I am a regular customer at this KFC Chris is so lovely and polite when he takes your order and serves your meal . Nothing is too much trouble he has come a long way since his first shift . He's a lovely young man, dedicated and hardworking . A real asset to KFC . Thank you

I was very hungry and the KFC really hit the spot. Lots of seating and a big car park. Don't forget to enter your reg.

Snack box is getting smaller and smaller 6 popcorn chickens and about 10/15 chips, portion sizes are ridiculous

I’ve decided to write this review because I think that outstanding customer service should be recognised, especially in such a fast paced environment. Anan was absolutely lovely to deal with on the drive through! I mentioned that the popcorn was for my dog and he proceeded to tell me about his dogs and, due to me distracting him, when we got back we realised the gravy had been forgotten. We went back for it and to apologise he gave us an extra gravy and dips. I’ve not always had the best experience at this KFC, which is why i decided to write this review because he was so refreshing and polite, he really deserves some recognition.

This is by far the best KFC I have been to, great service and great food. There's always a few people here but that points to the fact it is an excellent place to visit.

Not the best KFC in the world. Customers should be aware of the 'free' parking scheme which requires you to register your vehicle on a small touch screen at one end of the counter, or face a penalty charge notice!!

The outside is clean and modern. The car park was big for lots of cars with disabled spaces. Drive-through was wide. The 1st window was closed. Drove to the next window on paper printed out. The girl who served me was really nice. This was around 2 pm Monday 22nd July 2024. She was friendly and had a clean appearance, I'd guess they've had a new set of uniform from KFC with the new fresh look. FOOD was just OK. I ordered a boneless banquet for 1. 3 pc chicken, small popcorn, and gravy,chips was a lot smaller than usual. I also ordered a bbq snack wrap and a boneless snack box. I got popcorn snack box instead. Which was a little disappointing. They're getting smaller with portions now. I would say that KFC is no longer a cheap takeaway option. It's very expensive for what it is. I appreciate that everything has gone up I price. With so much competition now it's not a value take away.

Service a little slow, but hot on arrival. Most outlets more catering for courier collection or drive through sadly. Could have been worse. Parking BEWARE. They make you wait to exceed your free time.

Food is good, no issues here, but you have to get a permit to use their car park. I highly do not recommend driving your car to park here.

Went for a takeout today, the girl on the counter wasn't a bit helpful! She was rude and arrogant, food was lovely but she didn't either bother to close the boxes for us so our food had to be heated up. Won't be giving them my custom again

I was served in the drive thru this evening at approx 6.30pm by Chris and he was the most polite and attentive server I've ever had at any KFC. Even my son said he was really polite and helpful. It really makes a difference. He's a credit to your team and I hope he gets to see this feedback! I did tell him I was going to post on here as credit where it's due!

Good arrived freezing and half the order was missing yet the team refused to accept responsibility never order from here again !

The food arrives cold, main items missing, and the customer service is absolutely shocking. This isn't the first time it's happened with them, but thought I'd give them another chance, wish I hadn't. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

The food is disgusting and damp every time I have ordered. It tastes as if it has been reheated from the day before . The staff are unpleasant and dismissive, especially towards students. The portion sizes are as small as they can possibly be. I once ordered a snack box for £2.99 and got around 9 chips and a tiny chicken fillet. Another time, I and a friend ordered a Gravy Mega box, and the chicken drumstick had a piece of red cardboard under the batter. The quality of this food needs to be improved as currently it is heavily overpriced.

Don't tell you nothing ... always check for missing items...

Only ate here once, friend of mine who worked here said they regularly skipped food safety related work like regularly changing the oil. They were not supplied gloves every day so were often told to cook food and clean the kitchen with their bare hands. They don't dump food after the regulated hours but reheat it to avoid cooking a new batch. They knew inspection days so cleaned up their act only on those days. The manager Dylan is extremely rude and said things with racist undertones to employees, their long term staff keep quitting. I really don't recommend eating here based off how most people describe the way this branch is maintained.

