McDonald's in Liverpool

Fast ,friendly service. Food hot and fresh.

Absolute Slow Service around 5 Am. Had to wait for more than 15 minutes for my order to collect. Saw the person mopping and then preparing food without any use of gloves . Like Absolute 0 Hygiene

40 min wait in a fast food restaurant... not really fast food 😕 Use this place all the time but this is the longest I've ever had to wait. I'll review again because it's not the staff fault. All times was just out

Staff were nice and helpful, and quick service

Got a flat white coffee and it was lukewarm and not the first time either.

Would rate it 0 if I could. Waited 20 mins for a triple cheese burger. Staff where more bothered in watching a fight. Asked 2 staff members for an update who completely blanked me. Food was warm.

McDonalds is consistant as ever. Friendly staff and prompt service.

None of our drinks arrived. All food items were freezing cold and chips were awful, like they've been reheated then cooled again. Really disappointed.

Driver did apologise for the delay. The fries from the order were missing. A refund has been done but try explaining to a 2 year old that they can’t have their fries

Food & beverages as expected, but slower than expected eat-in table delivery. Priority given to drive-through. Internal environment very cold…. Put the heating on please. Fries on floor in seating area walkway…. Time to lean…. Time to clean!

Visited here on a Saturday at 8am had to wait 20 mins for food. Place very dirty. Chips all over the floor ketchup and sauce all over tables bins inside over flowing. Several staff on just stood around around talking. Could not see what their food eating was. But the customer service area not what you except. Toilets were disgusting. No attention to detail in the customer service areas

the only problem was fries were soggy n cold. everything else was ok.

How do I forget the drinks on a meal deal???

Again items missing drinks ice creams tomato sauce the poor delivery driver was so apologetic as i said to him its not his fault i knew right away items were missing as he held a small bag with chicken nuggets and fries asked were the rest was

I think the courier got lost because I was watching him on the app and I got cold fries and completely melted ice cream

The order completely wrong wasn’t my order, but the receipt on the delivery bag was what I ordered; wrong food had been put in the bag, this has happened on numerous occasions

Second time I have received order without the sauce that I paid extra for

the food was great but an item was NOT included with the order, so disappointed about that, but I have contacted you about that

I'm a delivery driver, and this is the best McDonald's branches I have seen in the past year in Liverpool. The staff are all exceptionally respectful and courteous, making sure to value the time and needs of both delivery drivers and customers alike. The service was efficient, and the overall experience was top-notch.

1st time in a while i have given a good score as 9/10 times food is missing or wrong but this order was nice, hot, on time & above all correct for a change. I did order from a different restaraunt than my local as that one is terrible so maybe that’s why this one was right. Thanks for a nice brekky 👍🏻

burger was disappointing as it was soggy and didn't receive and dipping sauce for chicken nuggets. I don't think it was worth what I paid. Probably not used McDonald's again 😔

A regular Maccies, food was ready quickly and they got the order right.

I had a drive through so could not comment t on the atmosphere. I think I habe said this before I'm not a bit fan of fast food but on the odd occasion it's better than nothing when I'm busy. This place is one of the better if nit the best macdonals I have been. Staff very friendly and conscientious. Food came out hot and chips were hot nit like alot of other places where they're either warm or cold.... I would recommend this place for sure.

TERRIBLE AWFUL DISGRACE DON’T GO HERE. The absolute worst McDonald’s in the world never get your order right, foods always soaked in grease, just waited 30 minutes for my food after they’d given me my hot drinks which ended up being cold and when I finally got home the whole order was wrong my wife and son are vegetarian so ordered egg and cheese muffins and they all had sausage on. Honestly they’re so incompetent in this place the management need replacing or just knock the place down it really is that bad. It’s the closest McDonalds to me but I’ll travel further to the one in Hunts Cross from now on because they at least get your order correct.

worst McDonald's going, literally everytime I order something is missing! How do you miss out the Double quarter pounder from a Double quarter pounder meal? 🤯 never get any dips with chicken nuggets, no fries, wrong drink. Won't be ordering online anymore

I have never seen such mess in the toilets at McDonald's as there, you couldn't use a single toilet. Stink and filth.

Ordered a Double sausage muffin without the muffin and butter as I’m Coeliac, the staff member failed to adhere to the request and my item was made with the muffin so was inedible so I missed out on my breakfast item. Emailed the store don’t expect a favourable response other than to deal with JustEat

ordered new squad deal, 1 burger missing from deal. called restaurant and was informed I could go to store to receive a replacement. sort of makes a mockery of ordering a delivery.
