The harassment that you get from the ‘people under the influence” is intimidating and needs to be sorted!

Panckes were cold No syrup sent for panckes The two Sausage & Egg muffins were cold the chesse was stuck to the wrapper one muffin was damaged I have photographs of these item My grandaughter is not happy about her food i ordered today

I'm giving 1 star for the delivery driver. banged on my door 6 times then just said "whats the pin" without even looking up. very rude and unprofessional

Missing items every time I order from here there’s always something wrong

Burgers were cold and the chips.

Cold burger and three toilets reeked.

Food was cold I had half the order missing I asked for a refund and they did not give me any

Food was late and arrived cold - the fries were also undercooked and the sprite didn't taste like sprite - it tasted like carbonated water.

Yet again freezing how the restaurants is 5 min away and its a special made £26 joke

app said 3 minutes, driver took really long, gave completely wrong order and all drinks were spilt. still no refund.

Delivered time continued to go up, restaurant only 4 minutes away from delivery address and took over an hour and half minutes to arrive.

Time kept going up when I ordered finally arrived an hour late and it was all freezing cold and my milkshake with melted so couldn't drink that hardly ate any far to cold

Left my smoothie out and gave me a medium coke instead of a large

every time we order from here on uber eats/deliveroo/just eat it takes HOURS to arrive. drivers turn up to the establishment, wait there, and then leave because the restaurant hasn’t made the order. we’ve called multiple times asking about the order 2+ hours after we placed it and are always told that ‘it’s and issue with the driver’ when that is clearly not the case. as a hospitality worker, i understand that these places can get very busy, but quite frankly the wait time for every single order is just astronomical. looking on the app and seeing that ‘your order is being prepared’ for 3 hours straight and then being told that it’s the drivers fault is just insane to me. a lot of reviews on here say the same thing, this place needs a serious change in management.

Absolutely the worst McDonald’s ever. I feel very bad for anyone who is experienced the very same as me. I hope that nobody else gets to experience all these troubles from this McDonald’s. I ordered eight items but I only got four of them including a bottle of juice that I didn’t even ask for. This McDonald’s is very unprepared very unprofessional and is very time wasting please don’t go to this McDonald’s . I even called them but I didn’t get a response !!!!!!!!

Burgers were missing things like pickles, cheese sauce on my Philly cheese burger, missing a mayo chicken and 20 nuggets

All the fries were together, which is not very convenient, and my vegan burger was without any sauce and the meat was almost toasted. Also, they forgot the straws.. again.

Everything was cold, there was a missing item, and it seems like they just threw everything whatever. We couldn’t even eat the fries properly because they were just horrible. Everything tasted like a day old or something.

If I could give this place a 0 stars I would! But that’s not an option. Ordered my food at 2:26am … had 3 different delivery drivers all cancel the order. Then got finally told at 3:15am that I need to cancel the order from my end because it’s been taken and that I will get charged a extra £15.00 for something that’s not my fault.. tried to get in contact with the store who just ignored us. 3:45 When they finally answered, the girl just brushed us off saying it’s not her fault. I work at a fast food restaurant so I understand how the Uber app works. Staff are meant to be making sure the drivers are swiping the order when they accept deliveries. The girl hung up on us. No help or anything. Absolutely disgusting

Delivery driver spent about 10 minutes going around in a circle from my address and ended up not even going to the correct address; I had to meet with him the next street over. He then had a rude attitude and complained that I was making him late even though he didn’t bother to go to the correct address.

i don’t know what happened with my order - but the courier managed to turn a 4 minute drive into a 10 minute one - i’m assuming he had another order to drop off as he asked me to double check my order once it arrived. When I opened the package my food was NOT placed in with care, there was no secondary bag inside the delivery one - chips, nuggets all fallen out of the packaging into the bag! Top it all off - it was cold. Think i’ll stick to other places from now on, as edge lane are just as bad

burgers was freezing cold the restaurant is only 5 minutes away by car so they must have been packed cold don't warm any food up especially when they have got saucers on them they went in the bin

I’ve tried to go to the toilet before eating however everything were locked and the security couldn’t do anything to help. Leaving the restaurant with no toilet and no food too. Too busy with delivery drives though.
