The staff are plentiful but they priorities the drive through, so unfortunately if you order inside you should prepare for a wait.

As usual cold food not as advertised on mainstream tv. . I ordered cheeseburgers there was no onion grilled or otherwise. Slapped together cold food no thought or care. Who cares 🤷‍♀️ no one sept it the far cars running the disgraceful franchises

Food is very slow, always short on staff. Also, their self clean milkshake macine is nearly always in service mode, so getting a shake is hard.

I don't know why I even bothered

I waited a whole 30 minutes for a walk in order on a Tuesday night at 7.30pm, as did other people. Staff basically ignored everyone that walked in, only prioritising drive thru customers- there wasn't even many cars waiting there either. In the end, the food was cold and just looked like slop. The ice in the drink had melted from sitting on the side for half an hour( I could see it being made when I arrived and then eventually picked up) The staff were complaining in the back that they were too busy when it wasn't busy at all. All I got was a "sorry for the wait" for this lousy excuse of a fast food restaurant. 100% wont be going there again nor would I recommend anyone else

On 13/08 I queued at the drive in for over 20 minutes, i complained to a staff member who was outside, he said they were short staffed and i would need to tell the manager as they were always telling him they needed more staff. Imade my order, when I got to the payment window, there was no one there, I waited ... no one came so I drove to the next window, it was shut, staff just looked at me, eventually staff came to the window and confirmed my order then said I would need to drive back round to pay ... telling me they were short staffed, not my problem, window was then vlosed on me. The priority here always appears to be the phone orders and deliveries and customers whe bother to attend are kept waiting I have always supported local businesses so screw you Macdonalds Wolverton you have had my last order.

Just received my order on Uber eats and it was cold and disgusting. Chips wasn’t cooked properly. Really disappointed

should be less arrogant and helpful, pretend that people are not even there, ignore anyone, among so many McDonalds choose others, there are several others with a good sense of humor in customer service

Honestly, the rudest customer service I’ve ever witnessed came to the window and actually started arguing with me then the Manager told me they were trying to get rid of him as it’s not the first time it’s happened and I didn’t get my full order. Needless to say I won’t be using them again. I’ll be going round the corner to another one another Customer lost

Honestly the worst McDonalds in the whole of Milton Keynes. Have been waiting over half hour at times for food. The one by the train station is much faster, go there instead!

Another Macdonalds, I don't think the food changes from one Macdonalds to another, perhaps the only thing is the service and this was decent.

Honestly if I could a no star I really would have. Tonight I’ve been spoken to terribly by the staff at this branch when I rang up to complain that they haven’t packed all my order. I got laughed at down the phone and them saying there is nothing they can do and just blamed the delivery service for it. The food we did receive was awful the best place for it was the bin as there was no way I was giving my children what we got.

Worst meal ever. No shakes ( usual) didn’t add mozzarella sticks that we ordered,or any straws for the drinks. My quarter pounder with cheese was neither of those things ( hamburger no cheese!) and they couldn’t even be bothered to put salt on the cold limp chips. Just rubbish

Self check out machine was out of receipt paper 📃, no tomato ketchup available, my order was prepared swiftly, 🍅 tomato ketchup is provided on request. Overall rating 7/10.

Fries almost never salty enough

Chips cold we ordered 2 mac triple meals When we get home 1 mac triple and I quarter with cheese. Can not even get the orders correct.

Went through drive through,half my meal was missing ie the burger and cheese bites but got my drink and fries. My partners big mac only had 1 burger in it instead of 2 and it was cold.very poor.

Always mess up on our order without fail. Shame.

REALLY DISAPPOINTED WITH MY MCDONALDS DELIVERY THIS EVENING , after being really poorly all week , I thought I’d treat my son to a burger and few other bits, everything delivered was cold , squashed and just not very good at all , chips are always half empty , burger looked like it had been put together by a 2 year old ! Solid Maccies, I go regularly and they always get my orders spot on Edit: had to wait 15 mins, only for them to forget a whole burger and dips How are you gonna forget a whole burger, make me pay extra for dip just to not give them. The burger that I did get was smashed up, looked like someone sat on it before, then waited for it to get cold before putting it in a dip baron bag Another edit: Still going downhill, my drink tastes like they pressed the wrong button for a second, so it tastes like lemonade mixed with coke. Also, is this a lettuce bulb I found in my burger? 😂 It was so hard, not great really. Down another rating Edit: didn't have any sour cream dip also 👎🏻

This is completely outrageous, I Ordered a happy meal, and I don’t understand how you expect children to eat this? I’m 21 and I’ve tasted better Bin bags, (don't question why I ordered a happy meal when I’m 21) the chicken nuggets was as dry as a desert and don’t get me started on those god awful chips. The only decent thing was the drink. It’s almost like you left the food under a heat lamp for a week. Stale as anything. How can children enjoy this if I can’t even enjoy this. This happy meal was a Hazzard. Do I need to make an appearance to show somebody how to make food correctly? Have a very bad night whoever made my food dry and stale…😡I’m not Mchappy at all….. and I’m not Lovin It..

