At mcdonalds weekey now (30th August) dirty dirty dirty. Dirty tables dirty floor and inside bins over flowing. No cleaners on today and no staff interested in cleaning, three managers and all are oblivious.

Just got a McDonald’s from weeley,got order home,and they have left out a Big Mac,well done,I’ll go with out,I’m not driving back from frinton,what a joke

poor service ,swerve it unless your desperate ,or try it if your into self harm ! cold food no ice cream long wait poor staff personal hygiene ,unhygienic surfaces needs investigating

Worst Mcdonalds ever. My crispy wrap was soggy.. got home my medium drink was half filled. If youre gonna put prices up- be better. What a load of crapp

We went to get frappe’s and milkshakes and they we all down for cleaning and it was rlly busy y not clean when it’s shut or not so busy like and night ? It’s a joke Once my dad went to get some lunch on the way back from work and there was no burgers like come on all it is is mainly burgers it’s so stupid And all the workers are rude or have no empathy !

The food was food from McDonald’s…. Getting the food a different story. Their machine cocks up and it’s my fault. Then I must have lied. I actually had to open my personal bank account to this person calling me out to be a liar. The person being short with me losing their patience because they are clearly not trained properly at the store. Or if they are it’s unique training to other stores I go to more regular!!! Management buck stops at you and your fudging a store today get her with substantially lacking work force. The food was fine. Even thought it took near 30 minute to come And not once did anyone go to the machine that went wrong.

Went to this McDonalds in the 3rd May at 7.30pm and was very disappointed with the state of the restaurant. You always know when the normal cleaning staff is not working due to the state of the restaurant. I found that all the tables we tried to sit at were dirty and not been wiped down, there were dirty trays on tables where people had not cleaned there rubbish, there was rubbish on the floors and bins outside and inside were overflowing. If I was the senior member of management I would now be questioning the duty manager of that evening of their standards and if there one self respect for the restuarant.

Prices just creep up and up - well I think they are about to kill the goose that laid that golden egg for them. I look forward guiltily to some junk food and a cup of coffee on my way to work each morning - but this is going to stop, the pricing policy is not good. Although the coffee is excellent - so I'll just do without the food............

Worse tasting breakfast ever . Cold, bland and egg shell found in mc muffin. No serviettes, no sugar, no stirrers . All take away. £15 odd quid for 3 breakfast meals, Should have gone to Greggs . Give it a miss , and go to Greggs !!!!!. This particular McDonald's has never given me a correct order once .

Ordered two double quarter pounder meals, wasn’t busy and took 20 minutes. finally received meals to find them seriously greasy, burger boxes basically soaked through. L chips weren’t filled correctly, and milkshakes very watery.

I’ll pull up to the drive-through and I ordered scran for me and the family. Get served drinks and mcflurries and told to wait in the bay of doom ( some say that people get sent to the bay of doom to wait for there food and are never seen again) well luckily I was unfortunately I was greeted my a member of staff who assured me that my £30 worth of scran was somehow packed into a small bag that you couldn’t have even fit a hamster and a tube of rolos in. Tried to say it was my food so fair play someone out there got a good bit of extra scran which will be the only positive experience someone has had here recently. Well anyway manager came over and said the food was on the counter still, received it cold and soggy and by now my mcflurries had melted down so much that they could be stirred with no resistance. . Shame really takes the mic calling it fast food when just the walk the manager took to get my misplaced scran took over 5 mins.

Visit this place and everyone buy is short o the portion Med fries not filled correctly Coke not filled correctly The mc flurries wow so under filled When ypu complain all ypu get is its filled correctly. It never is They clearly do this to save money and give ypu short portions . This is clearly needs looking at McDonald's this outlet is letting you down giving you a bad name Your better going down road towards Clacton. And you get a full portion of what you order

popped in for a quick lunch, lovely coffee, but had a happy meal, Chips were hot, but the burger was stone cold! not much time left to collect our car, so did not complain, but will not go back.

