Easy to find and park up as it's on the main A45 route through Sheldon. The staff were good at their job and food prepared in a timely fashion and was of good quality, tasted great. The restaurant area was clean and tidy with plenty of seating. A very well run outlet.

Went to this KFC as we just got back from holiday and our flight got delayed so it was like a late lunch. Went to the drive through, I thought it was closed as there was no one at the window. Waited a few minutes, then someone said they will be there in a few mins. Okay. Person came and took my order for a 3 piece meal. Collected it, only to go forward a bit and check it, 3 drumsticks. It wasnt a drumstick special I ordered but a regular 3 piece meal. There was someone already at the window behind me, and I was so hungry and my daughter fell asleep so I didnt bother to go in and speak to the staff about it. Like, I love KFC ( Trinidad KFC) but not 3 drumsticks for a 3 piece meal. Come on KFC! Do better. I forgot to take a photo. I just had to laugh!

Had to wait a lo g time after ordering only to be told it was going to be even longer. The drive through customers were on and out in no time I was watching from near window. Apologies were not sincere so in the end I cancelled my order. Will not be visiting this establishment again

Got 6 piece bargain bucket. 3 drum sticks and 2 wings. Cold chips and soggy Chicken cold and hard dried out. Horrible never go there again shouldn'tbe allowed to sell such rubbish

Checked my takeaway order and sides were missing, got them but when I got home only had 6 pieces of chicken in my bucket when I had paid for 10. PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK YOUR ORDER THROUGHLY. I won't be going there again.

Absolute shambles .. staff made the mistake of not putting fries in .. but wanted me to come down and get some free fries. Which I paid for ??? Whole purpose of paying someone to deliver

Absolutely disgraceful. Waiting for a meal 35 minutes and no one cared to say SORRY!!! Bunch of people who don’t know what they are doing. 5 times checking what in the bag is. Checking the screens 10 times. Arsalan and Keeley don’t what they’re doing. I think the manager must be retarded.

The customer service from Hamza cashier 230433 was amazing. He is polite, friendly and patient! The customer behind in the drive thru was being indecisive and unclear with thier order. Hamza maintained a great level of customer service. Hamza is also super handsome 😉 I will definitely come back.

Food was OK, took a while to arrive and was warm when recived. Returned back in to find a bunch of staff looking like they didn't want to be there and delt with my replacement like I had taken money out there pockets.

Not the best KFC. Service was hopelessly unpredictable: one server was moaning and lazy, the other was an overenthusiastic salesman. Mini fillet burger was below average.

3 customers in total, the tables were dirty as if they hadn't been cleaned for a week, the restroom was stinking and messy too ...a disaster. Never again.

Been to this kfc many times and have been served by kyle many times the other day and was served by Kyle and what a legend he is. Great service so kind and respectful food was fast and will be going again soon He was so polite and made effort to make conversation it really brightened up my day What a star ⭐️

The only comment l have is please get the mobility button repaired for the door,l had to leave my mobility scooter outside because l couldn't HD door to ride in.which hurt my legs walking in to get something to eat.

Do get some work orders from here. Food seems slow to be prepared but till service is good and they get it right at this store.

After receiving an uber order which was incomplete and cold (only ordered uber as family ill) drove round to our local kfc, to a young man who was very professional and sorted within minutes.. Thank you and wish I'd of got your name.

KFC's are always inconsistent, but i think this one is just consistently bad. Mighty bucket missing a piece of chicken, Pepsi Max is actually cherry, no straw. Just terrible.

Something is always missing! This time it's the hot wings...We actually joked that something would be missing but because the box meals weren't in their actual boxes and instead were all in bits across multiple bags it was hard to check. Either just avoid or be diligent!

