Driver was really nice and polite and food order was correct

Freezing cold and drinks spilt all over bag

Both chips was cold plus my my daughters nuggets

I asked for a Fanta and I got a coke

Burger was really cold and the cheese was disturbing

disappointing meals cold milk shake tasteless waste of money.

All wrong order no meals came. My autistic son has had a huge meltdown because of this and McDonald’s wouldn’t help.

I don't have my proper order. I only have ice cream and drinks.

food was fresh and hot and delivery guy was very courteous and very funny 😁

Got 2 items out of the order wrong, i asked for toy in the happy meal…i ended up with a book, and i ordered a strawberry milkshake…received a banana milkshake? 2 very different things ! So no not happy as this is always happens ! That’s if we even receive the order ! Twice I never received on past orders ! An absolute joke! Am never getting online orders from here again.

I don't understand how you can miss chips off a meal order the extra chips I understand but chips with a meal????

Most vile burger ever had completely Wrong. Ask for extra onions and pickles didn’t get none just extra sauce which I never ask for and burger was so soggy it went in the bin.

Portion size of fries where poor you ask for a large and only get a small and when delivered food was all messed up.

So your courier turned up at my address claiming tha someone had delivered the order then he continued to ask for the bin even when we showed him on my phone tha the food had not been delivered and he still continued to ask for code he was acting very suspicious and nervous he claimed his name was Lee when we asked for the receipt he said the other driver had been giving it so then we then asked why are u at our address if u have been told tha another driver was delivering are order

Plus there were no sauces for the nuggets

Wrong order delivered, everything had to be binned as I am vegetarian and my son would not eat what came.

Delivered fries, and drinks, but not the actual burgers. Can't take it up with the restaurant of course, so no recourse but to play refund roulette.

Missing food and kids toys not in there food cold and unexpected

I clearly stated that I did not want cheese on my quarter pounder however it arrived I in a box with "plain" sticker on it and the burger inside was not plain as it had cheese all over it. I couldn't eat it so was left to eat freezing cold fries.

Food was absolutely freezing yet again, missing the meal deal for 2 and my bag was open with my berry muffin gone and my drink all over the place she practically threw it in my hand and ran down the path when she come with the food and now I know why! If you get a point Asian lady check your bags before she leaves

The driver went to garston before delivering to us and when he finally got here the food was cold, your app changed my address too but it was ok cos we just waited at the address for the driver but he must of had more than one delivery cos ours was c

Half the order was missing I had to go to McDonald’s for the rest of the order.
