delicious burger full of extras

Ordered a burger and McRib via drive through, found hair inside the burger and the McRib was spoilt and smelling. Manager didn’t replace nor refund. I do not recommend

Manager was horrible to staff, she made one girl walk off crying the way she spoke to her, absolutely disgusting attitude!!! also need to do something with her mop that sits round her shoulder, either tie it up or feed it not sure which. Respect to the staff that have to put up with THAT as thier manager. Will never return!!!

I'm used to finding Mc Donald's always open, if I find it written that it closes at midnight I don't expect to find the place that only does take away with only 4 tables available and the entire room closed, chairs on top of the tables, two staff sitting there to help you. they look at you badly and even disgusted because your face is shocked, after 20 minutes walking in the cold to get there, I waited standing for 5 minutes just enough time to warm up and call uber to leave as soon as possible.

i am appauled of the service of this mcdonalds.My freind is allergic to oinions and they sent ue the wrong order now my mate has to stave well in maccis

The way one of the female staff spoke to his male colleague serving us was outrageous! He was really helpful as well bless him, hence the 4 stars on the service. Food took that long to come out we considered walking out, but we had already paid at this point. *Update* : We ended up asking for a refund (which took just as long), and walking out. The attitude from the girl I mentioned above was diabolical.

Went to a McDonalds in new york once and was served within 36 seconds of placing order. Fast food. Now mcDonalds likes expanding business but doesn’t like reinvesting in infrastructure so I wait 15 minutes while 15 bulk deliveroo orders get sorted out. Walked off before me burger turned up. Smack head in the que probably polished that off.

No matter how many times I have got a delivery from here, it is never correct and cold! Wouldn't recommend ordering from here as it's getting worst not better

Look, no one's going to McDonald's for fine dining, we get it; we all want something quick, something to satisfy the odd greasy cravings, and that's it, done. So, it really depends from franchise to franchise, and with this one, the reviews are unfortunately true. Didn't get my burger, didn't get any of the sauces, and the funniest thing is they kept the fries in the section of the share box that's for the sauces - so they knew what they were doing. Nothing to hold onto, but yeah, this one probably is best avoided. Peace.

Just got the food back and my McPlant Burgers were missing, I'm vegetarian so can't eat anything else from the order, sat here starving now, fuming!.

Are using old happy meal boxes, have yet again only put one toy in one box when I ordered two. And have used an old toy to put in the box and not the new ones which is the only reason I order from McDonald’s

Quick serving, my BigMac was done well and not trown into the box like other Mc' restaurants. Clean tables and floor, plenty of parking spaces, friendly staff.

Took 20 minutes to my food to me at the counter while everyone else around me was getting their food. Food was piling up for the deliveries and cars getting swerved straight away. I only ordered a Big Mac meal. I asked about my food and got told its coming. Then the lad was sniggering. Then I asked someone else and they said the manager would speak to me. She passed me my food, said sorry and walked away. Poor experience in this place again. 1 positive there isnt rubbish all over the place like last time. I'm guessing in house orders take a back seat to the cars and deliveries.

Went first thing waited in drive threw first there another car came got served first leaving us still in the cue went up to window and the woman told me the other girls mike wasent worked not the only time this has happened I understand things break but put a note at the drive threw where u stop was in a rush to that morning

Got food delieved only to have food that has been sitting there since 12.45 and i have it at 5.00 and its not even my order, food ice cold, disgusting and the manager was blaming the delievery driver. Needs closing down

ABSOLUTELY VILE!!!! Ordered food for my kids which I ordered 2 MAYO chickens, 20 chicken nuggets, 2 HAPPY Meals and 2 ,They took an hour to come and when they did i emptied the bag and it was not my order and was FREEZING!!!!!! And to top it off the order was made at 12:45PM and I ordered at 4:55PM!!! So I rang up and the manager who answered was so SNOTTY and was saying “nothing I can do” “out of my hands”!!! EITHER WAY WHY THE HELL IS FOOD STILL SITTING ON THE COUNTER FROM 4 HOURS AGO!!!! Absolutely discusting and do NTH for there customers!!!! HORRIBLE and here is picture evidence to prove it!!!!

Fast friendly service ,great way to start a morning

Been two times through the drive through got home and the wrong order, food was cold aswell. Called up and they did offer to replace if I drove back to get it swapped but with two young kids it’s just not worth it.

I had "breakfast" at this McDonalds, and did some work on my laptop while doing so. A few weeks later I received a fine telling me I parked at the restaurant for too long and was given a £100 fine. A very expensive breakfast indeed. Also the food, amentities and customer service was rubbish so theres that.

Today here at Mcdonals Walton I was treated like garbage by a female manager. Some here are nice and polite but this person needs to learn to be polite with another human being. We are working we are not stealing

Bad experience while ordering through the app and delivered by Uber eats! The driver is hiding on the bushes to cancel your delivery which is unacceptable! This service has no be improved! Also, we received the food cold and fries without any salt on it.

Not a bad McDonald's to sit in and enjoy a quick meal, but ordered something this morning to only receive a single coffee warm ( I asked for a cold coffee) without my hash brown or double sausage and egg mcmuffin meal. It's never been that bad previously but due to this I have to give a bad review.

This franchise has a smaller seating area than most but it is geared up for drive through customers with an ample car park. It is always clean and tidy in here but a good point to remember is that you get what you pay for. Good is serviceable, not special and not bad just serviceable

You ask for a frappe and get told we have none you get to the drive thru window and yes there's a frappe on the top of the machine lying at its best

This McDonald's is just around the corner from Goodison Park and gets fairly busy. One thing I noticed which I haven't seen at any other McDonald's is the manager walks around and watches everyone like a hawk which I learned later on is maybe because this particular McDonald's is very rough. On both times I went there you had people under the influence of drugs either inside or outside, and on the Saturday night there was a fight between two lads out the front.

It's a McDonald's in a busy and bad part of Liverpool with staff that are too busy trying to hide in the kitchen and mess around than work so it's slow and gets too many angry people.

Massive queues. The poor guy on the drive thru was also serving inside. He was really friendly and very apologetic. Order was wrong and cold but no way I was waiting in the queue again or trying to fight my way through the just eat drivers who seem to take priority over all other customers. Just visited again. Asked to park up for 10 minutes for order to be squashed into one bag. Got home to find order wrong. Went back to store, no acknowledgement or apology.

Drive thru experience. Caramel Frappe. Great quick service and delicious frappe!💜

Speedy service especially when you order through the app. Food is mostly hot. Sometimes the fries are a little on the cold side. However if you’re using the drive through be prepared to be approached for spare change by various people hanging out next to the pay window.

Really annoyed.. after waiting for ages I walked home with this order to find the double mc plant was a single… it says double on the box 🤦‍♀️ tried to call you but no answer.

Is a horrible place. People always checking after they give you the order because always missing product. When you asked them they never know but if they check CCTV and everyone start checking you will see theirs policies and to lie people.

Authentic Sri Lankan food. The fresh spices in the dishes create a variety of flavors on the tongue. The experience and enthusiasm of the chef is testament to the taste and exquisite presentation of the dishes.

Worst McDonald’s I’ve been to. Starf prioritising delivery drivers even tho there was an ever growi by number of people waiting for there food. I ordered my breakfast at 10:15, and it wasn’t given to me till 10:40. Get your priorities straight. As I write this, my friend who ordered at the same time as me is still waiting for 3 hash browns
