Burger King in Mid Suffolk

Visited Burger King and Gregg’s, as they share the same building. Absolutely disgusting, the dining area had food all over the floor. The toilets were filthy. Staff in Gregg’s have no customer service skills! We’re totally uninterested in my custom. I won’t be returning and do not recommend anyone else goes!

this is a nice place to get food, the service was good, dad and i went to get some food, but we had to go and get more money, as dad did not have enough, the person serving said they would cook the food, and it was ready for us on return

Sort the numerous potholes out in the car park, omg be careful very! Disgraceful, as fir the litter strewn in the hedges, disgusting

Nice burgers, fresh and tasty with gherkin and ketchup. Fries were hot and fresh. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The inside is clean but surrounding car park and entrance is, frankly, disgusting. How can the staff who work here take any pride in their job when they drive past this each morning? No idea when it’s open, it doesn’t say anywhere.

Food is good, however we were met with complete and utter rudeness from the male worker with the hoop earring and the female worker with black hair combed down the middle! i expect way better service and respect from a member of staff! Unexpected from a member of staff!

All tables FILTHY - All waste bins OVERFLOWING - Both ordering terminals UNABLE TO PRINT RECEIPT - TOILETS DISGUSTING, 1cm water (??) all over gents toilet floor. Reported this to team leader KLARA and realised she was the main problem. Claimed not to know about TOILETS but she would get someone to look at them "as soon as I can". Very condescending and surly response. Trouble is, if this is the state of the public areas whatever is the food prep area like. AVOID - AVOID - AVOID until someone capable takes over. All the above at 14:20 on 9 October 2021. The local authority should inspect and close them down.

Poor service. Fast food delivered as slow as possible. The poor members of staff that were on shift had the arduous task of keeping things moving. Burger King as a compnay should be disgusted with themselves for running an outlet I. Such a poor man or. As always companies are using COVID to reduce staff and give a poor service and think this is acceptable. The computer order system is too slow and worh only 2 terminals and people not familiar with tech it takes far too long.

Well, that's a shame.... the King Box Double Melt was absolutely pathetic, nothing like the pictures suggested. Dry and definitely no cheese oozing out of it. Tiny too. None of the dips we ordered were provided. Really bad experience. 😭👎

Just eaten, grub was fantastic, look like the young manager is doing her best, with what she was left with, but there is a lot of work going on at moment, like cleaning all the hedge row, and litter picking. So my views is give them a chance.

Stoped here hoping to get a halumi burger but after standing in the short que for a while and looking around I changed my mind . I couldn't even bring myself to buy a drink . It was so dirty and smelled awful . I came away thinking it would be a great way to go on a diet as I felt so nauseas I lost my appetite immediately .

OMG honestly the worst experience ever. I actually don’t mind fast food but the ‘meal’ I just had would gag a buzzard. Crap customer service as well. 0 out of 10.

This burger king used to be terrible then it was completely overhauled and for a short while after was run by a team of Asian men and the standards was excellent but since they have left it has slid back to the sloppy no care attitude it was before , such a shame

Visited today for a quick snack, food fine but what a horrible environment to sit in, it was very dirty floors, tables and windows both inside and outside. Surely the staff can notice this, and try to do something about it, management should employ a cleaner or something. Not nice, would only return if desperate. Sorry

It's a fast food outlet - not a restaurant. Nevertheless I do find myself here occasionally as their food is far superior to McDonald's. Gets a bit busy at times and sometimes I have to send food back as it's clear it's been sitting out for a while. Other than that it's pretty good. Most of the staff have been there for years so the service is very efficient and the guys are friendly too.

Before, it was terrible. But now it is very good. The food is better, the drinks are better, the hygiene is excellent.👍🏻

shocking.local rubbish tip outside as you drive in.1 person serving,takes ages to queue and your standing in the doorway.food was cold and rip of.nearly £16 for 2 chicken royale and fries.poor maria on front trying her best but wait 20 mins to be served.inside tables and floor filthy.

I agree before the revamp when little chef was here the place was dark and dismal and definitely needed an uplift. Now it's had it and upon visiting the restaurant and parking in the car park it looked fresh and modern. The inside is definitely a nice change. Very clean I found. Quite a lot of space more than before for people to sit down and relax other than rush off. The large windows are a nice touch to let more light in.The Greg's is also a nice surprise as it's nice to have a choice of something naughty like a burger king or something nice like a salad or pasta.I think this restaurant has done well with the change and although I didn't see all the staff they looked like they were on form. When the weather starts getting nice it would be nice to have some benches outside like before to eat outside.

This restaurant is just... WEIRD! I think it's a converted little chef but they've decided only to use a small corner of the restaurant. It's dirty and I did seriously question the hygiene of the restaurant, however unfortunately had little choice because we were staying in the hotel opposite. This branch cannot be good for the BK brand!

Visited today and may as well of drive past ! Ordered meals childs meal apple juice only fizzy drink available . Adults meal with water only fizzy drink available . Asked for ketchup no ketchup! Why are they open ! Staff were ok . No welcoming smile .just a miserable person behind the counter . How she got the job I do not know . Will not be going again !!

We had booked in the hotel and went to get some food.

Dirty, unwelcoming, unfriendly staff, not much esle to say other than its best avoided. Go to the Twins burger van further along the A140

They didn’t have any milk and didn’t seem bothered. Couldn’t even walk to the garage next door to buy a pint to serve their customers. Small seating area and appeared grubby.

As others have said this place needs closing down. Totally run down with disgusting toilets. BK occupies a small outlet next to a larger empty vacated outlet which I think used to be Little Chef. There a 3 dining tables available for customer use. The staff were efficient and friendly.

