Food was extremely late which meant it was cold, chewy and disgusting. The food was very poorly packaged. Definitely would not recommend!

Pathetic experience! dont ever go here. I ordered from ubereats app a pizza, fries and ben and jerry's icecream(465ml). Instead of giving the icecream they sent a slice of cake, i called them and refused to entertain and continously cut my calls. Also they sent cold cheesy fries. Worse experience here. Never going to order from here ever again.

We ordered chicken strips meal and chicken nuggets meal, waited over an hour for our food so we called the restaurant and said it will be there soon. The delivery driver rang and said he’s outside so we went out and he wasn’t there! So we rang him and he stated we have got it to the wrong address which we never as I ordered a taxi to the same address I ordered the food to and the taxi came to the correct one but the drive did not! Also he stated our order was pizza and apple pie, we didn’t order this at all. Absolute joke waited over an hour for it not to Turn up!

Take care people, I did a order and never receive the food, i called them and they said in the utmost purity that they would not deliver my order.

Chickens texture was like sand paper. Looked like a dead rat.Chips we nothing special.Proper spenny and minging.

Ordered the 3 piece combo meal, no fries came with it even though they should have. It was hard and awful to eat. I had a chicken burger which was raw in the middle. £16 for raw food and missing food. Called them, he was talking to other staff members on the phone and then hung up.

Chicken burger was raw, chicken pieces were dry inside and covered in grease and chips missing, do not eat here

First review I’ve ever left because I’m not much of a complainer but after waiting an hour to receive the wrong order I called the restaurant at least 5 times to a very unhelpful guy who hung up on me twice and pretended not to hear me, after speaking to the manager twice I was told a replacement would be made it has now been another hour and a half, still no food has been delivered and I’m being told on the phone it’s busy. It’s a Sunday night 1:45pm I find it hard to believe it’s busy. It’s now 2:15 and they have turned the phone off. I’m not sure how this store is in business

So whilst working in Liverpool I looked on Deliveroo and ordered a meal, on the Deliveroo app it started that the restaurant soo there own deliveries soo can’t track the delivery… I was given an estimated delivery time for the food to arrive at 19:20, I called the restaurant at 19:45 to ask for an update, to be told it is on the way very whilst I was still explaining, soo I waited, however the time now is 20:20 an hour later, I called again and told them I’ve been waiting an hour, the guy on the phone was very rude, saying he had nothing to do with the deliveries and to take it up with deliveroo. When the food finally arrived at 20:30 it was like warm and chips were soggy Will never order from these again

Be careful if you are going to nabzys on your way home from a night out, they are charging you way above the prices stated on the menu. Make sure you check the menu prices before handing your cash or card over. Sadly, they are scamming intoxicated customers.

Ordered £28 pound worth of food last night anvthe order was wrong food wasn’t too bad so orderd again tonight £22 worth of food sat here for hours waiting got a message to say it wasn’t guna be long from just eat only to still be sat here waiting an no food turned up so they took my money an never brought my order basically av been robbed

Get someone on the phone who can actually speak English, they never get my order right. Definitely I wouldn’t recommend this place to anybody.

Literally can’t put into words how disgustingly rude the staff are in there. I went a second time after the first time I thought he might of been having a bad day, well was I wrong. I asked for the cheese to be melted on the chips as he had thrown the cheese on out of a bag and threw the chips at me on the counter with the lid open so they all spilt out. Then said “you’re asking for too much” when I said can you please melt the cheese a bit as the cheese it’s self was like midget chips. My partner got chicken strips on he’s own that he refused at first, baring in mind my partner has IBD so I said that chicken is a bit too oily for you it’ll make you unwell and the man said “well it’s not yours is it” not to mention it was basically cremated so the oil was probably the only succulent part to it nevertheless he was rude to everyone else in the shop he’s lucky he hasn’t been smacked yet with his disgusting attitude. His cap has VIP.on it and the only vip he’s going included in is the f***king rude club. A crack den is cleaner than that take away and the only thing I took away was rage. He melted the chips in the end and the box flat packed in my hand before me. Attend with caution.

I’ve had multiple bad experiences now with ordering through Deliveroo, and I would obviously have given Deliveroo the bad review if it weren’t for nabzy’s providing their own delivery service. Forgotten multiple items on my order, and served no explanation or even failed to notify me, not to mention offering no refund. Poor quality of service, and inconsistent food. Would highly recommend avoiding this place. Hot & Spicy next door to Nabzy’s provide a much better experience, and a higher quality of food for a better price.

