Happy with the take away before was very disappointed but now it’s been improved with food and service too

Did not even arrive , in need of a refund

Another 1 star because they AGAIN sent me the wrong order , learn to read the notes

Always perfectly cooked and tasty

Eaten here about 10 times now the chicken is really cooked well that’s what keeps me buying however I gave 4 stars because I ordered the ribs today and not much care was given you can tell they have been left in the cooker for a very long time burned and dry unable to eat them. Maybe this is a one off but shouldn’t send out food that badly overcooked in my opinion.

I ordered chicken and ribs there. Chicken was OK, but ribs was like a rubber totally uneatable I had to put them in to the bin. Also there was so much already cooked chicken on display , looked like massive pail up. That means chicken isn't freshly cooked when you buying it.

the food was never delivered. I had to drive go get it myself from work. poor communication

I left a 1 star review a while ago because they never read order notes - I decided to try again recently and they go at my order right!

The burger is verry small and the taste was a little bit bad

order notes are always ignored, got the wrong thing 4 times in a row, even rang the restaurant to remind them twice

Couldn’t get my order correct, the food was cold, refused to send out the food again to be corrected and expected me to collect it when they made a mistake, they just said to refund it which takes more than 48 hours which is dumb it’s a food order, I told them to send out another order and they expect me to pay again, so I’m losing money, ridiculous service and not making effort, burger wasn’t made properly and they just slapped the chicken on there they didn’t put mayonnaise in the burger, they put lettuce when I asked for no lettuce, they just said oh bring the burger back and we’ll fix it but I shouldn’t have to drive there when there’s a reason I got it delivered, it tasted dry, the staff I spoke to on the phone made it out like they can’t do anything to fix it when I told them they can just send it out themselves, I shouldn’t have to drive down when I asked for delivery for a reason just because they didn’t do their job properly

Whilst visiting the hospital we’ve dined in about 6 times as its conveniently walk from MKUH. Firstly it’s clean and welcoming unlike most chicken shops. Almost every item ordered from the menu and it’s been on the money. Nice to have freshly fried chips !! I’m sure I’ll be using them again 👏🏽

Forgot order again chicken wings didn’t come the lady on the phone put the phone down on me twice absolute disgrace and for the price of the food they refused to send a driver with wings absolutely no good communication skills whatsoever

the chicken pieces were not well cooked but fries were good

I bought the 6 piece rib meal. The chips were nice but cold, the ribs were so tough and dry i literally couldnt get any of the meat off from the bone, the coleslaw tasted ok but had a really strange smell. I wish i had not ordered from this resturant.

The staff members handle food without gloves, which is disgusting. Even worse if the hands and nails look dirty.

Absolutely disgusting, food was delivered cold. When we called up they admitted the food was sitting for 20 mins before the uber driver collected. Why would you admit that ! AVOID !!!!!!!!!

Popped in here for a quick bite whilst travelling through. £5.49 for a Chicken Fillet Burger meal which is my standard go to. Lots of Chicken, very tasty, chips were nice but a tad over fried. I would certainly use again.

My order included a drink which I chose a can of Pepsi max but that never came only my food

the driver was rude very aggressive trying to have a argument with my wife saying to my wife that he would not steel my food because he was a Muslim how they have him a driver is beyond belief he has put shame on just eat

Same old story different day cold food, but now Just Eat don't even want to refund customers. So I've done a chargeback with my bank, and will use Uber Eats until they decide to be greedy and allow restaurants to rip customers off like they do themselves.

Worst food place ever. My order was wrong when arrived. When I tried to ring up to sort this out the man was very rude hanging up on me and asking me for order number when the number was given he basically told me it's what I asked for. Even tho food was missing and when clearly stating allergies, there were totally missed. Will not be ordering from here again. What a waste of £35.

Placed an order through Deliveroo, the chicken was really heavy on the greasy and dry in the middle. The Ribs were tough and horrible. Absolutely disappointed as have becoming here for years! My order £50 not even worth it! The chips and beans were the only edible items. I will not be returning!

Greasy. Go to co-op, their ready made chicken tastes better when microwaved

Very disappointed. Today, I am a frequent visitor here. But when I used to buy a chicken wing set meal today, the waiter picked and gave me small and cold chicken chips, and they were not fresh. Usually, I gave a lot of sauce and salt, but today I was very disappointed.

Chicken was ok but chips were cold. Our order has never been received at the time requested. When the shop says thumbs up, maybe a driver should be there waiting to go, as it seems a while before a driver is assigned.

