McDonald's in Liverpool

Me and my friend ordered a meal deal where u get 4 burgers, 2 medium chips & 2 small chips. we ordered one burger as a chicken mayo which did NOT end up making it to my required destination. all the chips came at the WRONG peckishable size. they all came in SMALL. and one of the chips were not found in my very obvious order. we spend a good 19 great British pounds in this meal, just for half of it to not be perishable and not make it to my required & wanted destination. I was feeling quite melancholy when I saw my order had been fumbled quite a bit. I was also in the mood for a cheeky maccies yet nothing came in correctly. We understand u made a mistake, asking as u fix this and apologise we will be friends again. thank u for reading.

Order from ubereats and every single time there's items missing! Only one drink when there's clearly 2 meals...one time missed a whole meal from the order. Absolute joke of a maccies. Go elsewhere if possible! Going to be paying the extra in delivery from edge Lane from now on!

I honestly don't understand how this place is still standing. The service is diabolical. I ordered 2 large meals. Big mac , large fries and fanta, 3 chicken selects, large fries, and Strawberry milkshake. 9 chicken nuggets. 2 carrot bags and 2 pineapple sticks. I live like 10 mins from this restaurant. Deliveroo turns ups. No carrot sticks, no pineapple sticks. No dips. Chips were freezing, nuggets Luke warm, big mac Luke warm. This is not the first time this has happened. Deliveroo wanted to refund me £1.15 ha ha like you taking the mick. I mean if the staff done the job properly in the first place people would not to take their time out and write reviews. I mean next time I'll come with the £30.00 and come around the counter and put the £30.00 in your bin. What I can is my vomit has gone down my toilet. Like it's not hard to put items in a bag and warm food up. I mean concentration clearly doesn't happen in this restaurant. Sooner gets knocked down the better or train your staff on how to pack orders and how to make sure food is warm before you end up making your customers very sick.

Been here over 20 minutes waiting for a coffee

Young Girl who works on a Tuesday afternoon about 12:45pm blonde/brown hair in a plait with over inflated lips. Rude and obnoxious throws your order at you and doesn’t even acknowledge you. Then when you look in the bag she’s not even intelligent enough to put the chips in the bag the correct way. Upside down so there all over the bag. She’s done that twice now so clearly a bit thick. This time I take them back and ask her did she mind not putting my chips in the bag the wrong way as they’re all over the bag. She then took my order gave me a new pack of chips the correct way. Slammed my order down and gave me a dirty look. Not my fault you’re working in McDonald’s because you’re useless, but maybe learn some customer service skills.

McDonald’s Family Deal 🍔🍟 A great value meal for the whole family! It includes 4 burgers of your choice (including 2 small Mayo Chicken & 2 Regular 🍔), along with fries (2 large, 2 small), making it perfect for sharing. Tasty and budget-friendly! I ordered through Deliveroo, and while the delivery was quick, the preparation took around 20-40 minutes. I understand it can be busy, but just sharing my experience! 😊

We ordered Mcdelivery from this store and were missing all the sauces and the mozzarella dippers share box (£6.89) and they refused to give a refund! The chips were freezing cold aswell.

Why no straws, napkins or condiments? Poor. It’s fast food At least you could get the little side shizzle right. Come on. We’re all low paid and just want a curry mayo to dunk my overpriced overcooked over frozen chicken selects in after a hard night in a stinky kitchen in which I didn’t want to eat!

Ordered some breakfast meals and the staff clearly have no brains as they packed the hot drinks loose in a bag without any drinks holders, breakfast ruined avoid this place!

