Mcdonald's Restaurant in Bath and North East Somerset

delivery for myself and two children that are diverse when ordered it said it will take between 15 minutes to half an hour to get here in the end. We waited over an hour and 50 minutes for the delivery to get here for it to be wrong. We phoned Uber eat and they weren’t very helpful said well you know independence they can council it in order and I said well can I make an official complaint and said oh sorry we can’t do that so I’ve tried to contact McDonald’s as the whole complete order was wrong to what we originally ordered so not only do we have cold food we have the wrong order and I can’t seem to get through to anybody to make an official complaint. Plus, their feedback form isn’t working on the website either

Staff were rude and would not communicate. Did not care in the slightest. Food was cold and crap. Absolute waste of money. Will never come back - absolutely arrogant and rude.

We hit them with a group of over fifty yesterday evening (a dozen adults and 41 ravenous Beavers). Ok, so McDonalds food is hardly cordon bleu but the way the staff coped with such a large order was frankly pretty impressive and we got what we ordered pretty quickly. So 10/10 for the staff at the Theale franchise.

Been to this McDonald’s a few times now and this will be my last time going! The standard is so poor, I ordered a wrap and it had nothing inside but one bit of chicken. The service was poor and I had to ask them 4 times where my order was, I was waiting 40 minutes!

Ordered 2 hamburger, medium fries and a coke. After 45 minutes and requesting where it was after 25 minutes I gave up. Grossly managed. Food was piling up waiting to be sorted. The food orders on screen were a mess and in no order. One poor bloke trying his hardest and if he turns up fir his next shift its because he needs to.

Ordered various for delivery including a double sausage and egg mcmuffin no cheese got the above with no egg and with cheese ring up and they offer a replacement but have to collect it no delivery even though it's there fault didn't bother binned it won't go again and the chat bot says ring uber who again aren't good but this time it'd not there fault done with macdonalds

This is my local McDonald’s. I will never return! Every time I use the drive through I’m told to park up and that someone will bring my food out when it’s ready! It then takes them 20 mins to bring out stone cold food! So is it getting made and then left on the side ??? They do this to every car as every Time I go to this MCdonalds there are also at least 5 cars waiting for cold food. So AvoidUnless you like a long wait and stone cold food, made by rude staff.

The Service is very slow and food arrives cold. The customer service experience is poor. Also lots of unavailable items.

From first ordering not knowing what my Order number was and console not issuing a receipt to the Quarter pounder being cold along with my side of fries. The latte coffee was cold and returned it and received a replacement which was a little hotter. This has happened too many times of late where quality is being sacrificed. Deliveries to online customers are seemingly being given priority over and above customers that use your Restaurants. Tonight has been a waste of £14.79!!

Having spent nearly £20 on two meals and a porridge. I was disgusted to be charged a further £1 when asking for an extra jam and butter! A complete cheek when they never give you dips when you visit the drive thru!!

Missing food in bag again… everyone check ur order's b4 driving off… I normally do but I had driven 3hrs as been away & I just wanted to get home but only ordered a chicken select meal & Big Mac meal with double cheese burger… how simple is this order & they left the Big Mac out of the bag n drive home which is 10miles away & got home n not I. Needed to get to an evening meeting with my son and had half an hour to squeeze his dinner in and thought McDonalds was an option. Went through the drive through as didn't have much time - the quickest part (as always) was paying!! I only ordered one meal and a coke so thought it would be job done once I had paid allowing me a few minutes to weave myself out of the annoying car park, I was so wrong. The lady at the order delivery window gave me the coke and told me to wait in the car park, I questioned this, seeing as we had such a small order but was told to wait in any parking bay - such a simple suggestion when there are spaces, however it would appear that they told everyone going through the drive through to do the same thing and it was rammed. There were cars stranded everywhere, tempers were short and two McDonalds staff going backwards and forwards with trays of food to various cars. My son took a sip from his drink to find that the gas had clearly gone in the post mix machine and he was drinking pure syrup. I eventually managed to pull into a space and waited twenty more minutes before the order arrived, the guy who delivered it looked like he had totally had enough and who can blame him. Somebody needs to get in there and manage it properly, it's a shambles. Will be avoiding this branch at all costs as we seem to always hit a snagging problem whenever we visit.

Staff gave me the wrong order. Eventually got my correct order although they forgot to put in the sweet chilli sauces for my chicken selects. I have got into the habit of having to check my food order whenever I visit this branch as the staff ALWAYS deliver wrong- they are all so incompetent it seems and it's got frustrating now. Never have this issue with any other branch but we know to avoid the calcot branch if possible as throughout my entire life (I'm aged 24) we have always had issues with orders. Think they need to train staff better or check the orders before sending them out.

