This is my first time ordering since the new management took over, and I'm very disappointed with both the service and the food I received. When I placed my order, I specifically requested two thighs and one drumstick. The staff member informed me they were making fresh chicken because the hot oven only had 3 drumsticks that appeared to have been partially eaten! I clearly stated I did not want any chicken from the oven. Unfortunately, upon arriving home and opening the box, I discovered the very same questionable drumstick I requested them to avoid. Additionally, the three wings I ordered were dry and flavorless. I contacted the restaurant afterwards, but the staff didn't seem concerned about the situation. Due to this experience, I wouldn't recommend this restaurant to anyone at this time.

Forgot my burger & then delivered a burnt reheated one half an hour later … wouldn’t order from here again.

Best takeaway pizza in Milton Keynes. Thin crust, not skimpy with toppings, nice amount of sauce and the right amount of cheese.

Visited this wonderful pizza shop last night and it was an amazing experience.I ordered the food online for collection and it was ready on time.didn't have to wait a second.Staff was very friendly and the pizza was best i had ever.i can say that this is arguably the best pizza in the Mk.really loved the food at Pappa lui pizza and surely will be ordering soon.

Been ordering from here years but last 2 orders have been awful. Chicken slimy, greasy and cold. This time pink could not eat it. We was missing garlic bread and coleslaw, when called was spoken to rudely. Will never order again they’ve lost a loyal customer

Waited over an hour for delivery on a week day, order was wrong, food was so disgusting i couldn't eat it and when I called the place to say my order was wrong they were very rude and told me it was my fault! Words cant describe how bad this place is. Worst takeaway ever. Dont order from here!

Ordered from here before and the food was absolutely amazing. Ordered from here today and it was awful. We ordered 2 pizza’s and chicken nuggets, the nuggets were nice but also soggy..The pizza’s were alright but opened one to find the garlic sauce popped all over the food, and the other pizza was cold..on one pizza we ordered peppers and it came with jalapeños on the pizza to when i have a medical condition meaning i can’t have anything to spicy like they are..Will not be ordering from here again!!

Excellent pizza but terrible customer service and timing. I’m a regular customer and really disappointed. The website said 25 minutes but I ended up waiting over an hour and 10 minutes. I called them after 40 minutes and they said “10 minutes max”. I called them after another 15 minutes and they said the driver is on his way. When the driver got here, he said the food is fresh and was made 10 minutes ago - confirming that they were lying each time I called when the food wasn’t even cooked.

The pizza I ordered initially wasnt great but on my complaint to the management, another hot fresh pizza was delivered at my doorstep to compensate!! Staff was super nice and welcomed the feedback. The order included a half pounder burger which was phenomenal. Definitely ordering from them again as great service!

Horrible service . Order pizza and drink . No drink came . Pizza slap inbox . Was like a bed cover fold on half. My kid got heard broken and cry bcz no drink and pizza was mess and broken . Call them . Say next time . What next time . No refund or nothing . Unbelievable.

Don't know what everyone's problem is we always order from here and never have any issues yeah they might be running a little late but it's something that happens to us all. We go here about 3/4 a month and my kids and friends love it and always make me tell them where we went as it was banging. Yeah might always order the same stuff but that's because we found what we like and we like it from here. Can't wait to tuck in tonight feast

The food was horrendous it was the worst kebab I’ve had. The meat was hard and did not taste good.

They were probably the worst kebabs I've ever had. The meat was definitely old and smelled strange. There was no sauce and little to no salad. After trying a few pieces of both kebabs, I threw them away. It is not a place I would recommend even to my enemies. The food here is disgusting and the place is overpriced. Avoid this place.

Please avoid if u can. Take out 12 pieces chicken bucket and doubted they are re-frying it ask the lady she said no its fresh. But when I reach home open it and try to eat its like piece of wood trash it so hard n dry, So please avoid guys if u can. I wich i can give -5*.

One star is too good for them , customer service is appalling and the man I spoke to was utterly rude to me when I told him I was missing items from my order and then proceeded to hang the phone up on me. AVOID!

