Mcdonalds Restaurants in Bedford

Place was out of quarter pounder patties and soft drinks. They advertise a grimace shake but apparently the whole of uk is sold out… take it off the menu then?!

Ordered a porridge and cappuccino took over 25 mins it was shocking ! Honestly the slowest mcdonalds I've ever known...the staff do seem nice just no faster gears the manager seems out of his depth running this place and the tickets never work on the order machines ever! And never any milkshakes available if you want a laugh go order something simple and see how long it takes its crazy

I visited with my Grandaughter...what a disaster. There were so many deliveroo and just eat people in there. I wanted to pay in cash so went to the till . I was ignored blatantly until the manager said to one of the employees to serve me. The boy serving me was so rude . I then had to wait 20 minutes for our food. They really need to sort out the waiting to eat in the restaurant and the take away and have separate areas for both. Also perhaps be more amiable to the customers.

Abserloutly ridiculous ordered food . Called out our number and we got the food . Missing burger and wrong drink type. When we asked a member of staff for our missing items the guy just shrugged his shoulder. We asked another lady and she got the missing items . The next thing is their hygiene. One guy was serving food and hugging/touching his friend without no hand sanitation. Its ridiculous. I get the fact that its busy so monitor your staff while you hire more . Deliveries like uber eats etc is a joke . Staff who were doing the deliveries were rude to the drivers and turned around and said to another member of staff that she dosnt like all the attention on her and rudely spoke rudely to the drivers . It's horrendously disgusting. I hope to think things will change now as the staff there are abserloutly rude and ignorant !!!

it took 1hr to get my order and one of the drinks was messed up and none of the drinks were fizzy and no ice terrible. Do not recommend ! Do not go !

This place has gone down hill x we arrived on foot ordered our food sat down then waited and waited x 20 minutes later our food arrived x it turned out not to be our order x took it back to the counter and told it was our order but lacked chips x giver chips x sat down x my son looked in bag x it was not our order x took it back again x given correct food x still no drink x eventually got drink x food was cold x tasteless and just discussing x like cardboard x whist we were waiting we were watching all the food delivery companies picking up large orders x could this be why we waited so long x the drive through getting served x could this be why we had to wait x who knows x I can’t even say it was a one off occurrence x it has happened on other resent visits x I have decided enough is enough and will not be going back x I could have gone to a local pub paid a little bit extra and got a descent burger in the same time x £20 for two of us at McDonald’s x a total rip off for the quality x

Not for the first time, something was missing from our order. We placed an order through uber eats(fab and fast service) for our son's birthday treat but when it arrived his chicken nuggets were missing and my wife's strawberry milkshake was leaking. My wife ended up driving to the restaurant to get his nuggets so by the time she got back, her food was stone cold and she was very pissed off(understandably). This happens a lot at this particular mcdonalds as they are rushing and don't check the order before it's handed over.

Just popped to our local McDonald’s and will say it wasn’t the best. I ordered a grand big mac from the drivethru . The order was taken with speed and that where the speed ended. We sat waiting to pay and then again to collect our food.on receiving our food I pulled over in the retail park to eat my burger as was looking forward to it. Took the first bite and it was just about warm. As much as I wanted to I just couldn’t be bothered to go inside for a replacement as it was busy. We have visited this store before and there not that switched on at the best of times. Just ask any of the locals.

Called in here for breakfast not busy but so slow was the service. Some staff just standing and chatting. While we were eating the majority of orders being taken out to cars were being returned. The staff member was not even checking the receipts. One customer we saw drive off had to come back. By the time we left the queue was so large it looked like a lunchtime. Would not go here again

Food was hot, easy to order and table service was swift. Staff were constantly wiping down tables and cleaning. The staff actually looked happy getting on with making the place presentable. Much better than many McDonalds I have been in. Was a good place to pop into during shopping trip.

Went today 5/5/19 for bfest very busy lots of staff wait ages 4 food very slow going down hill not as good as it has been poor service

Wow fast food this was not. It was 4.30 pm just before the rush (god knows how they cope when it’s busy) we ordered a salad (not difficult) and some chicken selects (again not a difficult order) and by 4.45pm I had to go and ask where my order was because my son stood waiting (when it tells you your order is ready) just wasn’t enough to prompt someone to talk to him. After getting the order wrong twice then handing me cold chicken selects I finally got my order. Hurrah! We ate, it was good enough until I happened to glance at my lid for my salad and it was made at 8am that morning and went out of date at 15.54pm. Almost an hour before I’d ordered. Sort it out McDonald’s! The only person worth their salt was Blanka. I think he was the mgr on duty should be outside emptying the bins. Maybe that’s what he usually does and he was helping out today (or not checking his phone and picking his nose in front of customers).

I have been in here on more than one occasion and it’s been absolutely horrific each time. Food is always cold no matter if you take it back and complain, you’ll still receive a cold meal. Shocking.

Went 2day 3/4/09 very busy under staffed dirty tables burger i had was cold milkshake machine got working again very poor

I work for the nhs on frontline ambulance. Today we visited to get our lunch. We use McDonald's alot as we are on the road alot and breaks are far and few between. Every McDonald's we visit we get nhs discount. Which is a kind gesture from McDonalds U.K.. Today we were told by management this store doesn't do it for any emergency service. Only if your a student at university. Funny thing is we came here 3 days ago and got the discount no problem. Staff even asked to see my I.D. It would be nice to know instead of asking only to be made to look like an idiot by management when themselves gave it 3days ago.