Rudest of staff tonight at least 3 staff were very rude and served freezing cold food thst they thought was acceptable. Manager and serving staff had a shocking disrespectful attitude and I would be in no rush to return here. Shocking service

De esos 36 años, diría que los últimos diez he estado bastante cómodo en la vida y como tal las visitas a McDonalds han aumentado. Este último fue el peor que he experimentado. Empecemos con lo que no había, mi Sprite grande y mi hamburguesa extra doble con queso, (una sola comida ya no me sirve). Lo sabía, solo sabía que cuando cogí la bolsa, se sentía ligero. Mis instintos me gritaban que algo faltaba y no solo la falta de salsas que tampoco ponían. Pero viviendo en Gran Bretaña y teniendo un poco de miedo a la confrontación tomé la bolsa sin decir nada. Más engañarme. Pasemos a lo que realmente estaba allí. Mi sándwich de pollo, la caja de 20 nugs y la hamburguesa con queso para ella. Estos tipos deseaban ser tibios y ser tan malos. Dios mío, aunque las patatas fritas eran las peores del lote, intenté sumergirlas en Guinness, estaban así de anémicas. ¿Qué postre encajaría en un banquete así? Por supuesto que no los mcflurries de la Vía Láctea que pedimos, no que ofrecería alguna característica de redención a esta comida moribunda no tenemos malteasers mcflurries que tenían alrededor de 5 grupos de malteasers escondidos dentro de ellos. A pesar de esto, volveré.

Consistently mess up my order. Today with a delivery, no straws, no sauce, items were cold, drinks were spilled everywhere, asked for no onion and there was tons, fries half empty and the list goes on.

I ordered breakfast at the drive through and had to wait - after 10 mins of waiting went to find my food- a member of staff helped and apologised as I saw my coffee and breakfast waiting by the drive through window to be served. It was not the best experience had, the reason for delay was cofffee machine was playing up but this was not said as you ordered the coffee

Not the best McDonalds, there’s an over focus on getting delivery orders out first, consistent staff turnover (Just go in one week to another and you’ll understand my point there) and most likely a bunch of loud school kids outside. The drive through is ok but even then most times you need to wait in the bay. It’s a McDonald’s though end of the day you get what you expect.

This place is the winner of the Liverpool Echo Worst McDonalds In Liverpool Award, Congratulations, really didn't think anybody would beat Hunts Cross McDonalds, you guys really have reached an all time new low In food service and customer care.

Save your energy and go to another branch. We ordered on the app and three different items were missing from the delivery, but they were all listed on the receipt. When we called them, they provided no help after waiting on the phone for about 20 minutes. When we got through, they told us to ring uber eats, which had a busy line so wouldn't go through. When we tried to call back (68 times in total) they never picked up. We are a group of uni students who can't exactly afford to be wasting money on food that doesn't turn up. Wouldn't have been fussed if it was just one wrong item, but so much was missing, one person had no part of their order arrive. At that point, it's not a simple mistake, it's pure incompetence. It must be quite difficult to misread such a simple receipt, so well done Aigburth McDonald's, you might not have been able to pick up a phone, or give us useful advice, but you managed that.

Good service, good meals. We went with 2 grandkids after school. READ THE PARKING RESTRICTIONS CAREFULLY. I’ve just had a fine of £50 for staying 1 hour 52 mins. We ordered main and ice cream in two separate blocks. The place was empty and so few cars in the car park. The signs are not illuminated (it was dark). Beware!

My order was freezing cold the 2X cheeseburgers were cold and burnt bun. Ordered apple pie they give chocolate terrys pie. Ordered strawberry milkshake coke got delivered. The chips where freezing and my Big Mac was cold burnt bun. It was waste disgusting am fumin

Wonderful food and great location!

Tuve que ser uno de los peores McDonald's en Liverpool, pensé que usar la aplicación que los pedidos no estarían mal o incompletos, pero el décimo pedido de la aplicación y todavía faltan artículos y no se quitan los artículos que he solicitado debido a que los miembros de la familia tienen alergias, es como si estuvieran tratando de matar a la gente. Las papas fritas siempre están medio llenas sin importar el tamaño que tengas y si quieres cebolla en tu hamburguesa, buena suerte, obtienes unas dos en toda la hamburguesa, es cómico. Todo se reduce demasiado, se concentran en ellos más que en la gente en el restaurante, por eso los artículos se siguen perdiendo. Ya no iré allí, malgastado en mucho dinero y harto de tener que conducir de vuelta de casa después de un viaje a través de la orden. 4 x pepitas faltantes 1 x papas fritas grandes Y mostaza en hamburguesas después de solicitar que no esté en él debido a alergias.

