Burger King - Ranelagh Street in Liverpool

Went in here for a quick bite during my break, I was served by Lucy and she helped me through the kiosk. Dylan served me my food with a smile. Would recommend for a place to grab a quick bite.

Very tasty food. Burger King is a treat for me. Would order again Only downside was tomatoes on my burger when I requested they be removed.

The staff have always been brilliant. A big company should pay the staff more and the people right at the top should have their salary decreased.

I regretted it. You can get better food and more of it for that high price. 😞

The server didn't know we orderd a drink, handed us a bag on its own containing the food, the chips where very under cooked...the security guard watched as a begger harassed us at the self service..... this happend around 20:30 last night.. go at your own risk

Great little bit of breakfast at a bargain for the city centre! Food was hot and fresh, Jamie even popped out to check everything was ok!

I didn't like it. All the places I've been to so far have had succulent snacks. There, I placed my order and it came out in 1 minute, but the snack was terrible.

Dirty floor. Tables full of rubbish, staff stood round behind counter. Customers clearing tables so you could sit down. Food average. Won’t be here again.

Rude ignorant staff member throwing chairs and slamming them beside kids trying to eat their food no apology stormed off into the back

Me my partner and my two kids goes in to Burger King as we where hungry me my partner get a whopper meal and a kids meal but needed some hot water for my 3 month old son only to be told we can’t give u water but you can pay for it when we told them it was for my sons bottle was told shouldn’t have kids. WTH

A disaster, I ordered a burger with lettuce and tomato, with extra cheddar, look what this is, that's why people don't come to these places anymore, I imagined they put burgers with a lot of vegetables and then they don't put anything on it, a shame

Food was okay but a bit cold. Staff were not welcoming at all The Dining Area was disgusting, it takes 5 minutes to brush up the floor and wipe the tables 🥴 Ruined anything that was worth positively noting

Food was fresh and quick. Not much else you can say about places like this as they're all pretty much the same.

Forgot a meal. A refund is nice but, my partner is without lunch now because you Forgot my partners meal. Not good service

Really fast service, Natalia is such a helpful and lovely girl! BK was really clean without dirty tables, which is kinda typical for fast food restaurants. I'll definitely come back to this place.

A employee made fun of me and my order because they got my order wrong, they where acreaming from the back of the store repeatedly "WHY ORDER IT PLAIN" aswell as insults. I have an eating disorder so I ended up feeling so terrible, sick, ashamed and embarrassed I couldn't even touch my food. The food took forever to come out, the staff where obviously vulgar and rude due to their own stupidity. The food was coldish and it's the worst experience I've had

Quite simply the worst BK I have ever visited, it was empty yet all tables were filthy. Burger was just warm. Chicken Dorito fries were microwaved and just warm. Two people after me complained of cold burgers. Utterly diabolical!!! 16:30 in the afternoon.

absolutely DREADFULL YET AGAIN ! 5 tiny PIECES of BACON on my supposedly LOADED fries?hardly any cheese sauce AT ALL ! paid for DOUBLE BURGER+ did not get it !! LAZY SERVERS who REFUSE to give what people pay GOOD MONEY FOR! MISSING items WRONGLY DONE ITEMS no cheese on burger missing burger !?? WHAT'S WRONG WITH YOU ? you do ONE JOB!!!! COOK and PUT FOOD in a BAG + you can't get that right? you clearly do not care about getting orders right waited 1.5 hours for wrong food ? FUMING!!!!

Service was fast and the crew member, Gwarm, helped me with ordering through the kiosks, I would reccomend, excellent service.

Ordered meal using the kiosk self-service screen. There was a bit of a wait for the food. Staff friendly, food was ok, what you would expect from a burger king chain. Didn't like the atmosphere, though we did go late a lt night when the area was busy with people on a night out, probably pub kicking out time suspect it's much nicer atmosphere during the day. Premise felt dirty and didn't look like it had been clean in the evening.

Pure salt from me here , they didn't give me a tray for my food I didn't ask for takeaway . Everything else was fine.

Pub and bar hopping around this part of the city my twin brother and I thought it prudent to get a meal into us and this Burger King fitted the bill perfectly. A modern outlet,light and airy interior, typical Burger King decor and furnishings and plenty of seating options spread throughout this fast food restaurant. We ordered a burger, fries and cola, service was quick and pleasant, we grabbed a table were we munched through our burger meals. I like the burger meals from Burger King, so tasty, so filling,you know what you're getting, an unpretentious burger meal. We really enjoyed our burger meals in here before we moved on, its an outlet easy to locate along Ranelagh Street. Well worth checking out if you're in the mood for a sneaky burger meal.

Awful experience. Staff have zero interest in customer service. The machine didn't give me the receipt I wanted and the staff were more worried about the machine and not giving me a receipt - despite asking twice I never got one. I live in the city centre so after a short walk home I went to eat the food. The burger and fries were stone cold. The chilli cheese bites were like warm. No idea how long that food has been sitting around so it's going straight in the bin. I won't be back.

Went into the restaurant and spoke to a young girl behind the counter ( I think her name was Paige) she was very helpful, very kind, had brilliant customer service skills. I couldn’t have been any happier. She is a brilliant person to have on your team.

Had to come on and leave a review as people are often quick to complain but never to compliment. We had an issue with our order not once but twice, with incorrect or missing items. Kieran was an about superstar. Very polite and offered genuine apologies. He made chit chat whist confirming the order was spot on and laughed and joked with my kids even though one was a Man City supporter;) Kieran is very professional and redeemed the customer service 👍

I was struggling to order, as some items weren’t working on the app, so a staff member called Kieran offered to help me, he found the valid app code on the till and I was able to complete my order. Additionally, I also gained all my little points to claim those juicy free items on the app.

Came from Ireland was so lost, kiosk were being useless. They were lovely, dara was lovely and helpful swapped my coke for a tea. Very happy thanks you

my food took over two hours to come, i was originally supposed to receive it at 01:05-01:20, but didn’t receive it until an hour and fifteen minutes later, rang the restaurant 70 times and got ignored, and to top it all off my food was freezing and there was a nugget missing
