McDonald's Westcroft in Milton Keynes

Nice place right opposite the stadium, they have quite fun games for the children while waiting for our orders to keep them entertained

Most unhelpful manager ever - Charlie! Poor lad trying to do his job and she was having a row with him delaying him opening the window then continued to shout at another person that X will have to go home cause she’s due to finish, with a few other words I wouldn’t repeat @!?# shocking

Do not expect anything other than a standard McDonalds Fayre and you will be okay . Food was as expected , service was good

refused to give me a straw even though ordered a larger oasis😔really changed the trajectory of my whole day.

Once again, I have seen the manager L bulling staff. This time he was telling the younger staff they couldn't have a drink. The younger staff member asked how long it would be, L replied 2 and a half hours. The younger staff said, not even water! L said get back to work, you get a break when I tell you. Everyone should be allowed to get a drink of water. This is disgusting. Westcroft Mcdonalds was such a great place in the old days. I've chatted with a staff member asking where some of the old long-term staff have gone, they told me they have left their employment. I offered a tip to the lady cleaning the tables, and she said she wasn't allowed to take a tip. I said please take it, it's for you. She said a can't I'm sorry its policy. Why is this? Mcdonalds needs to give their higher store manager training on how to treat employees. It's clear to see all the other staff work so hard, it's just a shame they are not valued. Shame about the Westcroft Mcdonalds. ☹️

ordered and only had half the ingredients in my burger. Took it back, waited 10 mins . when got itback , it was still missing ingredients? took it back 2nd time. this time i got another burger with the bacon chucked in the bottom of the bag?? this is westcroft in mk

Just wanted to highlight kem for always being friendly and nice. Always in a good mood and gives the best greeting whenever I come through the drive through. He's a good one and takes my orders accurately. Great employee!

Visited the Westcroft store today 29 November at 20.18 yet again the food was stone cold this is not the first time this has happened and I would not normally leave a review but for the price charged I was very disappointed, this must be one of the worst stores I have visited and will not be using any time soon

This McDonald’s is the worst. They didn’t give me the BBQ source with the veggie dippers despite selecting it during the order and the fries were cold.

Went to the drive through at Westcroft...ordered 2 burgers(not meal) for the kids. Told to wait for 2-3 minutes and park as food not ready. Been waiting for over 20 minutes now. Went back to the payment window and got just a "am sorry for the delay" then handed over my order

Made an order through Uber eats this evening for me and my daughter, food came through stone cold, and this is the state of two of the burgers we got, also cold with thin and rubbery tasting burgers inside... not impressed at all and won’t be ordering from there again...

Went through the drive through, ordered a BigMac Extda large meal, with strawberry milkshake , two cheese burgers and a large fries. After driving home to tattenhoe (a 2min drive), the BigMac meal was cold, not even warm, and looked like it had been sitting for a while, the chips were not cooked correctly and the milkshake had almost completely melted and was runny. The cheese burgers were ok. Shame really as the drive through service was very good. Speed over quality dont mix. We wont be going there again 3/10 If you really must then dont say I didnt warn You 🙈

My sprite was just carbonated water... The food at this McDonalds is always poor, really disappointing.

Giving this McDonald’s a miss from now on. Had problems twice on the trot with orders. The first time was with happy meal, upon opening the box all that was in it was just 4 chicken nuggets in box. Now today the two drinks I ordered were missing. I rang them and was told complain to Uber ...Uber say they can’t do anything about it., these things happen!! BAD it’s so annoying when you order meals and only get a proportion of what you ordered..and paid for. McDonald’s you really do need to up your game

The best mcdonalds in milton Keynes and my local one as i live in shenley lodge the staff are friendly and the toilets are clean got great burgers drinks and mcflurry's and a drive thru ive been to this one a thousand times in my life i always get my order right and i normally have a fish o fillet with chips or a chicken sandwich meal with a cheeseburger and chips also have a diet coke and a smarties mcflurry i would agreee this mcdonalds resturant is the best one in milton Keynes

Used drive through and started in a line of 15 cars ito the road. In seven minutes I had received my order and was on my way. What an efficient [place.

Not sure if there is new management or something but customer service is great and the food isn't just thrown together as fast as possible, it's well placed/hot, chips salted. Going into a bay is a bit annoying for core menu but good job nonetheless

Went and ordered veg burgers. Staff are busy in chatting doing nothing not paying attention on customer order. Given me meat burgers. When called didn't apologize and just replaced my order. Totally poor service.definately need more training.

The service isn't the best but I can look past that. My biggest issue is that this branch has the most disgusting Coke that you will ever taste. I keep giving them the benefit of the doubt but after trying it on 4 different occasions I had to post this. It almost tastes the way rotten meat smells. Sort it out! Tired of wasting our money!!!

We come here maybe once a month and there have been a couple times where they missed parts of the order.. it is a bit annoying when you go through drive through, come back home and see your food missing. Would be nice if people double checked the order or maybe cross out things they’ve put in so this wouldn’t happen so often.

Regularly get orders wrong, filthy dirty, rude staff and never keep things in stock! Avoid this dump! Disgusting 🤢🤢🤢🤢

After promising myself I would never go back to this place ! I did ! Absolutely disgusting !! Never again ! Even my dog wouldn’t eat it !!

It's a McDonalds - nothing else to say. It's reasonably clean but it's also a very small McDonalds, not a lot of seating and the service on a lunchtime can be hit and miss as to whether you get served in 2 minutes or 10.

Two visits in two different weeks and milk shakes not available- not good. Another visit via drive through with grandchildren and when we got home the order was wrong. Not a particulary great place.

Used a lot by families and the kids go for the free plasma iPads (sadly) and the parents get a break . Not very big but we found room for a seat for our coffee and whilst nothing special no issues either.