Ordered two burgers meals and one was missing

Today, I visited at 10:50 AM to use the drive-through, and my app order was approved. The staff member who took my order confirmed the app code (PP38). However, due to how busy they were, I was left waiting in the queue until 11:03, at which point my order was cancelled. Despite informing them that I had been waiting for over 10 minutes, my order was not processed. These technical and operational issues can be especially disappointing for families, particularly children, who look forward to a Sunday treat. Unfortunately, the staff were neither agile nor helpful in resolving the matter. Given the other options available in Speke, we’ll be going elsewhere in the future to avoid wasting time.

Editing my review. I am utterly sick to death of ordering through drive thru from this restaurant. Every single time something is missing. Without fail. It is clear this place prioritises Uber Eats over drive thru/walk ins as the staff couldn't care less about us by the lack of care they give to the accuracy of satisfying our orders Beyond useless, beyond incompetent and I am sick to death of this place Go to any other McDonalds in the area

I just got a delivery didn't get apple pie even though I was charged for it and no mayo on chicken sandwich it was like eating cardboard I've put 1 star because 0 star isn't an option I decided to have a meal from here yesterday i thought they might have been having an off day last time I was wrong the fries i got were pale and very greasy and cold they were put in a bag upside-down I couldn't eat them they were inedible my chicken sandwich was cold i got a strawberry milkshake half of it was chocolate i got a smartie mcflurry with about 2 crushed smarties on it i didn't get the sauce i asked for it was rank

Rubbish attitude from manager. Apparently teboot system every night at midnight which takes 50 minutes daily.

It seems like your typical everyday McDonald's. The staff are rather friendly and the food quality is average although the atmosphere can be depending on the time you arrive. If you arrive in the evening then there is no doubt you are probably going to get the teenagers coming back from school. WARNING: If you're planning a late-night/early-morning dinner, you'll be out of luck because they only operate the drive-through for food, they don't allow walk-ins or table service.

Are you joking? This is comically bad. Whoever is doing the fries and checking the orders needs to be sacked because this is disgusting this will lose you every customer you have guaranteed. My friend got a small fries and we tipped them out to measure and hers was bigger, mine was supposed to be large. Multiple items missing also, no McFlurries, no sauces, no special sauce with the chicken selects, no salt on chips which were coldish even though we're 2 mins away on the same road. I've had trouble with mcdonalds before but this is ridiculous and a joke, good luck running that business with this type of standard.

Just placed an order here for two PLAIN double cheese burgers both came with everything on them. How hard is it to read an order!!!!! It’s not rocket science. You must be thick as mud to work there or dyslexic……UNBELIEVABLE!!!

On a very busy Saturday morning, tons of deliveroo/just eat orders, lots of in-house orders. The staff are really earning their money here today. Hope they get bonuses for getting all these orders out. I only stopped for a cuppa and despite the number of people here i was served quickly. 👏

Fries were solid. I don't care it's a franchise, if your fries are stale throw them away, don't sell them. Yuck!

Massive issues with naughty kids. They have stopped having security guards. Food always tepid not hot I can't be bothered sending it back now. We have to go once a week to kill time between my daughters classes. Toliets always filthy. Staff very friendly and hardworking.

It's a busy spot so i understand that there can be a bit of a wait but when you've just ordered a lone drink and you wait 20 mins it's aggravating. It's a persistent problem at this location. The drink gets made and it's then left on the shelf going cold while priority is given to food orders. Not having a go at staff but there needs to be some system in place that makes sure all orders are given out in timely way.

McDonald's used to be a great place to take the kids as a bit of a treat, now my daughters hate going there because they say the place is full of aggressive looking foreign men staring at them while they wait for their home delivery orders. Surely macdonalds need to segregate these drivers from the general public who want to dine inside in peace.

