Always always never put the sauces in the bag

Courier went to the completely wrong street and rang me to say he was outside. Took another 5 minutes or so to get here. Food was cold upon arrival.

Food was hot and fresh drinks were secured properly and was delivered right on time

mcdonalds rice lane is an absolute joke obviously employing people who can't read. never ordering again from these morons.

Food was shocking one peice of chicken box was full of lettuce

Didn't put onions on the quater pounder burger. mozzarella sticks over cooked and forgot to put in 2 medium Fries. always something with Mc Donald's so disappointed

Forgot my straw and dips :( Can't have nuggets without dip, disappointed. :( also, the food was barely warm when it arrived.

Food was freezing delivery man handles incorrect drink was all over the bag half full plus driver stood and took his time on the phone after the code was given and typed in sayin wait there one minute to prompt me after waiting a few minutes to tell him I’m cold and the food is getting cold

Absolutely unbelievable ordered 2 Big Mac meals and 20nuggets and the unreliable workers at McDonald’s completely just forgot to put in both of the burgers, absolute joke can’t do there job properly and it’s literally putting food in a bag …

I have ordered chicken selects but they gave me nuggets

All the food was wrong. I would like a refund the chicken sandwich had cheese on I didn’t even ask for cheese on it. The hamburger was plain should of had extra on it

none of the items ordered turned up we had 1 chips, 1 burger between 2 people total wrong order. won't be ordering again the food we did have was freezing

drivers dropped more than one item off to others so by time food come mine was cold

Absolutely shocking! Time of delivery got changed on the order about 5/6 times. After the 3rd time I tried to cancel the order to go elsewhere but that option wasn’t available. Complete waste of time and money as the food arrived cold and went straight in the bin! I had already gone out and picked up food from somewhere else and had eaten it before the delivery even came. What a joke!!

the delivery driver said he had been at the store for 45 mins waiting. he was very apologetic. the store focused on serving people who were coming through the store and drive through. Totally unacceptable length of time to be waiting.

Delivery driver was great on time fries on all meals were half empty fries missing from happy meal no books and no fruit bag carrots missing no book and no fruit bag on second happy meal twins really upset thanks

Yet again for the 5th time we order a McPlant meal and get fries and a drink but no McPlant burger! Rice Lane McDonald’s are the most incompetent staff who clearly cannot do the basics of reading an order and placing the right items in the bag! Once is a mistake, 5 times is total incompetence!

food arrived, lid was not in coke properly so spilled all over the rest of the food. driver ignored me when I went to call him to take it back. I've noticed if you're ordering thru just eat the quality is very poor like they don't care, because you're not face to face with them so send any old thing out but go via the drive through or eat in and I've never had a problem with food quality, I guess that's because then they are accountable. management please make sure your staff are checking

Drink spilled everywhere & missing items in order.

Was missing McFlurry they put sauce on the cheeseburger, I asked them not to and the chips were very dry

delivery said delivered at 11.25 did not turn up checked ring cam nobody come to the door or up the road at that time never order at this time again cos they can not be bothered to deliver but still take your money

very fast delivery, everything was excellent

Terrible bacon is raw and has a shine of purple like raw fish, the bacon is cooked in microwave for 30 to 60 seconds at most disgusting never going afain

food was cold because the driver couldn't understand the code and wouldn't give me the food until he'd input the code correctly. shouldn't have to show my phone to delivery drivers

Went in placed order and waited 12 minutes for my food. In that time 3 just eat orders went out. Fast food is no longer a thing.

Half the order missing n cold want a refund

Food was cold, look like somebody took a bite out of the barm, asked for bbq sauce not delivered

fries were cold, burgers were abit messy and no straws with the drinks, asked for sweet curry sauce and got bbq instead

Got all are order and it was still hot ..

Spent £20. Missing in my order was cheese bites and about 4 different dips and got the wrong flavour milkshake. So basically I spent £20 on the chicken variety box and the wrong flavour milkshake and waited about 2 hours for it. Absolute joke of a se

food arrived 30 mins late and cold along with missing items. This is the last time I order through Just Eat.

They didn’t even bother to deliver the order, the app stated the driver was waiting for the order for over 120 minutes and of course there is no easy way to cancel… I just have to wait to see if I get £60 back….

I ordered a breakfast for my son... it was cold ... I didn't order ice cream but it was in the bag..the top had came off and poured everywhere...this has never happened before so I was so disappointed...Happy new year x

Wrong meal delivered which is nothing unusual from Mc Donald’s

asked for tomato to be removed due to allergy. No tomato printed on box but tomato was on the meal. Unable to eat the meal. Pointless ordering

all items where freezing cold even the cup of tea.

Food was plain no lettuce on my chicken sandwich and hardly any sauce which made the burgers dry plus the burgers and chips were and nuggets was cold too
