Delivery guy was lovely,but not all order delivered, not his fault,i blame whoever was doing the order

Food Was frozen by the time it came it took about 45 mins to come and the drinks didn’t even come

Absolute garbage! Food cold, things missing, items that were delivered were incorrect!

Ordered 2 chocolate brownies and only received 1. In place of the 2nd brownie were 2 tomato ketchup packets.

Ordered the Minecraft meals because my son is a fan. And we ordered 2 Minecraft meals and the collectables were not in the order. Absolute laziness, not hard to pack an order correctly

Latte had spilled all over poor delivery person bag lid not placed on. I ordered a double bacon/egg McMuffin and got sausage which I don't eat or like. Absolutely awful. Will not be ordering breakfast again

Coffee was wrong, sauce was wrong, delivery man dropped both bags and coffee was upside down and open, spilled all over my bed

I placed my order 2 hours before my requested delivery time. My delivery was late, and stone cold. No sauces either, what an absolute joke. This was a treat for my little nephews, am so disappointed.

Everything in my order was delivered to me, fantastic service once again.

courier was really nice but the vendor took over an hour to make a meal... ridiculous considering it was Mc Donald's and the meal was just chicken nuggets and fish burger

My order came very quick within 20-25 minutes. My food was also still hot and my drink was filled up with no spills. Good service

Order has missing items as always

This the second time we have ordered from this restaurant and they have always messed our order up we are NHS workers working long hours and it not acceptable when we are only getting half the meals as things are missing I.E chips, drinks and burgers. As there is a few of us ordering we do spend a fair amount so i rate it as a 1 star as I can’t do zero on quality

All items neatly stacked in the bag, nothing missings, and delivery arrived on time with a lovely friendly driver.

The order was delayed . When it arrived the drinks and the pineapple was completely wrong !!!! this is about the 6 time this has happpened! the label on the bag is right but the contents is completely wrong very annoyed

Always missing items every time I order

The place was full of young people making a racket and making a mess, shouting and behaving uncivilly. The place was not very busy, and it took them more than 30 minutes to serve us. They served people who arrived later first. They ordered drinks without ice, but they arrived with ice. Terrible service and atmosphere.

There is always something missing when ordering from this restaurant. Whether it’s delivery or collection. The staff cannot get an order correct

Often come here. Will then go further along the road to eat and look out on the river which is a really pleasant view. Thank you McDonalds

Food was Cold when delivered, when complaining on the site was offer £1.57…I paid just under £15.00 for 2 happy meals so the offer was a joke to say the least

ordered a double bacon cheese burger without pickles and onion and yet both were on there as well as the crispy bbq chicken and bacon and got grilled instead. you pot have messed up the orders everytime I've ordered from your store.

Lost the concept of fast food. I have been over 20 times and EVERY SINGLE TIME without fail they tell you to park up even if no one else is in drive thru. Order basic stuff like cheeseburger on its own. Fries on own. It’s an absolute joke. Then it comes out to you stone cold.