By far, the worst McDonalds around the Bedford/Northampton area.Waited 25mins in the drive through, also the way it forces you through means I couldn’t back out!Very few staff on actually working, 5 staff members have a cigarette outside while only a couple serving is a complete commercial joke.Whoever is in control of the management really needs a couple of training programs to attend, the commercial awareness is of this McDonalds is to an extent so bad it’s laughable. 8:30pm on Saturday evening and the most important part of the senior members of staff is to smoke outside while the Drive-thu is packed?? Also the Burger was cold, badly put together. I need to add nothing else really. ....Oh the coke was ok!

It's McDonald's for goodness sake, expect burgers/fries/drinks and you'll not go wrong. Expect Wagu beef and Chateau Le Tour and you'll be disappointed. In the plus side it's clean and the staff are not as miserable as they are in some fast food joints.

Ordered a double sausage and egg McMuffin meal with 2 hash browns. Tasted fantastic and service was excellent too.

I have been to this restaraunt more frequently lately. Each time I have been there was either no ice.... Or flat fizzy drinks. Not the counter staff fault ... but I imagine fault lies with the manager really.

Largas esperas en el coche-thru, pero no tenía prisa, así que esto no me molestó demasiado.

Me encanta la comida rápida escuchar y allí cuando tengo hambre. Y es una de mis mcdanolds favorito de comida rápida. Me encanta mi Mac Grande, en esta ocasión no fueron totalmente ocupados, pero yo estaba en cola y la gente que iba delante de mí, cuando me dieron mi turno el personal estaban hablando entre sí muy grosero. Mi comida adivina qué puede esperar u buena comida pero el personal desagradable.

Drive Thru personal agradable aunque la comida nunca está lista. Siempre tenemos que esperar en las bahías de estacionamiento para ellos su orden de salida. Te dan el que se derrita batidos por el tiempo que la comida está lista. Restaurante siempre desordenado, basura izquierda en mesas, camareros y cocinar los alimentos sin sombrero/secador de redes. En condiciones poco higiénicas. El servicio es lento. Las largas colas, mientras que el personal está conversando.

No pierda el tiempo revisando un normalmente McDonalds - después de todo, ¿quién se va a parecer más cercana en tripadvisor? Pero éste era tan pésimo sólo tenía que sacar por mi pecho y advierten a los inocentes.

Loved by the whole family. Everyone loves Mcdonalds. Nothing new to say really. Having a few new burgers would be appreciable though. 🙂👌

The guy on the drive through was like some sort of caricature from a little Britain sketch

Es McD's así que, ¿qué se puede esperar tengo que decir que este sitio está bien aunque el personal parecía no tener ni idea. Si vas para el desayuno de la propina es como todos los demás McDonald's es subir en el último minuto, así que recién hecho en vez de tener ya sentado allí por un tiempo.

pensarías que McDonald's tienen servicio de arte? No en esta sucursal he estado varias veces y pedimos cosas sencillas como un Big Mac comida y un sándwich de pollo ... Tienen la orden y recoger establecer ... El recoger parte parece desorganizado independientemente de cuando vayas! Aparte de eso, todo bien. El personal es amable.

There are 5 people in our Thursday morning Breakfast Club, with the breakfast of choice being the Mcdonalds breakfast.2 of the 5 people drive past the aforementioned restaurant every morning on the way to work, so it makes sense for them to pick up the breakfast on their way in.Over the past few weeks this restaurant has managed to get every order wrong, unfortunately we haven't noticed until we have got to work.A few weeks ago we ordered 5 double sausage and egg mcmuffin meals, we paid for 5, the receipt stated 5, but they only put 4 in the bag, which meant a return trip to Mcdonalds, where one of the staff said that she thought it was a bit odd us asking for 5 but them only delivering 4......A week later, same order except this time 3 extra hash browns were ordered, got to work, no extra hash browns, despite being asked to wait in the waiting zone so that they could make the extra hash browns.A week later 2 of the hash browns were missing, obviously they cannot count to 8.And this week, the order was 4 double sausage and egg mcmuffin meals, three extra hash browns, and a sausage and pancake meal. Got work, the double sausage and egg turned out to be bacon, so another trip back to Mcdonalds to get them changed, got back to work, only find that the sausage and pancake meal did not have the syrup - the item that makes the meal so nice, was missing, so yet another trip back to Mcdonalds and it is 4.3 miles each way to this Mcdonalds restaurant......My advice is always check your order, even to the extent of opening the individual wrapping to ensure you get what you wanted.

Plastic burger, cardboard bread tasteless not a lot more to say except why do i keep going to these places

This place has the new in store electronic ordering system, which is great. What isn't great is that the Drive Thru takes priority all the time meaning long waits for eating in. We visited on the 30/9 for breakfast. There was a problem with hash browns which appeared to be in short supply. OK, these things happen, but what isn't acceptable is that orders that were after ours were fulfilled first. The wait was around 15 minutes. This isn't good enough, the old system was much quicker!

It's McDonalds you know exactly what your going to get, tasty, fresh, hot (most of the time). Burger and fries from McDonald's what else can I say it's good honest cheap food.

Okay it is a Mcdonalds but the food is not that good, I have been there early and wanted the hash browns, they were cold and felt they had been sitting there a while so not fresh, I am not a lover of Mcdonalds but they are open early on your way to work.

about it really, drive thru service was okay but the area isn't that great at night. Food was decent though, drinks not great as usual.

Now I know this is only a McDonalds but having worked for them myself(not at this restaurant) I know what high standards can be achieved!The service is fast but the cooking time is very slow. They never seem to realize that when you offer breakfast at 5am someone will want it as 5am not 5:15am!Taking aside the fact that they don't prepare for the shift very well the quality is shocking during the day too. The main foods are normally messy and custom "grill" orders are normally wrong.If there was another one near by I would go to them.

all new revamped restaurant, pity the food still the same, hit and miss with staff, some are so polite, others just plain ignorant, macci's ought to revamp the staff training a little along with the place.......
