Today I observed a Food Preparer at this Macdonalds; drop a Fries box on the floor, pick it up, put chips in, put the chips that were left on the side into the box, top the box up with a few fresh fries and serve it to me. I rejected my order. They didn't realise I could see them through these new counter hatches!

tards behind the counter cant be bothered putting the cream and toffee in the coffee i spend an extra pound for every time i go in hoping theyll do their jobs :). probably wasted like £10+ on just not being serviced. thanks 👍

Order arrived, and the doughnut was missing. Then we checked the order and the fries were cold! The restaurant wasn't even busy.... The staff member on the floor was very helpful however, otherwise I don't think I would have returned.

Waited 30 mins for my food, never stepping foot into this mcdonalds again

Went in this morning for breakfast. Only had a small order, waited 20 minutes or over. 20+ people also waiting. It was total chaos, people trying to cancel their orders at the same time. When food eventually arrived it was cold. Will definitely not be back!! It was only 9:15 in the morning. Wouldn't like to experience this place at a busy time!!

With the best will in the world, this is a scary place to be at 1am on a Sunday morning. Speedy service meant we didn't have to hang about and the food tasted of McDonald's.

City centre McDonalds. The staff do their absolute best to keep it as clean as possible.

No flavor on the bueguer and the drink was filled just half. _____ The burger had no flavor and the soda was half filled

Feels strange to write a review about McDonald’s.. but this is the best one in the centre. Chips are always hot and food seems fresh!

I ordered a mcdelivery yesterday at 4pm, as I tracked it on the link half an hour later, it said was 2 minutes away. Within the next half hour said was still 2 minutes away. I rang the uber eats driver he said he was in the street, went out and he wasn't. And then about 5-10 minutes later I received a text to say it had been delivered. So clearly It had been delivered to another address, and I spent £30 on my order that I didn't receive. I tried to ring the delivery guy again but couldn't get through. I know its not McDonald's fault. It is the delivery guy who clearly didn't have a clue about were my address was. But delivered it to another address 😡

Best McDonald's in Liverpool! The energetic and kind staff create a welcoming atmosphere. The restaurant is always clean and warm, which makes it a great spot to enjoy a meal ❤️.

Clean and tidy, food served quickly

Food was amazing! Willow made sure it was perfect and was overall the best just from her customer service and overall work ethic! Will definitely always bring going back to this maccies just because of how amazing willow was

Toilets uncleaned, tables uncleaned and floor uncleaned. Staff unbothered and incompetent.

Lovely place to dine in. One of the popular joints for University students. Proximity (2-5 minutes walk) from Railway station makes it a decent place to grab a quick bite before the journey.

McDonald's is just McDonald's... It was late and it appeared to be busy.

Quick service, plenty of self service machines as well as operated tills to make your order with vegetarian and vegan options too. Accessibility isn't great as it's a lot more crammed since they renovated the store and it looks smaller and is denser. Also seating available upstairs. Toilets on site as well as changing rooms for babies. Well located in Liverpool City centre with 5 min walk from Lime St and nearby parking available too.

chemicals in your foods, what a harmful products you provide as food. I will NOT visit you again, I don’t want to harm my body and immune system by eating a Big Mac for example.

Cold no heating and kids chilling not even eating

Great food. YummY burgers but i am quite confused about the chocolate milkshake, i found that was like melted ice cream and hard to take sip from straw. Otherwise, the staffs were nice and atmosphere was amazing…

It's pretty much pay at the machine and collect from the counter, then find a seat. There is no table service or ability to pay at the counter

My grandson and his girlfriend visited McDonald's and waited around 25 minutes for there food when it came it was really cold they were that hungry they eat some of it they left all of there chips and most of there 20 nuggets but eat there burgers because there were a bit warmer I then told the waitress but nothing was done about it it was a lot of money to waste won't be going back

The usual McDonald's fare, plenty of staff which keeps the waiting time down.

Today I spent £5 on three chicken burgers on the app, but I don't know what happened. My burgers disappeared, and the staff ignored me. My order number was 7, and I couldn't find customer service on the McDonald's app . In the end, I just Can order a hamburger redeemed with points

Like most people I go grab a wrap or something small to use the toilets not a place I would bring little kids and the toilets are appalling based on 5 or more visits over 3 years its never been any way hygienic and broken toilets food ok

It wasn't to busy and the service was fast, all food was fresh hot and tasty.

Food was very hot and prepared fresh. Staff where lovely and it made a nice change to go to McD's and have it positive across the board

Terrible McDonald’s. Staff are so rude. Went tonight, got my food but they forgot the sauces. Went to get the sauces and guy at the till basically told me to get lost, as soon as I said excuse me he said were too busy and to wait, in a really rude aggressive way. So I waited for ages, then explained and he said I couldn’t get them even though they came free with the nuggets and told me to go speak to somebody else and left me standing there. Think someone takes they’re job a bit too seriously, no need to be rude and horrible.

