Arrived so fast and was all fresh and hot food will be ordering again the staff and the driver was friendly good service

Ordered from them in January. Order never arrived. Stated driver couldn't find us! Gave them the benefit of the doubt and tried again tonight. Same scenario. Order not arrived and they're not answering the phone. Definitely would NOT recommend ordering fron Best Kebab Crewe.

Ordered some food tonight…. Chips as hard as rock Food was cold as the Antarctic Was flooded in Greece I would rather eat poo than this takeaway How they can have a business I’ll never know ! Avoid at all costs

only ordered because it was the only place open on justeat and i highly regret it. the hash browns had so much oil in the box that it had actually seeped through the polystyrene all over the bag and everywhere. my veggie pizza was COVERED in black olives 70% of the pizza was olives and pizza was gross, soggy onion rings and i also wasted £5+ on a garlic bread just for it not to come my friend was not impressed with her food either and we both agreed we had wasted £34 on this sh** do not recommend

Made large order , waited 2 hours when told 40 minutes, food arrived cold , doner meat was disgusting just covered in fat , pizza had hair on it , will never go near this place again

We ordered from Uber eats and it said it would be delivered within a slot, that’s fine. Money taken. After the half hour window had fully passed we thought hmm that’s strange so requested an update on the app. A little later it said it was ‘on its way’ however more time went and we started to doubt it. Called the place and a guy answered and requested our address, then said it had been cancelled?! We said it hasn’t our end because it still says it’s on its way! He said he would check with his boss and call me back in 5 minutes. We wait 20 minutes and there’s no call, so we request updates on the app, try to call again and the phone has been disconnected. Keep trying to contact them and nothing. They have not called back. The app still says it is on its way. I have been waiting nearly two hours now for food that is never going to come. And the kebab place is now actually closed. Worst service I’ve ever known and no one should EVER order from here. If I could give 0 stars I would. Liars.

Ordered food from here last night. Ordered a £6 lasagna and what came I can only describe was a 99p microwave meal as it was still in its tub with the film over it. Utterly disgusted that you sell that complete trash for £6. Massive shame as quality is usually very good. Will never use again!!!

Ordered a delivery. When I ordered was told approx 1hr waiting time (no problem). After approx 1hr and 15 mins I called again for an update to be told will be approx 20:mins. At this point I did express my dissatisfaction to the guy on the end of the phone (but who wouldn’t). After a further 30 mins of waiting- I called again to be told my order was cancelled. I called again to ask for an explanation - but sadly they jus kept putting the phone down. Before this - this was the best kebab place in Crewe and our 1st choice Will be thinking alternatives next time sadly

Over an hour for burger and chips, bun stale and horrible, forgot my gravy overall not good experience not again

Took nearly an hour and half to come. Ordered pizza value boxes, arrived cold and the amount of sauce they drenched the little bit of chips and doner meat that was on there made the pizza inedible. Was stuck to the cardboard, couldn’t lift it without everything being ripped off it. Had to go in the bin, most probably one of the worst takeaway ever had… and I never write a review.

Very rude person on phone. Order never arrived ordered over 2 hours ago. Person on phone said well just cancel do you not realise it’s Friday night. Places like this do not deserve customers Highly recommend you don’t bother ordering from this place they don’t deserve customers..

1 and a half hours late. Cold food, glad i have a microwave . DO NOT GET IT DELIVERED. I had to ring up after an hour and was told its on the way. 30 min later the driver turned up. I checked the food while he watched and told him its cold. He was not bothered and didnt know what to say. Not great service at all. Be warned, these reviews are correct,

Always pop in for the Zinger burger after work, never had bad food from here and from someone who works in hospitality the staff are always friendly no matter what time of the day and again the food is always spot on! Would highly recommend.

I ordered off their website- waited over an hour for the delivery- had to phone them- they said we’re waiting for a driver !!! The food arrived 25 minutes later - not only was it stone cold ( and I live 5 mins from this takeaway) they sent kebab meat instead of chicken meat - phoned them back and they said ( no apology) we’ll send the correct food but it will be 30-40 minutes!!! Over an hour and a half later I’m still waiting!!! Worst service I’ve ever had anywhere- I would definitely not recommend this place - the food was inedible- the customer service nonexistent!! If I could have left this review with no stars I would have !!!!

Messes around all time take 3 hours drop food off, had to physically go and collect on numerous occasions. After trying to call over 100 times and being engaged. It’s like they pickup the phone to who they want to. My last time went there to complain and pick up food once again after asking for delivery. the owner came around counter and hit me in my face leaving some discomfort for days. another time chicken was well off phoned them after 63 times got hold of them told the owner and he said been sitting there since the day before wouldn’t eat it himself. They are a very popular takeaway so I think they don’t believe in customer service. The owner who assaulted me continued to call me throughout the night threatening me which my partner filmed.

absolutely disgusting. Ordered two milkshakes and both had multiple pieces of plastic in and the image is just from one sip, so who knows how much is in there! Also multiple hairs in the milkshakes and all the food tastes like plastic. Do not order from here

I ordered a takeaway tonight and was told it would be delivered between 12:20-12:40. However it is now nearly 2am and I haven’t received any food. No contact from the restaurant and it is now all shut. I paid £8.50 in total including £2 for delivery which hasn’t arrived. Absolute disgrace and I will not be ordering from here again.

