McDonald's in Liverpool

This is the worst MacDonalds in Liverpool. Do not order from here on food delivery sites. They consistently mess up the order. On large orders for 5 people we received one meal and one drink. How can they get this so wrong. No one takes accountability. Avoid or you will be left hungry and out of pocket.

Do not get delivery from here! Everytime I’ve ordered it comes consistently cold and missing items. Getting a refund back is a nightmare just not worth the time or the effort to order from here.

Very poor management and service

Today I ordered a deluxe burger meal to takeout when I got home the only thing deluxe about the burger was the bread otherwise it was a normal chicken burger no cheese and no bacon it was very disappointing especially paying extra for a normal chicken burger. I couldn't go back as I was looking after someone who was ill.

For some reason, I keep giving this McDonald's a chance, and yet it continues to disappoint. The food is lukewarm despite being 3 minutes away. There are always items missing from the order, which I really just don't understand. The latest order is what prompted me to make this review. If I order a drink, it should come with a straw. If I order nuggets, and go through the trouble of choosing sauces, put the sauces in the bag. It's the little things? It's just very frustrating.

Restaurant blame Uber and Uber blame restaurant for missing items from order. Save yourself the bother….

It's McDonalds, what more can I say. I went to the drive through and ordered 20 nuggets and a triple cheeseburger and had to park up for nearly 20 mins just to get my food and of course they forgot the sauce.

Even for a Maccies this particular franchise is a shambles. Don't expect the hungover teenagers to get any part of your order right, especially at the weekend.

Too much vandal teenager inside and around. I won't come again.

Full of uber eats riders outside like every McDonald’s I know

Worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been too. The woman serving, the one with one tooth, was beyond rude. The food took 15 minutes even though there was no one else waiting. Somehow it was still cold and they forgot half my order. The staff need mandatory showers as their hygiene put me off.

They took over ten minutes at the drive through even though there were no other customers and the food was still cold. Also forgot my burger and dipping sauce. Worst McDonald’s I’ve ever. Been too. And the staff need a wash.

Went to the drive thru on Aigburth Road 24th February 2024 about 3ish pm, the person who took the order was kind and friendly and very courteous, and I also told him this. Xx

Like any other McDonalds, poor quality food but you can get it fast. I think they put to another level difference between what you are getting actually and how it should look on the promo photo. Coffee is ok and some deserts are decent.

All the food was cold. The fries were still slightly frozen. The extra pickles where under the burger in the Bosc instead of on the burger

No drinks at all horrible sounds coming from people testing the plugs i outraged and upset kids crying now coz he had to get water and no ice creams or milkshakes absolute shambles

A surprisingly pleasant experience here today, as the standard of most McDonalds in the city is so low. Drive through was busy but the queue moved quickly, servers were polite and friendly. Didn’t wait long for food or get parked up, food was hot and fresh. Only criticism would be that the Sprite Zero was a bit watery and flat but like I said, still miles better than many of the other McDonalds in Liverpool.

Excellent. Far better than any other McDonald I've ever been to. Those guys deserve a salary increase.

Used the McDonalds App for the first time ! Ordered a £25 order and time was 20 min. Notification came up driver on his way with one stop before us with Uber Eats. Then driver arrived late. Opened the bag to freezing cold food then realised it was not our order. You can’t contact the driver once the delivery has been made you have to contact Uber Eats ! After approx 3 phone calls and half an hour on the phone reading out every item from our order and the wrong order we get told we were refund ! Great ! No food ! Approx 30 minutes after the phone call we got an email advising us of our £13.20 refund !!!! Now we have to deal with getting the rest of our money back. It’s not actually this branches fault it’s Uber Eats. But I have written this as a warning for anyone using the McDonalds App ! I won’t be using there App again and will stick to JustEat.

Try the big cheeky with bacon. In my opinion it's McDonald's best burger yet

Don't call yourself 24 hours when you won't serve instore?

Ordered through Uber. Driver delivered the wrong food so I had to reorder. The driver took a detour and stopped on the way to drop off (we paid for priority delivery because kids were getting hungry so this wasn't another delivery). When the food finally turned up the bag had been opened and re-sealed with the stickers they use to show the bag hasn't been tampered with. All the food was cold. Clearly they sent a replacement order to the person who got my original order, got the delivery guy to pick up my original order with a replacement receipt and stickers to reseal the bag and then he just dropped the old food off with me over an hour after the original order. Scummy place with scummy practices. Should be shut down.