No ketchup , no ice cream and missing taps in the toilet causing a flood ... not really sure what Burger King are doing with this place but either needs demolishing or serious money spent on it .. those mobile catering vans looked cleaner

Went to burger king . Drink machines broken down . Next door is e.g. diner went in there . Cannot find on here to review . But was very good . Reasonable priced and good service and food . Will return

Terrible service. Strange vibe as soon as u go in. Try to be a happy chappy and get looked at and treated weird. No nice welcome or smile from anyone. Don't understand plain English and couldn't speak good English, got annoyed when I asked about the different burger and just had an over bad a attitudes..

we stopped using this place, about 2 years ago, as the toilet area had got worse over the years, we had to stop there yesterday(2nd july).the toilets were even worse than 2 years ago, wouldn't have thought this possible! think it's the worst I have EVER seen, the outer door of the ladies is supposed to be white, as is the inner door, these were both covered in filthy handprints, MUCH more than even a week's worth, inside the loo, there was I cubicle unlocked, the seat was (sorry to be graphic), covered in blood, and the bowl was full of poo! to think that the staff from burger king and little chef must use these toilets, and then go to serve and prepare food is unthinkable,we didn't use the loos, and didn't bother with food there. I felt like going into the outlets and suggesting the people buying food take a look at the outside of the toilets, let alone the inside! I have, on occasion before, told a staff member in little chef chef about the state of the toilets, but they didn't seem overly concerned, that was years ago! how on earth environmental services have not closed this down, is beyond me! I tried to contact burger king direct, but this branch isn't on their list of premises. The outside of the building was FULL of rubbish, some from overflowing bins that had not been emptied,I cannot understand how these food outlets are allowed to trade in this filthy way!

Déjeme ser claro desde el principio - es una vergüenza. Yo personal no hablaba, gruñó. El director parecía que vivía de las sobras de Whoppers y no había bañado en días. Había basura por todos lados. Los inodoros estaban lodosa y maloliente. Pero lo peor de todo, la hamburguesa (que se supone que es más caro que el Mcdonalds porque es mejor que Mcdonald's) era terrible. La carne parecía y parecía preparado el día anterior. Toda la experiencia fue terrible, y sugiero encarecidamente que alejase a menos que tengas un estómago de hierro.

Nos detuvimos aquí en el camino de vuelta de Norwich a necesitar mercado jamón.

Decidí no comer aquí basado en el hecho de que los servicios no habían limpiado en semanas. No había papel higiénico (excepto en el suelo) y la dispensadores de jabón eran tan vacío que hubiera sido desarmado en la desesperación. Espero que el personal tiene un lugar limpio para lavar sus manos.

Visitamos muchas veces (ya que es la única parada en nuestra ruta wc siempre) y parece que va de mal en peor. Siempre obtenga su orden equivocada, incluso después de preguntar dos veces. Personal actúan como zombis y enfadarse si se echan a su pedido. Los inodoros sucios, superficies, suelos, mesas.. todo! Incluso vimos una rata catcher ratones muertos una vez propinas de trampas.. después de esta última visita, voy a tomar un desvío a otro servicios.

No he utilizado este servicio antes, pero decidimos hacer una parada para tomar una bebida y algo para comer en ruta de Ipswich para enterrar. La primera cosa que notas es lo anticuado del Burger King y poco Aspecto de chef, todo el edificio modernizado necesidades. El aparcamiento está lleno de basura y tiene una junta vieja factura que parece que no ha sido usado durante años y está a punto de caer. Había un miembro del personal de Burger king despejar los contenedores que parecían realmente harto mientras azotan los contenedores están cerradas. Dentro, el Burger King parece haber sido modernizado, pero es muy pequeña, con sólo un par de mesas. Los inodoros de hombres fue la peor parte, se suponía que había un respiradero en la puerta en el baño que había caído y la puerta podría haber hecho con pintura. El inodoro estaba oscuro, había un cubículo que la cerradura se había caído, no había papel higiénico, y no parece haber sido limpiado por algún tiempo. La otra cabina tenía una cerradura y el papel higiénico, pero no la habían limpiado y la gente tenía tallados los nombres y otras cosas inapropiadas en la pared (no se ha intentado eliminar estos de la pared) el resto del baño olía mal, los lavabos estaban sucias y un mango por uno de los grifos que faltaba. En general, nunca ha sido muy dissspointing en un Burger King como. Después de ver el estado del lugar en el que me decidí a conseguir un sándwich de la gasolinera que yo diría que es la mejor opción para comida en este servicios.

Used this BK several times when staying at the Travelodge. Service is always slow and the restaurant, toilets, adjacent little chef and car park are somewhat rundown. Standard BK food when you get it.

The place is very grubby and not even the bins are emptied that often so loads of rubbish on the floor, The food is edible but be prepared to wait for ages as the staff do not seem to be on the ball and give the feeling that they don't want to be there, beware of the pot holes in the car park.

Este lugar es muy sucias. El personal me cobraron la cantidad equivocada luego tardaban mucho para proporcionar nuestra comida. Los baños son algunos de los peores que he encontrado. Visitamos a nuestra BK y están bien por alguna razón desconocida esta franquicia es la excepción.

Who doesn't love a burger king love going here visit a lot as it's local staff can sometimes be a bit arsey but do love the food

Para comenzar, acabas de llegar a una muy tiene un aspecto horroroso edificio (compartido con un pequeño chef) donde el aparcamiento es pot agujeros en abundancia y todos los baños están fuera de servicio.