Order errors chips were cold, not the best KFC I've dined at.

Food is ok and the place is clean. But the front of house girl behind the counter spends 90% of her time gossiping with other staff with her back to the customer...

Went to Garston kfc got kids a meal wich in cluded a ice cream we asked for sauce for ice cream but hey said they had none it was so empty they cudnt be bothered to look for it kids weren’t happy won’t be going again

The food was nice, and the staff bit slow serving food, but they were friendly. The problem is it's freezing cold inside the restaurant every time you go in so it's not enjoyable eating yoyr food in cold conditions.

Quite often forget one or more items of your order. Annoying if you have to go back, and the rest gets cold...

Another rubbish experience at this KFC. I ordered a bucket which included 6 pieces of original chicken, boneless pieces and hot wings totalling around £22. I asked when ordering if I could have some ribs in the 6 pieces, but to my surprise when I arrived home I had 6 drumsticks!!! Who wants 6 pieces of brown meat, I would have cancelled the order if that’s all the chicken they had. I phoned to say that I wasn’t impressed, I was just told it was the only chicken that they had cooked!

They always manage to screw something up. There's always something missing. Usually a gravy, today it's chips.

Came to this store a few months and the service wasn't the best, i have recently trusted faith and decided to try it again and honestly it was the best experience i have ever had in any fast food chain, the service was impeccable and the staff are full of energy and always hands on to assist any guest. Hats off to these guys i can tell they have a good manager leading the way

KFC @ Garston renewed my faith in KFC. SUPERB QUALITY Other kfc’s need to take heed

Didn't actually have any food as although advertised at closing at 10pm we were denied access at 9.30 because "we are only open to drive through until 10" we can't be served because we don't have a car. How pathetic,now I know what the c stands for in kfc

If you love kfc don't bother going to the Garston branch. The staff are rude, the small blonde girl in particular. They got most of our order wrong (we were eating in) I had to go back to the counter on a few occasions. The blonde girl had the audacity to be slagging me off to the staff preparing the food because I complained about the order being wrong. Its surely not that difficult to make sure 6 meals are correct. Wouldn't use them again. My advice, go to the Hunts Cross one, the food is better and the staff are nicer.

Food cold chips looks cooked 2 hours before and no Napkins to vlean your hand how that possible in a big chains?Next tome I go lidl and buy some for them🤣

Went there with my partner and little ones(Sunday 29th oct afternoon) ,I ordered something wrong and the lady behind the counter was extremely helpfull immediately suppling the little ones missing items completely free of charge.She is a credit to the company,oh and the food?DELICIOUS!

The worst KFC ! They wouldn’t let my Son order and he wasn’t very happy. As I proceed to put a complaint through they said foul words at me and put the phone down. Needs to be shut down immediately

This KFC have employed some absolute scam artists to fine people for parking in what appears to be a free car park (apparently half of it is and half of it isn’t). Basically go right when you drive in as the lower bit of the car park (outside the charity shops) is free but if you go left, you get slapped with a fine. Absolutely ridiculous and it’s all run on behalf of KFC who I’ve no doubt receive commission on any fines. Avoid.

Uber eats order...less than half delivered...cold and the smallest bits of chicken. Awful service

The young always new staff is unprofessional, they have plenty time for laughs and jokes. The KFC is always understaff and very late to fulfill their orders.

Mini chicken burger served in half of a burger bun has they must of ran out of bun chicken was dry and all bone in the bucket not nice 😑

This is based on my personal experience on 19/09/2023 approx: 13:15... The service was terrible, marked by rudeness and arrogance. I found myself waiting at the counter while the staff casually chatted before taking my order. To make matters worse, they placed pre-prepared, plastic-wrapped food in the same bag as fresh, hot food, which was a clear recipe for cross-contamination. I had to specifically request separate bags.

