It was lunch time and half term. Even so, I expected a smile from the customer service person who came out with my takeaway

The driver was lovely and very polite, going as far as to wishing me a happy mother's day. She is a credit to the company

After midnight in a maccies is always eye opening! Food was surprisingly good! It's good comfort gear that was very welcome after a long hard gig. Shame about the spiceheads rolling around the seats....

Food never arrived !! Shocking

I only ordered a burger and 2 drinks. It took over an hour to get to me, the burger was stone cold that I just threw it away, and there were no straws for the drinks which makes trying to drink a milkshake an absolute nightmare.

Spent enough time in the car park waiting for my food to reflect on my life’s choices. Happens every time.

Macdonalds decided to cram 7/8 breakfast items from wraps to McMuffins in the same bag so everything was squashed making it almost impossible to eat.

food came cold, I ordered a plan burger with cheese as one has allergies it came with everything like a normal burger. no toys or sauces I ordered.

Called in for a bit on way through Lincoln. Situated just off the roundabout it’s easily got to and parking is tight but was plenty spaces when we called. Ordered the £5 meal deal as it comes. Separate order of double cheese burger meal ordered also. Service was slightly disappointingly slow considering was only 2 ahead of us, but for fairness double quarter pounder meal was ordered with no salad. Unsure weather it’s prioritising the drive through at less busy times. However meal was as expected decent and did exactly what said on tin!

didn't get my sweet and meal was cold

Food wasn't very warm but it was busy so having ordered at the drive through and then had to park up and wait for it to be brought out and not knowing if they had enough staff on will let it slide. The staff we did encounter was polite and friendly and did apologise for food taking so long.

Best McDonalds fries I’ve had for years!

The quality of service just gets worse every year. Whenever you use the drive through you just get left waiting ages in the carpark for them to bring your food out. It’s not right all the Deliveroo orders get prioritised over the customer in the drive through and in the restaurant. It seems McDonalds have taken on more than they can handle it’s supposed to be FAST FOOD!

Good food, especially for the Mcdonalds we went to. Unfortunately, I give the service 4 stars because they gave us the wrong cheeseburgers. Fortunately Mum caught the error before I could eat it, but staff were very calm and friendly about the situation. The Mcflurry didn't melt after 5 minutes which was also an added bonus. We al got the 5 quid meal deal which was also a very good price for what you get. Good Restaurant Branch.

my whole order was wrong i’m disappointed

It seems the manager has decided to remove table service even though it is still offered on the screens. When I asked why this was the crew member said they had no numbers. Antother crew member told me she had lied to me and the numbers were in the office and the holders removed as the manager didn't want them. This ammounts to a second class service at this store as all the others still offer this service. If you would like to explaine

awful! delivery time was supposed to be 0935 that turned in to 1004. everything was cold, and ruined. it ended up in the bin. do not bother with this branch of McDonald's at all.

Technically on time but only because the delivery time kept getting pushed back further, was delivered nearly an hour after ordering. Food was stone cold when it got here. Was probably made within the first 10 minutes of being ordered and then left to sit there under a hot light.

This used to be the best UK McDonald's by far on all counts especially the coffee. I noticed that the coffee machine was different to other locations and produced a coffee comparable to Greggs. However, since COVID this place has become mediocre by comparison. Coffee is like most other sites, dull, food slow and just warm. It did go through a period where the area near the milkshake machines smelled of vomit for weeks suggesting they weren't being cleaned as often as they should, this has been fixed. Overall its barely okay but reflects the noticeable drop in McDonald's quality over the last couple of years found nationally. Just like most other McDonald's nationally they are struggling to fulfill delivery and drive-through orders at the expense of the counter. Mind you this is not as bad as Lincoln Carlton Centre or Louth McDonald's!

Food was actually hot unlike the other McDonald’s.

The burgers were great and packed perfectly. However due to the drinks spilling, they were only half full. Both bags were soaking and chips were a little damp.

Cold food.. it's so hit and miss 😞

Normally quite busy here with students. Bit slow today but staff did apologise food was nice and hot and tasted good. Often come here instead of the one at Sainsbury's end of Lincoln as it's not very clean that one.

Website glitched out and my order was "delivered" to my house instead of work. Tried contacting KFC only for the phone to be put down, twice. Driver called me, I explained what happened. Tried to re-arrange redelivery. Never happened!

absolutely outrageous. All the drinks were on their side and leaking and when the driver passed them to me the bag collapsed and everything went all over my carpet. I submitted a claim to just eat for damaged food and they denied it because i didnt take a photo and send it to them after i submitted the claim. They make no reference to taking a photo when submitting the claim and there isnt a facility to attach one. Zero accountability for accidents and mistakes.

Lincoln McDonald's on the retail park area is great. Fast service, friendly staff and very clean.

Absolute biggest waste of money they charge a fortune, ordered a delivery and they completely missed my entire meal sending the wrong burger no share box and still charged as for It all then refused to correct it

The staff were friendly and polite. The way their food tasted exactly the same as every other McDonald’s is a huge positive for me. Their car park is relatively small and the wait for food is a bit longer compared to other branches. The location of this McDonald’s outweighs the negatives. It is just off a traffic light controlled roundabout. The ease of access and convenient location make it my primary McDonald’s choice for Lincoln.

I ordered food for a family of 5 and you've sent 2 bags of drinks. The order tickets on the bags isn't even right. Worst Mcdonalds in Lincoln for getting orders wrong. And if its your drivers sort it out seriously.

Don't arrive at busy times overflowing car park with a drive thru that tells you to wait in the car park that's full. If you tell them they just says its ok go though

Hashbrowns was stuck to the paper and ripped apart.

I attended this McDonald’s brand with two good friends of mine. We made our way to table four where we proceeded to make an order on their app. As doing so I was SHOCKED by the price increases these days!! Back when I was a youth a McDonald’s was significantly cheaper! I’m not sure what warrants these premium prices for the same food!? Crazy work! The food was good in fairness. Thank you

Just had a delivery and my food was stone cold and under cooked and rang up and they treat me like crap saying that I was lying and that the mc chickens looked fine there end my mc chicken was pink in the middle and the mayo was bitter and black it was discusting I took one bite and felt sick

Con McDonald's ya sabes qué esperar, pero este en Lincoln, dado que deben tener un montón de visitantes parar, es atendido por algunas personas muy buenas con excelentes habilidades de servicio al cliente. Mi hermano llamó a McDonalds después de su largo viaje a Lincoln en el tren desde la estación de tren de Doncaster, donde tenía el cuarto de libra con queso y patatas fritas y el personal de McDonalds hizo un impresionante haciendo a mi hermano el cuarto de libra con queso justo a tiempo antes de que vaya al centro de entretenimiento para ver un espectáculo y realmente disfrutó y con suerte volverá a este McDonalds en Lincoln en el futuro
