Revamped inside, and actually hot food. Wow

Nothing fast food about it. Makes you park up you wait 20 minutes sometimes. An majority of the time the order is wrong.

IF I ORDER TRIPLE CHEESEBURGERS I WANT TRIPLE not double!!! 😠 😡 👿 Every time the same story!!! Keep charging more for less and without possibility of a refund how is this legal!???!!!

Slow as. Pointless going drive through as you will need to park up and wait 15mins for food. The whole car park is filled by cars waiting for food.

Terrible! Waited 30 mins for simple order, about 4 orders after me waiting in car park got their order, got told what i ordered wasn't ready which I dont belive, you know you've got problems when you cant flip an egg! Was so late, my kid missed their GP appointment, absolute joke! Then got fed a load of nonsense by the "manager" couldn't manage a fried egg hahaha won't be returning! Plus food was average to boot!

Has advertising of the burger in the screen, but when you try to order, get told they stopped the premonition, why is it on the screen tho? Havent been updated, then serve it until its updater!!!!!!

Esto solía ser un viaje conveniente, pero ahora ni siquiera se puede describir de esa manera, porque se te hace aparcar y esperar por tu comida, que derrota al objeto. Además de eso, el personal tiene muerte cerebral o está despistado, la orden se mezcla cada vez, lo que significa entrar, derrotando de nuevo al objeto. También son groseros y abusivos, cuando pregunté sobre un problema con un pedido en línea, la respuesta fue "¿Cómo diablos se supone que voy a saber cuál es su pedido de aplicaciones?" - No sé, tal vez trabajando para McDonalds tal vez me dio la impresión de que podría ser capaz de ayudar? Muerte cerebral, no volveré.

Brought wrong order out missing items came back to rectify it and still wrong and gave me a medium drink when i paid for a large.

Long wait for food loads of staff on but not very good service waiting time20 mins must be a better way of improving service especially when 7 delivery people also waiting not a fast food joint at all

The drive through is pointless. No one gets food in the drive through, everyone is asked to park up and have the food brought out. It’s takes ages and is definitely quicker to just order inside.

never arrived.. phoned restraunt and was advised to ring driver. no number for driver. driver couldn't have got delivery number off us because he never came. shocking service and not the 1st time

Waited 30 minutes in the drive through with people pushing in the line. Get to the payment booth and the woman in front had paid for my meal and he took another 10 minutes holding the line up while he sorted it out. After all that the food was stone cold. Worst maccies ever

Ordered to arrive for 12:20 and it didn’t arrive until 13:00. This caused me to be late for an appointment. Food arrived cold and chips were upside down in bag. We were missing a medium fries also. Not happy, will not be ordering from here again.

This is for my order 1st of December. Order didnt arrive i then get a text from the drivers own phone telling me food wasnt good quality and would need a refumd and to press the link at bottom of message to get. A refund! He had put food as delivered

Terrible service. Was given an estimated delivery time of 14:30-14:50. My order wasn’t delivered and then got a notification to say it had been. Had to email Justeat for a refund. Had trouble with this McDonald’s in the past and won’t be using here again. If you want to order food I’d avoid this place at all costs it’s not worth the hassle. Still sat here at 16:45 and no food delivered. Extremely frustrating.

Large outlet with good parking facility. The toilet was not functional when we visited.

Food was cold straight from the drive through. Don't expect gourmet food but I do expect it at least to be a reasonable temperature to consume. Pretty disappointed after spending nearly £20 on a treat for the kids. Asked me to update my review. All I'll say is fast convenient food is a thing of the past at McDonald's. we have waited 30 mins and my autue paid £60 pound for 5 people and then when they came we got the wrong order and he said to me auntie pay me £10 pound and I'll get the weight orde, TERRUBLE

The regular staff here are fab and most work really hard. Shame about the management team.... they are awful. Bad attitudes and disgusting "customer service" they all need retraining and remember that they have a customer facing job and conduct themselves professional manner. I don't expect to get attitude from a manager but especially not when a mistake is made by management not correctly communicating with their staff.

Needs new management. 25 minutes waiting in complete chaos for one item. No screens working, so you just have to wait for them to shout your number. Delivery guys taking over inside, jostling, rude, obnoxious, thinking they own the place. No please, thanks, or well cooked food. I also think if you are thinking of having Just Eat (or similar) delivery, you should visit the restaurant first to see how bad it is.

Came here twice this week on my way home from dance came on Monday night 25th November around 10 at night, was completely disorganised, waited for food for 20 minutes, once receiving food my friend still hadn’t received her food meaning she waiting 30 minutes once asking where it was, manger turned round a laughed at us and said what number, which she then sent a girl to prepare, once food was ready food was chucked food at us with no apology and when asked for sauce she then huffed, we then came back again on Wednesday the 27th at 21:30, even quite, took food 15 minutes to come, my friend was given her food and went she asked for sauce then girl then walked off, she waited by food collection to ask for sauce and everyone ignored her and we’re all chatting Amongst themselves, I then waited another 5 minutes for my medium coke, and when I went up and asked where it was a lovely girl when a went a got it for me while other were laughing at the back. Overall rude staff, incompetent and lazy.

I can’t remember the last time I didn’t have to park up and wait for ages when going through the drive through. It was literally 20+ minute wait to get given the food to get home and find items missing. The staff are friendly enough but the food is MEH AF.

The drive thru has gotten SO bad, wait times are ridiculous. Always asked to pull up, thought this was meant to be “fast food”. Great once you actually get the food!

Absolutely disgraceful, over an hour late and when it arrives everything is ice cold. Delivery time kept changing and no way to cancel. Why does a franchise the size of McDonalds not care about its customer service.

ordered a chilli cheeseburger…received a double cheeseburger??? ordered a chicken mayo with cheese… received a chicken mayo only mayo (no cheese). also the dips, absolutely devastated to say the least. in all my 2 years of working at mcdonald’s i’ve never seen such a poor effort. staff seriously need training.