Live in the area and never had a good experience, If you like cold food, hair in your food or uncooked chips then this is the place for you Staff are diabolical bunch of teenagers swearing and shouting absolutely terrible! My dog didn’t even eat it, absolutely shocking

They take ages for preparing food hate their service. Furthermore, There is none on the front desk everyone is inside the kitchen!

Cold every time. Even the pies... how, just how? Thought I'd update this since I've looked back through some other reviews - 5 star with weird range of photos taken (who does that) and heaping praise on this branch...very suspicious. This place has always been dirty when I've gone in. There is usually something unavailable like sauce, napkins, printouts from the ordering screens. The Happy Meals either don't have the toy, have the exact same toy over and over for weeks or have the wrong toy for the current promotion. Today I am at home with strep throat and would love a milkshake but guess what... unavailable here and the app won't let me get a delivery from the next nearest branch. I visited McD's Kingston a couple of weeks ago and it was excellent so how this place can consistently get it all so wrong is beyond me.

Staff seem friendly here only used the drive thru side of it really, orders always seem to be correct and food was fresh

Ordered breakfast just after 10am and my order was cancelled by them at 11am when it should've been delivered and it doesn't help that I'm pregnant as I was really craving the breakfast so I wouldn't struggle to eat something 😞 really upset

Nearly all tables were dirty. Even though it was quiet. Mopping equipment left out even though it wasn't being used and the floors were dirty. No paper in receipt printers. My drink arrived flat when it was supposed to be coke zero.

Very clean and tidy. Staff are friendly and efficient. They keeps cleaning and maintaining the tidiness of the restaurant. I love eating wraps at McDonald’s and the wrap here is the most delicious! It has fresh vegetables and the chicken fillets are well made with sufficient BBQ sauce which I love it most. It is the first time I visit here and I am sure I will come again.

Forget to put something in EVERY single order. I’m starting to come to the conclusion it’s not an accident.

The food was cold and we had no drink with one of our meals the driver madasior younis took the empty drink as it was his error and promised to return with a replacement over an hour and still nothing also as normal Wolverton McDonald's have the phone off the hook as they don't want to deal with issues that customers have,very bad service yet again so ty again McDonald's for wasting our money!!!!

Food as always at McD, but staff here can be a little abrupt, although lady on drive thru about 2/2.30pm on Monday 1st April was very pleasant.

Took a long time to get food. The delivery services seem to take priority these days. The screens only offered takeaway not dine in table service which can be difficult for a disabled person like me. The chips were 3/4 full as always (one day we'll get a full portion)! The tables were dirty, the staff were not polite, call your number then walk away without another word. The bins were overflowing! Not the best experience we've had there!

Edit - coke zero is more soda water and next to no flavour. Another reason to avoid this place. Drive-thru SUCKS. On 2 occasions within the last 2 weeks, I've had to secure the lids on the drinks and I ordered 2 large meals only to get home and unpack them and find regular fries. The burgers look like they were slapped together by some real Billy No Stars. No quality control. I'm not coming here anymore - I'd sooner go to the one on Linford Wood. At least they can put a burger together and get the order right.

The quality is awful slapped together crap served cold! Below basic food hygiene standards. But this is ok because the guy who owns the franchise in Mk doesn’t care he’s a millionaire. It’s so bad why do we eat this rubbish. Very disappointed

It was very busy and had a long wait

Half of my order was missing and staff rude handling delivery drivers.

Maybe I came at a bad time - to be fair to them, I have never seen so few staff try to deal with so many customers; it was crazy busy. I got a "wrap" of the day which was more like an "unwrap" of the day. Consequently when I opened up right in front of the counter the chicken fell out. I waited a moment after telling them to offer me a replacement as I know other McDonald's I've been to would have done but I didn't have the time to stick around if I had to argue the point. Also to be fair to them, I'm sure they would have given me a replacement had I asked but I was in a mad rush as well and couldn't stick around as long as it would have taken in that crazy busy McDonald's kitchen Jamaica replacement wrap.

The rudest, laziest staff I have ever seen. Childish and unable to deal with life unless it's 100% text book.

Nice sized place and always plenty of seats staff are nice too. Would have had more stars if it wasn't for the fact that alot of times we go through the drive thru something is missing from our order.

Usually I visit other McDonald's in MK and all should keep the same standard, however so many issues with one place at once. Coupon is not working, receipt printer is not working, no available clean trays for customers at the restaurant even only few people inside. Waiting for small orders takes ages,no enough space in the carpark due to location. On top of this I think McDonalds requires hairnet or hat during preparation food, a special from managers , might there not lose hair;) thanks god 3 min away is another one, i will save this time with shorter waiting time for sure.

Just ordered 5 meals at the drive through, waited 30 minutes for the food. Drove back to work, no chips.. and the burgers are cold! How can you wait for the food and it be cold? Now got to go back for the chips 🤷🏻‍♂️ Now have hot chips, freezing burgers and cold coffee’s. Worst McDonalds ever!! Correction chips are cold as well, couldn’t write it…

Had chicken Selects here Friday … so overcooked that they were rock hard and dry. They ended up cutting all the roof of my mouth and causing me a week of pain 😭

Waited 16 minutes for 3 meals. All standard items. The 'new' way of only prepping food which is ordered is so much slower. Cold food, missing dip from nacho dippers. Disappointing. Never seem to get an order correct! Further visit : staff cleared table while we were ordering desert and threw away our full drinks!

