drink was spilt all over my soaking wet food

delivery perfect items missing and wrong

cold missing burger and missing a burger of the big macc and no straws

acccidently ordered to wrong addresses an then deliver blocked me

The food was stale . It did not taste good .

the driver just wanted to give me only half of the spilled drink while i also ordered 2 burgers and chicken. Where is my order?!

Walked in and was told it’s drive thru only. Asked if we could order a mcflurry at the drive thru and was told yes. Proceed to go to the drive thru where we were told we couldn’t get a mcflurry. Waste of time

very bad staff charactres.i think all staff ear problem.because somany time i called but no response. i check all google reviews so many pepels same like that . what are you doing management team . your responsibility .

Delivery driver didn’t bring food asked for code and didn’t deliver the food I had put in wrong adress gave him the right adress he asked for the code for the food and hasn’t delivered the food

The order arrived almost 1 hr since ordering it and it arrived and is cold. Not the drivers fault at all as it was stuck at preparing order so the restaurant clearly made it and forgot about it!

The food was freezing I had a burger that was made 45 minutes early!!!! Chips 1/4 full and hard and the nuggets were soggy the only good thing was the coke for once it actually had ice in and wasn't melted?!!!! Shocker

whats the point in doing the free extra nugs when the past two orders they've been missing , forgetting meals is awful I now have no dinner and one child out of 4 is also missing dinner , chips aren't cooked either

ordered the minecraft meal, didn't get collectable that was paid for. I normally order from Edge lane as I have had order problems from Kensington before, but unfortunately Edge lane were not taking orders. on 2 previous occasions I have paid an extra 80p to add a milkshake to meals, and when they have arrived a small happy meal chocolate milk had been sent, but extra charge always taken. I will not be ordering from this McDonalds again and I will be advising others to use Edge lane instead.

All food cold, vital item was missing, fries packed upside down so all were loose in the bag, Big Macs needed to be taken apart and rebuilt in order to make it possible to eat them

I just can't understand how anyone can send out an order 5 missing items. 2 of which where sauce but as they charge per sauce now forgetting it is no longer acceptable. missing double cheeseburger 🍔 and two small fries 🍟 also. If it was any other profession that did this you can imagine
