Burger King in Milton Keynes

My second visit to the restaurant this week as working away. Have to say that Vicky has been an absolute star, very friendly, polite giving amazing service even when rushed off her feet with orders. Would definitely visit again.

Love Burger king. They need to get one in Aylesbury.

The Burgers where dipping with oil and the bun was soaking wet in oil. I also prefer if the ingredients of the burger were in the bun instead of scattered in the wrapper

Great food quality , food amount was generous and staff were friendly.

Took 20 minutes to receive food. 2 weeks later receive a parking fine. Limited to 60 minutes yet they take 1/3 of that to cook the food. Scam and scum go elsewhere

I don’t usually rate fast food chain restaurants because they are always the same. Not this one, best food I have compared to other BK’s. Quick and helpful service. Well done!

Fast food (if you can call it food). It's the usual burger king fare but it is fast and tasty. Unfortunately if you try order a burger without ketchup/sauce, it's 50/50 as to wether they will get it right. Very annoying at the drive thru !!

the food was Luke warm, not got as expected, the coke came in a bottle, but if you order from McDonalds it comes in the proper cups

I think it’s a really nice Burger King , all staff are friendly , there’s a women in there not to be rude but I think she’s polish she’s really lovely I came in there clueless as my mum didn’t remember what she had ordered the lady worked with me and worked me through the menu to then find me the right item !

I’m a regular customer in this BK branch, the food is always hot and fresh, always a clean seating area! The staff are very friendly especially Vicky always goes above and beyond and serves with a smile!

Came with plenty of parking options, small quiet place but fantastic as the staff keep it looking great. Especially my server, kelsie. Very polite and welcoming who handle my food with care and a good send off. Wish I had gotten the chance to eat in this fantastic place. Next time will be be sure to indulge in the place

Used this burger king every time I’m in Bletchley for the past 24 years. Love it. Keep up the great service.

Drive thru Burger King, server relays your order to you, happy days, you leave, get home and it’s completely wrong and they forgot the desert we paid for. Not happy! 😡

The king of burgers!! They have a magic dish that turns chicken into French Fries and uses Dorito cheese seasoning. I've now broke through the 4th wall.

Love the food, always miles better than another leading fast food chain. Clean and great low level lighting, a very comfortable place to eat. Toilets clean, hot water, plenty of soap. Coming again.

Friendly clean and quick. This was one of the only burger kings that I've been to that had mildly interesting decor the walls had more then just red white and grey!!! I even saw some green!! The staff were helpful and attentive. I don't eat in BK very often so I asked a few questions, no signs of irritation and people smiled. Thanks 😊 The toilets were clean and tidy Parking, only one hour time limit ...very weird usually 2-3 but there is a building site next door so not surprising.

2 fries missing. 1 coca cola missing and 6 chilli cheese balls missing!!!

Although the food was very good, fries much nicer than McDs, I've only given it 3 stars because of the lack of hot drinks. No Tea. No Coffee. No recycling either everything thrown away in 1 bin.

If it wasn't for the huge poster on the side of the construction site of the towering flats on the roundabout that states "Burger King was still open", you wouldn't have known. Opted for a change in home cooked meals and drove straight after work iwf my wife. It's a Burger King so not over expecting. I've eaten at a few Burger Kings in the UK and abroad and had always felt that the burgers tasted better than MCDs. Not the case, though admittedly haven't been to MCDs for years. The digital menu was changing too quickly for my wife and I so we wanted to look at a menu. No laminated menu to hold, just an unbranded A4 print out attached to the wall. Milkshakes, to my surprise were off the menu. The restaurant was clean and pretty much empty, 5 diners were eating before we arrived. The staff were polite and friendly, service was polite with a smile and we were asked if we wanted any condiments. The Double Whopper with bacon and cheese at first tasted nice but then part of the burger fell apart and it just tasted like an average patty. I fund myself briefly reminiscing of how giid the burger tasted at Prime Burger in Pattaya. Times change but I don't recall BK burgers tasting, well, this average.

