We pulled up at drive thru And a the the young person who served us was very helpful and polite his name is Emerson

The place was heaving with schoolchildren- we waited 45 mins for food - there were no receipts being printed. It was chaos.

Wrong drinks, cold food, different toy in the Happy meal, not the advertised one, but I will give 2 stars for polite service.

Normally never have an issue went yesterday an have gotten food poisoning from a mc chicken meal

The toilet needs to be cleaned.

Ordered coffee via drive through, collect it, drove away as was working, took sip and coffee was Luke warm

This is Scott’s wife - Scott died of old age waiting for drive thru to be delivered to him - he left a note saying they were more interested in getting the delivery drivers out of the door than actual customers who had bothered to actually rock up

Probably the worst McDonalds in Lincoln. Slow, poor service, food is not prepared with any inkling of care. Only use if desperate and nothing else is open...

delivery driver came up to the door and asked for the code , gave him it and said you order was canceled , but I didn’t get notified , came up to my door with no food and asked for the code , gave him it as I thought he has my food but ddint then walked off , so I have no food and lost money ,

I’m appalled, I’ve spent over £25 for my family just for the chips & sauce to be missing

Food came soggy and uneatable where drink had spilt in bag and over food

I ordered myself a meal and it wasn't in there at all. 8 pounds and no meal.

I wish that something could be done regarding the food always being lukewarm - it taste all right but I’d much prefer it to be hotter than it is when it arrives

Delivery service good. McDonald’s order had Half the food missing, pickles in Big Mac that had label on for NO PICKLES!!

I would have loved my ice creams as that's what I was waiting for! so I was very upset when I never got them. just check with driver as he was in a hurry to get away once I had to give him the code number

Always cold, pretty much every time. This time some nuggets missing. Disappointed children, again. McDonald’s try harder

One bag had been opened and one drink was upside down so whole drink had spilled in the bottom of the bag. Received dips for once but didn't receive mozzarella stick that the dips should have come with. Not the first time this has happened either.

I placed the order at 18.00pm and received the order @ 20.30pm food was cold .for supposed fast food the local snail must have cooked and delivered it

This must be the worst mcdonalds in the country staff are slow and the milk shake machine is never working, please get them a new one!

Awful rude staff. Never want to help anyone. Been in a number of times and the staff are always just stood around chatting. And make you feel unwelcome when simply waiting for your order.

What happened to McDonald's? Cold and hard food, missing items EVERY TIME. No wonder the workers work in McDonald's, absolute idiocy!

Actually fuming. Took 2 hours to deliver, they changed the delivery time 4 times! And then the completely wrong order came. They turned up with 3 portions of disgusting undercooked fries and chicken nugget share box which all looks vile!

Got whole order wrong from drinks to the big macs then toke ages to rectify in staff couldn't be anymore misrible

he did not read the delivery description properly I said to ring my door bell when at my door but instead he rang my phone number when he was still in his car on the other side of the read with my food

Went through the drive through today, food as on time and was hot as well as very tasty. Can’t go wrong with a McCrispy meal. Great value for the money.

no straws for drinks and no ketchups, despite them being printed on order receipt and stapled to the delivery bag. Great quality control!

my drink was spilled and leaking through my bag, some of the food was also cold. chicken was okay but fries were awful.

The young Manager behave very rude when asking about food after waiting period of half hour!! Why do you recruit these type of racist?

The milkshake machine hasn’t been working in over a year, the McFlurry machine working when you get there is like winning a lottery, the uptime on that is terrible, it’s always super busy during term time so you’re waiting ages for food, if you go through the drive through, even for the smallest orders they make you wait in the car park for 20 mins, it’s probably quicker parking up and heading into the high street McDonald’s then waiting for these lot

poor quality presented with the smallest 3 Inches by 1 Inch size of bacon on this breakfast roll which would be considered a tail from a slice of bacon and they only placed one egg onside the bun when I paid for 2 this app has serious issues with the complaints process and the lack of quality being provided by surtain establishments I enjoy getting food delivered to me but every complaint I have made about missing items and even entire orders not arriving is unacceptable and I hope you fix this

And all 3 of my drinks were half full from being knock on delivery

The people are lovely and friendly. However, the drive thru is becoming a park thru. 90% of the time, you are asked to park up and wait for your food. The car park is always rammed with people waiting or Deliveroo people parking in all the allocated spaces including click and serve, asks disabled spaces. I find the food is often cold, I think it may be sitting there a while before it gets served.

Took daughter for a happy meal, I had a cheese burger. Waited ages. Stuff like that surely should be ready. Wasn’t busy.loads of kids.

The McSpicy was great, nice and hot fresh. The burger was good not fresh at all.

Maccies breakfast is honestly the best thing to ever happen to me. I love the hash browns. I would do anything for a maccies breakfast. I would give it 6 stars if i could.

I ordered my food at 12:15 with 30 min expected time and it got to me at 2:30

I asked for one of the burgers to be plain just cheese and burger as dietary requirements for my daughter and was ignored for the second time in a row this is getting a joke she hasn’t had any dinner now due to this and have to get her separate food on her birthday what a joke

The place to come for £7.19 medium meals that always come with half a box of fries, cold burgers, milkshakes with no straws and almost never any tissues. Are McDonald's struggling!!!

Whenever we want to go to eat some good food, we love McDonald’s. This store has very good sitting arrangement and the most lovable thing is the activity arrangement for kids. The store has pre-printed papers and colours, specially pencil colours stored everywhere near tables for the kids. They have very good parking place and parking place for disabled as well. This is a good place to go for lunch dinner, quick, eat, et cetera.

Called in when passing sat inside and ordered via the app for table service. Food took a while to arrive but was very quality for a McDonald's. Everything was warm and looked like it had been cooked with care and not just thrown together like some McDonald's. The only downside is like most McDonald's it was full of delivery drivers with large bags hanging around, and the carpark was full of bikes and dumped delivery drivers cars.

food was cold they forgot my straw for my cold drink and I ordered a 9 chicken piece select but I give 20 chicken nuggets instead very disappointing

both chicken select meal and mc chicken meal missing fries .then when on I'm unhappy sections the fries are not even listed in the meals to tick to say there missing so not only were the fries not in the bag there missing in the complaint section

Shocking this store. Mcflurries and milkshakes are NEVER available. Go through drive thru and get asked to park up for 15 minutes. Without fail. Every time. Truly terrible service from this store, need a new manager.
