Burger King - Ranelagh Street in Liverpool

They literally forget items in every delivery order. Leaving 1 child without food. Every time. Dear manager. I belive your staff do it purposefully as they don't like uber orders. This is disgusting. Absolute bunch of jokers.

Much needed food after a long drive to Liverpool and walk around the city

Burger King ranelegh is the best gaff for fast food by far, food is more than reasonably priced and never received an order that was wrong, would deffo recommend! Served by gwarm, best service!

Mediocre at best, way too expensive for a fast food joint, food not so great either, it's hit or miss with your order (meaning if you get what you had ordered) the place is also dirty.

Went here with my baby, the kid meals are really good and my royale was amazing, thank you gwarm for helping me on the tills

Me and my mates always pop in here for the classic melts and they're always nice and hot, the onion rings are always fresh. But gwarm is always serving with a smile and has amazing service skills

I went for a quick bite to eat, I usually get the whopper meal with extra pickles and cheese and bacon fries (highly recommend!) it doesn’t take longer than 5 minutes for piping hot fresh food. I was served by Gwarm and Elle, who was the manager on shift! Very professional and polite, they did upsell me to a large meal too, let me tell you I don’t regret it, it was very filling for the price!! Highly recommend

Went to use the app codes on the kiosks but I didn’t know my way around them as they are new and was unsure if they were the same as the ones you see in McDonald’s, I tried but couldn’t process an order until a young lady by the name of gwarm helped me make an order using an app code so I am aware for next time! Thank you, the whoppers were perfect as always

Went for a bite to eat on a night out in Liverpool and was the closest thing near central station, Burger King was fairly busy but to my surprise the waiting time was no longer than 5 minutes considering the numerous amount of people there! I was served by a lovely girl on the counter, I think her name was gwarm, who informed me on the plant-based options that they have and informed me on the allergen board when I asked what type of oil they use, she was very friendly, informative and helpful! Would definitely recommend.

Good quick service, it’s BK so you know what to expect but a nice lad called Joe was very good in service and going that extra mile 👍🏼

Walked and place was fairly busy - got served quickly and asked for chicken butger to be done without some ingredients, they were more than happy to help - food done quickly and tasted good, tables were clean and bins were not overflowing, Standard stuff but Would use again,

Awful slow service…. McDonald’s was packed so I went to Burger King at lunchtime, there were only a few customers lingering inside, literally 3 orders in the queue, but I still had to wait for ages for a simple whopper meal… staff acting like they have all the time in the world. I’m not going back again.

I took my self my son daughter and my son's girlfriend I wasn't really feeling hungry so ordered their food and kindling was able to pay for meals and he wrapped mine up so good it was still hot when I got home, definitely go AGAIN 😀

Useless. The days of fast food are gone. Slow food is now the order of the day. These order panels are a massive step back in service. Went in here for a quick bite but was stuck in a queue behind the slowest bunch of people scrolling up and down with no idea. 1 of these job stealing panels wasn’t even working, slowing the slow process down even further. I’ll be voting no with my wallet to any place that have these pathetic panels from now on. Saying that I found a fantastic place further up the street with real people capable of taking an order and passing the food to you. So if these panels are there to guide you to better places, job done, thank you for driving me away.

Burgers were good. The site was disgusting. Toilets were a health hazard. Blocked toilets paper on the floor and wet with what I don't want to know. All the tables were. Covered in litter and food.

Popped in to grab a Whopper. Whilst queuing, noted that the rather obese female member of staff was sucking and licking on some kind of candy/chewy on a stick. At the till whilst serving customers. 🤮

My local BK, its OK but does not seem as good as other bks I have been to, mainly in regards to freshness. Standards lack here.. Many times been here and they have closed early, supposed to close at 23:00 but always seems to around 22:30, which used to annoy the hell out of me when I finished work at 22:30 myself looking forward to a burger King and its shut. Had many an argument with the staff who are usually very rude

Ordered food last night before 8pm wanted to eat in but as there was no toilet available to use or be able to wash my hands in had to leave, abosolute disgrace!! Should be fined!!

Went in on a Monday night. Burger was dry, chips too no doubt because they was left out too long after cooking. Chicken fries was old and crunchy probably for the same reason. Coke was flat and had a horrible taste. Don’t even bother wasting your money, managers sitting on the front counter with back to the customers so not surprising the food was so bad. Not a care in the world.

Had plant based whopper meal the pattys must be the best fast food vegan ones in my opinion so much choice for vegans

What can I say but like all fast food places food was 🆗 bins full . How can they get away with cooking the vegan burgers in the same oil as beef burgers got told by this by the member of staff who served us 100% wrong to be doing this burger King

New style Californian barbecue is one not to be missed I tried a double.very tasty.

Cola tasted bad. Looks like ice was made from tap water. Smelled bad. Burger (veg) was overburned. There is another burger king around the corner. That might be better. Second floor is unfriendly. Overall would not recommend.

Shocking. No wonder Mcdonald across the road was packed and there was less than 6 in burger King, the buns were stale and the burgers cold and small, not how I remember a whopper at all. And don't get me started on the staff, the one who served me gave the impression they wanted to be there less than the people in McDonald's. The order wasn't right, but going on the attitude of the staff that served me complaining would have been futile. Birmingham was a delight when it was there, changing trains for Bristol and you had time to grab a whopper on the way between trains. Shrewsbury, get to the top of the hill from the railway station and the reward was a beautiful, big whopper, both Shrewsbury and Birmingham (railway station/ticket barrier) have gone, and it Liverpool Central is what's left? Don't think I'll ever bother again. That place only gets one star because there's no zero star. In a word....... grim. 😞

Prefer Burger King to the other burger place. Staff didnt seem so friendly ,but could have been an off day it was ladies day for Grand National weekend .

The food and location was ok but unfortunately after witnessing a member of staff's attitude I wasn't impressed with the customer service in this shop, i understand that being customer facing for 7-10 hour shifts is sometimes difficult but this you need to focus on each individual and serve accordingly, definitely needs addressing

This Burger King is the King of all fast food restaurants. The food takes me to heaven and all other food will always disappoint me. The staff there should work at a 5* hotel in Dubai, especially a Mr Tom Taylor, I feel like he is THE Burger King, he is a treasure and makes a mean chip.

Too much going on at once onc you have paid for your food where for you collect food properly left standing on the que with others who are waiting to pay.. again just eat people coming in and getting there food first. Presentation was not good and No coffee. Staff chewing gum while serving you. Yuk

Went for a burger and was told to take it outside. When it was questioned, I was told by a security guard it was standard and got assaulted outside. Some fat woman and a private security guard kicked me on the ground, I’d be curious to know who handles security for this restaurant?

Card machine down, no ice so a warm drink, burgers had clearly been made some time ago and where not hot. Actually my worst burger King ever.

Place is understandably empty. Food is vile, greasy and tastes like cleaning products although there doesn't seem to have been any cleaning done here for a long time. Seating area swarming with flies and filthy. An embarrassment to the burger king franchise.

Absolutely disgusting went in today with my mum and we used the disabled toilets and it stunk of pee they are also right next to the kitchen what is disgusting… after my dinner I went to the main women’s toilets covered In poo and blood 100% not been cleaned in weeks when I complied to the staff they rolled there eyes at me and walked away the tabes was also not clean very unhygienic place… won’t be going again