Put a big order in and they mess up nearly every time. Make sure you check it before you leave. This was an old message above. I've just added to it today as of below. First time I've been back in ages and they messed up order again. Its only because I checked my order, the amount of people that probably drive away and then realise afterwards. I think the staff have a competition to see who can get the most food out of customers. I won't be going back there. The place is shocking all you have to do is read the orders and put in the bag as you go not hard unless you work for KFC sheldon Sorry it may seem a little petty but I'm fed up of people trying it on with others, I don't like how they try to rip off customers for their hard earned money. Especially the price of things these days

My only issue is the portion sizes. While I love the new chips that they've brought in, a large may as well be a small at other fast food places. There just isn't enough to warrant spending that extra money. The image attached is what a large looks like

I am so un well I ordered kfc 4 days ago and the next day I woke up with stabbing pains in my stomach and being sick and diarrhea I would like a refund or something to make it up I am so unwell it been 3 days now 🤬

The drive through is a tragedy. Communicating with staff is like being in a seance. The time it takes to get your food makes you think they have to kill the chickens first. This every time and there's only ever 3 or 4 people eating inside!

I ordered on uber eats abd they always leave something out of ny order then when i call them they give me a code and say ill get theses things free next time then next time comes and they dont even answer the phone telling my uber driver i have to come in to collect why when ive ordered anyway the mongs could just give it to my uber driver if they just answered the phone in the first place

They left out popcorn chicken on my recent visit this week. I've had either good service or poor unfriendly service from the drive-thru.

Scammed On multiple occasions now i am given at least 25% less than what i order (what is on the receipt). not sure why they do this with take aways, seems crazy to think they have to steal food, prob resell from frozen? Truly i don't check my larger orders on the spot, expecting to be able to take the benefit of a FAST food. But i do suggest to check your bags.

My 10pc wings meal had only 8pcs.i have reported it but don't expect much to happen. This is not the first time so won't be going back as there are plenty of other places.

My experience at KFC chicken shop on Coventry road Sheldon was quite unpleasant. The service was terrible as they were severely understaffed. The wait time was extremely long and the staff seemed overwhelmed. However, the food was nice and up to the usual KFC standards. Overall, I'd recommend avoiding this location due to the poor service, unless you're willing to wait a long time for your meal.

Numerous times we’ve been through the drive thru and served by Kyle and he is so lovely and always goes the extra mile to ensure we’re happy with our order.

Not as good as the old Kentucky Fried Chicken (for those of you old enough to remember). Recipe for the coating has changed, not as nice, can be really greasy. Everything else is pre-packed. Chips have got better though....

Difficult broken English barrier

Had to wait nearly 20 minutes .. understaffed..staff were leaving diners and concentrating on drive through.poor girls at front working like mad.. and to call out order 4 times while manager stayed around back chatting to other staff

Ordered direct from the store, they used uber to deliver. Food arrived minus 5 pieces of chicken. That's half of the bucket I ordered. Tries to complain it took me to uber. I didn't order through uber. Shocking.

Visited at about 12.30 on a Sunday afternoon. Great service and hot food today. Had to wait a little for the car in front at the 2nd window, but that's fine when the foods not. Asked for garlic mayo which wasn't a problem. Some say noooooo you have to pay (needs to be a clear policy). But not here today.

Ordered here, I was with my kid and we were in the rush. I received only 2 side instead of 4, and only 9 pieces of chicken instead of 10. No sauces at all, and initially I've asked about them,the answer was that it's everything inside the bag. Time- around 15:45-16:00. 08/07/2023. The girl from the till looked like wanted to get rid of us, still we asked questions as I am not familiar with the menu,don't do fast food to often, but my kid was craving for it. Also customer service very poor. Hope it was just an isolated case.

The slowest service I've seen in history. All of them are headless chickens. Waiting over 45 minute's for a burger. They supposed to be fast food..... they are slow food instead.

