Absolutely awful service and very long waiting times. Drive Thru staff blaming the kitchen. Poor quality food. Bun was cold and burnt.

Spent £46 and was short 0v 9 nuggets larg fries cheese sticks verry disapointed will never go ther again kids was disapointed as if 46 pound was cheep

Staff are poor Split coffee when putting on tray no apology Had to ask then to replace food as it split on to it Also flat white coffee came as only half a cup Again no apology Second visit in a week similar experience previously waiting for for food and coffee not right They obviously don’t care and don’t understand customer the principles that Mcds are always advertising

Lovely people, the manager Tom, quickly dealt with a loud and obnoxious delivery driver ruining my meal. Overall amazing service and food.

A driver wanted to collect some food however a member of staff (Tom) was being disrespectful and rude to him. Horrible experience.

Absolutely dreadful. The worst McDonald’s I have ever been to. Freezing cold inside, colder than it is outside and that’s saying something given it’s minus degrees atm. Toilets out of order, no Diet Coke. Food went cold immediately due to fridge temperatures inside. Ketchup tasted like BBQ. Guessing they mixed up the dispensers. Only saving grace was the workers friendly smiles. Also - one chicken select came as a chicken pancake. I feel for the people of West Brom.

Absolutely the worst Mc Donald’s in the world ! They never ever get it right ! Always something missing from the bag and the wait is long, Stay away it’s rubbish.

Poor as usual. Used drive through to pickup breakfast for family. Given coffees and told to wait on car park. Waited 9 mins while coffee went cold. Ordered pancakes and syrup x2, got food home - no syrup, no knives & forks and cold coffee!

We have just ordered McDonald's at Great Bridge for kids' birthday party, and more than half of the menu is missing. There were no burgers , chicken nuggets, and some fries, and chips were all missing. When contacted McDonald's, they said that there is nothing they can do to contact just eat. Just eat in turn only suggested online complaints that they can only review within 48 hours. We did not want to cook and wanted to make the kids happy. Unfortunately, this horrible service spoilt it all for us. We'll that will serve as a valuable lesson to never order with just eat or online McDonald's ever again.

It was one of the worst Mcdonald - really bad experience I travelled especially to that store because they said they offer token & NHS discount When I got there no NHS or Token discount Then the manager says Mcdonald's franchise didn't see the NHS as a vital emergency service Also, food items were served slowly and some food items were missing - therefore food tasted bad and cold.

Got to be one of the worst Mcdonalds going. Employ the thickest of people, never get the order right when ever you go and i have been using this place for years, must cost this company a fortune through incompetent staff. Think its time to start employing staff with some common sense even though its extremely rare these days. My daughter is brighter than this lot put together yet cannot get a part time job anywhere. I suppose companys only want to employ idiots these days.

Ordered on just eat my food turned up stone cold milkshakes was like water,cheese hadn't even melted on on my burger chips was soggy wouldn't even give my dog that food , I used to work in McDonald's myself so I know what they do accept the delivery before the driver gets there......DISGUSTING

So on Saturday 16th I ordered a takeaway as a treat 4 myself and my partner and 2 little boys, and 2 say we were disappointed was a major understatement. Yes the food came on time, and we got what we ordered. But it was cold or luke warm at best, tasteless an like eating cardboard and to top it off me and my partner were both ill afterwards, myself in particular spending a lot of time in bathroom afterwards. I can't believe that food was fresh or cooked recently as it was rubbery, and just not nice. Massive disappointment and would recommend a complete overhaul of staff or procedure on the service in general. I have eaten at a lot of McDonald's all over place and this is by far and away the worst one ever. Such a shame, it will be a long time before I eat from here again, if I ever do.

I work in care and on route to an activity my service users wanted a McDonald's we stopped off at this site and we were informed that we could not order separately. My service have their own finances and due to covid could not enter the site. The woman whom takes the orders was very abrupt and just walked off to get the supposed manager. When they reappeared the assumed manager said it was a franchise that only one order oer car was allowed. I explained that I had 2 service users and they each had their own money. She simply told me sorry nothing we can do. I thanked her for accommodating us and she shouted "see ya" as we drove off. This caused upset and distress to my service users. Utterly disgusting behaviour from this service. Will not be returning

visited mcdonalds great bridge for breakfast and it was the worst experience i have had 1st couldnt have table service so had to wait for our meal i stood therd 20 minutes there were workmen there who had to ask for their order because they had got to go to work everyone seemed to be doing drive through and ubber orders after a long wait we finally got our order one of the items was sausage and pancake meal we had to go back to the counter to get knife and fork then we had to go back again because they also forgot the sauce when we drank our coffee it was cold because they had made it when i ordered so 20 minutes later it was cold staff seemed to be doing more talking than working VERY VERY POOR MANAGEMENT will be going to oldbury one in future very efficient pleasant staff and much clearner

Just went through drive-thru. Got asked to wait in bay and did so, FOR OVER 20 MINUTES. I heard staff arguing as I grow increasingly-impatient. The entire drive-thru clears, as well as the KFC opposite which had a longer queue, so I get out of my car to speak to staff at the counter. Upon their clueless bickering, they tell me that they got the order wrong. I get back to my car and someone finally gives me my food, after half hour of waiting. In a huff, I get home to find that they have still given me the wrong food. I know that Chicken Nugget meal and McChicken Sandwich meal have a common word but come on. Not that hard to differentiate between, is it? I now have an angry partner, unable to eat her meal due to biological intolerance to mayonnaise, and myself who is wound up for the long wait. 'Great Bridge Maccies' certainly lost a few customers today, and I'll be sure to inform others of your sheer incompetence too.

After a late night finish called in here (around 11.30pm) and couldn't see the menu as it was an ever changing projected screen at the back of the counter. Mcdonalds assume all customers are repeat clients and know what to order. In the end, waiting...

Very slow service inside and through the drive through also. Staff tdont seem to know what the others are doing and seem to also priortise online orders before walk ins. Avoid if you want fast food.

Nothing really special to say but a busy restaurant. The bins were not quickly emptied and I'm not too sure about the new ordering system

This is the best McDonald's in the area by far. Table service good, hot fresh food. Happy staff. Very good all round

We took our mom here after a bit of shopping normally thers a load of chavvy kids hanging about but not this time food came very quickly and was ok

We went to the drive through,you are always kept waiting here, the staff are not very friendly,fake could be used to describe them,the foods mainly cold and you don't get full portion sizes overall disappointing to say the least.
