Mcdonald's Restaurants in Lincoln

We ordered our meal through uber eats and when it arrived once again something was missing in a sealed bag (not ubers fault at all), but they get to pick up the tab non the less. The times that this has happened to us.

I waisted 23 minutes for a breakfast muffin and milk this was ridiculous, all the other times I’ve been here it’s been good not this time pls improve wait times

This was a very good experience, I went with 2 friends and there were very impressied how the food was to them it was delicious . I thought it was good

Service shocking. Food cold when got home which is less than half a mile away. McCrispy was McSoggy. Milkshake just tasted like sugar and was not fit to drink. Chips were cold and soggy. When I complained in the restaurant having been for a drive through takeaway (and been parked up for 15 minutes) all the manger did was say one of the items I ordered takes longer to cook than other items. No excuse was tenable. Definitely would not recommend or use this particular McDonalds again. If I could give a minus star rating this McDonalds would get it.

Terrible service, rude, over a 50 minute wait for our food and all the food was cold. Avoid this franchise at all costs, never coming back.

Visited for a drive through McFlurry, car in front of me had stopped in the way after the 3rd window. I beeped my horn as the car wasn’t moving. The lady working on the 3rd window aggressively knocked on my car whilst another old woman came out and started gesturing at me to drive around the car in front. I can only assume they told the car to pull forward (and stay in the way) as it was raining and the old woman didn’t want to walk across the car park to the waiting bays (which were empty). I beeped to alert the car in front of my presence and was confused as to why it had stopped. I chose not to go around that car as the left hand lane is for cars coming around the drive through and to use the car park. There is no point in the waiting bays if they are not going to be used and the fact I was expected to pull out and drive around the car in front risked causing an accident with a bend just before and a zebra crossing just after. The old woman then proceeded to wave her arms around as if I was in the wrong (I cannot read minds). Her attitude drunk. Will not be using that McDonalds again.

Ten minutes to wait is acceptable... but not to wait for six or seven Just Eat orders to be processed... food was hot so no major gripes on that!

Nice breakfast can't beat a McDonald's when on the road always fresh always open and generally very friendly

Ordered on the app, delivered 45 minutes after the order everything stone cold and soggy, went on mcdonald's app and refer to uber eats, which not in the slightest bit interested no apologies and said was delivered within time.

Ordered a chicken select meal..new before it came it would proberbly be missing something. And it was bot dips...3rd time now ..once was at the drive thru. Luckily went round again..gone way down hill too much tomatoe sauce on burgers...staff that look like they can't be arsed..not all..mainly at night

Got Big Tasty, but definitely not. Burger dry and tasteless. Regularly meals are cold, so stopped going to all McDonalds. Even the breakfast Mc Muffins are that small that we don't bother with them now. Tend to do our own burgers at least they are fresh not like eating an old piece of cardboard. I think most of them can't deal with all the deliveries so turn out the food too quickly and at a reduced quality.

Took over 15mins to get to order on drive through then another 5 mins to pay. Add to that being told to park up for a few minutes. All in all took 50 mins to get 2 sweet chilli wraps and one chicken meal. Not amused at all and will not go back there and advise anyone not to either. Oh and the meal was cold - had to microwave to get it warm again

Went into McDonald’s near sainsbury’s tritton road it was packed out with delieroo-urban eat delivery people.. it was also busy with general restaurant people waiting for there orders it took nearly an hour to get my food it was cold so returned for replacement should not have to do that but I wasn’t the only 1.. it was awful people was having refunds as well as had been waiting far to long they seem to put delieroo and urban first they don’t seem to be bothered about us in the restaurant trying to get our orders.. staff seem stressed they can’t keep up with the demand they should have separate staff dealing with the delivery people as we was there well before they started with them.. 😡

we waited an hour and a half for our food after chasing it 5 times. they told us ‘they couldn’t help and didn’t know where it is’ waiters were passive aggressive and impolite. i don’t recommend visiting this branch.

Every visit there is always something that isn’t available! Management need to get on top of stock ordering, especially as this is a very busy branch. Milkshakes and chicken legends are the most common out of stock items! Also, company wide, put the grand Big Mac back on the menu as a permanent fixture as this was the best burger you have ever done next to the big tasty! Just eat orders are also a waste of time as every time an order is placed they fail to deliver the whole order!

