McDonald's in Liverpool

As per standard, a burger, a McFlurry, the Happy Meal Toy and chicken selects missing. Wondering how difficult it is to read an order slip...

Nice respectable gentleman, very polite and service with a smile.

Delivered fries, and drinks, but not the actual burgers. Can't take it up with the restaurant of course, so no recourse but to play refund roulette.

Give me wrong food I asked for bacon and got sausage and no sauces

Drive a very, very rude towards customers

Ordered triple cheeseburger got double and no garlic sauce

ordered 4 dips all different got 2 of one flavour 2 DIPS NOT 4

I clearly stated that I did not want cheese on my quarter pounder however it arrived I in a box with "plain" sticker on it and the burger inside was not plain as it had cheese all over it. I couldn't eat it so was left to eat freezing cold fries.

Delivery driver didn’t turn up at all and put my food as delivered. After a long day of travelling, wanting that fast food that never turned up is a joke

The driver went to garston before delivering to us and when he finally got here the food was cold, your app changed my address too but it was ok cos we just waited at the address for the driver but he must of had more than one delivery cos ours was c

Do maccies workers not know how to read? Are they all absolutely brain dead? Or do they just read an order and think I know I’ll send what they don’t want to eat cause I work in maccies so I’ll get away with being a mong

The driver never showed up and just delivered the order somewhere else.

I was missing 2 of the meals and because we was working we didn’t have time to get contact them to get them sent out, so frustrating, we had 2 staff members without their lunch as well as 2 deserts

Order was never delivered, driver didn’t find the address, he phoned I told him he was in wrong place, after discussion he hung up and then his phone went to voicemail when I called him

Yesterday I ordered from here and had missing items, I was missing 2 selects from the box and one of the chips, today I ordered again and am missing one of my burgers, severely disappointed

Order was delivered just under 1 hour after order was placed. Driver did not attempt contact when evident he was unable to locate my address! All food was cold and inedible and sealed bag was ripped. Purchased sauces were also not within my order.

Asked and paid for takeaway mcmuffin with extra cheese, instead not only didn't get extra cheese but no egg! Sticker clearly said extra cheese. Poor service and lack of attention.

Normalmente no dejes comentarios, pero este lugar es una broma absoluta. Cada vez que ordeno la entrega falta la mitad de mi comida. ¡Cómo no empacar la parte principal del pedido, las hamburguesas! No hay doble cuarto de libra ni big mac. Es lo mismo cada vez, lo que significa que tengo que conducir al restaurante para recoger los artículos que faltan o solicitar un reembolso y no hacerlo. ¡Cómo puede este lugar equivocarse tanto una y otra vez, peores Mcdonalds que he pedido! ¡No usaremos este Mcdoanlds otra vez, ríndete ahora!

Completely empty restaurant and waiting 25 minutes for a double cheeseburger meal, apparently it's because it was customised (we asked for no pickles). Not sure how asking for a burger with no pickles takes 5 times as long as one with pickles. Seems like just eat delivery gets looked after and real in person customer get pushed to the back of the queue.

The most perfect McDonald’s breakfast I’ve ever ordered when the food arrived it was perfectly packaged with care this is by far the best service I’ve received
