Kfc in Milton Keynes

went in on sunday and tried the new burger i saw advertised . i wasn’t sure about prices or anything like that but one of the managers dante he was really polite and explained to me. definitely returning, thanks

Went in today 13.03.25 for some lunch. The guy in there helped me order from the kiosk great service. I will use them again. The staff in there are a credit to KFC 🍗 thanks 👍🏻

Appalling service. Long wait then Ahmed told us that we hadnt ordered what we said we had. Told us to check our receipt and didnt even know his printers were not working. Ahmed walked off and served another customer. A young girl with much better customer service skills resolved the issue without calling us liars.

Can I get bbq sauce with my meal? Yes, it costs 50p extra. Can I have some? It costs 50p extra... Yes, can I have some? *places a hand full of ketchup and mayo in the bag* But I want BBQ sauce... Yes, but it costs 50p extra... OK, can I have some? Etc etc. Never got my BBQ sauce. Chicken half not coated, wrong drink served, with ice when there shouldnt have been any. And no BBQ sauce even if you want to pay for it, but why can you get ketchup and mayo free? Joke!

After a while been to UK this is the worst KFC I had food. Staffs are not helpful I went to order one lady she said she needs to have break contact other staff and I asked another person she says you need to order on that online 😞 it's mad 😡. After got food I started eating I saw not cooked the chicken is not cooked properly what the hell they runing a international brand never expected I would have given 0 star 😡😡😡 I posted pictures of uncooked meat you can see it's literally horrible they taken chicken on half way cook

I recently visited KFC to try one of their burger meals, and I have to say, I was extremely disappointed with the quality of the meat. The chicken patty in my burger was dry, overcooked, and lacked the juicy, flavorful texture that I expected. It tasted bland, almost as if it had been sitting out for too long before being served. What’s worse, the meat seemed processed and didn’t have the fresh, crispy quality KFC is known for in its fried chicken. The burger bun and toppings did little to mask the unappetizing meat. For the price I paid, I expected much better. I don’t think I’ll be ordering a burger from KFC again anytime soon, as it simply doesn’t live up to the standards of other items on their menu or competitors. If you’re thinking of trying a KFC burger, I’d suggest looking elsewhere.

The staff didn't show any care to the customers. The food has given both myself and my wife very bad stomachs to put it mildly. The one plus side for that shop was it was clean but I think that was because the place was near empty. Very disappointed, will not being going there again. Price was high too, can get more for less at the smaller independent chicken shops

I went through the drive through, they told me it would be a 5 minute wait for my order, 20 minutes later I had to go inside and ask when it would be ready, fried chicken was hot but chips and pop corn chicken were cold.

Requested no sauce on burger came with mayo on it food was cold place was empty and to top it off there was some metallic particles on the popcon chicken I would give zero if I could reporting to kfc head office

Not bad for a KFC. Service seemed a little slow, may be due to the delivery orders.. food well cooked and cooked fresh.

today sunday 27/10/24. 6.30ish, I went through drive thru(sorry tried to go through drive thru) it seemed busy with several cars in front of us but thought that's OK it's a drive thru! on joining the que with no way to escape as cars infront and behind.TRAPPED.I waited for 50 minutes to finally get to window phew we've arrived, placed my order and paid, only to be told chicken would be another 3 minutes ish. with that as was last straw asked for refund of my card payment(another wait I suppose to go through) FAST FOOD! what a joke I guess none of the staff thought to tell people stuck in que that they we having problems and would be a wait! NO YOUR STUCK AND COMMITED. needless to say will never be going there again absolute joke!!

Drive through is dire. Staff not attentive, often sitting waiting for ages with no reason why. Food takes forever. Probably why this store is always empty. New management needed

Ordered wicked variety bucket via the drive thru when we got home the boneless mini fillets were not in the bucket. I rang through to the branch got asked are you sure as they are always put in. No apology then given a code told use this to get the 4 mini fillets when you come next time. Poor attitude no benefit to me so I should use them again to collect what I’d already paid for.

Went here around 12 and the place was empty and felt cold and dull . The staff member who served us was very uninterested in giving a positive experience, looking down and almost lethargic in her actions and speech. The KFC didn't taste as expected and as I had taken it away was unable to go back to return the food. Sorry just being honest.

What can I say it was ok but took a bit of time to get food and no one acknowledged that we was actually there: Tables not the cleanest.

Easy to find and park up as it's on the main A45 route through Sheldon. The staff were good at their job and food prepared in a timely fashion and was of good quality, tasted great. The restaurant area was clean and tidy with plenty of seating. A very well run outlet.

Went to this KFC as we just got back from holiday and our flight got delayed so it was like a late lunch. Went to the drive through, I thought it was closed as there was no one at the window. Waited a few minutes, then someone said they will be there in a few mins. Okay. Person came and took my order for a 3 piece meal. Collected it, only to go forward a bit and check it, 3 drumsticks. It wasnt a drumstick special I ordered but a regular 3 piece meal. There was someone already at the window behind me, and I was so hungry and my daughter fell asleep so I didnt bother to go in and speak to the staff about it. Like, I love KFC ( Trinidad KFC) but not 3 drumsticks for a 3 piece meal. Come on KFC! Do better. I forgot to take a photo. I just had to laugh!

Had to wait a lo g time after ordering only to be told it was going to be even longer. The drive through customers were on and out in no time I was watching from near window. Apologies were not sincere so in the end I cancelled my order. Will not be visiting this establishment again

Got 6 piece bargain bucket. 3 drum sticks and 2 wings. Cold chips and soggy Chicken cold and hard dried out. Horrible never go there again shouldn'tbe allowed to sell such rubbish

Checked my takeaway order and sides were missing, got them but when I got home only had 6 pieces of chicken in my bucket when I had paid for 10. PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK YOUR ORDER THROUGHLY. I won't be going there again.