Even though it was very busy the service was quick

All the hand sanitizer dispensers are empty inside the store, there is no soap dispenser in the men’s toilet and I’ve just stood at the counter and watched a member of the kitchen staff assemble a wrap and a burger with their bare hands. If you ignore these seemingly important elements of commercial food preparation then it’s not half bad! *edit* none of the kitchen staff are wearing gloves at all. Wild!

We arrived dead on 11:00am not expecting to get breakfast but the lady on the counter said the breakfast options were still available. Good food and a very clean resteraunt.

McDonald's is pretty much always good for food.. The overall 4 stars is because it wasn't overly busy, so I shouldn't have had to clear the table myself. The toilets also needed some attention. This seems to be a regular thing in McDonalds. Very rarely do I come across clean and or tidy toilets. For the ladies anyway. I can't speak for the gents. Secret shoppers needed more frequently perhaps. 🤔 Or employ someone to travel around and do frequent checks 🕵🏼‍♀️

Messy It was paddy's day but tables not cleared Not enough staff

It was an early Sunday morning. All those who hadn't slept much or at all, were mingling with those who had. Food was OK, but you can't really mess up a Double Sausage McMuffin. Scenery was better due to some of the above bouncing off windows as they (finally) headed hone.

Ordered a McSpicy chicken burger, the place was absolutely rammed so I expected a fairly long wait, the staff were shouting at each other and at the customers. The burger had a few strips of lettuce and barely any sauce. It was just the burger and the bun really. Dirty tables and seats. I'd not come again in a hurry.

I come here alot and order the Big Mac meal. Always great however today the sandwich was cold and huge amount of lettuce. Not cost effective for McDonald's and the large fries were cold and looked like only a half an order. Not very impressed. Seems like the manager is slacking.

McDonalds are pretty consistent in its offering and this one is no different. Cheap fast food. Well located on the corner of Charlotte Row and Ranelagh Street. Minutes away from both Liverpool Central and Lime St stations. There is a taxi rank also on Charlotte Row and many buses are all available all around. There are not as many manual ordering terminals in this McDonalds as opposed to most others. With many cheap bars surrounding this area, I'm sure McDonalds is a saviour to many of their customers.

One of the worst McDonald's we have ever been in . The Big Mighty burger was the Big OMG what is this truly awful. Really if you advertise a burger at least try and make it look like the photos

The manageress on Sunday was excellent and so helpful. It was around dinner time

Usual mcd experience... but messy tables

No soap or toilet seat in the men's toilet. Not nice for my kids to use the loo then eat after that!! Disgusting. Bring your own hand gel, or better still don't go there.

Pretty standard Mcdonalds. Relatively busy, and pretty good at forgetting your dips, but it is what it is.

Always in early morning, for a bacon roll and 3 or 4 hash brown's (I'm addicted to these). Friendly customer service, and keeps you informed about the wait for any part of your meal.

Standard Maccies. Knackered, underpaid staff trying to placate kids using their social media to complain their burgers are not circular. Give them a break guys.

Bathroom is absolutely disgusting! Used sanitary products in a box with the lid taken off so open for all to see, urine on the floor around the toilet and the soap dispenser has been removed from the wall so you can only wash your hands with water. Absolutely unacceptable.

My one issue during my most recent visit was the complete lack of chocolate minkshakes. I can't really blame the staff because they are doing their job and I know the government is out to get me. Ever since I stumbled upon the secret and managed to harness the power of a self sustaining fission reaction in my shower, they have been after me. I see them all the time parked outside my house, posing as children playing fogger irl, hiding in trees and even thinking they could put a camera in my microwave and think I wouldnt notice. But they have gone to far now, forcing McDonald's employees to not serve chocolate milkshake so they could activate my sleeper agent status and steal my thoughts and memories. So because of all that, 1 star.

Everything is perfect you don't have to wait for ages to get food. But some times it's very hard to find seats

Same old same old serves its purpose

Le seul problème dans ce restaurant McDonald's: la propreté. Mon amie et moi avons mangé dans le restaurant et le sol était glissant, il y avait des déchets sur les tables, les poubelles étaient pleines et les toilettes étaient inondés. Une catastrophe.

Worst thing was I saw the person prepping the food wipe their nose multiple times with their bare hands. I couldn't believe what I saw when that same employee dropped a patty only to pick it up and put it back in the sandwich. Disgusting. Place is mobbed by delivery drivers, most not even waiting for orders. I waited 15 minutes for a single wrap, I saw them bin 3 wraps while I waited, I assume the prepper kept adding cucumbers which I asked not to have but who knows.

Only problem is the delivery drivers taking up all the window seats.

Good food at reasonable prices.

If you come here early , don't expect to use the toilets they shut them . Makes traveling through Liverpool a nightmare.

The chicken was extremely chewy and disgusting. also not what I would consider as the cleanest mcdonalds. other than that it was kinda decent. next time ill just go to the one thats a bit further down.