Whopper Wednesday clearly advertised within the store, however the manager said this store does not offer the promotion. My son was really disappointed. Would rate 0/5 if I could. 👎

The place looked abandoned when we arrived but after waiting at the drive thru speaker for a while it turns out it was open! Food and service was great.

The food was freezing cold and the driver couldn’t find our house but was walking around with the food just in the paper bag so it was getting really cold!!

i am not impressed with the standard of service i have received, me and my pals have orderd food from here and it was a delivery order, our driver has then proceeded to steal the food and we can’t get a refund and the burger king are also refusing to refund. mohammed was the driver. i’m dissatisfied with this lack of customer service. I WILL NOT BE ORDERING FROM HERE AGAIN. you have just lost 5 loyal customers who are regulars. after calling the store the person on the other end admitted that they knew the driver steals orders. why would they allow this??? let alone not report him to uber eats? i mean come on we are in a cozzy living crisis for crying out loud.

Food was cold on arrival and didn't taste nice after having been warmed up. Ended up eating less than half of our meals and throwing them away.

Used the app to order and then used the apps' "directions" button to navigate to the location. However, the directions took us to a spot 10 minutes away, so our food was somewhat cold when we got to the correct location. Also the burgers were bland or less tasty than usual - not sure if this due to the temperature.

After my bad experience with service at the Burger King on Portway, I was in the area so tried this one. The service was so much better and very friendly. Not a great area so it does not make for good atmosphere, but fine for takeaways.

Food is always so much nicer than McDonald's and always empty which is a bonus!

Shocking service from Mary, I won't stoop down her her extremely low level, however I will be professional (unlike her) initially tried to charge for condiments, however after mentioning I've just spent nearly £30 on food, I think some sauce should be included with the nuggets and chips. Initially asked for 2 sauces for each person but was rationed to just 1 sauce each. Only reason for 1 star is the team member Reilly who was polite and helpful. Food was good and place was clean. However due to Mary I and family will have to avoid this place like the plague in the future.

Although the Web site shows that they have the whole range of vegan options at this location, there was absolutely *no* mention of them on the posters, the video menus over the counter, or anywhere else. I finally saw a computer-printed list of items and prices taped to the wall left of the counter, and found two of the items listed there, but nowhere were there any pictures, descriptions, options, etc. given. We asked the young woman at the counter if they had the two items listed, and she said yes, so that's what we ordered. I have a feeling we could have ordered any of the plant-based items shown on the BK Web site, but she didn't elaborate that they did, so there it was. Food was good. Place was clean and tidy. I asked why they didn't show the plant-based options anywhere, and she said simply that they used to be on the video menus, but since the last "update" they'd been gone. She offered to get the manager for me, but I assumed he'd just tell me the same thing. Very strange.

I rang and was told I would receive my money back as th food was stone cold and disgusting! I can't believe burger King was putting out food this horrible

The place is dirty. The staff rude and p*ss taking making out they cannot understand you and then just laughing ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE! This is a disgusting place and looking at the other reviews I am not the only one that has this view. Management should be ashamed of themselves.

Missing half the meal - no drink or fries!

The Burger King itself was ok, a little dirty and unkept but it’s a fast food place all said and done. What I am disappointed in, is the fact that it’s just ONE hour parking and I’ve been fined for actually being in Burger King for over an hour!!! We were celebrating my mum’s birthday with a cheeky burger before heading home after a day out and were actually in the restaurant!! That’s the worst of it, if we had been parked there and gone elsewhere, fine, but we were here the whole time!!! Nice burger, fries and chicken fries though! Sort it out BK, one hour is not enough there, two hours, ok, but still, one hour is dreadful, now I’ve got £60 or £100 to pay these greedy sharks who don’t actually deserve a penny!!!!