Came here for breakfast whilst in the area. The food was nice, we sat inside and the tables and chairs were clean, no complaints here

after a long journey , it was a welcome Burger Meal an coffee, that did the trick, drive through was quick on our visit , but will it be the same when its a busy time .could be quicker to order inside .

Would normally visit the Clacton branch but the queue was especially long. Drove to Weeley and did drive through. Not only did I have to park up and wait for apple pies but they didn't include my cheese and herb bites and only realised once I got home. Yes I'm sure they would say I should have checked but as I had to wait I would have expected it all to be there. Paid for but not received. Not impressed. Next time I will happily queue at Clacton.

Dependable McDonalds. You already know what they sell, food is always good and the staff are pleasant.

this is the worst mc donalds we have gone to it was absolutely awful we had sausage and egg mc muffins, the muffins were burned, the sausage had been scraped off griddle so it was extra thin as paper, egg was like rubber. has browns were stone cold, latte was awful. the only nice part was the oriental cleaner lady who was very polite, unlike the other 4 young kids busy talking amongst themselves who were in no rush to serve the food before it was left getting cold, the worst ever !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Wanted quick snack on way to visit family, went to lady behind counter who told us we could use the ordering consoles said didn't want to use it told me it was all in pictures so couldn't go wrong , obviously wants to be replaced by a machine , when food did arrive was cold so couldnt have been freshly cooked along with my coffee , at this point gave up and put it straight in bin and left ,never again

Often pass here late at night but last time it was even slower than usual and I was greeted by the most disinterested girl imaginable!!My burger was cold and my latte tasted more like Bovril! Oh well, it’s only a McDonalds I guess and I don’t know why I’m even wasting my time leaving a review!!

I went to McDonald’s today with my dad he didn’t get shanked #noshank the drive through was very packed so we had to get out the cer and go in their was no line which was very good we ordered our food and the number on the screen disspared after 20 mins of waiting we asked a staff member and she aired us and then we asked agian and they found it and as we said ‘oh that was a long wait ‘ the rude ignorant staff member replied in a very aggressive term ‘ we were waiting on the fries to cook ‘ also we don’t know her name but unserprizeingly she had no stars #shouldthinkaboutwhoyouemploy my chicken mayo was nice but my coke was bad because of the straw and also for my dad he said the meal was good so good food just work up your rude staff thank u :)

Worst McDonald’s ever!I wouldn’t normally bother to review a McDonald’s but I have to say what rude staff here. The young members of staff were great but the two older women behind the counter! You could definitely take some tips and advice on customer service from your teenage colleagues .

Called in to this McDonalds for a coffee. It took ages to order using the screens and took even longer to get the coffee and apple pie. Quite a few people who came in after us got their large food orders before us. After chasing our order it finally came and both the coffees and the apple pies were lukewarm. Have called in to another McDonalds previously for a quick coffee and left without one as it took too long to order. Won't bother going again - I prefer to be able to speak to a real person.

I won't waste time with the whole sorry tale but, why spend all that money advertising your coffee when you serve cold dishwater. Address this. From all the other reviews anyone can see you have not taken on board the very real concerns and are just going for numbers but eventually even the masses will "cop on ". Shame on you Macdonlds.

12 minutes from ordering using the terminal to getting food . Only ordered one breakfast. When it finally arrived was wrong so took it back, staff couldn’t care less. Finally got right order, started eating and found everything cold! Don’t expect much from a McDonald’s, but this branch reaches new depth of dreadfulness!

Order arrived quickly but was well below the usual McDonald's standards experienced by us in other restaurants! Meals were delivered with around 20 cold chips to share between us,asked for fresh which were ready in like 20 secs so probably not fresh? These were still horrible and more like a box of bits rather than actual fries!? The Chicken in my wife's wrap was chewy and dry and the kids nuggets the same. Best thing about the whole meal was the drink!! Very disappointed that I wasted £20 on such a terrible eating experience.

