Coke was not fizzy very flat. Food was ok'ish except onion rings was like rubber burger was ok table was dirty when I arrived

Was not really the best experience here. I was having issues ordering my food on screen. The screen kept on crashing on me multiple times. When A staff member was coming to check the screams, and I asked her about it. She couldn't care less and just told me to order at the till Which was Extremely unhealthful.. To make things even worse when I ordered a large meal, it wasn't large at all. It was regular. I felt like I just wasted money on something I didn't ask. What a joke. I definitely will not be returning.

Visited on Good Friday at a particularly quiet time and there was 4 staff behind the counter chatting about when the last bus left the airport. Food sat waiting while they continued their conversation, the woman serving then thrust a bag at me after finishing her conversation and passed me a regular sized cup for a large drink that I'd ordered. Upon closer inspection they only have one size of cup available it would appear. Finished my burger and just found that the sauce I paid 60p for has been forgotten about. Captive market so nobody cares about standards. This is after being gouged for £6 at the express drop off at the airport.

It has lovely meeting Martyna. 😊 She did a great job and all in all great service.

When we went to the airport we couldn’t find the Burger King because it was moved so we looked around to find it, trust me it’s not even worth the walk, the food was cold and made me feel sick after one bite. The machines dispensed water, and some of the tables placements are ridiculous.

Usual Burger King fare, you always know what to expect. Staff great, friendly and very efficient- Tammy stood out.

Ayer a las 8 de la mañana y cada mesa parecía haber sido usada en la sala de asesinatos de Dexter. Seguramente la dirección puede ver que hay un problema de higiene aquí. Sucio y sombrío poco acogedor. La comida era fresca, pero no quería comer allí una vez que había visto el estado del restaurante. Ya era hora de que emplearas suficiente personal para atender la parte delantera de la casa y quitar la presión del personal existente.

The food is like in any burger chain, of course - let's not expect a restaurant with Michelin stars from the airport. But the service and atmosphere - something that allowed you to forget about waiting for the plane. Nice, with humor and "nothing forced"!! I'll stop by again in the future before my next flight! Thanks Martyna, you made my day!! :)

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Was traveling with the little ones through LJLA and as stressing as can be, lugging bags, keeping little ones entertained, and somehow making sure everyone is fed before the flight. We stopped at the Burger King, and it turned out to be the best part of our airport experience! Martyna was incredibly helpful. She saw how overwhelmed we were and kindly advised us on the best pick-up options for the girls, making sure everything was quick and easy. Her warm and welcoming attitude made such a difference in the middle of all the travel stress. The food was fresh, service was fast, and thanks to Martyna, we got a much-needed moment to breathe. If you're traveling with kids and need a smooth, hassle-free meal, this is the place to stop. Thank you, Martyna!

Quick service as always, plenty of seating when we were there. Food was tasty!

Made the mistake of ordering one of their ‘special burgers’ (peppercorn crispy chicken). Waited forever for it to arrive, as person after person went up for theirs, all of whom had ordered after me! And after all that, the £10.49 glorified chicken burger was small and dry, thank goodness work paid for it and not me!!

Very very disappointed. After ordering and stading at the counter waiting for our food I noticed the line workers making the food, none were wearing gloves as they were grabbing lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, and no one was wearing gloves. I was shocked. I asked for the manager, and a young kid came to the counter, I expressed my concern, and his response was, " Well, everyone washes their hands before going on the line." I said what's preventing them from touching unsanitary things between times. I mean, it looks so unsanitary. How are you in the public eye handling food in that way. Never, and I mean NEVER will we return.

Fries too salty, onion rings over cooked, burger kids given instead of adult.

Having a Burger King always leaves me fulfilled unlike with other fast-food chains. The double (or triple) whopper is the way to really eat something tasty and not still feel hungry afterwards. The best part still is the staff : perfect example where they helped me with an issue in the ordering system - all solved so gracefully and in total professionalism. A credit to the restaurant/fast food industry! Needless tk say ive been going to BK for years and will continue to do so!

I had an incredibly disappointing experience at this restaurant. The staff seemed more interested in chatting and even dancing rather than actually serving customers. I waited 30 minutes just for a coffee because the staff was busy on their phones. On top of that, I noticed that no one was wearing gloves while handling food, which is a huge hygiene issue. Overall, the service was unprofessional, and I won’t be coming back.

Worse burger king ever. Bought a double bacon cheeseburger and it was cold with bacon missing. But the worse is when I got the cheeseburger and a double cheeseburger, they were completely plain cold burgers between cold bread. Of course, I had to wait for more than 20 minutes.. almost lost my flight. Total waste of money and time.

I was in here with my wife and kids before we flew out to Spain. We enjoyed a very nice meal and the sevice was quick and we had a very polite worker called joe. He recommended the bacon double cheese burger which was nice. He was smiling joking with us. I don't normally write reviews but the food was good and joe was brilliant. I hope he his there the next time we fly out

Staff are cheerful and happy to help with all your requests. What you would expect from a Burger King, consistency and reliability of good burgers but topped up with a positive atmosphere at Liverpool Airport. Lots of space to sit and relax while waiting for your flights.

Called there 19/1/25 one word disgusting place burnt chips cold hot chocolate ???? Coffee tasted like dish water out of a machine.. Staff ignorant not helpful £38 for a complete disgusting meal if you can call it that . I use Burger King back home and find it fairly ok!!. But this place never again... Burger King you need to get staff that are dedicate to there role these two are not and should be moved on to somewhere where they don't have to serve the general public

My order didn’t go through - their computer system did not worked as should so orders called manually When realised it I approached staff and - no order on the system so they started to make it but made me feel like a big inconvenience Staff avoiding eye contact :( Where is the management???

Been there twice now. Fook OK both times but the service was appalling. It's supposed to be fast food. 1sst time 15 minutes. 2nd nice 25 minutes. Lots of staff but all hanging around.

If you can't provide food for delivery, don't go on there. 3 drivers cancelled because food wasn't ready. Shoddy.

By far the worst Burger King I have ever eaten at!! The service was pathetically slow and the food made with no love at all, it certainly did not resemble the food you see advertised on tv. My advice is to eat elsewhere.

The store is nice itself but unfortunately nobody could speak English there we had to use Google translate to order food, then the food came and it was dripping with Greece inside the store was super hot wouldn't recommend going there i didn't have a good experience

Este lugar es una seria “mancha en el paisaje” para el aeropuerto de Liverpool - ¿por dónde empiezo: - - Número significativo de artículos no disponibles en el menú Mesas sucias sin limpiar o sin limpiar - Servilletas no recargadas entre otras cosas y escombros no limpiados de la estación central - Gas faltante de bebidas, el responsable alertado pero no fijado en £ 3. ¡20 la copa! - Pedimos 3 comidas regulares y una hamburguesa, estas eran apenas tibias, faltaba recipiente de bebidas, pagamos por 3 recibidas 2 , tuvimos que volver, (de nuevo) por falta de salsas ¿Un miembro del personal más preocupante (parecía un gerente) tenía comida en su fleco largo, alertado por su colega de que luego tomó el pedazo de comida de su cabello y se la puso en la boca de sus dedos mientras intentaba ordenar el gas que faltaba en el dispensador de bebidas? ¡Este es un gran problema de higiene, salud y seguridad para mí! -Conseguir que el propietario de la franquicia o gerente de área se ponga al día lo antes posible para abordar todos estos problemas y el personal se quedó charlando con habilidades de servicio al cliente de mierda -Comida, estándares, limpieza y servicio, todo muy por debajo de la barra. ¡Ni siquiera estaba ocupado!
