24pound for 2 chicken burger meals - in both meals we were lucky to have 8 chips each!! Food was fast out but obviously not hard when your only cooking 8 odd chips

Dirty tables and floors, trash in sight, highly watered down drinks. When I poured cola from the machine, the first cola was very light in color.

Worst burger king I’ve ever been too. Only 1 touchscreen working so go to queue at the till. Stood there for 15mins with 4 staff in the kitchen moving at slower than snail pace. Then told to wait few more minutes. Michal Z comes to the till and doesn’t speak a word, just stares at me until I ask if he’s serving. What an awful experience

Bad snack. I live in Ireland and the Burger King burger here is wonderful. So when I saw Burger King at the airport I thought: great! But, when I received and ate the snack, I was disappointed. The snack was small and very ugly, the hamburger meat had no flavor, the soda we got straight from the machine was flat and had a horrible taste.

Tables not cleared and not very clean

So your flight is delayed and caffiene low. We went to Burger King for an uncleaned, chip lamented floor coffee and a nibble. Cheese bites were OK. The Coffee was unusual and got worse as you went along. To the point there were flakes of white stuff in every mouthful. It was horrid. I complained to the member of staff that served me and he suggested that the machine had not been cleaned correctly and offered me a refund. At £3.90 of course I accepted. To then be handed over to the manager who demanded a receipt. Having to return to the table and scratch about in the rubbish, I found it and was refunded. No apology and I was made to feel that it was my fault. Terrible Coffee and attitude.

Zero hygiene here! The young guy was playing on his phone, when i placed my order he just put the phone away and started to make the food. No hand wash, no gloves…

What can I say bloody rubbish..My son and I thought we'd get a burger meal deal before boarding out flight back to the iom,so got a bacon double burger with chips .what arrived was bad tiny bap with apiece of bacon that had so much fat on it hardly any cheese and chips dry ..we had got onion rings which were nice for what we got in that ..His was a kids meal which was dreadful as the burger was as thin as anything and not even a proper cheese slice..It cost over £25.50 and that had drinks in it but c'mon for the two of us it was unbelievable not worth what I'd paid..I'm not gonna recommend this place and I wouldn't purchase any food for myself or my family again .. Disgusting..

Waited over 20 mins for every number under the sun to be called except ours and when I asked the staff member merely grunted at me and then didn't even check!!!

I hate the self-ordering screens, but the young man on the counter could not have been more helpful or cheery! Loved my veggie option - and the service with a smile!

Food was fast, place was clean, no complaints

Service was quick, organised and I had to have mine made so took a little longer. Tables are cleaned as soon as you leave them. Molly was very good and prompt with shouting out the meal numbers. All in all one happy traveller x

Burgers are dry, without enough sauce, coca cola is brown, no soft or natural juice for children, and tables aren't cleaned enough for a not very busy time. So it wouldn't be better in a busy day, right?

The whopper is not what it used to be. Now small and dried up. Sad. Child's burger was dry as dust. Chips OK.

Terrible! Took our money. We waited 50 minutes and no food. We had to leave for the flight and were refused a refund even though they couldn’t tell us how much longer we would have to wait and they told us some of the food wasn’t even available! They were so rude to us!!! Once back in the UK we are being refused a refund and credit instead. I’m disgusted. They have taken £65 from us and will not refund!!!

In John Lennon Airport to start an eight days holiday in Fuengirola, we had time on our hands so we dropped into this Burger King outlet, been here before, always had a good time and so it proved on our latest visit. I love the look of this Burger King outlet, its big ,interior is superb, typical Burger King decor and furnishings and plenty of seating options spread throughout this fast food restaurant. We ordered a burger ,fries and cola, service was quick ,we grabbed a table were we munched through our burger meals which were totally delicious and just what we needed to set us up for our flight to Spain. This Burger King is easy to locate in Departures, John Lennon Airport.

