McDonald's in Liverpool

I have just waited at 20 minutes for a wrap of the day at your edge lane restraunt when I placed the order through the drive through. I was told to go and park up (not unusual ) but struggled to find a spot as it was full of cars also waiting. After 20 mins, I had to go in and get it myself where it had been sat for a while. I wasn't even offered a receipt. Was told when I asked about the order, "probably no staff to bring it out", yet when I walked in to pick it up, there were plenty of staff available. This is the second time I've experienced problems here in recent weeks.

It's not your 4 or 5 star restaurant or a Mitchell star restaurant but it's OK for a quick bite on a journey. The best hot chocolate.

Nice venue, clean facilities, good service

The table wasn't clean on time before another customer uses it, I have to clean it myself with wipes. Also I request for table service because I have children that might be jumping around but before the food arrives on my table it was cold

Its been like a year and the screen showing Ur order is ready is still just a black screen. So have to listen to an employee screaming Ur order which makes the front of the McDonald's incredibly crowded as U need to be close enough to hear Ur order and the staff jus take 20 years to fill Ur cup with coke

Always busy and takes ages for your order but the food is the same as any other McDonalds 👍

The promotional advertised cheese burger meal for 5 pound is a big con. The size of the burger and fries is the same as kids meal for 3.79 pounds. No difference. With both you get a drink. Just a big con.

Parked me up for 15mins waiting for a large fries and double cheeseburger which were cold when handed over

Edge lane McDonald's used to be very good in the past but not now . I ordered 1 burger and 3 chicken selects. In drive Thu . Thru told to park up . And as expected . Waited for 25min for them to bring it to me . The burger absolutely freezing I simply couldn't eat it . The chicken was warm and ok but they forgot the mayo sauce . I didn't complain because needed to get somewhere . The whole point of the drive Thu is to order pay and grab and drive away . I'm afraid most McDonald's like this theses days . There seems to be no point using the drive thru anymore . Terrible

Food is good but they always end up forgetting something and it's not big enough for the amount of custom they get.

Food was good, a double was not really hot but still warm. Service was good.

Always behind on delivery always behind on drive thru. Parked me for an order with 1 burger. MC Donald's needs to re-think their order process or start expanding to individual kitchens for delivery, drive thru, and in store, because kitchens obviously can't keep up, and it's damaging the reputation of franchisees

Tried this place more than 5 times, 4/5 times the food takes over 30 mins and there's always something missing from the items ordered. I spoke to the manager as well about this not even an apology for this. Not recommended

The restaurant kept changing the time to later. First 10 mins then 20 mins. The driver was there waiting and no food for him to take. The driver was quick so it only ended up as 10 mins. I do not agree that they should be able to change the time once they have given a time of arrival. If they are late fine but it looks like it wasn't when it was.

Food order came with happy meal and deserts only missing main meal after spending £30 !! On food. Waste of money and time. Not happy at all with this

Absolutely disgraceful service from this maccies ordered 20 nuggets and 2 portions of fries , first of all they took over an hour to get me my food and everything was cold . Don't even have the decency to re make the meal after they took forever to send it out , so my guess it had been sat on the side for 45 odd mins then delivered. Tried ringing the restaurant to complain but no answer. Will deffo not be ordering from this disgusting establishment again

No chocolate milkshake, the stand-in Coke was flat, and then you have to park up to wait for your meal — when it’s not even busy. Pretty standard for this site, which has to be the worst Maccie D’s drive-through in Liverpool.

Always fabulous service from the drive-thru staff. If you've never been then please be expected to park and wait, considering its the last one before hitting the motorway and the first one as you get into Liverpool so they serve quite alot more customers besides the local residents. But with that being said I find the service is always top 👌

Everytime I go into this McDonald's the Mcflurry machine isn't working so my latest experience is I ordered 5 piece chicken select meal only to get home and find out I had 12 mozzarella sticks which I'm allergic to !!! Bloody awful don't go there

After waiting 30 minutes over the stated delivery time we received an empty bag with only burger in no drinks no chips and no mcflurrys, trying to ring the restaurant and they are just answering and hanging up! have requested a refund but haven't received any notifications from just eat! shocking!

McDonald’s is way too expensive now, I remember when the hamburgers were 89p, the mayo chicken like 1£ each and large fries less than 2£, now it’s all a joke pretending they been affected from the government but they still make millions and even more than before, hope you stop lying and put old prices back! Changing restaurant and a healthier option from now on!

Chips were dried out and cold like they were an hour old, milkshakes were disgusting one tasted like pure chocolate and the other was strawberry but still tasted like chocolate. Really disappointed. Burgers also tasted like food from an hour ago

This is the slowest service McDonald's I've ever known. Consistantly waiting at least 15mins for your order to arrive. The longest I've waited from ordering to food being presented is 40 minutes. If you're silly enough to order via delivery you'll find you get a 50/50 sucess rate of receiving all of your order.

Took them 15 minutes at the drive through to get my order to me after 'losing it' only to discover my daughter's meal was missing.

Not good, even by McD’s standard. Pale undercooked fries tipped sideways in the bag 2/3 fallen out. 1/4 lb Cheese Burger just about warm & Coke Zero was very flat. Apple pie ok, took the lining of my mouth off, what do they heat them with lol