Called in to get a takeaway. Had to wait 20 minutes to collect our food. When we got the order home, items were missing and the chips were inedible.

Came here on Monday I'm not usually a lover of McDonald's but husband is, the lad who served me could not have been more friendly and helpful, a credit to the staff, food was nice, chips were piping hot which is a rare thing in most branches, if you love McDonald's this is the best one I have been too, bit of a wait but prefer to wait than have luke warm food, I hope my server gets recognition, couldn't have met a nicer more helpful person

I always pop In here when I am having my car washed . Friendly helpful staff. It’s clean and the food is ok.

To anybody using the drive through or ordering takeaway food always check your order before leaving.

The place is 5 star for sure. Situated in a stunning building, the decor is fantastic and so elegant. Certainly be great for a special night.

Befor you leave, especially the drive through. Always check your food, as unfortunately the staff can forget items. Some of the staff are quite young so still developing people skills..

Went in today to sample the delights of the new Grand Big Mac Special as it was the first day of this 50th anniversary new special Sold out. This is the fourth time in the last month that they have sold out of the special by 7:00 p.m., even though this is supposed to be a 24 hour restaurant. The last three attempts were to try their Big Tasty.

The worst latte coffee in McDonald's Essex . So so hot. How do they get it that hot . Burnt the skin on my inner lip and tounge . Took 15 mins before I was cooler enough to drink

My breakfast wrap had slid to the bottom of wrap and was dripping in oil,the toilet blower wasn't working a roll of hand towel was put on top of it so every person washing there hands was picking up the same roll of towel definitely not hygienic ! The main toilet door had a broken hinge this was the worst McDonald's toilets I have visited for things broken,our table wasn't wiped down and we had a job to park the only good thing was coffee and tea ,this place needs to up its standards a.s.a.p

On our way home from the seaside, the kids wanted ice cream and we spotted McDonalds. We went though the drive through, it wasn't bad and it did not take too long, To avoid getting stuck behind someone with a big order, it maybe easier just to walk in. At 99p each, it was good value and it finished the day nicely.

Este Mcdonalds es 10 veces mejor que la sucursal centro clacton, visito el coche por aquí dos veces a la semana por la mañana para una comida o un café en mcmuffin mi camino fuera de la ciudad, el personal es muy amable y el lugar es mucho mejor gestionado que la mayoría de Mcdonalds. Nunca olvidarse de todo en un orden y en coche a través es muy eficiente, no hay casi en cualquier tiempo de espera. Normalmente hay la misma señora que trabajaba por las mañanas en el coche a través de una ventana cuando visite que colección es tan amable y educado.

A pesar de las estrellas, nos visita a menudo este mcdonalds. Por el mero hecho de su ubicación. Yo diría que el 80% de nuestras visitas, algo que ha sido mal o olvidado de nuestra orden, y su siempre el tiempo se me olvido, y estamos en nuestro camino hacia un 133 por el tiempo que nos damos cuenta.

Llamado para un bocado ligero aproximadamente 9:00, conduzca a través de estaba ocupado, restaurante sobre la mitad. . Comimos, mesas estaban limpias, así como el restaurante en sí, fue atendida rápidamente, la comida estaba caliente y bien pero, por desgracia, la señorita que me atendió me dio la orden equivocada y sólo había dos de nosotros! Esta es la primera vez por un tiempo que hemos comimos aquí pero no tengo prisa en regresar.

