Perfect delivery and very friendy staff

every time we order from here on uber eats/deliveroo/just eat it takes HOURS to arrive. drivers turn up to the establishment, wait there, and then leave because the restaurant hasn’t made the order. we’ve called multiple times asking about the order 2+ hours after we placed it and are always told that ‘it’s and issue with the driver’ when that is clearly not the case. as a hospitality worker, i understand that these places can get very busy, but quite frankly the wait time for every single order is just astronomical. looking on the app and seeing that ‘your order is being prepared’ for 3 hours straight and then being told that it’s the drivers fault is just insane to me. a lot of reviews on here say the same thing, this place needs a serious change in management.

Absolutely the worst McDonald’s ever. I feel very bad for anyone who is experienced the very same as me. I hope that nobody else gets to experience all these troubles from this McDonald’s. I ordered eight items but I only got four of them including a bottle of juice that I didn’t even ask for. This McDonald’s is very unprepared very unprofessional and is very time wasting please don’t go to this McDonald’s . I even called them but I didn’t get a response !!!!!!!!

If I could give this place a 0 stars I would! But that’s not an option. Ordered my food at 2:26am … had 3 different delivery drivers all cancel the order. Then got finally told at 3:15am that I need to cancel the order from my end because it’s been taken and that I will get charged a extra £15.00 for something that’s not my fault.. tried to get in contact with the store who just ignored us. 3:45 When they finally answered, the girl just brushed us off saying it’s not her fault. I work at a fast food restaurant so I understand how the Uber app works. Staff are meant to be making sure the drivers are swiping the order when they accept deliveries. The girl hung up on us. No help or anything. Absolutely disgusting

Worst McDonalds Ive ever visited in my life. Not cleaned tables, lot of mess insode and outsidealso. Gross.

Missing items in the mcdelivery no answer on the phone basic thieves

Ordered food, waited short time, got home (round the corner) and it was luke warm at best. First bite of sausag mcmuffin and a mouthful of eggshell. Put me right off.

I’ve tried to go to the toilet before eating however everything were locked and the security couldn’t do anything to help. Leaving the restaurant with no toilet and no food too. Too busy with delivery drives though.

The most useless staff ever, every time we order food something is wrong or missing. You can’t get a hold of anyone, you can’t cancel your order, Don’t go here, it’s just as bad in person.

Recently refurbished. Always clean and tidy. Love the free newspapers during the week.

Food quality is good as per McD standards. Always Overcrowded, Queues are slow moving. Customer Washrooms are very poorly maintained. Drive through available.

Lovely girl called Abbie served us, she was very polite, understanding and accommodated to needs. Food was perfectly cooked. A good experience overall

Please avoid. Ordered katsu chicken wrap...when got to chicken it was rock hard...complained...got half wrap replacement. Duty manager Molly said this is norm replace half

Drinks were spilt all over the bag. Food was freezing cold and ice creams were liquid. It took them over an hour I messaged the driver alot of times they read them and ignored me and I also asked them to call me for directions. Terrible service.

My order didn’t have no chips with either burger even tho it clearly states meals, I didn’t receive the ranch burger, I didn’t recover the sauces which I paid 10p for, I didn’t even receive the ones for my 20 chicken nuggets, listen it’s daylight robbery, if I was to take someone’s money n then not give them what the paid for I’d get arrested, I then rang up n I got told with a atttiude well if u can come here we can fix it, i orderd the food because I can’t attend the Mac Donald’s, it’s a joke

ordered at 6.12pm. food turned up at 20 past 11. i had to speak to the poor delivery driver from my bedroom window, because he didn't have any clue or any reason to suspect that i'd ordered 5 entire hours before. when i did call the restaurant at quarter past 8 and again at quarter to 9 when the app started saying it was delivered, they barely responded.

The girl working in the driver through is so annoying and the food is all cold

They messed up my order despite calling them and requesting they not miss any items because it had happened before (multiple times). So I called the place to enquire but the person on the phone was rude and just hung up while I spoke. Date: 23/01/2025. Time: 23:36 McDonald's should be ashamed to let its staff treat its customers this way. I will not buy food from this place again.

Went through drive through and had to wait 15 minutes for our food while the staff were ignoring us while they were swearing and dancing in the restaurant. Finally got the food after she chucked it at us and it’s freezing cold because we had to wait 15 minutes. Absolutely waste of my time and money

I went to drive through way by walk at night,just to ask about the takeaway food. The staff inside 2 girls so much Awful, in a very worse way they treat me and shout on me to get out from there and closed the window on my face ... My first order at McDonald's didn't have a large fries in the order, and my second order at McDonald's was 3 double burgers with 3 small cheeseburgers but I only got 3 double burgers with 2 small burgers, one burger wasn't visible in my order.

The delivery driver was extremely friendly and helpful and patience and as someone who’s had terrible experiences with drivers, I’m very pleased with his kindness.

The worst franchise of McDonald in the world! They can’t read, can’t follow simple instructions! This was the last time I ordered from this and hope all the other people will do the same so you can close! If someone is paying for the service they expecting at least to receive all the order they made not the half of it! I’ll also write an email to the head office