Turned up here again after vowing never to come back again after our drive thro lane was ignored whilst the other lane saw 3 cars being served. Turned up to be told no ice cream. Ordered 2 happy meals chicken nuggets and 2 normal 6 nugget meals. No BBQ sauce, then they had no sprite drink. Sunday visit lunchtime. Hubby and I have agreed we will never waste our time or give that franchise anymore of our money. We went to the Sleaford one and they fulfilled our order perfectly.

Terrible service. Simple order of 1 cheese burger and chips, chicken nuggets and chips and 2 drinks. Waited 25 minutes! Chased staff up about my order twice, however was told "everyone is waiting, you have to wait too". The problem was they were busy serving the drive through and home takeaway service orders and therefore anyone ordering inside the restaurant was put to the back of the queue. Surely if you're in the restaurant you should be given priority to people at home!! Will be going in to complain as noone answers the phone so unable to talk to anyone.

i called today and asked for a mcwhopper. they were kind enough to inform me the no longer serve that meal. i then asked for the cell number of the employee and they kindly gave it to me, said love you back in response, and as quickly as it all started, it was over. i may never see the love if my life again. food was alright tho.

Why do people go to places like this when there are so many other, better places to go in Lincoln for the same price? You would get the same experience bin diving at the back of a liposuction clinic.

Esperando casi 15 minutos por un McFlurry, era ridículo que solo tuvieran un empleado que realmente trabajaba bien y que la pobre chica estaba haciendo todo. El resto del personal solo estaba charlando detrás de allí, se veían realmente groseros y no les molestaba, estaba muy ocupado. La chica que servía era encantadora, pero el servicio, etc. simplemente tomó la meada, no estaba bien en absoluto. No volveremos a ir

He dicho que no dice mucho acerca de este lugar como otros críticos. Sólo buena como un lugar de encuentro para grupos de niños escandalosos, insultos y usando como un lugar de encuentro. Vi un grupo de seis niños con solo una coca-cola entre ellos. Lugar vigila tus espaldas. Sucia y comida fría. No les importaba. Personal joven desinteresado que busque desaliñada y no me empezaron a la higiene.

Big Mac no lechuga lechuga, queso doble dieron hamburguesa queso hamburguesa no. La lista continúa con lo que dan mal! Me han puesto una queja dijeron que iban a hacer mejor y me dan un vale para comida gratis nunca conseguimos mejorar y lo hicimos el infierno! Aléjate de este restaurante, a menos que tu listo para aumentarlo hasta un alboroto o perdido los articulos que me sucede casi cada vez! Así que estoy hecho con él! Toilets blocked and disgusting (including disabled), blood on toilet floor. broken glass on the walkway outside, food worse than usual McDonalds quality. What else can I say??

Sábado mediodía, nunca más. Asisten a la orden en un punto de orden ordenador y, a continuación, espere 20 minutos para comida fría "rápidas". No existe lugar para pedir aparte de en la pantalla de la computadora, pero estaban todos ocupados, no significa sólo una cola tan masiva de personas. La computadora no se tome mi pedido para ayudar así que después de tres va fuimos y supongo que otros hicieran lo mismo.

Fish fillet meal was cold really disappointed last two times. I hope you guys should look after before serving food.

Hola asistieron aquí para una entrevista de trabajo llegó 10 minutos temprano ya que fue de 2:00. Mujer finalmente vinieron a verme 15 minutos tarde y nos dirigimos a entrevista en el restaurante ocupados en sí. Me sugirió ir a "más tranquila" así que ella dijo sí que intentaré terminamos en el baño tener que decirle al personal para salir primero. Ella apresurada la entrevista como ella tenía otra entrevista en 2. 30. Qué manera mal organizado de hacer las cosas.

Called in for a snack and was pleased with the service. Loads of staff and clean eating area. Computers for kids which is a rarity in UK. All in all v good

Had a delicious breakfast wrap of bacon, sausage, hash brown in a wrap and a milk shake, speedy service, very clean seating area as normal, conclusion nice and tasty often meals tend to be a bit bland

I took my wheelchair bound husband here and his chair was just too large to fit into toilets which isn't McDonalds fault. However lovely lady who was staffing the main area was extremely helpful and we enjoyed a typical meal which we like to have every now and again.

We stopped here for breakfast at 4:45 a.m., and there was no one here except a staff doing nothing and standing in a filthy restaurant. We have been here many times over the years and it has always been spotless. Very disappointing to see such poor management.