My food was to be delivered to my home address. However, when it arrived I received no confirmation nor notification that my food had been delivered. I provided my number, email and name etc. All the contact details to send one simple message. Nothing. My food was left outside my door in the rain to soak and go cold. When I finally looked outside to see if they had even delivered it yet, there it was on the floor. Now, I then called up to politely complain as this is an absolute outrage for a takeaway, and was met with an angry man on the phone consistently telling me to ‘f**k off’ and ‘I can’t do sh*t’. This is disgraceful from best kebab and I will definitely not be eating from there again. Would not recommend

I have ordered couple times food from Best Kebab, and there is always something wrong with the order, but last time almost everything was wrong, looks like the person cooking hasn't even looked at the order. I have called back and the person I spoke to didn't even want to listen said he will send new food straight away didin't let me finish to Say what was wrong so I received new food which was also incorrect and the person I spoke to was so rude he said I gave him a headache and said he doesn't want to hear from me again. So we were left with food no one wanted, waste of money. Would recommend much better places in Crewe.

Been here a few times, grub is ok but if the manager is on expect nothing but zero. Poor lads behind counter are scared of him. He will try nick 50p if he can, fork- no, serviete-no. Take it or leave it.

Late night visit after a gig, no welcome, ignored whilst they finished making a telephone order...After 5 minutes we got to order, simple Doner & Chips...Got the food, sat down at a table and was then told they was closing and we couldnt eat in there!Took food back to hotel...Chips hot, little bit of crispiness, but not as much as I'd like, also a few a bit on the limp side...Doner meat very greasy, lacking in flavour and on the rubbery side...A let down, 4 out of 10 as it at least filed a hungry hole!

Large mixed doner, fresh salad, nice sauce, fresh cooked pitta bread.... Huge portions and tasted lovely.. All for £6.50....best we've tried yet in crewe

Las patatas fritas. bar añadiré!Mi marido siempre los pedidos de sus kebabs desde aquí y las pizzas son deliciosas y siempre un servicio rápido!Pero anoche encontré dos pelos en mi comida que obviamente me echó de allí de por vida, lo cual es una lástima!

Order on there website, spot on delivery time and nice driver. Food was hot, the correct order and was absolutely delicious. Probably the best kebab I've ever had. Plenty of meat, salad fresh, chips crispy and hot.

Love this takeaway. Always prompt deliveries and helpful staff. Kebabs are huge and lovely. Pizza an chicken choices are really good too. So glad we found this place.

El queso es real y fresca, como nada y la masa Dios mío se podía Juro que es hecha por pizza! en cuanto a los pinchos no lo he probado, así que no puedo opinar. Ordered at 7pm,now 9pm,not arrived,called to ask where my order is,and received loads of abuse,told all my fault as I have given an address and phone number which do not exist,lived at the same address and had the same phone for over 15 years,feel badly let down.

We have been using Best Kebab for about a year, normally with deliveries. On the whole, their meals are generous, tasty and excelent value and their deliveries prompt.

Habiendo tenido un gran almuerzo en otro lugar sólo necesitaba un bocadillo y así que metimos hacia abajo de la calle de mi hotel.Mejores Kebabs (en su sitio) tiene línea completa de 5 estrellas de buena calidad, el servicio y la relación calidad-precio, creo que deberían reducir la calidad de 1 estrellas y una buena relación calidad-precio para 4 estrellas ...Tuve dos piezas pollo con patatas fritas en 3,60 libras y nos hizo el 5 minutos a pie de mi hotel. No había clientes en la tienda y yo estaba en y fuera en un minuto, tuve que esperar 5~10 minutos para el y papas fritas de pollo a ser frito ...Había montones de patatas fritas (aquellos finas francés Fry estilo - no tan pequeñas como aquellos que sirven en las preferencias de KFC) y en el fondo dos piezas de pollo con revestimiento frito del sur. Cuando empecé en el pollo me pareció el revestimiento era suave y el pollo bastante fresco (aunque húmedas y licitación) - obviamente había sido sentado esperando un cliente. El recubrimiento suave y pollo fresco estropeó para mí.Las patatas fritas adaptamos no mejor (aunque eran más caliente) también donde sólo suave mushing - no crispness a hablar de ...Es una pena, pero al menos un agujero. Una experiencia bastante normal.

Just an other average Kebab shop, the usual fair, of moderate taste, junk food, al-right following the pub, but little else, like most.

No answer from telephones before closing times as workers were lazy and we're reluctant to work and deliver food.

Good Fast service. We had Doner meat chips and salad it's the best I've had and I have eaten many. Try it you do not know what you are missing I will only be going here in the future Well done Best Kebab House Crewe

I walk past here most days and not go in, but whenever I go out to The Box I pop over here and get myself a Student Special (with Chicken). the only reason I don't come in any other time is just personal preference, I would go here over McDonalds if i wanted a burger though....