Just been there to get take away about 4 behind counter all on phones stood there 5 minutes no other customers just ignored costumer service is terrible walked out

App sent my order to the wrong shop, I therefore had to pay twice for my food! Only ordered on the app because it said there was a discount but when I paid the second time it was cheaper! Tried to recover my money and was met with the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Shouting abuse at me and putting the phone down! Would not recommend!!!!

Horrible customer service. Ordered through deliveroo. Called to say that one Burger for a £30 order was missing. I was told to “COME TO THE SHOP, I WILL SHOW YOU CCTV”. Really bad from this store.

I am beyond shocked and disappointed as a regular customer of nabzys. We ordered 2 chips with cheese, a 9” cheese and tomato pizza and a pizza meal deal. We received 1 chips with cheese, 1 chips and a 7’ pizza. Following calling the L1 shop, of whom we ordered from, we were given rude and appalling customer service and being made out to have lied, and the person even hung up on us, following refusal to send a corrected order. I do not plan to be ordering from this business again, which is disappointing as we are regular customers as we live so close.

2.5 hour waiting, wrong order received, rude name calling at the door - would put 0/5 but not possible

Last time I ordered pizzas were just disgusting and dry, like if they have been days in the fridge. And no sauce on it! They used to be ok for the price, I won't order again. I complained about it and still waiting a response.

I ordered the chicken strips early hours of Saturday morning - super juicy and nicely seasoned. Nice one Ahmed! Quick and friendly delivery…and they threw in a few extra dips. Would highly recommend!

Lovely gaff. I was experiencing a relatively normal sunday night as i ordered a little chicken box. As i sat by the door, minding my own, the doorman, began tuning his guitar. The bag head then took over his job and began strumming angelically on the instrument. This became a great source of entertainment whilst i munched my succulent chicken. The staff were lovely and pleasant and the entertainment factor just topped of this experience. Fully fully enjoyed ❤️❤️ps. some fella in the queue had flip flops in the height of winter and he needed to cut his dirty dirty toenails. (and he deffo had more than five toes)

Solo las 8 pm los domingos, así que no exactamente ocupado. Entré, ordené, nadie más esperaba, así que solo yo estaba siendo cocinada. Pizza especial de pepperoni grande.Tenía tanta hambre que no lo revisé cuando estaba listo (aproximadamente 15 minutos). Llegué a casa para encontrar que era un hongo vegetariano. Todavía hermosa, no me puedo quejar de la pizza, pero definitivamente no es lo que pedí. Pidió una pizza, llegó sin una de las coberturas. Cuando les informé, me di cuenta de que era un verdadero error y que el personal no podía disculparse lo suficiente. We come here whenever we come to see our daughter at university. The food is reasonably priced which is excellent for students and is always tasty. Nice selection of sauces. The man behind the counter always has a smile ready for everyone.

To be fair this place has people going in and out all the time but the crowd swells once it gets late and you can find people in various stages of intoxication ordering take aways. There is not much space inside. You order, get your good, pay and slink away. I have had their fried chicken combo which comes with a fries and a drink of your choice. It was average in retrospection but when i had it, tipsy and hungry, I swore it was the best food I have ever had. Students flock to this place. For a fiver you could pig out.

My 17 year old son went into this place on Wednesday and ordered a veggie burger but the so called adult was too busy on the phone and asked was it a fish burger to which my son re-iterated no a veggie burger.While walking back to college he bit into the burger to find that it was a fish burger he is vegetarian for a reason of health this idiot put his life at risk because he couldn't be bothered to listen to a paying customer.Avoid this place because they obviously don't give a one iota about what they serve up.My original review would not be accepted because they reckon I used profanity so I have had to tame it down but I am so angry about these so called purveyors of food who are uncaring,unscrupulous,rip off merchants who should not be allowed to trade.There are enough other outlets similar to these in town that I beseech others to try instead of these no marks.

I ordered a supreme chicken burger and when I got home they had forgot to put the chicken on the burger so I was left looking down at a anemic bun with a hash brown and a slice of cheese on.

I always go here after a night out, it is definitely the best veggie burger you can get in town past midnight

I would rcommend this if you are a lover of chicken and chips it is delicious and they also deliver and food is always hot with friendly delivery drivers.

Waited 20 minutes to order at the desk. Big group of lads came in and were served before us... Will never be back again
