The waiters and manger are extremely rude

it was cold and it didn’t have the chips in and the burger had no bun and use didn’t put any sauce the drink was split in the bag i wasn’t happy with the order and want a refund

6 october at 00 15. The manager is very rude... I ask for sugar and she said No sugar. Come on Monday. Very poor service , I paid for coffee and I left there on the main table. Stupid and sick peoples are working...

Ordered for kids got after more than 1 hour . Delivery driver waited for more than 45 minutes for food

The chips was stone cold and asked for the birthday donut and got a cookie instead the food was stone cold too the only hot thing was the mayo chicken sandwich

Ordered 2 burger meals and an extra mcspicy. They somehow managed to forget BOTH fries and the mcspicy, so we opened the bag to see 2 very lonely burgers. We often joke about "what are they going to forget this time?" but its actually getting silly.

Bunch of cheats. Everyone gets extra sauces, I had to pay. And the big mac had juns and one patty. Cheap place for cheap people I believe. Such ill mannered staff

All Food was cold, got no dips or drink. asked for extra pickles, got 1 extra!

Order was never received and when i left a when i left a complaint the driver claimed i gave him a code but he never showed up with my food

Absolutely terrible. The food was cold when it arrived, more than one item was missing from the order and two of the items that came was incorrect. Barely any of the stuff that arrived was what we wanted or ordered. A giant waste of money and will not be ordering again.

Delivery has been quick and efficient but every order has missing items.

Food was freezing cold had to warm chips up themselves and burgers were burnt they got thrown in the bin

Delivery was fine but why can you never get an order right! The smallest thing like a curry dip. Sort it out McDonalds!!

I didn't like it much this time, it was full and the order took more than 20 minutes. The hamburger was undercooked and tasted old.

Ordered a McChicken meal got a Mc crispy spicy meal, once again wrong order and gone in the bin as too spicy.

I only ordered 3 items and 1 item was missing..I could understand if I had ordered 6+items.. disappointing as it was the main item i wanted..

Burger balms where stale and food was cold I'd of gone back if I'd of had time but even though cue wasn't long took ages to serve and guy on the Mike was heard swearing on what a night mare the order he had just taken won't be going back maccys food and service has really gone down hill 😕

no toy or book in either happy meal (only reason for buying there with the kids wanting them), no sauce in either and no mango bag either! very disappointing!!!

They always seem to screw up the most simple of orders. Twice now I've ordered the £14.99 feed the family deal for delivery, and both times, things were missing! The first time it was two burgers and today it was two small fries... Second time around however, I didn't make the same mistake of ordering through their McDonalds app, of which provide no assistance at all with faults to the order, you talk to a bot. Nothing was resolved for me. second time was through Uber Eats, they have a good structure in place for missing items/issues and its resolved immediately. I just can't seem understand how 90% of the time, its always wrong from this particular restaurant. I thought only the weatherman could get away with being rubbish at their job most of the time and get away with it, apparently not! McDonalds Kensington can do it too!

Ordered 2 pancake sets and 4 mcmuffins with extra bacon/egg and ALL the paid for extras are missing even though the stickers clearly state extra egg or extra bacon.

Literally the worst McDonald’s I have ever received. Waited over an hour for it to eventually turn up and the drink’s leaked the in bag so empty, most of my order was missing and what little food did eventually arrive was absolutely freezing!

So the staff who can’t read were on shift tonight .. WHAT IS THE POINT IN GIVING THE CUSTOMER CHOICES TO CHOOSE DIPS FOR THE MEALS YET DONT ADD THEM!! Forgot to put the muffin in too.. pathetic!
