The food was gross the Philly cheese burger was to cheesy all cheese in the box also the mayo was off hard uncooked chip also

No sauce and no straws, just a bit of an inconvenience

The big mac had no cheese in it, the chips were cold. The chicken share box was sent with none of the four sauces, no straws and napkins were sent.

Awful, the food was freezing! McDonald’s forgot our dips and overall the food was rotten

Nothing was delivered I ordered it an hour and a half ago nothing came now it’s says delivered and nothing has shown up I’m livid

The man who delivered the food kept calling me asking for pin I gave him my phone to find the pin we both could not find it and he kept calling my phone could not enjoy my food and it was cold

Orders the food around 1/2 in the morning waiting time kept going up didn’t show up

none of the dips for the chicken box, mozzarella sticks or extras were delivered

Was fairly quick but when it came the bottle of water, bottle of orange juice and milkshake were missing. They forgot my sauces and the straws. What am I meant to do with a milkshake with no straw, joke to be honest.

Also did not deliver drink from order. Driver said he knows nothing about it but was on the order

Never arrived . Even left a tip for delivery guy and still a no show .

I asked for a crispy wrap and got grilled one I also got a triple cheeseburger for my partner. She is allergic to onions. Hence why I asked for no onions and u gave me them an now we can’t eat are food could u possibly get me a refund please. Thank you.

The food didn’t arrive not a clue how he’s chatting it’s delivered I don’t have the food it wasn’t given to me so the drivers gone and eaten it himself or something I don’t know but I want a full refund including the delivery and service charge not shorting me that like you’re chatting you will just refund or reorder it

I asked for them to have a fresh coke with ice as last 3 orders been flat left out coke. An never reviewed. So I get a flat coke with a quarter full chips that were supposed to be a large. A terrible store I’d suggest going BK or other McDonald’s as this one is so poor. They delayed the order as much as possible to make it as bad as possible. But many thanks I’ll save my money from now on or order food that’s actually nice and as advertised.

Drinks bag was soggy food was cold

I've had many McDonald's even from this place but this time was hands down the worst experience. Ordered nuggets and fries but the fries were extremely undercooked borderline raw. Nuggets were fine but the fries were inedible, we got delivery so we couldn't go back and complain about it but through customer support, we couldn't get a full refund so that's great. Honestly just an exhausting and terrible experience and since it's McDonald's they literally don't care at all...

City centre location! Everywhere grubby, wet floors and litter everywhere. Order incorrect as mustard on a child happy meal burger and no toy.

0 star rating. First of all the burgers came all mashed up from what I’d assume is poor transport, out of 8 sauces I ordered I received 0. The chips weren’t even cooked which is an absolute disgrace. Will never order from a McDonald’s again Nevermind this store. No straws for my drinks either.

My wife was waiting for our order and had to hear an uber driver speak hate speak on pride day today 2024. This is not on and it has really upset my wife. Its pride day when people are supposed to respect each other not live in fear.

product damaged, the rider spilled the drink in the bag, my food was all wet with Fanta orange.

Ten minutes early, app kept up to date. So know what’s going on at all times. Food was warm, only issue was no sauces. For some reason they never come also the straw didn’t but that wasn’t a big issue. I’d advise only ordering the 10p sauces as then you don’t mind as much. I mean it’s easy to forget, as you know they’ll be busy.

I shouldn't expect much here but it can be better with just a bit more care. Security guys were just talking while a man with wheelchair was struggling to find a way out. No offence. Cheers!

This is a massive McDonald's. We always order by App and use offers on there, but here discovered at this establishment there is no table service, we ordered at the screens then waited with many others at the collection point. Having said that, however, the food was as expected, probably better in that it was hotter than usual and fresh. Does get very busy at peak times.

It is very crowded, the hamburgers that are prepared in advance are served cold and the cheese is frozen. I think it's because it's in a central location. However, although this is understandable, it is not a place we would choose to go as we would not want to eat cold hamburgers again.

My twin brother and I were pub and bar hopping around this part of the city when we thought it prudent to get a meal into us and this McDonald's outlet fitted the bill perfectly. A big McDonald's outlet, typical McDonald's decor and furnishings, multiple serving counters, pre order machines and lots of seating options spread throughout this McDonald's, its just a good city centre fast food restaurant. We ordered a double cheeseburger, fries and cola, service was quick and pleasant, we grabbed a table were we munched through our burger meals which were delicious and just what we needed to set us up for a few hours. We really enjoyed our burger meals here before we moved on and as on previous visits we had a very positive experience,its easy to locate along Lord Street and well worth checking out if you're in the mood for a sneaky burger meal.

No sauces with any of the food. Disappointing

We have been to this place twice, the machine where we placed an order, the first time it did not give us an order number, the second time it displayed the number, but we did not receive a receipt. Each time I had to explain it to the staff.

Don't bother trying to customize your order - you're getting whatever the staff at the 'restaurant' decide you're getting. The amount of lettuce was too much in comparison to the size of the sandwich.

