Burger King in Lincoln

No organisation what so ever, orders stacking up on the counter and staff just panicking running round in circles but not achieving anything. Heard a staff member tell others to leave click and collect orders, and moaning about 15% off on the app offer meaning too many people ordering. Waited 20 minutes while people who ordered at the counter came and went, while those on the till not really helping with the order backlog when no customers waiting to order. Absolute shambles.

I quite regularly use Burger King, and I can't credit the staff enough, they are ever so friendly and welcoming, and always look happy to be there. Jamie and Michael are always very friendly, and create a fun atmosphere and provide exceptional customer service. I would highly recommend, you wont find much better

This was the worst experience I've had in a fast food restaurant, we walked in the door (two females) there were no other customers, all the staff were men, the music was so loud we couldnt even hear each other speak, the staff were messing around shouting and swearing at each other, we were picking up a collection order, they informed us (while shouting over the music) that the things we ordered were not all available but they couldn't do anything about it because it was through the app, so they switched out some items such as instead on a vegan royale patty on my burger we got vegan nuggets in the burger and instead of dorritio chicken fried we got nuggets with a some seasoning sprinkled on them , which we said was fine, we weren't bothered about this at all just the way the staff were all a bit rude and rowdy. While we were waiting for the food, they were all dancing around, shouting, joking which i understand laughing and joking with friends at work, but they were taking it too far, making us feel uncomfortable. Then when we finally got our order we went to grab it and they had put my cold drink in a hot drinks cup which i wasnt mad about but found it a bit strange? Then we couldnt run out of there fast enough, happy to have our food and go, so we sat on a bench nearby to eat and found that my girlfriends burger had mayo on when we specifically asked for no mayo because she has an eating disorder and it is a fear food, this was highly distressing for her so we took it back to get it swapped where the man who served us took it from us and turned to his coworker who had made the first burger and said to him he had put mayo on it, he proceeded to roll his eyes and angrily say “what so ive got to make another then?!” This made us uncomfortable, we dont usually complain or take things back and it made us feel bad, even though we were not in the wrong! On top of this the lettuce was in a big wedge and looked like it was about 7 days old. I will NEVER return to this burger king again i was so scared and it was an anxiety provoking environment, do not go here!!!!

Food was great, I ordered the new bean burger and it was lovely. Really friendly staff with great customer service and really quick service.

Don't usually eat at BK, but popped in for a cheeky lunch. Marks from their team was super welcoming and surely a great asset to the team! Will be back again

BURGER KING home of the whopper ,sorry we're not doing whoppers,ok bacon cheese xl, we aren't doing those either. OK another choice then. Waits for food gets to table part of order missing. Back to counter oh yes its missing take a seat. Minutes later shouts that it's ready now. Don't wear out your little legs and bring them over seeing as you messed up. Better atmosphere in a morgue. Floor drenched/mopped. Not welcoming at all. Shame St Marks closed.

Hair in food, didn’t give a dam, no apology. Dirty restaurant, slow service. Poor waiting times, available food on menu was dreadful, third time, lucky. Normally I would rate Burger King higher than McDonalds but this time no better than the layby burger van. staff not wearing hairnets.

4pm Friday . What an absolute dump. Every table… and I mean every table that wasn’t sat at was covered in rubbish. Bins overflowing. Bags of rubbish left all over. Floor covered in rubbish. It didn’t seem particularly busy either.

Good service and very tasty food

The waiter's service is really poor. When I said I wanted to eat in, he didn't give me tray. "Eat in" was on the receipt! There were so few customers in the shop that he couldn't be too busy to make a mistake. This is a deliberate act and he is a racist!

The menu changes quite fast and is very difficult to make a decision.

Leaflet on the tray said download the app and get a free cheeseburger. When approached the staff they said they were still using the leaflets but not honoring the offer.

Morose shop that has no soul and needs an upgrade. Food was pricey for what it is and luke warm. The service was let down by the lack of staff, meaning the ones present were struggling to give the normal expected standard.

Staff were very friendly, but the service was a bit slow. Also, I ordered a regular meal but was charged for an XL, which I receive, so I didn't complain. The restaurant was clean and tidy and the tables were clean.

For a quick lunch, if you are in a hurry. The staff are friendly and welcoming. It's fast food.

If you are wanting a quick bite to eat then give this establishment a wide berth! I arrived at 11.30am on a Saturday morning with my son and husband. Is was relatively quiet so we thought we'd get served quick.... sadly not. We waited 25 mins for food. The staff were unapologetic and none of them knew what they were doing...it was disorganised chaos. Shift manager just waltzed around shrugging his shoulders. Absolutely appalling. Will not be visiting again!!

Food was cold, staff unpleasant, no atmosphere whatsoever, havnt been in such a long time, so whilst in town with my granddaughter, thought it would be a nice change, I was so wrong! No cleaning had been done, the staff stood there whilst I was ordering with her arms folded, expensive too, I'd never go back.

