McDonald's in Liverpool

Delivery driver left with his friend laughing and taking my food. Please find out who ever is responsible and take action. I have not received any food!!!!

I text him, and when he came, was angry.

the past 2 times I have visited durning 2pm they .closed the App . to collect Rewards & points .etc 😡

Not happy with my order the food was freezing

Food was very cold not happy with the order chips were half full

the food was cold the driver chucked the bag at me through his car window and drink was spilt in bottom of the bag

There was cheese on the burger but we asked for no cheese because of an intolerance

App shows food has been delivered, I went outside and there was no one there.

the food came and it was soaking wet because the drinks had been spilt by the driver so most of it wasn’t edible.

A lot of seats are available on the first floor, the elevator works way better after the recent renew.

Yes, you have never seen such cleanliness, it is very impeccable and very clean. And the food, the burgers were brilliant, the skirts were good and the procedure was done well, and the staff was very serious at work. But what I liked most was that the manager was giving a speech to a girl and her smile and the way she spoke to her was very kind and very understanding. It is worth eating at a McDonald's. Very busy city centre location. So can excuse the wait. Toilets disgusting and blocked. Food average. Staff really good though.

The mcdonald’s was mediocre at best, large amount of people and long wait for food, the service felt like they didn’t even know you were there. hard to find seating.

Order was incomplete, which unfortunately wasn't noticed until too late. In addition, the terminals were defective, so there were no order numbers during the visit on December 3, 2024. Burgers and nuggets had apparently been on display for a long time

We went inside of the McDonalds to grab a quick meal. We had waited 30 minutes for a cheeseburger and a nugget meal. The food was cold, and the overall hygiene of the place was not satisfactory. No staff wore hair nets, the kitchen and seating areas looked messy. Staff were on their phones as working, overall we left our food and went home.

Very crowded and fairly dirty looking since there are many people in at all times and not that many staff members to go around both floors. The service is relatively fast and the food is what you'd expect.

This is the busiest McDonald's in Liverpool, they are busy with food, take a long time to deliver and they don't answer the phone.

There were a lot of people eating, the restaurant part was closed and a homeless person was in front of the door. This was resolved by the security guards

My order was not delivered I waited for over two hours came back to the app and it’s showing that it has been delivered.

Waited ages to get my order, someone even asked for a refund because they had waited too long, finally, my order arrived and the cheese burger was as flat as a pancake, what a shambles this restaurant is.

Had fillet of fish meal fillet wasn't up to the usual standard , usually a lot better

Tip top highly recomend the chicken select share box ...but no sharing needed with this one nom nom just be carfull as youll end up putting on some timber if you keep on muching !!!

Can't even get a simple order correct for delivery. Shocking place. Suppose it's kids who work there and don't care. Literally every time you order for delivery 🙄 can only image if I forgot to put pads on a car after fitting disks at my work. No excuse!!!!!

A las 9 de la mañana fui allí para desayunar, me puse a pensar en llevar el ascensor arriba, pero el ascensor estaba bloqueado por un carrito de trabajadores que no podía elegir dónde sentarse. Había unas 6 personas más teniendo algo de comer todos tuvimos que ir a una cierta parte del restaurante que era como una pequeña zona triangular a la izquierda cerca de la entrada que no podía conseguir más gente en. los baños que no podíamos usar el ya que estaban bloqueados. Hubiera pensado que siendo después de las 9 de la mañana en un día laborable en el centro de la ciudad sería capaz de sentarse en cualquier lugar y utilizar el ascensor para subir también para poder utilizar el baño.

At first, we got a notification saying he was 5 mins away so we waited outside for him. However he was then on the opposite side of the map, we messaged and finally got through on the phone after 40 minutes, however the driver was no where near. We had to walk to go and find him and get the food!! He was not at our address, he was no where near. Once we got the food, it was cold, wet and not good at all. I want a full refund as the food was not digestible, and therefore not eaten.

Quick service even though extremely busy. Has two collection points which works well. We found seating easily as this place has 400 seats. Obviously a well oiled machine and is efficient as McDonald's should be. No complaints from me at all.

Absolute joke if I could give 0 stars I would. We hadn’t received £40 worth of food through Uber eats and after receiving no help from Uber eats, we tried ring and had no answer. This led to us going to the macdonalds to request our food that couldn’t have left the restaurant. Manager showed no compassion and was very rude saying “it wasn’t her problem”. Avoid this macdonalds at all costs.

Errr mc rib is dryer than a nuns chuff! Remember years ago when they use to rest it in bbq sauce? Now they drizzle a small amount on it. It's not me first visit with bad experience. In the past I've had old cold fries, burnt burgers and orders missing. Management needs to get a grip on their staff or take someone on with a bit of common knowledge

I ordered £27 worth of food, I was given 3 portions of cold chips, and an oasis and ordered 20 chicken nuggets, 3 burger meals and a Fanta. This is poor the drink was spilt in the bag and the chips were cold. It took an hour to deliver my food too.

I got a mccrispy large meal... The mccripsy came with 0.001lbs of lettuce, smallest ahh bun and literally 1 gram of mayo. I want a refund ☠️😭🙏