Driver was over 30 minutes late. It said he was at the restaurant for about 40 minutes. I eventually got fed up and called the restaurant and they said that he’d been out of the restaurant for over 20 minutes. My house is a less than five minute drive away from the restaurant Was waiting over an hour 20 minutes for order to be completed. When the driver got here, I asked him what took him so long and he said that he went to pick up another order from another restaurant while he was supposed to be dealing with my order and that’s why he was late. I have video proof of this food has arrived cold Absolutely abysmal and I’d like a refund.

I feel shame my self, travelling all my way to my old town from Leicester to visit my family and go to favorite to by a food always, now management changed are are poorly and rude, also cheating, alway when I went, I spent over between 20 to 40 pounds but don't care. Big SHAME. Take a look the baby stick wings below selling to customers, Advise to customers take a look your food before you leave the cheated poor service team.

Order was late as the just eat driver got lost. This caused the food to be cold. Maybe just eats should train there drivers to understand sat nav. Contacted just eats about this issue and have nothing back from them. They don’t like it as it’s there employees that have issues not the restaurant.

The worst service and food ever. Cooking is improperly, and the kitchen is unclean. They are not wearing gloves and are cooking in an unhealthy way. Food poisoning is the result of it.

I was unable to track the driver after they left the restaurant another 2 hours went by before I got delivery. The food was cold and not edible by this stage. I expect a full refund as the driver advised me the App had gone down so he was unable to deliver the food

i had a chicken buger yesterday it was pink and had veins in and abit of blood,my auntie who is a chef called and they said she was lying and when she asked to speak to a manager they put the phone down the service was terrible and they was rude as hell!

I ordered 2pc meal breast and leg I told the guy I don’t want centre breast he’s telling me I cannot change it in the first place he was suppose to ask me which breast I want. Then he has no customer service he’s busy packing the food to please himself he is very rude .. His attitude spoil my moment of enjoying this meal I am so piss and will NEVER return to this establishment again…

Completely appalling customer service. order was deliver somewhere else and i tried to explain that to the restaurant but they completely dismissed it. very rude manager and unhelpful at all. told me they cant track drivers and its not their responsibility to do that. all they have to do i hand in the order so its up to me to find my order ive placed an order with same shop but different location.

A quick and simple supper is a favourite chicken burger. The flavour of the burgers is good. Chicken fillet is soft and properly cooked. Sometimes a tiny chicken fillet hidden inside the burger requires some digging.However, you might want to consider alternative options if you're specifically searching for a place with great wings. The pleasure is diminished by the small size and dryness of the primarily oily wings. Sometimes for takeaway’s they don't pack the entire order correctly.

Order was missing chips from a meal

Food arrived on time and was very hot. The chicken was slightly over cooked but chips were good. I ordered a bbq dip which wasn't included. I got a sachet of tomato ketchup and mayo instead but I don't like them

Chicken popcorn over-cooked The food itself isn't worth the money you pay for They do have other franchises and some others are alot better Not sure if I have caught them on bad days but everytime I order, it's just never up to even a normal standard

Worst place to order food, the delivery guy doesn't delivers the food, and on calling the restaurant the staff behaves rudely to the customer. Worst experience ever, would never order neither will recommend anyone to order from this place. Worst ordering experience ever.

I regularly get takeaway fillet burger from this shop. I have been visiting the shop for last 3 years and never had a complaint. Recently, it seems that the management has changed and last night the burger we got was the driest piece of chicken fillet ever served to us. It was so bad that we could not get beyond a bite and had to throw it away. It was a complete waste of money. I don't think we will be returning back to it.

spent £40 on 3 rib combo meals and some drinks, first of all when it arrived only two meals, even though if youd have read clearly it was 2 x combo meals on 1 line then 1 x combo on another, so clearly didnt read, secondly, the ribs, and im not over exaggerating, where so tough. literally Un-edible, 3 of us, with complete different tastes etc, could not even try and eat them, they where harder than grandads old leather boots. honestly have no clue why the place even has a medium rating!? also, the phone number, just goes to a voicemail full, so couldnt even call to complain or request a refund... i dont usually write reviews, but literally the ribs where rock hard ( The meat) on the bone, you could not even bite into it was so hard all over.

Staff are so rude, one time I went there I ordered 3 large chips for me and my family they only gave me 1 portion and when I said something the guy was like no and wouldn't except he was wrong and recently I ordered a chocolate milkshake they gave me butterscotch one, not even the same.
