I ordered a cup of tea with the breakfast roll and when the delivery driver turned up the bag was soaked which we soon discovered that the tea was spilt and the bag it was transported in was put in my outside bin as it was dripping

Cold food, should have a meal delivered hot when being ordered no matter the establishment this is poor service! No need for food to be cold and should be kept hot, if this was someone elderly you wouldn’t expect them to eat it!!

I ordered for table service for friends at the restaurant, however didn’t let me select a table. I then sent a copy of the receipt to them so they could go up and select since they had proof of payment. The staff there (for whatever reason) still didn’t give my friends the food I had ordered them. Apparently the only way for the food to come (as I was refused a refund/ unable to cancel my order) was for me to be present in the restaurant. So, I had to drive 20 minutes, just to collect food and deliver it to a table which was maybe 30 steps away from the counter. The fuel used driving them seems like a rather expensive delivery fee for something that took me 15 seconds to get to the table. Considering this, I expected to receive some sort of compensation for my unnecessary journey, but the manager refused to give me anything. I think this is COMPLETELY UNREASONABLE!!!

Ordered just after 11 over and hour later I get the food and it’s all cold not happy will not order from there again

Delivery time changed to much later after waiting ages. Then food was bad. Burger was mush - fries were limp and cold. Really poor quality. Not what I expect from a McD.

Absolutely disgraceful. If the people you employ can't follow an order that is in front of them they shouldn't be allowed to prepare food. the only item delivered that was correct was the chicken nuggets!!!!

Ordered at about 5:45pm didn’t get here until 8:20pm and had £11 worth of items missing

The courier had the 'Hot Food' in the wrong thermal (or NØ thermal) bag, which was opened up. This has been my very first delivery order & has kinda put me off. Yours Sincerely. Marc Dee*

driver drove past the house numerous times and the house isn't hard to find. food was also not in an insulated bag so was pretty cold when it arrived.

The time of the delivery kept changing from when the order was placed

The place was heaving with schoolchildren- we waited 45 mins for food - there were no receipts being printed. It was chaos.

Wrong drinks, cold food, different toy in the Happy meal, not the advertised one, but I will give 2 stars for polite service.

I ordered a food to be delivered. said ot wouldn't be long soon so I waiting by door and no one came the driver didn't even call to find which flat we were. he cancelled it and when my partner sore him he and went over he was eating my meal. said he called but didn't as had not received anything.

Food came absolutely soaked and unfit for consumption due to the drink falling over. Not sure whether it was the restaurants fault or the drivers but JustEat are now refusing to give a refund. Shocking.

Food was lukewarm. Lid on the coke wasn’t on properly, not sure if that’s preparation error or delivery. But nearly half the coke spilt, bag was soaking wet and ripped, couldn’t use the straws. Worst one I’ve ever received

The driver rang the doorbell (which was not working) he rang my phone to say he was outside, I explained I was at work and to knock on the door but he said I gave the wrong address and hung up. I rang the number back and said please can you deliver it, it is the right address and he refused to go back and deliver it as he had left the address and was very rude and hung up on me again and marked it as delivered. Still waiting to hear back from Just Eat for an apology and refund.

The fries were awful, definitely fried more then twice and arrived cold

Missing the top of the bun from the Big Mac order. We ordered a large oasis and ended up with a sprite and iced latte instead and they never put the dips in your order either. I mean it can’t be that hard to read a screen and pack the order into a bag. But hey guess it is.

Waiting 2 hours, then randomly it says my foods been delivered but nothing ever came

This is Scott’s wife - Scott died of old age waiting for drive thru to be delivered to him - he left a note saying they were more interested in getting the delivery drivers out of the door than actual customers who had bothered to actually rock up

Waited 2 hours for the food and it came cold and half of it was missing.

One bag had been opened and one drink was upside down so whole drink had spilled in the bottom of the bag. Received dips for once but didn't receive mozzarella stick that the dips should have come with. Not the first time this has happened either.

Awful rude staff. Never want to help anyone. Been in a number of times and the staff are always just stood around chatting. And make you feel unwelcome when simply waiting for your order.

One in four times I visit the milkshake machine is broken... However the staff are friendly here.
