Loxbys in Liverpool

This is the 2nd time we’ve come here for breakfast whilst staying in Liverpool. Both times has been lovely. Friendly service, lovely food will definitely come back

Bit of a wait for a wrap but food was decent Had Mexican wrap , fries n drink for £8.50 1 thing I could recommend from the chef is to put grilled peppers on the wrap as this is what’s needed

Went here for breakfast, as it was just down the road from where we were staying, and liked it so much we went back for dinner. All the food was lovely and good portions. Nice seats, plenty of natural light.

Slowest meal I've ever had. Took 1 hour to get food, no sauces and burger smelt off. I think they can only cook one meal at a time.

Went in for a portion of chips, they under cooked chips witch blows my mind and when I told them they acted surprised that chips should be coloured and not pure white and be crisp would not recommend and £3.50 for a little box of ships is wrong if u do go make sure they cook your food, they didn’t even have chicken cooked yet and the shop was open, never going again

if i could give this place a zero i would. person at the till tried to rip us off by adding 2 of the same product and saying that’s just the screen we can see and we’re not being overcharged yet the overall price was to much so he ended up taking it off. waited for the food for nearly half an hour despite there only being us in there!! and when we got it half of it was cold and tasted and smelt funny. the menu said the meal could have 3 chicken strips and the person on the till said we could not and we can only have 2 (he didn’t seem like he had a clue what he was doing). will not be returning, very disappointed

Great Portion of Chips for a lot of money.but once ordered the staff is Not polite or helpful.leacmves a Bad taste

I popped in just for a coffee and its a cracking place will be going back there in the future

The lady that worked there had an terrible attitude and kept rolling her eyes at us, my partner had changed their mind from a chocolate to mango ice cream and the lady made it seem like a chore, scuffed and rolled her eyes at us, her service was utterly gawking especially that it was my first time in Liverpool, I would never recommend this place to anyone regardless on whether or not it was only one bad apple, the ice cream wasn’t even that good to be acting like it was god given. Didn’t even mention the cone was an extra charge, if I could give a lower rating I would.

Took over 20 mins to cook a simple meal and rude staff always say ther right and dont make things clear then say they do also tried overcharging rip offs stay clear.!

The breakfast was very good and customer service is excellent. Very relaxing atmosphere. Will definitely recommend Loxbys and will visit again

First time visit. Bought the loxbys box meal for my daughter. 2 chicken, with 3 hot wings and fries with a drink. Not presented in a box as titled. Waited for over 15 minutes to be served despite the place being near empty. Fast food it aint. Meal did not come with hot wings due to being frozen and replaced with a small other chicken piece. Very disappointed with food and service in the end. Poor customer retention which if more care considered would've been OK. As a result, would not be returning.

Arrived at 11.10 ordered breakfast (6people) toast and tea arrived at 11.25 - at 11.45 we were asked if we required anything else to which I replied “ yes our full English “ we had obviously been forgotten- at 11.55 two breakfasts arrived - mine eventually arrived at 12.15 but had no bacon - I asked about it and was told it takes longer to cook and it would come over after , by now I had lost my appetite and was annoyed so I said I didn’t want it and asked for my cash back I’d understand if it was mad busy but it wasn’t

OVERPRICED GARBAGE Hearty Vegetarian Breakfast for £9.50 Pitiful portion, nuked vegan 'sausage' burnt dry hard as nails, I counted 2 and half mushroom cut in to halves, tomatoe that wasnt cooked at all, greasy hashbrown, maybe a tablespoon of beans and rock hard toast. How this place can charge nearly £10 for this is beyond me. My partners scrambled egg on toast which was nearly £5 was equally as bad. Coffee Latte was just froth, god knows what kind of beans they used but was like dishwater. Service wasnt great either, interior basic plasticy really have no idea why this place thinks it can charge what it does for food. Worse breakfasts I've ever been served!

Quite a cozy place. The breakfast was fine and the staff was absolutely friendly and helpful. Would come again for sure.

The best chicken burger I tested in liverpool

Tried for the first time. We got the Loxby Box which had 3 pieces of chicken, 4 wings, a side and a drink for £7.99. They have their own flavour which was good however it was a bit oily. The drink was also a bit small too. Other than that it was a good dinner, the staff was nice too. They also provided a wet wipe which was a cute touch.

Had a burger and chip here was decent would definitely go back

This place is spot on and their services are wonderful and the chief knows what he is doing . I really enjoyed my time at Loxbys Liverpool , great staff .

Had a very hearty breakfast! Tastiest everything especially the mushrooms. Had taken food out the night before so returned the following and will defo be going back again. Service comes with friendly and attentive staff. Would defo recommend.

We were served by a very jovial lady who helped us choose our food from the menu.The food was so good and of right temperatures having been served on warmed up plates.We were torn between Loxbys being a fast food and a fine dining after the services we were accorded.The lady even went ahead and played you tube 'Cocomelon' on tv to entertain our unsettled toddler making our stay at the restaurant peaceful.The milkshakes and ice creams were on another level too.We are definitely going back again!!

We were served great food the last time we stopped by. During our next visit to Liverpool, we’ll definetly pass by again. 🍔🍔

Nice fast food restaurant. Exceptional staff and service. They do take away as well.

Very good looking place. Nice decorations. But the food is terrible you cant grill cheap burgers and charge high prices. The chef needs to be changed and the food needs to be improved otherwise unfortunately this business won’t run.

Mi boyfriend and I love this place . The chicken is so good. And the Full English breakfast is very good the place is very cosy

I moved from London to Liverpool last summer and since I came to Liverpool till now, this restaurant is the only restaurant I have enjoyed their meals, the Mini Party Bucket is just a feast, so tasty, yummy and huge 😋😍 it feels like an American menu, and the service is so warm.

Words can’t describe how awful this experience was. It was that bad that I took the time to write up my first ever review! First of all the food is way over priced for how it tastes, I’m not sure if the chief has tasted his own food but The burger tasted like a frozen Aldi burger through in the oven and covered in grease. The bacon and cheese chips where under cooked, the cheese was like leather and there was very little bacon, the loxby fries contained hardly any pulled pork! And the girl serving had hardly any English and could not understand me at all, worst experience of my life, definitely would never return and I hope this can help other people from making the same mistake.

This place is awful. The staff did not answer our question specifically. We did not get the foods as we expected. We ordered a large Loxbys Box and got three pieces of chickens only. The experience is terrible.

10/10 This was one of the best chicken burgers I’ve had! Friendly staff and nice/clean restaurant.