Disgusting customer service tried to order for collection for the guy to not understand what my order was, then handed over to someone else who then took my order as i said could u repeat my order back he was very rude and aggressive on the phone i do not understand how someone can be so rude to a customer who is willing to pay money for the food this shop is an absolute joke and they need to learn how to serve customers especially after the fact the guy was saying he been doing this business for so long , it wont be running for much longer with his awful attitude

Honestly wish i could give this place minus stars, staff member was rude over the phone, ordered a kids nugget meal and some drinks, the lost the driver half hour in and couldnt find or contact him for a whole hour!! Everytime i called to ask they didnt know and were so unapologetic and unhelpful would just hang up mid conversation. Food turned up soggy, stale and unedible. Never ever ordering from here again, and ill be sure to tell everyone how awful the customer service is.

Placed an order tried to charge me differant from the menu provided on the counter and advertise on the window when I said no it says cheaper on here a man from the back came out started being aggressive said they was old prices new ones not been updated. Was yelling at me and my children and told us to get out! No way to speak to paying customers rude and aggressive will be ringing up and speaking to a manager and taking this further.

Food was 33 minutes late. Rang 4 times, phone rings out with no answer. When someone did eventually call back they told me 10-15mins for arrival. Food arrived half hour after that. Food was good but service and wait times are just awful.

Recently not enough staff on weekends. Far too often they missed items on my order. Leaving feedback on website just gets a useless "thank u for ur feedback". Calling the only guy working on a Sunday is useless. Poor form guys, look after ur business better!! Don't get me wrong, when they get order right, pizza is nice and thin with good amounts of cheese toppings.

My friend said let's go to this place after the gym, he said they were great. So long story short we went We had half chicken and rice with salad and a drink (can't remember how much it was) the chicken was cooked on a bbq grill the rice was flavoursome. Great tasting food, will be back 4 more.😋

Absolutely love this place! Service is always great, food is always piping hot, I order from bletchley and Woburn sands and the quality is pretty much the same for delivery, they are always friendly and accommodating to our requests, you get what you pay for and pizza is still good the next day!

What ever you do. Do not order from this company! DONT DO IT! Your food will not arrive. Very rude staff, patronising, constantly arguing with me on the phone. I am APPALLED at the service!! Over an hour and a half late, rude manager and driver! Whilst I appreciate their business, I tried to call over 15 times on different phones! 0 response! Was with friends this evening who ordered food from this place and the service we received . Had high hopes and great expectations for this food as they always ordered from them but heard the manager was rude and and food was late and we were offered a lousy ice cream as compensation, had to laugh as we spend quite a bit of money with them. Totally and utterly disappointed with the customer service with this restaurant. I have been a regular customer for years and i have regularly accepted long waiting times despite good food. Today after being an hour late, unable to contact the restaurant (because the manager “turned off the phones”) we were told next time we would get a “free ice cream”. By this point we were unsure if the order had even been accepted and were minutes away from considering an alternative restaurant. The manager disrespected me by not even offering a compensatory discount, stating he is “sick of people like us”. Will not be ordering from you again and will try very hard to deter future people from considering your business.

Pizza was cold and limp. it also hadn't been put in the box properly, it was spilling out of the sides and the slices were all jumbled up. The topping was hardly attached to the base. Very disappointing.

Minus stars if is possible... They accepted my order on Just eat I selected pay buy cash , was everything ok until the delivery time wich was passed and my order was still missing. I contacted the restaurant regarding my order and they say is buy cash paying, but sorry the driver didn't come for delivery. If will be the last restaurant on the world I didn't buy from there nothing. 👎👎👎

Popped In to get a pizza to share for lunch. Never been here before, the pizza was fab. A nice surprise.

The best pizza in the town and fast delivery !

It took an hour and 20 minutes to arrive and when it did the Chicken Tikka was dry and horrible. Don't bother. The only upside was the Pitta was too small for most of the chicken to actually fit in meaning that for one night I became a veggie. Think this might be me forever now. Cheers Lui you legend.

Food is fresh and delicious, but the car park is always full, so we have to find out another parking area at the back shop on the right from the Papa Lui Pizza

Even though the staff is not really friendly, i used to buy regularly from them, until i saw their "special recipe" for fries was frozen fries picked from the floor and put for frying. Nice one gyus 😂 LE: i have just found out their hygiene rating is 3 stars...