I order two large steakhouse chicken meals with onion rings and instead got two crispy chicken means and 3 onion rings in each bag, £19 for the wrong order and half the sides missing, not offered a refund either

The food was alright but didn't stay hot for long got cold very fast, was quite filling but also more expensive then other food places like McDonald's. The restaurant had litter in it from previous people who are their and didn't put it in the bin or clean up after themselves and some tables were dirty but the staff were very friendly.

Got order wrong twice... won't go back again

i never write reviews but the service here was absolutely shocking. my first time going to burger king and i certainly won’t be rushing back. i only went as i had seen an offer for their rewards system so thought i’d redeem a free cheeseburger and i also had an offer for a £4.99 meal (burger, fries, drink and chilli cheese bites). i walked up to the cashier and asked her if i could use my code just to be told, quite bluntly may i add, “we don’t have a scanner”. now, fair enough- but i work at mcdonald’s and i’m sure the tills aren’t THAT different and they must have a button on to input a numerical code. now obviously this made me feel quite awkward so i just said “oh okay i’ll just have a bacon double cheese burger then please” as it was the first thing i saw. £5.99 i paid for this burger. it took 10-15 for it to be ready and it was practically still cold. as well as this, it was absolutely minuscule. definitely way overpriced. i’m honestly really disappointed with the service and quality here and especially coming from another fast food/convenient food store. to add to all of this, the same lady served a customer after me and i watched her as she input the customers code into the till.

Not been to Burger King for almost 2 years and was looking forward to a quick snack. Only 3 people in there so served quite quickly. Wish I hadn't bothered!! Chips were almost cold and a bit shrivelled and the burger was hard, cold and tasteless. Yes it's fast food but it should still be hot and enjoyable. I should have complained at the time but as I still had things to do in town I didn't bother. Definitely won't be going back in the foreseeable future that's for sure.

Burger King is now massively overpriced. The food portions have also seemingly been reduced which is very disappointing because it used to be my favourite fast food establishment.

The worst ever coffee just go to 200deg for a proper drink

Food was pretty terrible, fries were undercooked, burger was a bit floppy and lacklustre. They'd clearly run out of syrup for the drinks so we were getting normal bottled coke etc. Hygiene was terrible, tables were dirty with no sign of anyone cleaning anything out the front. Poor experience

To buts a kids meal no box no toy as your store ran out. Why didn't you say this on ordering no apology either4.49 for a stale cheese burger and small chips. My own meal was OK but bun was stale and broken.

First, and will be my last visit at this store. Service extremely slow. Food tepid (burger.) Didn't feel inclined to take it back as the service was so slow. Person on the till couldn't tell me if the coffee machine did a latte made with skimmed milk (skinny latte.) Very poor service indeed. I just ordered for my partner and I did without.

Hadn't been to burger king in a while ,, changed greatly since I went, fries were warm,chicken royal was slapped together with a piece of lettuce, staff was looking fed up and none cooperative, the best thing was the coffee and that was out of a machine ,£16 plus wasted. Will not be going again ,,

What can I say, it's BK. The food is the same as every BK (good). Servers are always pleasant. My only gripe is the same with all BK's and that's a lack of atmosphere. Poorly lit and dirty tables, but again, that's the same whichever BK I visit.

Burger was very tasty, staff were friendly even though they seemed busy. Slight problem with paying, card machine went down, but had some cash on me so no worries. Would recommend this to my colleagues Alisha, Alice, and Sian

Most recent visit has advertising all over the tills and restaurant showing you to "install the app to collect points". This restaurant doesn't have a QR scanner and when asking a member of staff what am I supposed to do with the app they said "I don't know".

I mistakingly entered this place thinking I was going to KFC. WHAT A MISTAKE. I paid for 2 medium Latte and what can only be described as some sort of excuse for a burger. The total price was just under £13. The latte's were disgusting I could taste more of the paper cup than the coffee which was more water than milk . The burger was about an inch thick and very brand. Its probably 20 years since I first tried Burger King. At that time I was also not impressed and until this visit I have not been in another one. Needles to say I will be very careful in the future to remember BK is not KFC.

I like BK's food offerings compared to McDonald's, but the ordering system and counter layout seems antiquated.

The guy at the counter was really polite. The food is usual, I only eat this type of fast food if I really can't avoid it - like forgetting your flat key in the car that you dropped for tyre change then walking home in 30 minutes just to realise in front of the house that you can't get in and you have to find some occupation for the next 90 minutes and this place looks like the perfect place to take a leak and answer some emails - this is why I give only 3 stars.

I ordered the £7 50 bacon 🍔 with salad cheese...double burgers chips drink....l got two burgers that looked like they had been run over by a truck ..no salad...l think it was a one inch piece of bacon ??? Or could have been a mistake as couldn't really tell..and a kind of melted yellow stuff wich l can hazard a guess must have been cheese ..absolutely disgusting
