Food stone cold. Why cant they wait gor delivery driver to register at the restaurant before making the food.

Really good delivery driver. Proper good bloke. Has an issue with delivery address and thought he took the food but was delivered and could ask for a nicer driver. Please ignore my first message as I spoke too soon.

The delivery driver contacted me by phone and instructed me to come outside to collect my order. When I met him halfway, he began shouting the code instead of simply walking to the door. When I calmly pointed out that his behavior was inappropriate and unprofessional, he became accused me of being rude. This interaction was unnecessarily stressful and completely unacceptable.

No maple syrup for my pancakes and took over an hour

Ordered a Big Mac and got a double quarter pounder, how hard is it to read the order!!!! Not impressed

freezing cold, chips were all emptied in the bag and mixed up

Food was good and delivery driver was friendly however delivery time kept getting pushed back. Initial ETA was 30 minutes, arrived after 50 minutes.

Delivery staff everytime they do multiple drop offs they give me the wrong fcking order hopefully see him again.

got told the delivery was here had nonpress of my buzzer no phone call nothing plus tipped the driver

items delivered well but mc d had missed 2 items from order packaging was firmly closed so was mc d fault

driver was useless, had no clue how to find me and couldn't take direction. he asked me to come outside when I had ordered a takeaway as I was not able and he then accused me of being rude. absolutely shocking and abysmal.

Where to start! First off the delivery guy was great has a great sense of humour and delivered perfectly! On the other hand McDonald’s I had missing items on my order , while I appreciate the £6odd refund all I wanted was my burger! So with what food we did have still wasn’t great the chips was soggy and cold and all around think McDonald’s has gone down hill

I needed to cancel my order but was unable to. It was an emergency and I was unable to cancel

This is the 2nd time now won’t be using again. I’m always missing items!! It’s not on when ordering food it should all come with what’s been ordered.

driver was fast and efficient and when I answered the door he was also friendly and polite. great service

Food took ages to arrive, with 15-20 minutes on the arrival time. Arriving 50 minutes after order was placed, my family ordered more food than I did from the same restaurant and it was delivered in half the time. My food arrived cold too.

Made to wait iver 20 minutes for order so not exactly fast food. Ordered at kiosk drive thru and was told to park up and wait. They should have told us approx how long we would be waiting. The 2 staff members coming out with the orders were walking really slow to and forth. We went in and lots of people were waiting. One lady found fluff on her burger. The food that we got didn’t look remotely like on the adverts. So incredibly slow, no notice of the wait time, no happy looking staff and definitely not enough of them. We won’t be going there again. Not a lot of point in having any drive throughs when your asked to park and wait, which seems the norm with macdonalds. But only in the uk.

Drive though!! When did this become go sit in the carpark for 20mins for a burger and some chicken Absolutely rubbish

Given my line of work I frequent this location recently and Anupama is one of the kindest and most efficient service workers I’ve ever been served by. Never had an order go wrong

Constantly getting orders wrong, ordered a double quarter pounder with extra ketchup and mustard, they send a bun, one burger NOTHING else.

It’s ok, if you are having a drive through the foods usually pretty cold after 5 minute drive home , and it’s never looking great by the time you get home. The foods pretty much a desperate measure when you’re really hungry and don’t have time to cook or it’s late. The summers coming so get ready for the ice-cream and milkshake machines to be constantly broken

Don't know what happened. The McDonald's site it had an "order again" option. As my partner has the same or similar meal, and we have never ordered just one hash brown (pointless), I chose the "order again" option. I got a single hash brown. I always order the Sausage McMuffin breakfast with a cappuccino, an add-on hash brown, and an extra hash brown with it. For some reason the whole order from last time wasn't picked up, only the single hash brown. Confused. Have re-ordered at extra cost.🤔

Food was cold and stale (it had obviously been made and then left sitting around in the restaurant). A bit unpleasant to eat tbh. Burger thrown together in a collapsing, sloppy mess as is normal for this location.

After midnight in a maccies is always eye opening! Food was surprisingly good! It's good comfort gear that was very welcome after a long hard gig. Shame about the spiceheads rolling around the seats....

I only ordered a burger and 2 drinks. It took over an hour to get to me, the burger was stone cold that I just threw it away, and there were no straws for the drinks which makes trying to drink a milkshake an absolute nightmare.

Macdonalds decided to cram 7/8 breakfast items from wraps to McMuffins in the same bag so everything was squashed making it almost impossible to eat.

Ordered the Minecraft meal and got no collectible, (literally the only reason I bought it)

Called in for a bit on way through Lincoln. Situated just off the roundabout it’s easily got to and parking is tight but was plenty spaces when we called. Ordered the £5 meal deal as it comes. Separate order of double cheese burger meal ordered also. Service was slightly disappointingly slow considering was only 2 ahead of us, but for fairness double quarter pounder meal was ordered with no salad. Unsure weather it’s prioritising the drive through at less busy times. However meal was as expected decent and did exactly what said on tin!

didn't get my sweet and meal was cold

Food wasn't very warm but it was busy so having ordered at the drive through and then had to park up and wait for it to be brought out and not knowing if they had enough staff on will let it slide. The staff we did encounter was polite and friendly and did apologise for food taking so long.

No atienden a alergias y preferencias. Comida terrible, no recomiendo en absoluto. & Apenas a ninguna ensalada en la hamburguesa.

Best McDonalds fries I’ve had for years!

The quality of service just gets worse every year. Whenever you use the drive through you just get left waiting ages in the carpark for them to bring your food out. It’s not right all the Deliveroo orders get prioritised over the customer in the drive through and in the restaurant. It seems McDonalds have taken on more than they can handle it’s supposed to be FAST FOOD!

Items missing yet again! Has happened the last three times from this McDonald’s! Won’t be ordering again! To forget the main part of a meal order we ridiculous! It wasn’t even a big order!

Good food, especially for the Mcdonalds we went to. Unfortunately, I give the service 4 stars because they gave us the wrong cheeseburgers. Fortunately Mum caught the error before I could eat it, but staff were very calm and friendly about the situation. The Mcflurry didn't melt after 5 minutes which was also an added bonus. We al got the 5 quid meal deal which was also a very good price for what you get. Good Restaurant Branch.

No Straws. Again. Come on McDonalds, spend some of that corporate profit on training staff in QC duties.

my whole order was wrong i’m disappointed

awful! delivery time was supposed to be 0935 that turned in to 1004. everything was cold, and ruined. it ended up in the bin. do not bother with this branch of McDonald's at all.

ordered without cheese, box stated no cheese, burger was covered in cheese which I'm allergic to

It seems the manager has decided to remove table service even though it is still offered on the screens. When I asked why this was the crew member said they had no numbers. Antother crew member told me she had lied to me and the numbers were in the office and the holders removed as the manager didn't want them. This ammounts to a second class service at this store as all the others still offer this service. If you would like to explaine

Technically on time but only because the delivery time kept getting pushed back further, was delivered nearly an hour after ordering. Food was stone cold when it got here. Was probably made within the first 10 minutes of being ordered and then left to sit there under a hot light.