On Sunday 19th November my wife and I took our son to football while he was playing I took my disabled wife to thus McDonald's on Aigburth Road for a breakfast and a cup of tea. On returning to the football to eat our breakfast the was no milk for the tea no napkins no sugar and the food was cold so put it in the bin it wasn't as if it was busy infact it was empty NEVER AGAIN!

Poor service at the drive thru.waited 10 minutes to take my order even though there was no queue.

Their mascot used to be a clown. Their was a character who used to steal your food. That and the big purple fella. The one without a tesco bag and a tape measure. It's pretty much sums it up. It's a circus. Cruel and unusual. Your food is always missing and your left with a grimace on your face. McDonalds run like a well oiled machine. Everything has been considered. I can think of nothing more efficient. It's a mechanism that spits out cheap food at a frightening pace. Almost identical every single time. Is there a greater monument to consumerism? The downfall is when you have staff to pack more than 1 item into a bag. Or make any change to an order. It's so confused, slow and shaky, if it were a dog, it would be Rainbow Bridge time. You're £40 down. Looking at group of crying kids. A hangry girlfriend and a trip in the cold rain to stand in a queue and ask how and why 3 burgers of 4 were missing. The other custom burger was wrong. Why youre missing some fries and nuggets. You never get what you ordered. It's pot luck. Cold pot luck. Their mascot used to be a clown. Now they run it.

The food is always lukewarm. I don't think any of the staff have ever realised that chips need COOKING. Most of the staff just do not care. It really is the worst in Liverpool.

Food is pretty generic from all McDonald's, staff were really friendly. Went through the drive-through so can't comment on the atmosphere

Always a hit for my kids. They always wonder what toy will be in the happy meal box. Plus for me, it's affordable. Lol. And I always have their banana milkshake

Been to this McDonalds on multiple occasions, in store, drive thru and delivery, each time there has been something wrong with the food. Food is stone cold half the time, some of the staff are rude, particularly the people on the drive thru, have been served by one lovely girl before but that was it. Ordered today, no other cars in the drive thru par one, store was closed inside because it was late and they still messed up our order. Missed out 3 items from our order meaning we wasted about £5 on having no food. Staff never give you your receipt or sauces in the bag half the time, a shame as it’s in a popular location so should be improved. Wish I could rate it higher but only really experienced bad food and missing items with this place. Not spending money here again as it’s always disappointing.

Staff were rude. Prompting us about other customers behind us as if we were an inconvenience. Too much in a rush for us even though we had to wait for them to accommodate us. The staff said “I have other customers”

My cheese burger that I asked to be plain had sauce on it and to hid this fact. A young lady man handled my burger and ripped the plain sticker of it appalling

Scary place full of chavvy kids

DO NOT order for home delivery from this branch, about three deliveries I’ve had missing food. This time fries!? We’ve received our meals with no chips LOL. Honestly it’s becoming a joke at this point, use Albert Dock they seem to have educated staff who can read and know what to put in your bag for delivery. Thanks, take care.

Quick stop off for a bite to eat, it's a McDonald's so there's no pictures, the staff in here are great, very helpful very efficient, nothing too much trouble, it's 11.55 on. 22/08/2023 so whoever is running the ship today is doing a fine job,

Consistently miss items or have incorrect items on delivery orders. Having ordered multiple times from this store, my partner and I have not once received an order that was entirely correct. Our orders are not complex oftentimes consisting of a meal and an extra item each. We try to avoid this McDonald’s.

McDonald's at it's finest. - Free entertainment and constructive criticism from the lovely young people playing outside. - Fresh covid and common cold viruses coughed onto your food by the staff to help with that herd immunity. - Free 30 minute food cooling service so you don't burn your mouth. - Individually delivered meals straight to your car so every member of your party feels extra special. If you can't tell I'm being sarcastic, pathetic service, and disgusting food hygiene standards, this particular McDonald's is on the permanent avoid list. Couldn't rate this dump low enough.

Order was wrong and the “large” fries was a scam apparently. Cheese on my burger which was to melted to scrape of (I have allergies) so couldn’t eat that.I’ve taken a photo but can’t add it

Who ever was on the drive through first window at 8:40 on Friday 11th was so nice - lovely start to the morning such a nice man.

My local McD’s, consistently manage to screw something up ‘double sausage McMuffin - hold the egg’. What do I get? Double egg McMuffin. Not worth the bother going in, FOH are just incompetent

Chips are never cooked always white and soggy. Burger buns are never toasted long enough and the cheese is never melted on a cheese burger because the burger isn't warm enough. Pathetic won't go again

My Husband and I went to the top end of Aigburth Road,when we received our order food was discussing and cold,workers had no gloves on Husband was so ill next day!!

