drinks were spilled everywhere, chips and burgers were cold 🥶

I received the wrong order completely and it was all ice cold

Bag ripped open and all food fell on the floor Drink spilt in the bag No straws Don’t know why I bother

burger came upside down forgot all my sauce and straws chips all over the bag and my drink was half empty

Driver could not find the address even thought it’s clear on maps

The mango & pineapple smoothie that I ordered did not come with the other items that I ordered. A large coke came with my order instead. I do not drink coke or pepsi. I was told i will get a refund, but i did not. Hence my dissatisfaction.

No sausces, even paid ectra for them, wrong drink, sxtra feies, no atraws all burger bkxes crushed, broken up, drinka spilt everywhere will not be ordering again xxx

Food was stone cold when it arrived. Very disappointed. If you are going to allow delivery by push bike you should be providing adequate means to keep the food hot. Never will I order again from this particular restaurant.

Ordered breakfast with brown sauce. Brown sauce showing on all receipts even on the roll but red sauce on the item making it inedible as red sauce is vile. Got a smoothie - no straw! This McDonalds needs to sort the basics - just pay a bit of attention when making the order.

Asked for the meatiest burger . Was surprised to find it was only £2.99 for a triple cheeseburger with extra pickles . Hit the spot perfectly xx

The driver went to the wrong address and by time he did get to my address. All the food was absolutely freezing. The cheese sticks wasn't with the order either, and no straw or sauces. I want the full £17.05 back.

Ordered via the app. Was supposed to be delivered by uber eats but everything one if there driver's went to the restaurant they were told that there was no order. This carried on for over an hour until uber cancelled the order. This has to be the worst mcdonalds in the UK.