It's McDonald's, I think they're all similar in how they are ale0 l presented. Mostly clean, with exception given for busy times as they all only have 1 person on each floor cleaning up after messy customers. I often end up getting the spray and cloth off the clean station and wipe the table for the kids in the few occasions we take them inside. *This part of my review is based on the company as a whole in the UK, not individual franchises or McDonald's owned restaurants. We mostly go through the drive-through. Drive through is hit & miss. Often pull up at 1 of 2 order machines and they have more cars go through the other before 2 of 2 and I have to ask in the intercom as I find cars on the otherside get seen to before us in the Q. I have seen it happen to cars at multiple McDonald's. They say that there is 2 separate staff members doing it when questioned about it. However, when you go to pay, they only have one person. It's just something I've noticed more recently. I have a more negative view on McDonald's as it seems very rushed and there is more screens to order than people. Often making it more automated. I'd say 90% of the time they make mistakes and have to go back inside as they have either missed something off or it's cold. However, I think that McDonald's & other fast food to go places are all the same without a personality in 2024. The food is not the best in tasting. But it's a quick service for rushed peopleyou order, pay, collect, eat & go.

One of the most tasteless big mac meals I've ever had and the drink was flat.

I started eating McDonald's about a year or two ago. And I love it! I tried several locations, and they seem to be very consistent with the level of cleanliness, atmosphere, and service. However, I struggle to recall if I ever had a cold meal, but I did experience missing patties or surplus fries (fyi I love fries). Nevertheless, I usually stick to one location. I have been in love with this location for a while. But lately, it seems to me that they do very poorly in busy time, and I mean really busy like Friday nights. I wonder whether the employees experience burnout. If this were the case, I would probably be so disappointed to the point that I would stop eating from McDonald's. I mean, why would I choose to have a poor service knowing that the people delivering it are neglected?! So, I think I speak for a vast majority when I say that the higher management should implement some solutions whether having more people during busy times (not necessarily newly hired because that can turn even more frustrating; I advise training the newly hired employees during less busiest time), providing better training (in terms of how to deal with customers, and managing emotions), looking after their employees (ensuring they work adequate hours, time off, and have their needs met) or any other thing that I missed mentioning because I lack the needed information.

There is a very kind manager called Chris And the manager cat made my food really nice

Staff were friendly but didn’t seem in too much of a hurry. The meal seemed less like it was made and more thrown together. I would say you get what you pay for but long gone have the days when McDonald was a cheap meal.

Rubbish service, the system has charged me through APP, but they said they cant see my order.

Solid maccies in the middle of Liverpool with a huge number of seats. Quick service given how busy it was.

So many Items missing, other items were wrong and cold. Not one meal was correct or there in full. We were Waiting way past the expected delivery time (over 1 hour over initial time). Delivery driver rude.

Unfortunately a pretty poor experience here. Receipt printers don't work and instead of fixing them, they've taped signs over saying to just remember your order number (doesn't help if you actually need a receipt though) They had a huge backlog of orders to get through after the Taylor Swift concert last night and all the staff were working their hardest to sort it out. I'm not sure how it got into such a shambles in the first place, but nobody was to blame, just one of those things. When we finally got our order we were missing some things and the chips were cold and soggy, but didn't notice until we got home. Massive props to the security guard though. He seemed to be running that place better than the manager. Definitely deserves a pay raise!

Food or received and driver not answering my calls !!!

I was gonna refund part of my order until I noticed I'd clicked a milkshake carton option instead of a Mcdonalds milkshake but noticed the error. Would recommend trying to differentiate more from the two (other than the price difference)

If you can get past the cracks smoking addicts that congregate round the entrance, the double cheese burgers are OK.

Ordering a burger from here on a Saturday afternoon is absolute mayhem. It's like some apocalyptic vision of the future has materialised. All humanity is erased. Interaction is via a screen then it's to the oblivion that is the collection point and the relentless calling of numbers to the vast crowd of hungry eyes. When at last your number is called the next number is announced before the bag is even handed over. I remember when McDonald's had tables and the servers said words like ' have a nice day '. This place is carnage. It's a terrifying vision of future commerce. Im sure it's highly cost effective and the burger was good.

Busy McDonald's in central Liverpool. Visited on a weekday evening, so usual rowdy city centre crowd. Self service terminals worked well - very efficient and food served quickly. Staff polite and friendly. If you just want a quick bite it's perfect, but don't come here for the atmosphere!

Chips a bit cold, burger a little thrown together, service reasonably quick. Was a hunt for spare tables but a venture to the other two floors there seemed to be plenty at peak time 1pm, didn’t like second floor as stifling hot but third floor was air conditioned and cool, good view onto the street below, there was even a lift for the disabled or kids buggy’s or anyone who couldn’t be bothered to walk ;)

I ordered medium potatoes today to participate in a new promotion. When I received my order, I didn’t see this promotion on the package of medium fries. When I approached the staff, I heard that the promotion was only valid for large fries. and the conditions on the banners indicate a promotion for medium and large packaging. we were deceived and the staff could not help

The order and cleanliness was poor. Whether tables or toilets. Everything was dirty. Orders were processed quickly.
