Great place to eat from the food is amazing moved recently and have been to this shop multiple times since moving staff are very polite not to expense prices are fair the shop also has sitting area if anyone wishes to sit in and eat big lots of chairs lots of room the shop is also open twice a day I belive lunchtime around 12 clock till 2ish then again from half 4 I think great chip shop just like the old days how it used to be

Visited this fish & chip shop last September 2023. As a visitor from London, my first stop was at Fenny. The greeting was hostile and flippant from the man behind the counter, maybe because he doesn’t see many black woman. It was early, he had one fish on display. I requested a fresh fish fried whilst I waited. He said he wasn’t going to do my request and that the fish was freshly fried. On seeing his body language , I took the fish cause I was starving. The fish was oily, cold and was disgusting. The reason why I am writing this review to warn other black people to stay far from this shop. It’s obvious the treatment he gives Caucasian is not what you will receive due to your skin colour. Racist owners do need to be called out it is 2024.

Lovely food, friendly and welcoming staff

Really nice place. First time there last night as I was desperate to find somewhere in mk that had decent crispy battered fish instead of greasy soggy inedible fish! Thought I'd try these and wasn't disappointed, nice crispy batter on fish, nice chips and curry sauce is nice! Very clean place and has a really nice seating area to eat in.

Great little place. Lovely fish and chips! We ate in but the restaurant area is quite small so might be hard to get a seat at busy times. There is not toliet so go before you go!

Been staying in the area for just over a year now, and finally tried out this place. Tried the fish & chips for takeaway. Decent sized portion, not too big, but not small. Price is the market price for fish these days, so expensive, but not their fault as price of fish, oil has risen in recent years. Food tasted good, and not too greasy like how some fish n chips can be. Place is clean, also has seated area if you want to dine in. I'd definitely go back, and maybe try the battered sausage next time! Also handy that they have a little car park.

Nice friendly staff. Great fish and chips. I can call and order easily from my phone. Collect when ready. What more could you ask for?

True Italian British fish and chips bar with great family history. Fast delivery on Uber eats, or eat in, great quality products, fresh fish, and many other delicious treats such as, burgers, sausages and much more. They also have a great kids menu. My favorite is the seafood basket, generously portioned and perfectly cooked. Best in Bletchley by far. They are closed on Sundays and Mondays. On street parking. Wheelchair friendly. Highly recommended.

Paid £8.20 for a small cod and chips. Staggered how much it costs. Obviously, post Brexit fishing prices aren’t filtering down to the consumer. The fish had the look and texture of a lunchtime leftover. Very probably was. I will not be going back.

Michael and the team at Fenny Fish Bar conjured up an amazing 17 meals to feed the competitors and volunteers for our sailing event last weekend. As always, wonderful fish and chips that were all very fresh. Lots of compliments from the sailors who came from all over the country and the empty boxes at the end of the evening said it all. It's really gone down hill recently. Chips are soggy and oily, the spam fritters are now really thin and nowhere near as good as they used to be. We've had fish twice recently and again, soggy and not crispy. It's a shame because this used to be the best chippy around.

After having disappointing fish and chips in the past I went to fenny fish bar yesterday for the first time. What a great find. The cod was fresh, tasty and the batter light and crisp. Will definitely be visiting again. In addition their on line ordering system was easy.

Great food and doing everything to be safe

In comparison to the other review it took me 5 minutes to walk from the Fish Bar to mine and another 4-5 to serve up. Admittedly i didnt warm up my plates but the fish and chips were wrapped up in 4 layers and when served were still warm. I did ask for a large cod but was told i would gave to wait for it to be cooked so settled on a regular sized cod already waiting for its customer. It wasnt too dry. The restaurant has covid neasures in place. Overall a tasty meal.

If you’ve not been here before, you are in for a treat! This is one of the best chippy dinners I’ve had in a long time. The food was fresh and tasty.... what more to say? Visit, you won’t regret it!

Ok food. Most fish and chips shops cook fish to order these days and it tastes better. Not the cheapest chippy either. Bang average in my opinion.

