minute delivery that then changed to 1.5 hrs but unable to cancel as no option to do so which is ridiculous. When delivered, food cold, drinks spilt and half empty, packaging all wet and damaged. Absolutely awful

They are always messing up the orders ,it's awful ,that u then have 2 deal with just eat and wait for ur money back and possibly food u can't eat ,it's all wrong

Food is all cold. Driver was sat at waiting ages for food. Food comes and it cold. So either the food was sat out waiting to be given to driver or was just made cold on the way.

I ordered the food at around 16.02 to be delivered at 17.00. on the app, at 17.00 it said it would be delivered between 17.20-17.40. by 18.00 it still wasn't here. I couldn't get through to mcdonalds to see if my order had been picked up, it was constantly engaged. I sent a message to just eat asking if they knew what was going on and I have now received a full refund. the app is now telling me my order was delivered at 17.25. that obviously didn't happen. not happy at all

Absolutely awful... Quiet morning 2 customers in the store as well as me and I have to wait 10 minutes for the manager to make my 2 flatbread breakfast wrap and roll to be made and when it arrives I find I have to wait extra time for them to cook an egg for my roll which I specifically put down to have removed... So ended up burning my fingers on the freshly cooked egg... Also a good thing I'm not allergic to eggs... The sauce was more on the packaging than the roll so I got covered in brown sauce as well as almost lost my roll through the massive tear in the paper as well as it seems they put no brown sauce in the wrap I will not be coming back here when they can't actually take the care to make the food let alone read that things have been removed.

They seem to have got their act together. Order was on time, correct and tasty.

One piece missing, and for note if you customise a wrap it stops being a meal. Otherwise very good quality.

The most bad experiences in this McDonald's. The management team are at 0 level of management it makes me laughing who give this job they have to be crazy for stuff . You are not able to check if you completed a food order when someone is ordering online for delivery. You don't realise that we wait and food is missing we pay for good service and you deliver nothing. No wandered why you have 3.4 start you should be a shame.Who both the franchise you should be a shame. You don't look after your business. Next time when you make a order make sure you check 3 time budy not one time 3 time ok check 3 time i am telling you from a manager to other manager. Ok . Well definitely you lose other customers now . Great job guys keep it going.

delovery driver was very quick and polite. the order was completley messed up missing several items and the state of the food was shocking.

Both bags not sealed as they should be, I refused to take the food and asked the driver to take it back however he told me he can’t take it and said I should report it to just eat, everything went straight in the bin. Drivers should be making sure everything is sealed before taking it from the restaurant.

2 apple pies and my garlic mayo dip were missing from my order

bought the small mini chicken burgers and the way it was arranged was just rubbish. i posted a photo on google showing this. The salad was stuck onto the top bun i mean it was dead flat. Happened twice now.

Ordered the meal at 6 ,at 6.15 it said my order was being prepared, at 7.15 it said my order was on its way I think it made a stop on the way, the food was so cold it probably had been prepared an hour earlier will not be ordering from there again,