I ordered McDonald’s breakfast. They gave the driver my meal with the iced coffee inside the food bag, and did not inform the driver of this🤦🏻‍♀️. The drink ended up obviously spilling onto all of my food, leaving it inedible. Had to get a full refund on UberEats. Don’t order from this McDonald’s if you don’t want lazy workers not even bothering to put the drink in a separate bag, as they should be doing.

It can go either way,it's all about fortunate.....as in timing. Took ages in drive through to even get served to the point cars where just driving round out of frustration. Finally gave my order in as a meal then a PLAIN cheeseburger separately and the screen didn’t show plain so I asked on 3 different occasions is the burger put through definitely just cheese and was told yes. Got home and was not plain ofcourse. Had absolutely everything on it. Wouldn’t mind if I didn’t ask to check but 3 times I was told it was definitely plain. Shocking.

Waited 10 mins for 1 burger, the girl took my order off the collection screen walked over to her mate with my order in hand and started to talk to her, now my food is stone cold and tastes like rubber.

Mrs made an app order, 2 lads turned up with the food and said one of the drinks isn't available so asked for an alternative,no sauce was in the bag either so asked one of the lads who came back with the drink "Sam" for sauce and he honestly went above and beyond to make sure we got what we needed

Their mascot used to be a clown. There was a character who used to steal your food and there was also the big purple fella. The one without a tesco bag and a tape measure. It's pretty much sums it up. It's a circus. Cruel and unusual. Your food is always missing and your left with a grimace on your face. McDonalds run like a well oiled machine. Everything has been considered. I can think of nothing more efficient. It's a mechanism that spits out cheap food at a frightening pace. Almost identical every single time. Is there a greater monument to consumerism? The downfall is when you have staff to pack more than 1 item into a bag. Or make any change to an order. It's so confused, slow and shaky, if it were a dog, it would be Rainbow Bridge time. You're £40 down. Looking at group of crying kids. A hangry girlfriend and a trip in the cold rain to stand in a queue and ask how and why 3 burgers of 4 were missing. The other custom burger was wrong. Why youre missing some fries and nuggets. You never get what you ordered. It's pot luck. Cold pot luck. Their mascot used to be a clown. Now they run it.

This is the worst MacDonalds in Liverpool. Do not order from here on food delivery sites. They consistently mess up the order. On large orders for 5 people we received one meal and one drink. How can they get this so wrong. No one takes accountability. Avoid or you will be left hungry and out of pocket.

Do not get delivery from here! Everytime I’ve ordered it comes consistently cold and missing items. Getting a refund back is a nightmare just not worth the time or the effort to order from here.

Very poor management and service

Today I ordered a deluxe burger meal to takeout when I got home the only thing deluxe about the burger was the bread otherwise it was a normal chicken burger no cheese and no bacon it was very disappointing especially paying extra for a normal chicken burger. I couldn't go back as I was looking after someone who was ill.

For some reason, I keep giving this McDonald's a chance, and yet it continues to disappoint. The food is lukewarm despite being 3 minutes away. There are always items missing from the order, which I really just don't understand. The latest order is what prompted me to make this review. If I order a drink, it should come with a straw. If I order nuggets, and go through the trouble of choosing sauces, put the sauces in the bag. It's the little things? It's just very frustrating.

Restaurant blame Uber and Uber blame restaurant for missing items from order. Save yourself the bother….

It's McDonalds, what more can I say. I went to the drive through and ordered 20 nuggets and a triple cheeseburger and had to park up for nearly 20 mins just to get my food and of course they forgot the sauce.

Even for a Maccies this particular franchise is a shambles. Don't expect the hungover teenagers to get any part of your order right, especially at the weekend.

Worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been too. The woman serving, the one with one tooth, was beyond rude. The food took 15 minutes even though there was no one else waiting. Somehow it was still cold and they forgot half my order. The staff need mandatory showers as their hygiene put me off.

Like any other McDonalds, poor quality food but you can get it fast. I think they put to another level difference between what you are getting actually and how it should look on the promo photo. Coffee is ok and some deserts are decent.

I enjoyed Big and cheesy meal with zero coke and fries x