As a half term treat I took my children to McDonald’s they didn’t want to sit in so we went through the drive thru, it was a little busy & took 10 minutes to get serve, once I got to the collection point I was told to park up, I didn’t realise there were already at least 7 cars already parked all around the very small car park, after 15/20 minutes our order came out & it was missing one of the children’s meals, I explained I was missing a meal to which the guy went back in to find it, he then came out with someone else’s order & continued to take food to other waiting customers. At this point I had to get myself & my young children out of the car & ask him where my second happy meal was meanwhile the other meal is waiting in the car getting cold, he goes in & finally after another 5/10 minutes brought out my order. To say it was shocking is an understatement. I did apologies to him as I knew it wasn’t his fault but the last few times we’ve visited this restaurant it’s been a long wait, bad customer service & cold food. I would avoid it’s not worth your money.

Rubbish. Ordered 2 meals via the drive through, one of the burgers was colder than Pluto’s 5th moon the other burger should be named as part of the Houdini meal as it must have made its escape before the bag was passed over. The large meal should be renamed as the underwhelming sized meal as I’m sure the 11 anaemic chips staring back at me from the oversized box they were shivering in wouldn’t have have filled the belly of a starved hamster. I would go into detail about the milkshake I wanted to order but everyone knows the machine never works so my bad on thinking that was even an option and shouldn’t have wasted my breath on trying to order it. 6 spicy chicken nuggets were the highlight of this anticlimactic journey of satisfying my hunger.. I was never the best academically but counting to 6 surely must be easy? Clearly not as I only had 5. Overall I should have known better than to have gone here, i felt like a bigger clown than the general of this establishment Ronald McDonald himself. I probably should have checked the bag before leaving but I was desperate to get back to watch house of dragons and see if daemon the dirty perverted uncle was going to sleep with his niece despite his brother the king warning him off. I had to give a rating of 1/5 but if possible it would be a 0/10. McSHAMBLES

Absolutely shocking, made one delivery couple of days earlier no 20 nuggets but got dips,second picked up no cheese mozzarella share box. Do they not actually look or check order beforehand giving and just wing it !!! Plus whats gets me gave me 3 dips for mozzarella box !!!! Couldn't care less even when I rang gave a discount code which didn't work.

Me and my boyfriend came for lunch and went through the drive-thru. The person taking our orders was clearly in a bad mood and gave little to 0 customer service:( It would be nice to talk to someone a little happier on a Sunday morning!

This is prime example of how not to manage a restaurant not to mention the few times drinks have been spilt through or down the car

It took 45-50 minutes to get food in the drive thru. When we eventually got our food it was cold. Only gave 1 star because there isn’t an option of zero.

Mi hijo y yo visitamos un McD's en Reading un sábado por la tarde a eso de las 13:30 horas y estaban excepcionalmente ocupados con una larga cola. Sin embargo, utilizamos el sistema de pedidos electrónicos, encontramos nuestro asiento y comimos. En general, cumplió con nuestras expectativas y una cosa muy positiva fue que el personal parecía estar manejando bien. NO usé Drive Thru, que parece atraer comentarios negativos. Asi que. si quieres un McD's, esta ubicación es tan buena como cualquiera, y el personal es excepcional.

I’ve been here loads of times it’s my local mc DS . But lately the staff have gotten so bad. when you go through the drive thru they don’t even listen any moreo. I order meals they always forget stuff and get things wrong. Last time was the last straw I ordered 4 quarter pounder meals with just cheese and a apple pie was told to park up and down wait 15 mins later (thought this was fast food) they come out without the apple pie. so I wait another 5 mins for her to get one. I drive off and get home ( I don’t let the kids eat in the car) restaurant also to busy to eat in.. any I get Home all the burgers are normal? Why did they take 15 mins if they were standard quarter pounders. I then took all the food back to get my money back and the manager refused at first saying he would cook fresh. Still no apology. I didn’t want to wait another 15 mins for them to them get the order wrong again. so I insisted on getting my money which I did get after a few mins . Ended up with pizza which kids prefer anyway.

1 minute off motorway drive through very handy you get what you pay for with mc donalds it is what it is never had a bad exprience here exept with the filet of fish my grand daugter was very sick but this has also been the case at other mc donalds so we steer clear of the fish my guess is that the products are left to defrost on delivery sorry i dont like criticise they need to up there game

As always reliable and the same everywhere. Quick and close to the motorway makes it quicker than the services but watch your for queues at peak times.

We waited over 20 minutes for one item to be delivered, and by that time the ice cream had melted and the rest of our food was soggy.The deputy manager actually looked afronted when I asked for fresh substitutes for the rest of the food as "it was kept warm" for us, which isn't good enough after a 20 minute wait.Then, when he was getting the fresh food, he sneezed, wiped it along his trousers and carried on. I was genuinely horrified that a) he sneezed around all of that food and b) he didn't wash his hand immediately.Absolutely disgusting.

It's a Mcdonald's - you get exactly what you expect. The service is 'meh' at best, the food is the same as everywhere else, as is the value. Advantages - open early till late, clean toilets.

McDonalds they rely on being the same world round. It delivers as expected. Twin drive throughs but single pay/pick-up windows.

Generally seem to be pretty quick compared to others in the centre. Try to avoid on Sunday afternoons or peak afternoon as traffic around there can be a nightmare
