Breakfast is nasty burnt patties in egg Mac muffins and had a really bad tummy upset after not good. Decided to order a evening meal. Ordered Milkshakes got cokes ordered fries 🍟 got cold fries This Mac Donald’s Has to be the worst one in Liverpool seriously.

Had to fight my way through an onslaught of deliveroo, Uber eats and just eat drivers just to get my food. Was like a scene from Shaun of the dead Management needs to keep ontop of this, plenty of seating for them to all sit out of the way. It unnecessary

my ONE milkshake took over 40 minutes fly in my ice cream , bad service asked the people to get my drink while it was indent of them and they walked away , when i FINALLY got it my milkshake melted

Ordered an hour and 40 mins ago for u to make us wait and wait to then cancel. Feel sorry for the three drivers that were sent to u and made no money. It’s not hard to turn off taking orders.

Great McDonald's to visit I was in and out quick. Food tasted great to be honest. I was a bit annoyed that some people were using the disabled bays because it suited them.

Waited in the drive thru for 20 minutes even though the queue wasnt that long (10pm on Saturday) and they made 6 cars park up to wait to get the food. Why on earth was the wait so long in the queue if no one even got their food? Then while we parked to wait for someone to bring out our order they served 3 other cars first, who were behind us in the queue. Ridicoulous service…..

absolutely horrific experience at this Mcdonald’s today. Ordered via the app, nice and easy - fine. everything about the whole drive thru experience was just as normal. it wasn’t until we checked the food that it was COMPLETELY wrong, every single item (apart from the drinks, which i’m sure Stevie Wonder could do by himself and he’s blind). Complained obviously and then was told to wait and new food will be brought out. after 20 minutes of waiting in the car park, watching cars drive in and out, we FINALLY received our food. and it was actually all correct? UNHEARD of for this Mcdonald’s. but one thing…. no sauces. Basically what i’m saying is, would rather eat Bin Ladens left foot than EVER eat at this McDonalds again.

Super McDonalds in Liverpool, helpful staff good atmosphere. Very clean absolutely loved it with family.

Drink had spilt in bag that contacted my mcflurry and sauces, when the driver tried to hand me the bag, it all fell out the bottom. Food also arrived freezing! Do better!

waited half an hour for food at 2AM dispite the fact that it is so quite. all food ordered was really cold. mcshameful and mcdisappointing. very unsatisfied will not be back.

The food was cold and the double Big Mac was just thrown together with no care and it was missing a meat patty.

Hot drinks made and waiting so long they were cold. Cold drinks waiting so long the ice had all melted. Tables not cleaned. So many delivery drivers you couldn't see the food collection point. Just generally dated and shabby all round. Absolutely nothing to recommend it.

Slow and often doesn't have something you want like milkshakes or apple pies. Best was no chicken anything for 2 days

Charlie is the only reason why I'm giving this resturant a 5 star review! I have never met a more pleasant and lovely boy! He was so happy to help us on how to order on click and collect, he is such a pleasant lad! Thank you! On the other hand, every time I come to this resturant which is about 4/5 times a week, Charlie is the only person who is ever on click and serve, I personally don't agree with this one bit, sometimes I'll come in the morning before work and then come after work and he's still on click and collect! Something needs to be done about this! I've spoken to management more than 4 times and know other people who have and it doesn't seem to change! On a positive note keep smiling Charlie you are amazing!

Charlie is a great sever on click and collect but I am absolutely sick of seeing him on click on collect .personally I think it is just an easy option because no one else will do this job . I think management is very poor and needs to improve as they shouldn’t ask an employee to go on click and collect they should tell them directly to do their job . I spoke to a manager on the phone and he said he would swap another staff member on click and collect but an hour later poor Charlie was still doing this job . To be honest I think this is an absolute joke and needs to be changed this poor lad shouldn’t be coming in to work to get put on the same job every shift as no one else will.

It used to be my favourite McDonald's but now it is going down the hill. The counter staff don't even bother to listen to their customers. Food quality is shoyt. The iced coffee tasted tap water.

Items were wrong ordered a cheeseburger no pickle and double cheeseburger extra pickle for two totally plain burgers didn’t even have cheese on. Missing items - don’t know how many times Iv ordered fruit and it never arrives !!! Considering shop is ten minute walk away delivery time is way too long even if it’s within the hour the app gives them

I ordered dips with the happy meals that did not come. you said these were free so we are unable to offer a refund….I don’t want a refund…don’t offer choices with nugget meals if you cannot be bothered putting them in the order.

Never ever get your order right not the first time but 2nd time within 20 minutes, typical people who don't read the screen to see what they are making, ended up leaving and not having any food at all. Very disappointed

Could be worst McDonalds in Liverpool. Missing items every single time. Have to park up after drive through every single time. Delivery always wrong, cold, spilt drinks. So slow this cannot be considered fast food. McDonalds should be vetting these franchises.

i ordered 2 double big macs meals w/ chocalate milkshakes, 1 cheeseburger, 2 wraps 1 medium fries and the offer 6 chicken nuggets for free. what i recieved was 1 double big mac meal w/ coca cola and 20 chiken huggets.

What a lovely delivery man, with such a nice smile. I was rather fed up, but he made me smile, as not many people are nice nowadays and treat you with respect. He was definitely brought up the right way. I wish you could tip after they’ve been? I tip on the service, which you cannot rate until your order arrives.

Guy at the drive thru making the drinks had fungal nail infections on every finger. Highly contagious, handling food. Absolutely minty. Had to lash it at the thought of him.

Triple cheeseburger. So salty it was inedible! Quarter pounder with cheese. Poorly put together. Burger and toppings hanging out of bun. Fries. Limp and cold. Banana milkshake had chocolate mixed into top. Poor service. Very slow. Really quite miserable and would rather be anywhere than there! It doesn’t fill me with confidence!

Furst of all, I tried to order a chicken sandwich but there wasnt any so i had to settle for something which i didnt enjoy, then I notice that there was a member of staff wearing no hair net, but all the other staff where, I thought that was bad managment, but when I ask another staff member she said she was the Manager, so I said so it's alright for her, she looked at me and just actioned that she wasn't happy either, but she couldn't do anything it's absolutely disgusting,it shouldn't be allowed!!😉

I ordered extra onions and extra cheese on my burger. There are no onions on it at all and no extra cheese. Mc flurries were missing, no straw for drink. Im guessing the only way to get exactly what you order is to actually go into McDonald's.

Our order was not delivered my son went to the restaurant to pick our order up as it said it was being prepared with the driver waiting for an hour and 30 minutes and when he arrived home with it the chips were cold.

Every time we order, the 20 box of nuggets is ALWAYS short of the 20 which causes issues between my children who are autistic and count EVERYTHING.

Friday 5July 2024 workers are very slow and !! rude manager lazy basterd he keep delivery drivers waiting over 40min for picking order, it was over 15 drivers waiting there was so horrible 🤮🤮
