Burger King in Lincoln

Ordered it at 1 pm come at 4.30

Couldn’t follow a map so it was late and cold

this was the restaurant fault not the driver okay, the driver was brilliant

Took over four hours to be delivered...

I haven't received anything from this company

Store has no number. No ability to cancel. Notified delivery driver (spoke over the phone) and still delivered to wrong address.

Refused my order as too late, told him to take it back to Burger King. Looks like he's eaten our order, was late and wanted our money!!!!! I demand a refund!

Driver went on a side quest around the whole of Lincoln before even starting to head towards was an absolute joke. Finally received my food and literally every item was stone cold

The staff are super friendly and the food is so nice.

the food always comes cold and not very nice. you need to sort yourself out. everything we had last week not just burger king were so cold had re heat it. you need to prepare the food when the driver comes in the restaurant so then it's not hanging around going cold. you wouldn't want your food cold neither do I

Food arrived 15 minutes late was stone cold when arrived and wrong burger sent was suppose to be a double cheeseburger it was just a single burger

fries were discussing (probably reheated ). service charge on top of delivery charge I feel like didn't pay enaugh fees , recommend to add more charges

I paid for the delivery plus £5 tip and the lazy MF couldn't be bothered to walk to my accommodation from the carpark maybe 50m.

I ordered online for delivery and was giving the complete wrong order and every attempt to get in contact with the restaurant failed as they ignore their phone I don’t recommend

Spent 50 pound to receive cold food and did not receive free items that should have been received after spending 25 pounds

Quite possibly the worst meal I’ve had, dry burger thrown together all messy. Freezing cold by the time it finally got to me and I had to walk five mins away to get the delivery as the driver had no clue what he was doing.

Just Eat order arrived and all the fries were cold and the chilli cheese bites were missing

Shocking I had to find the driver I charged my phone quicker than I got my burger the food is cold the driver was at the restaurant for 20 mins collecting my order absolute rubbish

my order was picked up at 18:58 from burger king and delivered at 19:20. 14 minutes late. and why was that. your driver tonight took a 2nd order, and who did he take that order from. Uber eats. That meens your driver is working for 2 companies at the same time. by him taking that 2nd order ment im left with lukewarm food as he delivered their food 1st and it was over a mile in the opposite direction and delayed my order.

The food was freezing and the food was wrong

Ordered at 20 past 5, arrived at 10 past 7! 2 children and pregnant woman left starving and unable to cancel order! Also managed to get order wrong too!

The food here was absolutely amazing and the service was quick and exceptional. The atmosphere was very welcoming and comfortable. The restaurant itself was clean and regularly tidied. I will definitely be coming back here again soon

I ask for no cheese on my chicken royalty and did put cheese on my chicken burger them they made maskie scrape off cheese give me iam not happy I see where they scrape the cheese give the burger me I paid a lot money they could off give a fresh chicken burger no cheese

Delivery guys was okay,,, but I missing order partly !!!!!!!!!!

Food temperature was low , chips needed to be reheated and burger was very cold and a bit undercooked and assembly was not great as per the norm . Overall a very bad experience when food is not normally very consistent.

Ordered a bacon double cheese XL meal and it came without the burger

The food is normally so good from here, always hot and fresh. HOWEVER...I will not be ordering again as the drink bottles smelt very strongly of cannabis around the bottle neck. Refund requested through just eat and message left on the answer phone of the waterside branch where it came from.... extremely disappointed. Just eat refused refund because restaurants use different ingredients and cooking styles!!

A member of staff was very helpful when she helped me decide what I would like as I’ve never been here before. She suggested me some sides that were lovely along with loaded fries instead of regular ones. Her name was emilija. Big thanks to her 😁

The food tasted great but wasn’t delivered until 1 hour and 10 minutes after I ordered.

Service was super quick and friendly especially from Sophie! Food was lovely and great value for money.

Delivery time kept changing but tecnically was on time . But by time food arrived the chips was stone cold 🥶 and i had to heat up the burger as it was barely warm. I think it was sat at the restaurant longer than implied. Driver was fast once driver tracking came on.

I don't normally leave reviews, but the halloumi fries were so overcooked they were like rubber, to say they were awful would be an understatement. The chips were cold and hard in the middle as if they hadn't been cooked enough. Extremely disappointed with this order.

Burgers were average, onion rings were burnt and unedible. Either like stone or at best rubber. Halloumi fries were cold. Tracking driver glitching.

guy called to say he was outside, said I would be there in a moment but did not want to wait. By the time I got outside, like a minute later there was nobody. A few moments later it said delivered. I mean WTH! Hope he enjoyed my food.!

Burger was cold and a mess, I ordered cookie dough ice cream and got fudge brownie which I don't eat. Absolutely awful. Will not use again
