Friendly delivery driver despite being drenched in the rain, order was spot on all requests where correct, and sauces where all in bag too which is usually hit and miss,

Great service from the delivery driver

Waited 2 1/2 hours for my food, Called too see where it was and had such poor customer service, it finally came and it is stone cold absolutely freezing!

Coffee had burst in bag when I picked it up went all over my hand as it fell through the bag food was stone cold

Freezing cold when arrived the large choc shake i ordered never arrived

They didn’t have any mcplants left which is fine but I wasn’t told and just eat refuses to refund me even though I didn’t receive the main part of my order???

The deliver came without the drink and I’ve asked for the menu

ordered 4 meals no drinks have been delivered. delivery guy said he dropped them

You get more packaging than the food you buy. Nothing worse than heated up burger and tasteless.

I know you don’t need to be laureates to work at McDonald’s but is not difficult to food simple order with 2 things! Ordered 2 simple meals and on for my son is missing! Not even half all missing! Can you read a simple instructions??

This place is an actual joke - whole order was wrong. Does this business not look at reviews and think they need to address this and retrain staff?

One of my coffee's had leaked inside the delivery bag so everything was soaked plus I was missing one of my cappuccino, it was supposed to be replaced but I've heard nothing. What a joke

All of the food was missing, paid for a double sausage and egg mcmuffin and received a single bacon muffin. Hash browns were cold and undercooked. The 2 strawberry lemonades had no strawberry syrup and no straws. The coffee was cold. The only good thing about this order was the orange juice.

Just every single time I order I feel like it’s a running theme of having no dips with my food and no ice or straw with my drink. It’s fast food I get that but if you pay for something you expect it.

Delivery service was great however the quality of the burgers was really poor. The burgers were like pancakes and one of the patties were folded in half. Come on McDonalds, we pay enough, check the quality your staff are serving

Every single time I order from this McDonald’s the Order is wrong

Food was barely warm and very dry like it had been rewarmed numerous times.

One of my double mcplants was not cooked properly. Its like one was already cooked and the other was rushed. I still have it here if you would like a picture

No straws, no sauce, food was unflavoured. I asked for extra onion on burger and recieved none.

6 october at 00 15. The manager is very rude... I ask for sugar and she said No sugar. Come on Monday. Very poor service , I paid for coffee and I left there on the main table. Stupid and sick peoples are working...

Ordered 2 burger meals and an extra mcspicy. They somehow managed to forget BOTH fries and the mcspicy, so we opened the bag to see 2 very lonely burgers. We often joke about "what are they going to forget this time?" but its actually getting silly.

Absolutely terrible. The food was cold when it arrived, more than one item was missing from the order and two of the items that came was incorrect. Barely any of the stuff that arrived was what we wanted or ordered. A giant waste of money and will not be ordering again.

Some of my order was missing there was no mozzarella dippers or chips

Chips were cold and undercooked, recieved a refund for them, but I ordered a banana milk and strawberry came, don't like strawberry, won't let me request refund for that, cause I did it for the chips.

Burger balms where stale and food was cold I'd of gone back if I'd of had time but even though cue wasn't long took ages to serve and guy on the Mike was heard swearing on what a night mare the order he had just taken won't be going back maccys food and service has really gone down hill 😕

no toy or book in either happy meal (only reason for buying there with the kids wanting them), no sauce in either and no mango bag either! very disappointing!!!