They didn’t bring my sauce when I even ordered extra what a disgrace!! This is an abomination, never order from here if you want some sweet and sour sauce it has ruined my meal!🤬🤬😡😡😭

Good place to grab a snack and go

One of the worst McDonald's in Liverpool as the staff really don't care about good service. It remains busy which gives a false impression of its quality. Waited in drive through queue for 20 mins, got to order stop and then was told 'sorry we're not taking orders anymore'. So frustrating... No idea why, had to ask again and staff simply repeated this comment, still none the wiser if I had to wait or if I couldn't wait in the drive through and had to go in the restaurant. Eventually another customer confirmed there was a problem with the system. On every other visit items have been missing or cold and their menu is frequently missing what they've advertised. Avoid this McDonalds !

Went through the drive through at 02:00, guy clearly not paying attention to order. Ended up wrong order and then shunned when I questioned it. Will not use this place again!

Ordered from Aigburth Road. Milkshake was missing and the burger was from an order that wasn’t mine. Not the first time things have been missing or wrong.

Ordered from Uber eats for me and my sister, order came with no sauces we asked for. No straws, all for saving the planet but no excuse their paper nowadays! My Coke Zero was flat like it had been sitting there all night chilling and my nuggets were freezing. I don’t deserve this kind of service from lazy staff, sort it out huns.

If I could give 0 I would. Always takes them years to prepare and then when they give you it it’s always cold and the chips are like cardboard. How is it cold when you have taken a month of Sundays to prepare it. And don’t get me started on their delivery’s, they get it wrong every time and always forget stuff. Need to take on more competent staff

Awful shop and incompetent staff !! Within the last month I've had items missing from my order in drive through ! No burgers ! No fries ! And stupid things like no sauce when they ask you if you want any ? No straws ? But still always charged for missing items, and to top it off the food is always cold ! Will not be goin here again because if you complain they look at you like your stupid. They are more concerned with phone orders and I bet they're all correct ! Awful place.

Staff never check the machine to make sure they are full. Your lucky if you get chocolate in your drink. The staff r hopless how can't they see that the cup they put the lid on is basically dirty water

Ordered via the app using click and serve. Sat in the car park like an idiot for 50 minutes and nothing arrived. Then they closed. Had to ask via the app for a refund. update: they didn't return any of my requests for a refund. Only way I was able to finally get my money back was reporting them to my bank for fraud! They paid up immediately at that point

Got my order wrong so waiting for a refund still from uber eats. How can someone in Macdonalds get it so wrong , don't people read the order and make sure it's right before sending it out because getting in touch with someone and explaining what's wrong is a nightmare. First and last time using McDelivery but never again as least when your in Macdonalds you can get it rectified there and then.

Ordered 2 plain cheeseburgers , yet 6 burgers in a row came back full of sauce and onions , not to mention cold. I clearly stated "Plain cheese Burgers"yet for some reason they found it impossible to get my order right. Then add insult to injury the Manager had major attitude and showed zero customer service , was snotty and very rude. Avoid this joke of a place at all cost.

Terrible experience yet again. So many times I've been here and ordered food and itll be cold, no salt and wrong yet tonight we ordered a delivery and it contained kids items it was cancelled without any warning. We only live 2 mins away but have had a drink so unable to go and collect.

25 mins wait for chicken burger and happy meal. It isn’t the first time either.

I’ve visited this location multiple times. Every time the service is abysmal and they get my order wrong. Last time they just handed me a bag of old cold food that wasn’t my order. Maybe it’s just the night shift but management seems terrible. I avoid this location at all cost now.

Never provide the right ingredients ! Miss items off all the time. Never provide sauces ! Never send straws ! Worst McDonald’s ever ! Get your sh*t sorted it’s pathetic every order for 6 months has had a problem ! Very busy in here due to deliveries, food often cold

Used to be great but everytime been recently food is often cold and they miss items off order. Often even forget to give straws with your Drinks. I understand its a busy place and they look run off their feet but Its happened one too many times now.

Everything you order is fresh and tasty. The staff are friendly and helpful

We were there for forty minutes, though the food and service were great, three of the employees were stood in the middle of the place the entire time gossiping with each other and not doing any work. It was a bit off putting.

Late night drive thru after work. The queue was massive. But it worked thru at a steady pace and the the food came out without any delays.

I have only 3 words : fast, delicious, professional

this branch of McDonald is not that busy, you can visit them anytime. but it means you have to wait a bit longer than usual to be served hot food.