Good and friendly staff Arsalan was really helpful and patient when taking my order and throughout the whole experience was friendly.

Absolute shambles .. staff made the mistake of not putting fries in .. but wanted me to come down and get some free fries. Which I paid for ??? Whole purpose of paying someone to deliver

Absolutely disgraceful. Waiting for a meal 35 minutes and no one cared to say SORRY!!! Bunch of people who don’t know what they are doing. 5 times checking what in the bag is. Checking the screens 10 times. Arsalan and Keeley don’t what they’re doing. I think the manager must be retarded.

The customer service from Hamza cashier 230433 was amazing. He is polite, friendly and patient! The customer behind in the drive thru was being indecisive and unclear with thier order. Hamza maintained a great level of customer service. Hamza is also super handsome 😉 I will definitely come back.

Food was OK, took a while to arrive and was warm when recived. Returned back in to find a bunch of staff looking like they didn't want to be there and delt with my replacement like I had taken money out there pockets.

Not the best KFC. Service was hopelessly unpredictable: one server was moaning and lazy, the other was an overenthusiastic salesman. Mini fillet burger was below average.

3 customers in total, the tables were dirty as if they hadn't been cleaned for a week, the restroom was stinking and messy too ...a disaster. Never again.

Been to this kfc many times and have been served by kyle many times the other day and was served by Kyle and what a legend he is. Great service so kind and respectful food was fast and will be going again soon He was so polite and made effort to make conversation it really brightened up my day What a star ⭐️

The only comment l have is please get the mobility button repaired for the door,l had to leave my mobility scooter outside because l couldn't HD door to ride in.which hurt my legs walking in to get something to eat.

Do get some work orders from here. Food seems slow to be prepared but till service is good and they get it right at this store.

After receiving an uber order which was incomplete and cold (only ordered uber as family ill) drove round to our local kfc, to a young man who was very professional and sorted within minutes.. Thank you and wish I'd of got your name.

KFC's are always inconsistent, but i think this one is just consistently bad. Mighty bucket missing a piece of chicken, Pepsi Max is actually cherry, no straw. Just terrible.

Something is always missing! This time it's the hot wings...We actually joked that something would be missing but because the box meals weren't in their actual boxes and instead were all in bits across multiple bags it was hard to check. Either just avoid or be diligent!

Put a big order in and they mess up nearly every time. Make sure you check it before you leave. This was an old message above. I've just added to it today as of below. First time I've been back in ages and they messed up order again. Its only because I checked my order, the amount of people that probably drive away and then realise afterwards. I think the staff have a competition to see who can get the most food out of customers. I won't be going back there. The place is shocking all you have to do is read the orders and put in the bag as you go not hard unless you work for KFC sheldon Sorry it may seem a little petty but I'm fed up of people trying it on with others, I don't like how they try to rip off customers for their hard earned money. Especially the price of things these days

My only issue is the portion sizes. While I love the new chips that they've brought in, a large may as well be a small at other fast food places. There just isn't enough to warrant spending that extra money. The image attached is what a large looks like

I am so un well I ordered kfc 4 days ago and the next day I woke up with stabbing pains in my stomach and being sick and diarrhea I would like a refund or something to make it up I am so unwell it been 3 days now 🤬

The drive through is a tragedy. Communicating with staff is like being in a seance. The time it takes to get your food makes you think they have to kill the chickens first. This every time and there's only ever 3 or 4 people eating inside!

I ordered on uber eats abd they always leave something out of ny order then when i call them they give me a code and say ill get theses things free next time then next time comes and they dont even answer the phone telling my uber driver i have to come in to collect why when ive ordered anyway the mongs could just give it to my uber driver if they just answered the phone in the first place

They left out popcorn chicken on my recent visit this week. I've had either good service or poor unfriendly service from the drive-thru.

Scammed On multiple occasions now i am given at least 25% less than what i order (what is on the receipt). not sure why they do this with take aways, seems crazy to think they have to steal food, prob resell from frozen? Truly i don't check my larger orders on the spot, expecting to be able to take the benefit of a FAST food. But i do suggest to check your bags.

My 10pc wings meal had only 8pcs.i have reported it but don't expect much to happen. This is not the first time so won't be going back as there are plenty of other places.

My experience at KFC chicken shop on Coventry road Sheldon was quite unpleasant. The service was terrible as they were severely understaffed. The wait time was extremely long and the staff seemed overwhelmed. However, the food was nice and up to the usual KFC standards. Overall, I'd recommend avoiding this location due to the poor service, unless you're willing to wait a long time for your meal.

Not as good as the old Kentucky Fried Chicken (for those of you old enough to remember). Recipe for the coating has changed, not as nice, can be really greasy. Everything else is pre-packed. Chips have got better though....

Difficult broken English barrier

Had to wait nearly 20 minutes .. understaffed..staff were leaving diners and concentrating on drive through.poor girls at front working like mad.. and to call out order 4 times while manager stayed around back chatting to other staff

Ordered direct from the store, they used uber to deliver. Food arrived minus 5 pieces of chicken. That's half of the bucket I ordered. Tries to complain it took me to uber. I didn't order through uber. Shocking.

Visited at about 12.30 on a Sunday afternoon. Great service and hot food today. Had to wait a little for the car in front at the 2nd window, but that's fine when the foods not. Asked for garlic mayo which wasn't a problem. Some say noooooo you have to pay (needs to be a clear policy). But not here today.

KFC serves up finger-licking good fried chicken that keeps me coming back for more. Their signature blend of herbs and spices makes for a deliciously satisfying meal
