McDonald's in Liverpool

Never good. Think it's one of the lowest ranking stores across the board. cold food untrained complacent staff and beggers in the drive-through. Poorly managed, I worked for their IT providers, and the sites stats are not good, very, very poor store

Milkshake machine hardly ever working here.

The place was full of young people making a racket and making a mess, shouting and behaving uncivilly. The place was not very busy, and it took them more than 30 minutes to serve us. They served people who arrived later first. They ordered drinks without ice, but they arrived with ice. Terrible service and atmosphere.

Wait was horrendous drive through is pointless park up and wait ...ages ..joke

Often come here. Will then go further along the road to eat and look out on the river which is a really pleasant view. Thank you McDonalds

Lost the concept of fast food. I have been over 20 times and EVERY SINGLE TIME without fail they tell you to park up even if no one else is in drive thru. Order basic stuff like cheeseburger on its own. Fries on own. It’s an absolute joke. Then it comes out to you stone cold.

Not as busy as I thought it would be. Compared to some I have been to the food arrived in good time others seem to care more about deliveries.

Ordered home delivery big mac no gerki s and one piece lettuce tasted foul never order from Edge Lane again ended up in bin !

I got my wrap meal, it took 15 minutes before i even got it, there was a lot of workers and hardly any orders so it shouldn’t have took as long as it did. My wrap was burnt from clearly being in the toaster for longer than it should have been, the chicken was rock hard but then gooey on the inside. My chips were overcooked and were hard.

Food is always wrong delivered or going through the drive through. Went to day got the bacon stack and surprise surprise no bacon food was cold even though we parked up for 10 minutes 😔 given the wrong milk shake also and to top it off no straw wtf it got thrown in the bin so disappointing edge lane has gone terrible and some off the staff there obviously don't ad or check orders properly

I ordered 2 cheese burgers and 2 fries ,,,, Only 1 burger turned up with a chocolate brownie ! So no more macdonalds orders for me 👎

Order a McDonald’s Coke and a happy meal and it was less than half in the cup

Food was good but toilet & eat in area were shut @ 11am. Not ideal after 4 hours drive... Had to eat in the car & find toilet elswhere.

Finally hot food, when going through the drive through. Since they done upgrading of the building in November 24.

No stock barely anything availible and make you park up to give you your order. Waited very long times for food. Toilets are shut also.

I have ordered from this restaurant and the delivery driver has stolen my food I tried to order food to the hospital for my extremely ill son when I tried to call the restaurant the line was busy or no body bothered to answer what a joke I'm fuming.

this is a joke because my poor missus is in hospital with our son hungry waiting for our food and the delivery driver was extremely rube and I am completely unhappy with the service I have received.

I didn’t get my order. Instead of a chicken mayo and 9 nuggets I got two Big Macs which is not what I wanted. Bearing in mind I dislike Big Macs.

Why don’t you guys ever add dip sauce to people’s packages

Unreal, absolutely nothing to be lovin' about the wet cardboard they served. Big mac looked like it had been assembled and then thrown into a tornado. Nuggets had absolutely no life in them they honestly would have been better suited giving the meat back to the chicken and the chips were nonexistant, 'medium meal' and i was met with about 7 chips in my box. At least my coke came with no ice, no thanks to the staff like as the actual ice machine had no ice in it regardless. Employ people from the care homes and the meals would probably come out faster and better quality in my humble opinion.

I asked for oreo Mcflurry with chocolate syrup, and the lady served it to me with a single 0.2 millimetre line. I asked her if she could add more, even if I had to pay, and she said no because she had already done it. I asked to speak to the manager and it got worse because she told me that she had already added too much and that no more, that if I wanted to pay more. Therefore, I asked for a refund and left. Very poor quality of service. They treat you as if they were doing you a favour.

How do you miss 4 hashbrowns off an order 🫠 if it’s half the order aswell why not just cancel it

This is the 2nd time in a couple of weeks I got wrong order im fuming over it .I ended up with no meal for my tea .

Missing my items again it’s not the first not the second not the third. It seems to be quite frequently plus I don’t always get paid back for what I have lost be careful.

My food order arrived great and on time. As we went to open the order up it soon caught our attention that the bag was no longer sealed with a missing receipt. As we continued to open the order we began checking back online to make sure we had ordere

Payed for sauce dips, none was added to my package. Absolute trash

I don’t think I’ve ever received a full order when ordering from McDonald’s, always a risk not knowing what’s going to be missing, todays missing items include : 9 chicken nuggets, 1 fruit shoot, all dips and 2 straws

The time kept changing backwards and forwards like at first said ten to 5 the changed to ten past 5,food was cold and hard

Forgot a straw…. How are you supposed to drink it?, and forgot ketchup. How this happens everytime my mind can’t comprehend, 2 simple things and McDonald’s never fail to forget something.

Nothing fast food about it. Makes you park up you wait 20 minutes sometimes. An majority of the time the order is wrong.

Food came freezing cold. I placed an order around 7:40 didnt come until around 9:40. forgot my drink! And they FORGOT my drink. One star sorry.

Colder than the chap who delivered it. Initially the order was 11:50 and dodnt get delivered until 00:24 34 minutes where it was clearly left to go cold
