A rather large £50 meal for 7 people, but it arrived missing one of them; A spicy fillet burger meal. Had the whole meal arrived, I'd be rating a full five stars.

Burgers poor for the price, buns not toasted very dry and chewy, not very hot, one chips hot and one cold. Requested spicy Burgers but come plain, not worth the money 👎🏻

Chicken was awful.. very hot tho....curly fries were lovely....pizza asked for thin crust was dead thick... Gravy was rubbish dead salty.. didn't even try the garlic mayo.. won't order again...

Ordered a pepperoni pizza but received one with mushrooms, onions, ham and bacon - provided photos to just eat who refused a refund advising this is Ranchers special pepperoni pizza recipe 🤔🤷food was on time - just not what I asked for so straight in the bin

pizza was undercooked not crispy at all more like bread no sauce on the pizza so it was dry,the fried chicken was very greasy and skin not crispy at all,gutted normally nice from here

Could do with filling the sauce tubs as they are small portions anyway but don’t fill the pot and they are over 1pound but other than that everything is delicious

Cold soggy chips, lettuce was brown, chicken burger was as dry as sand, burger bun harder than Bruce Lee, don’t waste your money

driver was very rude he basically threw the food at me because I don't have a doorbell to my flat, I apologised and he shook his head at me and said nothing threw the food and drink at me then went off.

ordered £30 worth of food delievery driver didnt even attempt to deliver it an wouldnt answer the phone wouldnt recomend to anyone

delivery on time ordered a bbq base pizza and it was tasteless couldn't even taste the bbq sauce

I had paid in cash and had warned them that I needed £1 change and I did not receive my change he just walked away with my money

Sound if your a fan of dog meat like they changed the food and refuse refund or replacement and think that’s ok genuinly don’t bother ordering but if your a fan of eyeball chicken then you’ll love it

When the food arrived, the driver balanced a food bag on top of the pizza. The bag was stacked so high it toppled onto the floor, spilling out chicken. The remaining chicken pieces were tough and rubbery, like thighs. The Spicy chicken wings were soggy and not spicy. The chicken shots were so dry and overcooked. We paid extra for a deep pan pizza but received a thin crust, which we didn't eat anyway as it was so tasteless. We had to stop eating. Really disappointed and have put in for a refund.

Everything cold rang the place 3 times to chase my order after said it had been delivered wait 45 mins after that like food that cold was rock solid awful

Food was uneatable it was awful tasted stale, very dry chicken, could be a one off as never been this bad before, delivery driver was spot on though

Used to be our fave place but massively gone down hill, Chips and pizza where both over cooked, Cheese tasted like rubber.

Shocking service, saying my food had been delivered and I’ve had to call the shop for them to tell me it’s not left yet also almost 2 hrs wait , would never use this service again

Food was perfect as usual. Best chicken I’ve had from a take away. Pizza was lovely too. And thank you so much for the extra milkshake. Ranchers is definitely our favourite place.

Not worth it at all. Cold food, fed up, unwelcoming staff, and the food reflects it. What a miserable place.

Even by ranchers standards it was bad how do you get a cheese and tomato pizza wrong the pizza had no tomato purée on it just cheese and bread, chips had no potato in the middle and chicken was stringy brick I have low standards anyway but wow

The chicken burgers were absolutely awful, chewy and stringy, not like they usually are but put us off now, wont be ordering again

It took 1 hour 30 to get here I live less than a mile away and they sent the wrong pizza that I won't eat so that's going in the bin

Waited 3 hours, rang twice overall first time to see where the food was was told pizza oven was broke no longer than 20 mins another 1 hour went by I rang again told was out for delivery 3 hours later still no food.

Never had an issue with ranchers before but the lid on the milkshake smelt of really strong cigarette smoke (I don’t smoke) so it was supper strong it smelt vile. The skinny chips were nicer and the chicken was dry and over cooked.

Great place, past orders have been spot on, but arrived late tonight and all food was cold.

There was an issue with the pizza when it arrived so I rang up and they sent another one out and free wings as an apology. The other food we ordered was lovely and the best chicken I’ve had. Will definitely order again from here and really appreciated how they dealt with the pizza and the apology. Thank you.

Chicken excellent as always. Tried the pepperoni pizza for the 1st time. It was lovely. All hot and delivered early.

My chicken burger had no lettuce and hardly had any chicken in it was dry and thin and didn't get any popcorn chicken with the boneless bucket, always been nice apart from tonight

Pizza came and was a little cold but not too bothered about that. Completely forgot our sides though and even asked at the door if it was just the pizzas he had. First time ordering from here as well so not a great effort for repeat business

Order frequently and never an issue. We ordered burgers, there was no option for sauce or salad, and both cheeseburgers came with mayo on 🤢 so were not eaten.

Bad experience I phoned 4 times and everytime I tried to complain about the bad food they would button me straight away the pizza was tipped and all the cheese was stuck to the top of the box and chips were hard rang them and everytime they heard my problem they would button me

Food was delayed and arrived 15 minutes later after time was adjusted. The girl was helpful on the phone but both pizzas were Luke warm unfortunately sorry but l would like to be refunded as l use you regularly.

All piping hot and fresh. Pizza was stunning, large portions of fries well seasoned. Fresh crispy hot chicken strips, jalapeño bites was delicious. Really happy with this order. ❤️😊

My order was not delivered at all. I would not have ordered but for my family being ill with flu. My partner is diabetic and need to eat at regular times. After over an hour our food did not arrive, despite twice being assured it was on the way. Each time a different excuse was offered for the delay. I've asked for my money back, but the restaurant won't give it. The "order is on its way" (again.) Effing ridiculous. The absolute worst restaurant I have ever had the misery of dealing with. AVOID!!!!!! EDIT: Order arrived 1 and a half hours late. Cold, and with items missing. Have requested a refund...again

Normally love ranchers but the chicken was over cooked today, chewy and very dry nearly broke my teeth trying to eat it.

Pizza cold, chips cold and overcooked, wrap soggy and warm, lettuce was brown.

Estimated arrival was between 21:30 and 21:50, food arrived 21:50 absolutely freezing. Disappointed with the overall meal.

We only received one bottle of full fat coke, and we ordered some cans of 7up and some cans of Pepsi max, but the food was delicious

Left chicken and hot wings off my order. Called the shop and they sent it out, including extra!! First time with a small issue that was fixed immediately! We love this place and are regulars! Keep it up guys!

Chips were so thin and full if salt.. I couldn't eat them. Chicken was OK. Burgers were warm and very small for the price

Always order from here usually good quality tasty food although this time pizza came cold burnt and tasted of rubber driver advised he was only driver on so why take on to many orders I’m awaiting a response via email

Chips where more crispier than normal so felt like they had no potato in everything else was nice

2 large fries dry and cold. 3 pieces of chicken only one piece was warm, the other 2 dry and cold, straight in the bin. Really disappointed, I wish I had of called and asked for a replacement it all went in the bin::: The pizza however was AMAZING