Ordered at the drive through tonight at 7.29pm Order No 3100 cashier 1217 Kloe. So you can see my order, if you ever look back at your reviews, check your cameras too. My order was minus the RG gravy, RG fries, and corn! Plus I asked for 3 super charger sauces and got one super charger sauce, one sweet chilli and one garlic. What is actually wrong with the staff at Hunts cross KFC why is it so hard to place in the bag what I ordered/paid for. That's three main items and sauce! That I have paid for that I didn't recieve. I should have checked the bag before leaving but I shouldn't have to. I wasn't about to drive back after getting home. I think extra training is definitely needed here for the staff! Awful customer service absolute rip offs not giving their customers what they paid for! An unhappy little boy and now out of pocket. Over £30 I paid! Not acceptable. Just Disgusting.

i ordered at this KFC and the manager just threw my food on the counter like she thought i was a dog and then when i complained and i left the KFC she sent another employee to tell me that i am banned from there, she didn't had the courage to leave KFC for SHE (the manager) to talk to me, this KFC is pathetic

I am so fed up of my order missing items or being incorrect. It's not ubers' fault if items are missing when the bag is sealed in store. Also, don't sell items if some of the ingredients are missing. £30 for two poxy meals. Who are you kidding?!

Good service and clean. However is the country breading miniature chickens these days? Two pieces chicken meals these days is not value for money with some pieces being slightly bigger than a ten pence piece.

PLEASE PLEASE beware, I ordered from here and for the past 3 days I have had stomach cramps, diarrhoea and nausea, be warned especially to anyone visiting our great City LIVERPOOL

I went through the drive-through, and the woman I spoke after ordering told me to drive to the next window. The next window after ordering is actually closed, and I waited there for about 5 minutes until someone came to it and told me they actually meant to go to the last window to pay and collect.

If you like your (drive thru) server to be extremely rude and your chicken over done or refried in old oil then this is the restaurant for you. If I could give a negative star rating I would. I’d drive a little further to any other KFC in Liverpool than eat here. I still regret ever coming to this eatery after several months had past

Visited there this evening the member of staff who served us was nice. But the restaurant was so dirty the tables were dirty plus on one of the tables the bones of already eaten chicken. We won’t be going back there again.

It's ok ,just another convenient fast food skip.

Came with my partner & our 2 children we was served by the 2 loveliest girls Sophie & Paige, both lovely made conversation with us and included the kids, made us feel very welcome! So polite and friendly, Paige also made sure my zinger burger was plain. The restaurant was clean until my daughter knocked my drink over which then went all over the floor !! Sophie came and moped up and then offered me a free refill :). The food was tasty and fresh and I really had a good experience here, infact we come every weekend and I have never had a bad experience. Thank you KFC GARSTON keep up the good work :)

Placed an order at 12.21 today whilst in work with 3 other of my colleagues. This was done via the KFC app. Order was placed with KFC in Garston Liverpool. When the food arrived (warm! at best) there were no drinks and the online offer of a "Free bucket" was on the receipt but did not arrive. We called KFC to be told that they could not deal with it but we needed to contact Deliveroo. After being passed from pillar to post for over two hours, and being told that the driver had taken the food but forgot to give it to us we decided to call KFC again. This time someone answered and said that there were no drivers but we could go and pick it up. Paige took the phone from this person and was extremely rude calling me a liar and telling me that someone had been into the branch and collected 6 pieces of chicken with our order number..... she finished by stating that "I was trying to get 6 free pieces of chicken"!!!!!!! The whole idea of ordering online is because myself and my colleagues are infact in work and unable to leave the building. I also work in retail and have never in 40 years spoke to a customer the way this rude obnoxious girl just spoke to me. I will do my utmost to make sure we never ever order from KFC again. Disgusted at both Paiges attitude and the manner in which she deals with customers.

Sign up saying restaurant closing at 8pm, ordered at 7.30 and told we had to take out by young staff member with a bad attitude. When saying to manager that we would be finished by 8 young girl was gobby again stating they had to clean so requested refund.

Had a long wait considering there was only one family in front of us. Clean and not busy inside. Better as a drive through. Plenty Parking spaces, bit awkward to get to entrance if not a local. Wheelchair friendly. Served by a helpful girl with menu.