I tried to get their attention at the tills about something but no one could hear/see me. (I stepped a lil too far into the tills my apologies that's on me) but they told me to step back and I did. Quite a quiet McDonald’s. Always clean and toilets too. I don’t hesitate to come here anytime for a quick snack.

Food was standard but they put the same amount of fries in the large as they do in the medium box. So I basically pay for a large meal and get the same amount of fries as my kids who had medium. Bins were quite full and I couldn’t see anyone walking around cleaning / clearing tables.

My only fault was today I sat at two tables the first one had tea or coffee stains and the second one wasn't to pleasant. Other than that I've eaten there loads of times and never had any complaints.

Am really annoyed with this Wolverton Milton Keynes mcdonalds, they are stealing my order, my order never completed and if I call uber eats to make complain they will tell me they can't refund me almost 4 to 5th time now. Mcdonalds Wolverton is a cheat.

Maybe not the worst McDonalds I have ever been to but…….. actual it is. They only have unhappy meals to match the customers. Top Tip do not go into the franchise as this is the slowest way of getting your food

Why oh why do I order from this franchise !!! Ordered a single burger meal with extra bacon ...... And still they cant get it right, no bacon ......how is it possible to get such a simple thing wrong, and its not the first time. If you do order from here ensure you check your order before leaving ......even if its just a coffee ........yu will probably get tea.

Extremely slow to give out orders that appear as 'Please Collect' on screen. Would have been quicker to drive elsewhere.

i ordered a sausage and egg muffin and a galaxy caramel latte. the food took nearly 20 minutes, the muffin had no sausage, it was bread with cheese and the coffee was cold and bitter. safe to say i won’t be returning

Great place, slightly understaffed but that's how things are recently.. No need to blame the staff because dips aren't included in Uber eats/Deliveroo. If you had some knowledge and patience you would know you buy them separately on the app! There are bigger things to cry about, if you don't like it then go somewhere else rather than going back time after time 😊

Absolutely shocking. Waited ages for our pre booked order. And they got it wrong! ! Wife went in to complain. Had to wait again for the mistake to be rectified. And the fries were much to salty. Never again.

Staff moody and rude. Screens not printing receipts and only shows order number for a split second. Couldn't see what number I was.

Customers made to wait a very long time for small orders while Uber delivery drivers took up the whole restaurant. Thankfully, my food was still warm when I got it.

Always get the order wrong in the drive through so decided to go in and eat. Waited for ages for my food after ordering and had cold fries, which were about half a portion light. Never have any milkshakes. Saw three other people complaining in the time it took to eat my meal. Edit: Came here again a year after my first review and if anything it's got worse.

They have revamped this McDonalds and they now have little game stations for kids which is cool.

The worst McDonald’s in Milton Keynes. Regularly get the orders wrong and when you get your food it’s usually cold and of poor quality. Given the way I have seen some of the ‘senior’ members of the team speak to the younger and probably newer members of the team it’s no surprise they’re constantly unstaffed resulting in the poor service. Management need to have a serious look at the way the restaurant is being run.

Waited over 20 minutes in restaurant for 2 Big Mac meals kitchen was cleanly not clean bins over spill was rubbish ice cream left on side for over 20 mins. Asked for refund and asked for reason for kitchen staff member un helpful won’t be going back shocking service no staff food inspector would have a field day

Each and every time I visit the Mk branches especially the Wolverton/A5 /linford drive thrus the burgers and chips are below basic food hygiene temperatures. I honestly do not understand how the owner gets away with thiis.! Tempid meat and cold chips. Disgraceful and not fit for consumption.I think whoever has the whole Mk franchise should ensure their teams only serve food i63c or above that would be great. . I’m pretty sure they would not accept cold food when eating out off of the profits of tepid food and drinks with no ice.

Worst service I’ve ever had! I ordered from just eat and countless items were missing including 2 portions of large fries 4 pots of bbq sauce and also the bun on filet o fish was not steamed and the sauce was not removed as requested! I had to scooter to the McDonald’s after calling them and they told me they could remake my food but when I got there they would only remake my chips so now the rest of my food is cold. The manager Neave O’gormley was very unhelpful rude (kept talking over me)and miss understanding. Service there is a absolute joke!

Absolutely disgraceful every time I go. It missing items or never got milkshakes or frappes. Went tonight no frappe only vanilla or chocolate milkshakes. I was waiting over five minutes for a McFlurry. But they were all over the delivery’s. Maybe consider the people who go to the store. 20 minutes to get a standard meal for 4 people, no apology from the staff, lucky I checked order as they’d missed off an entire meal. Chips were cold and inedible. I’ve had a meal for 4 at Nandos arrive quicker and certainly better food. Avoid at all costs.

Had McDonald’s breakfast delivered on a Sunday morning and it missed the bacon roll. No way of contacting them. Been to Wolverton a few times and often has items missing. So poor.