We all have bad days at work, but this was an absolute shambles. Placed order at the drive through, was told to park up. Waited 25 minutes for the food to come out and just as I'm getting out of the car, someone starts walking out of the door with the bag. Lady confirmed order with me at the car, so I asked why it was such a long wait. The reply was 'Because it's busy'. Fair enough. Drove home, opened the bag and the order was completely wrong. Usually wouldn't bother me, but this is a trend at this KFC (and after reading other reviews, a lot of people have the same issue), and the lady actually confirmed the order with me when handing it over! Drove back to get it corrected (like I said, usually wouldn't bother me but waiting 25 minutes for the wrong order, on top of previous issues was kind of taking the mick), and when the young lad behind the counter told the girl that she had got it wrong, she gave me the dirtiest look ever! I then waited for the correct order, and when it was handed over to me by an overly apologetic manager (I assume) it was wrong again! Unbelievable... I told her it was incorrect again and she just laughed it off and corrected it. We all have bad days, I get it, but this was embarrassing. Regardless of the industry, the manager should set the tone and benchmark for professionalism, and the fact it was laughed off illustrates the inherited professionalism of the staff.

This is the slowest KFC Drive Thru that I’ve been. It took them 16mins to served my order by the window with 5-6 cars more behind me. They served without ả tissue, wet tissue and straw for my drink. They served very cold and lumpy fries. I requested to put in separate bag my orders upon ordering but I received them in just 1 bag. Avoid this as much as possible

⚠️ BEWARE! Chicken is not HALAL! I am grateful to the Shakeel one of the managers whom I spoke to for clarifying that. Especially as some of my family were under the impression that it was. Maybe time to go halal because there is a reasonable demand for it.

Everything was fine until we saw a server come back to the counter and take food out of a box and put into back on the shelf, I didn't see where it came from, however, it could have been an order that was wrong and a customer returned it. Disgusting!!!

Disappointed, ordered over £30 worth of food which included 2 sides in a bucket deal. I went through the drive through and when got home found no side order. This ruined tge meal fir me. I phobmned the store to be given a number so when I go next u can redeem tge sides. This is of ni benefit due to tge fact that I order the same thing whenever I go there which includes 2 sides.

Only go in when the kids wanna go! I ent a fan at all. Greasy slimy chicken isn't my idea of a gd take away. But I get out ranked by the Mrs and kids

Food was left under heater whilst waiting for further food which took 15 minutes. Staff lack communication with each other; girl in the headscarf on the front counter is the rudest person I've dealt with, she was just waiting to pick a fight: needs to take accountability of her actions. ☆

The whole of my order was wrong!

This is probably the worst KFC around, none of the staff ever seem to care, food is always cold, if they’ve got it in stock, you order food and pay for dips and gravy and you never get it, and 90% of the time it turns up cold anyway, never had a good order from this place!!

i bought a zinger burger and 2 hot wings ordered from drive thru in Sheldon on the 12th Feb, found that both items were not very hot also there was a lack of spice and chilli in the coating which i would have thought it should have had as hot wings and zinger KFC describe them as spicy

Worst place yo be honest, never accept redeeming any vouchers or offers i have in the app, self-check out screens are not working most of the time, dirty and taste awful comparing to other branches, you get very low quality greasy food and smaller portions compared to same order from other branches! Never go there!

Had a sit in meal... The chicken was good, the fries were actually crispy which is highly unusual for KFC. Missing items seems to be a thing with this place (not experienced this when I've been sitting in) so always check your order and use the ordering screens for best value.

Food was nice and hot 🔥 and service was fast

Awful service and food. Stood at the till to be ignored by the ignorant woman behind the counter (who I believe was the manger). Said woman then spoke to a young staff member disrespectfully, shouting whilst following her into the back aggressively. The young staff member then walked out with her bags. The food took 30 minutes and one of the burgers was rock solid. The disrespectful woman was then ranting behind the counter about her situation. There was also 4/5 delivery drivers swarming the counter, shouting on phone calls making a horrible atmosphere. 0/5 stars won’t be using again!

Absolutely love it. Great quality of food with fast service. We like to eat KFC specially loved that branch. Much better than KFC in Yardley.