Great visit today as attended with my two boys. Quick service, everything was hot fresh and how it should have been. Restaurant was clean an tidy throughout.

Ordered my meal of a 3 piece variety meal to be told they dont do a 3 piece but do a 2 piece and the extra chicken in £1.50 extra, i said every other Outlets do a 3 piece, Never go back....

Not even worth 1 star 🤮🤮🤮 spent nearly £30 for my order to be wrong and the burger to be like a brick… RUDE staff members!!!!!!!! Who wouldn’t give a refund!!!! Wouldn’t touch this KFC if you paid me!!

If you don't mind cleaning your own table and chair upon arrival, then you still enjoy the great taste of KFC here.

Food was fine... restaurant was clean & well set out..... staff could do with learning some people skills, my son asked about table No to put on screen & staff member basically shrugged with a blank expression then when they called our order I went with receipt out & they just pushed the tray as they walked away... otherwise it was fine.

Food is very salty and drink is awful, had very sugary taste, i didn't felt the fizz taste at all.

Never get what you pay for, foods stone cold and the staff are constantly just over at the drive through window

Just left there , a member of staff was so rude both to her colleagues and customers, never received sure rude and poor service in my life, KFC your staff need more training , the girl was bossy , and actually called a customer thick , she had black died hair and very long/ thick false eyelashes , tried to get her name but couldn't

Out of around 10 times that I have used the drive through, my order has been missing items on 2 occasions. Apart from that I couldnt fault KFC.

Very rude staff, letting orders sit on the counter for ages and get cold before passing it to the customer, ignoring customers basically, using foul, agresive language instead of apologising for the incompetence. There is no system in place. Terrible experience!!!!

Staff are pleasant and the food is as expected from a KFC. Fresh and fairly priced all things considered. Its not as good as a Carvery but definitely better than a McDonald's. Cheers.

Not one thing was right in the order cold one portion of chips for 3 meals when I got home I ordered a zinger burger not in it too 2 chicken strips no salt no dips just spent 22 pounds on a load of nothing 🙃

Terrible place, orders are always messed up. Can't fullfil your order because they have no ingredients.. I would avoid it. They messed up 3/4 orders so far, therefore 2 stars rating.

Very rude staff, especially their manger i phoned him to complain he didn't listen to me and hang up the phone. very lazy staff and late in preparing the orders the food was not cooked properly and the toilet is very dirty and disgusting do not recommend it to others i will never go there in the future .They fined me £100 for parking but they didn't look at their staff who taking more than 20 minutes to make the order ready and they count minutes just to fine the customer that is really bad and not fair .

Very bad restaurant, the staff took more than 15 minutes to get the order, the chicken was not cooked well, my kids got sick after they ate their meals and the horrible thing they charged me £100 for car parking because we stayed more than 90 minutes I didn't notice the time so if know the system it is better to park in a private car park and pay £8 for whole day instead of paying £100 fine. Very bad experience do not recommend it to anyone 😕 😒 just wasting my money

Waited 15 minutes to order food. Very understaff, I felt bad for the staff. Drive through stood still, deliveries que is 8 drives stood still. I think it's fare to say this isn't fast food.

It can be a bit hit or miss food wise .

Ordered through deliveroo !! 4 portions of chips and the 1 extra that we ordered was clearly not packed. When we called they recommended we call deliveroo and complain when they did nothing wrong!

Bathroom closed (they said someone is cleaning), no hand sanitizer, I wanted to wash my hands before I eat but….. it seems I wasn’t allowed , been waiting here for about 15-20 min and still no one opened the toilet.

No issues with food. Major issue with the staff. Girl in there was extremely rude and had a right cob on her. Spoke to other staff with disdain and treated customers with contempt, and not a smile in between. Won’t be back.

Truly awful. Stale dry food. Limp cold chips .......very young and inexperienced staff whom it looked like they had simply been left without leadership . This reflects very poorly on all you seniors at KFC!