Believe me in my country all those takeaway would be closed down!! I was also at the back of this place, this takeaway is clean, fresh nice food hot food:) and the delivery (pizza) was made from ordering in 5 minutes🙂💪💪💪 I live 1min next to them.

Ordered from here for the last time today! We actually really enjoy the food, however they can never get our order right! We waited near on 2 hours for delivery and yet again the order was wrong. We took the wrong items back, (which really defeated the point of having it delivered) they replaced with yet another wrong order. We always give places more than one chance as mistakes happen, but unfortunately this place seems to make mistakes constantly.

I eat a lot of take away. Moved to bletchly and these pizzas are amazing.

2 hours and still waiting! Call 17.39 - will be there any second. 17.50 - will be ten minutes. 18.10 - will be there any second. 18.20 - I don't know where driver is, must be lost, I will call him. 18.26 still waiting. I can only imagine the food will be stone cold when it arrives. So angry!!!!!

CON MEN! DO NOT ORDER!!! . The food is terrible quality and always cold. They charge you multiple times for 1 order. I paid 36 pounds for 1 poor quality meal and some of the meal was missing! Horrific! We pre-ordered pizzas in the afternoon for evening delivery through JustEat. It said on the app the order was confirmed. It got to half an hour after our delivery time so we tried to call the restaurant... busy tone was all we could get. They then changed the order status to delivered and refused to deliver our food or give us a refund. Luckily after being on hold for 45 minutes we spoke to someone in customer service with JustEat who agreed our money will be refunded. Will not be using them again.

Nearly 30 mins late, pizza was room temperature, chips soggy, food missing. After 1 slice each everyone left the table as they didn't like it total waste of money

Amazing Pizzas, my favourite is thin crust Tandoori chicken, Anchovies , mix pepper with onions and birds eye green chilly.

Probaby the worst place i have ever eaten from ,watching the man make the kebabs for the phone orders was incredible you wouldnt eat it if you saw what they did to it,using bare hands to pick up about five different food items wiping them down his filthy apron in between picking them up,i had already paid for a kebab my daughter wanted and told her not to eat it afterwards incase she caught something from it !.Raw food mixed with cooked food ,just awful even the front of the shop has all dead insects stuck in its windows.why hasnt it been shut down yet ?disgusting.

Ordered food waiting one hour an half then my son didn’t get his sauces or drink had to keep calling them was told not long but waited another hour and half for them to bring a fresh one, very disappointed never order from them again

Absolutely dreadful place . Witnessed the staff picking up the salad with their fingers from the different containers to put into people's takeaways. Server made my kebab ,then started picking up the salad with his fingers instead of the tongs in the pot. Terrible hygiene practice . I confronted him and he just offered to make a different one rather than apologise. Salad was rotten. All went in the bin. Told my friend the next day what happened and he said they did the same when he was in there a week earlier and he binned his too. Witnessed them bringing cooked kebab meat out in plastic washing up bowls with no temperature control. Dreadful place ,now I know why it is a 1 star rated restaurant. Should be closed down

Went in for a late night meal they were very busy with orders but everything I ordered was perfectly cooked and very tasty

I Will not use them again I ordered food 10 and it didn’t arrive until 12 they messed up the order and missed out items they put wrong sources on items I tried to phone on a number of times but no answer I went in there today to tell him about it he denied it and said I was here to 2 o’clock in the morning but they shut at 11:30 he said the driver did not mention it to him which I spoke to the driver and told the driver 👎🏻

When ordering take out we always collect, so cant comment on delivery times. Was quoted 15 minutes, waited 15 then went otno the store and ended up waiting in the store for another 20, whcih was not great. Tables seemed to be covered in something sticky but looked clean. Kebab was nice and cheesy and the family loved it. The mixed kebab was in no way bad, but not as good as others near by.

Despite the fact that I've waited 1 hour and 30 minutes for the order to arrive, the food was rotten especially the spicy wings. - Somehow I managed to eat the burger and a few fries because I was very hungry and of course I paid for them. - I'm very angry and disgusted, I will NEVER order again from these guys!