No te dejes engañar por la 1, Colchester Road, dirección, este es el tan temido "Weeley Rotonda "McDonalds" y en mi opinión, siempre es lento. Normalmente tienen que limpiar su propia mesa, no molesta y pilas en las mesas. Tome limpieza de la mano de usted para la mesa, porque apenas han sido tocados por la tela que utilizan en cada mesa sin un cambio en mi opinión. He visitado este restaurante varias veces, en el verano y el invierno, mientras que el invierno es normalmente está bien, el verano es una pesadilla. Clacton on Sea está a sólo 10 kilómetros por la carretera, y el McDonalds hay mucho superior, día o noche, invierno o verano. En realidad, las tripulaciones de esa sonrisa. El único comentario que se puede hacer sobre este McD es puaj! Lo que no estaba fría, fue quemada. El personal no interesado. Muy decepcionado

Having finished work at 1am my husband and I decided to pop here for a quick cheap and cheerful dinner. Rookie error. There were 4 people in the queue and the server looked flustered. We tried the drive through, got told it would be 10 mins as is closed for a bit, luckily we didn't wait as by time we went in, eventually served and getting our food it still wasn't open a good 40 mins later. I'd check their health and hygiene certificate as their kitchen floor is disgusting so much so that the dirt is ground into the tiled cracks. Dread to think what the kitchen is like for the parts we cannot see.

This is the second time I have been through their drive through and the second time they got the order wrong. This time the missing food, a portion of chips was charged for. One curry sauce was also missing.Will I return; only if I check the food as been supplied before leaving. This will cause the queue to be held up.On percentages, if they get my order wrong 100%, how many other people are getting wrong orders?

Typical McDonalds serving typical McDonalds food. Nothing special, but the staff were polite and the 'restaurant' was clean.

On the edge of Clacton before you get to the Town. Near the outside shopping centres and retail parks.Ok could be better.

Twice now I've stopped here on my way to meetings in Clacton. The car park was crowded and I parked next door at the filling station. So too had many others. But my needs were simple. A wee, a decent coffee and something chocolatey -- oh and wifi that my iPad will log in to without me having to think. Despite being crowded, they delivered on all fronts both times. I had 15 mins to prepare for my meeting and re-fuel. Convenient; quick; decent coffee & no fuss.

Crowded food was terrible, maybe was the day , but for me was no where like Hong Kong or New Zealand

Had occassion to call into this 24hr McDonalds very late one night as it was the only place open at that time when returning from a trip abroad.It was dirty, the tables were'nt cleaned, the service was very slow and the actual food was dreadful. There were lots of kids just hanging around outside revving car engines and smoking.Would not recommend going to this place ever!!

I'm not sure if it's the same in every McDonalds - personally I cannot stand their food, but I love their milkshakes......We went on a long journey during the week, where we had to leave quite early....as a treat, we offered our Teenagers a Milkshake for the journey........ is there a reason why McDonalds do not offer milkshakes at 9am?? Some people do eat McDonalds rubbish for breakfast, and they will be very happy with that rubbish, but others would be happy with just an ice cold milkshake....They sell iced Frappe's and Smoothies at that time of the morning, but unfortunately we left with 5 very sad people day dreaming about their favourite shake flavour!!Please McDonalds, start serving Milkshakes in the morning....

I am not sure what makes people go in here, it is on the main corner of Clacton town centre. . If you get past the tracksuited weirdos sitting on the benches outside waiting for their next giro to arrive, you will then enter a room full of fat obese teenage mothers screaming at their little Britneys and Shaznees, while quaffing your amount of mcdonalds in between breakfast brunch and getting back home to the sofa for the catch-up soaps. . . it is hard to write a review for mcds food, as its the same all over the globe, but obviously the experience isn't. . avoid at all costs. .

The restaurant in town is awful. Staff really don't want to be there and are so slow. Place is grubby and grimy, will never eat in here again in case I catch something! Keep clearThe drive thru is a bit better if eating in, however every time I've been thru the drive thru I have had complete meals missing off my order, wrong drinks, it's never they gave me an extra burger! And by the time I've driven to the office it's too late to change it, several times I have rung up and kicked off, the manager just says I can have a free breakfast, bit late for that now once I'm in office and someone has to go without again! Come on McDonald's it's not rocket science! You even have the order listed on ur little screens!

The food was luke warm, the queue in the drive through went on for ever, the food might be fast, but the service was very slow and the food was poor quality. Even worse than the usual low standard of McDonalds. I think you need to be really hungry to stop at this one.