Absolutely shocking take about 40 minutes just to order and that’s if you get to order cause the women behind the counter just stands there and stare at you. Walked away today cause wasn’t served with 20 minutes of me being stud at the front counter

Vilest food I’ve had in years. I never take the plane in this airport and now I have new reasons not to. Employees are not hygienic at all and they were scratching themselves (bottom and front) and did not change gloves or wash hands. Absolutely vile makes me sick to my stomach thinking about it. Edit: I went there (again) with a friend who lives in Liverpool and our flight was delayed. Anyways not the point, the manager was really rude, not to customers but to employees. Absolutely shocked at how loud he shouted at the employees while my friend was trying to order. I don’t want to imagine how badly he treats his employees. But that’s something else to add.

Really chilled place to wait before my flight. Nice food and staff. Special thanks to Anjula who was extra friendly and professional.

Absolutely fantastic food and the server was amazing, Brendan was amazingly calm and explained the options of food fantasticly, next time I’m in the airport will definitely be back again.

As far as a fast food restaurant goes this was a good experience. Food was fantastic, and came piping hot. The staff were all pleasant and courteous.

I can highly recommend this restaurant. Fast efficient and friendly. Especially Nick. Went above and beyond when the tomato ketchup ran out. Thanks Nick. With a work ethic like yours, you'll go far.

Food/Service is great, quite pricey but that is standard for Airport food. Perfect place to grab a quick bite if you are in a rush to catch a flight. Anthony was very nice and helpful👍

I arrived at 6:50 after a long day of travelling hoping I could get something to eat. When I arrived I was told its closed, considering someone just left the restaurant with food I was confused and asked what time do you close. One of the employees answered 7. I responded with "well its 10 minutes to 7?" He simply replied "we don't have anything, everything is off". If you're open till 7 - surely you turn everything off at 7 not before. Not a happy customer.

Travelled via John Lennon airport last evening. Quick meal at the Burger King and very impressed by the server Anthony. He politely indicated that the Ultimate bean burger, a vegetarian option had cheese which was not vegan, would I want the cheese or not. Good worker checking with customer before adding the cheese well done, impressed by his attitude too. Food was okay too, quick and freshly cooked whilst waited.

Walked in without realizing it was closed harmlessly and was shouted at my a woman with short blonde hair rudely that it was closed when I clearly didn’t realize!! The face she made and everything! Great end to my holiday in Liverpool x

Expensive, filthy everywhere. Floors, drinks machine and tables need a good clean. Does not inspire confidence that the kitchen cleanliness is any better. Swerved.

Only came here for a lack of better options at the time. The place looks nice, and food (if you can call it that) comes fairly quickly. That's it. The food is bland, the presentation is horrible and ridiculously expensive. I can't understand why they are still allowed to operate. Mcdonald's and KFC are LIGHTYEARS ahead of this joke of a fast food chain.

Whopper was cold within minutes while chips were lovely and hot. If I didn't a place catch I would asked for another one. Just opened and not a good start.

Spent £24 to buy some meals while waiting for flight. The size is mini as shown. My hand is just average size. I know there is inflation issue and you need to make profit but this is beyond ridiculous!

Good customer service and great meals. The staff was very kind and respectful, especially a girl I think her name is Nance or something like that. If you want a quick meal and you are in a rush that's the best place at the airport.

When we arrived there were lots of dirty tables, the soft drinks station was a complete mess. They had no napkins and the hot drinks machine was not working. When you are paying airport prices you expect better than this.

A convenient stop for food while waiting for a flight. The seating area is generally well kept, but limited staff mean that rubbish can be left on tables for longer than expected. The soft drinks machines, much like the seating area can be under maintained, leaving you facing a soaked floor mats and sticky touch screen. Price is about on par with high street, but does still have the “in an airport premium”. Overall a somewhat standard as-you’d-expect experience.

The girl on duty today was rude and unhelpful. Wouldn't hurt if she treated customers with just a tiny bit of respect. Go find a job where you're not dealing with the public. Waited ages and then she snaps at you if you ask a question.

Service was great. Mo was very kind and gave my son a toy which was very nice. Very clean and the staff work very hard. Overall a great experience.

We ate here following going through security, we were all super hungry and the service was super quick and excellent! service with a smile not to mention how gorgeous the employees are 😏