Had cod and chips ,cod cooked perfect Chips ok cooked but lots of bits of ends of chips .down to the way they were cut and didn’t want wastage. Rather have smaller amount and no bits . But gave a 5 star because cod was worth it .brilliant Staff and parking round back What more could you ask for

Just bought cod and chips.the batter on the fish was layered and concrete hard.Barely warm took 5 minutes to get home and dish up cold food.Absolute rubbish.Do not use this shop!

Sorry but after many years of good food from Napoli yesterday was a great disapointment. My pie was only just warm, the crown was missing and due to the colour of the case I thought it was the wrong flavor. I returned. The manager cupped the pie in his bare hands. Said it should be ok as it had been in the cabinet all afternoon and the packaging had changed. He offered to microwave the item. My opinion - not heated to a safe re heat temperature so buy the fish but avoid the pies!

Best chippy I've had for quite some time, and they do scraps! Not had scraps for years and certainly never down south.

Great fish and chips. Went there a few times and I find the batter very good. It's not only takeaway, but you can also eat in.

The food is delicious and fresh and its everything you expect from a chip shop. Cheaper than some others nearby too.

Sh** place rude staff and rubbish food. Would never advise to visit. And do not park your car in their '' customer parking'' as they do not have common sence to not to lock the bloody parking

Really good fish, chips and peas. Friendly staff too. You have the option to sit down, (limited spaces) and have a cup of tea/coffee with your meal. Very good chippy.

Very friendly staff & very tasty fish n chips. Me & my wife stopped off here & ate in the seated area which was nice & clean. Will definately return when next in the area.

Finally a gluten free chip shop I can trust! Restaurant was perfect for me and my young children, nice choices on the kids menu and I was served on a proper plate with cutlery. Staff were really friendly and made me feel welcome, I even had the choice from 2 types of curry sauce.... I recommend the hot 🙂 Car park was a little tricky to get in and out of but the tasty chips made up for it! 100% going back!

Chips were very greasy and soggy. Fish definitely wasnt fresh.. possibly even defrosted.. it was like mush, not flaky at all. Children's meal burger STALE bread. Burger was hard and dry.. inedible. Curry roll was basically just chopped onion inside. Will definitely not be coming back. What a waste of money.

Love going for Fish and Chips here, we love being able to sit down whilst we wait and sometimes even eat in. There is always a nice atmosphere and always good customer service which is down to how family orientated it feels, no-one seems to be 'trying to get through their shift.'

A must!! The fact that Fenny Fish Bar has a restaurant is Amazing!!! Hot and delicious fish and chips with curry sauce and onion gravy with a generous size side of scampi! Just what we needed after a busy working day!! To actually be able to sit in, look at all the lovely photos of how Fenny Fish Bar started, when the legs were tired, and enjoy our tasty dinner straight away made a real difference from having to drive through the traffic and taking it home. We had clean china plates and propa cutlery, with choice of sauces aswell!! Our tummys were extremely satisfied!!! 5 Stars from us!!

Very nice fish and chips, we had the small portion and that was quite sufficient and at a good price. Shame the place is a two & half hour drive from home, we're here for a concert!

Very good quality fish and chips at reasonable prices. The benefit is that they have a seating area where you can eat while the meal is piping hot.

A great portion of fish and chips, always cooked to a good standard. I found it to be a long wait during busy periods once or twice, so I suggest booking ahead by phone if you are short on time, which has worked for me up to now!

Go out of my way to visit as the fish batter is cooked properly and not soggy like many I could name. Friendly staff and great chips too!

Went twice when was over on business. Fish and chips were very good and swiftly made. Went back and hlgot a sausage and chips. The sausage was terrible, overdone, hard and dry, chips still good. Chef wouldn't smile at you though lady taking money pleasant but will probably never go back. Reasonable fish but destroyed my faith in them with one aweful saussage.

Ok fish and chips. Fish can have a fishy aroma maybe cooked from frozen. Very nice Italian lady who is pleasant. The boss however never smiles or says thank you. Typical unfriendly Fenny Stratford business.

I ordered regular cod and chips. It was cooked fresh and was very nice. For the price it was not as big a portion as I have come to expect at other fish and chip outlets but still enough.

The fish and chip bar has a 5 star rating and great reviews and they are not wrong as the fish and chips are fantastic and at such a brilliant price too.
