Small portions and over priced.

Excellent service followed all order reqest and the portions were good only the cod wash smaller than average please return the size of this fish 2 a regular and a larger size so you can decide what size portion you require thank you.

Sadly an incomplete order and the chips we did get were very small, which was disappointing for the price especially when we ordered large.

When ordering chips I expect chips not crunchy bits and half the tray full of them aswell. I do believe I should have a refund for it. I will never be ordering from you again. I look forward to hearing from you with my refund response.

ordered a steak & onion pie, got sent a steak & kidney pie, ruined what could've been a decent meal, shame because it's usually alright from here

Great quality food for a reasonable price lots of food for a regular size meal. edit: absolutely not, next day and have food poisoning this is the only difference to my diet

sausage totally overcooked almost no bater due to over cooking chips are very poor quality service is slowly getting lower and lower week on week

chips where terrible mixed up with over cooked rock hard and soft soggy undercooked fish and sausage were fine but overall pretty poor quality

HYGIENE ISSUE ….. I WATCHED A MEMBER OF STAFF EATING COLESLAW FROM A CONTAINER THEN DROPPED THE FORK HE HAD JUST USED INTO THE CONTAINER AND PUT IT BACK IN THE FRIDGE! If I wanted to swap saliva with him I would have asked! But his personal hygiene looked questionable enough as it was! I challenged him on what he had done, he then reverted to pretending to not understand English and mugged me off! Use at your own risk A positive …. The drinks are cold 😊

delivery driver has the worst attitude and demands you walk to him to collect your delivery. I can't believe you have to tip before you rate the quality of these jokers.

We ordered a large portion of chips however was barely a regular, really disappointing considering I’ve had chips from here before and recommended them. Fish wasn’t good quality either, maybe a bad night?

I was feeling very hungry late Sunday evening. Had a stressful day. Thought I’d treat myself to a take away. However when the food arrived I was greeted by a bag of bean juice and some vile looking brown beans. (I had ordered chips cheese and beans). Not impressed, and will not be ordering again.

Ordered via just eat Quick service, pizza was good, burger was good, chips ok but a little dry and I ordered cans of coke but received pepsi. All in all not that bad would order again

Delivery driver was incredibly rude, wouldn’t come to the door despite it raining, and the driver made me feel like a child being told off by a parent for not coming to the door. Was tempted to cancel the order but it was too late by this point

Only comment would be that the fish was not skinless but it was stated on the packaging when received they could not do that, with a sad face. Good quality and hot 10/10 👍

Popped in late at night for a bite to eat. Served quickly enough but the food was very poor and not worth a fraction of the price they charge. You have to be drunk to eat that rubbish

Slow, talking about the staff mentally, food was terrible quality, took over half an hour for food that should have been 20 min max, still got the order wrong twice, they have no idea what they're doing.

Lie to police, help cover up assaults and didn't even offer any assistance. Awful. Spoke to their manager who didn't care and hung up on me when I just wanted to ask about cctv. Avoid at all costs.

The food (battered sausages, fish cakes and chips) was only warm which altered the texture and flavour in to a disappointing level. I am very disappointed because clearly the food was left in the package for too long before going out for delivery.

The worst place I have ever been. Staff very rude and clueless for just a chips shop . Simple dinner took nearly an hour and after that still got the order completly wrong.

Just spent nearly 40 pound on 2 small kebab no salad no sauces 6 year old wanted chicken fillet I asked for mayonnaise they put chilli on it my large mixed kebab was smaller than the 2 small kebabs n also had no chicken so nearly 40 quid wasted my misses is now cooking frozen pizza plus no answer when you call

I paid for my delivery, later sat by my open frontdoor as delivery was marked as "due" ,stayed there for aproximately 25 minutes. When I checked a message, it claimed it was delivered. It was not. I saw no-one at all prior to/ during the waiting time , nor was any food left outside my door. Twice I rang the shop but was cut off both times. Please send again the order I placed.

Chef from the restaurant had to deliver it himself because the delivery driver never showed up. This means it was about half an hour late. The restaurant called me when the delivery driver finally showed up, roughly a further 30 minuter later, but there was no food for the driver to collect because it was already gone by that point. If they hadn't delivered it to me, my food would have been over hour later than the latest suggested delivery time.

I ordered Sausage and chips, some onion rings and curry sauce. The sausage was nice, the chips were horrid, looked pre-cooked and warmed up. Lots of black bits in the potatoes and both soggy and hard. Almost inedible. The curry sauce came in a thimble and was runny like water with no substance to it - thrown away. The onion rings were soggy to the point of being flavourless and inedible they too were thrown away. I wouldn’t order from here again. Very poor quality, tasteless and not fresh.

Unfortunately our food wasn’t great the gravy in the box leaked everywhere, hardly and cheese on the chips and some chips we ate where stone cold

We did not recieve the food and when just eat was told they haven't compensated or refunded anything we basically spent 23 quid on nothing

Went here the other day for some lunch. Within three hours had terrible stomach pains which lasted through the rest of the day and night. Followed by diarrhea. Won't be using this place again .
