Absolutely shocking place. Never any milkshakes service at drive through is awful and the rudeness of the staff I have no words for it’s that bad a fast food outlet being told to wait in the car park then another 15 minutes before your food arrives so not visit this place

Drive through is as slow as being inside the restaurant. I requested a receipt for my Accounts, presented with a poor quality print out. This has been a problem at Lincoln McD's for over a month, and still hasn't be rectified. Trainee Manager refused to print out another receipt from another terminal. Poor service from her. Inside the restaurant the printed receipts are of a poor quality, especially from a multimillion pound chain. Come on McD's sort this out.

Shocking service. Waited for my order on drive through and after waiting over 20 mins in the car for my order which has to be made I went in store to see where my order was. They didn’t even know it existed. Waited an additional 10 mins for the food. My food was dry and tasted awful. Will not be going here again. The manager was about as helpful as chocolate fireguard! 2200 pm 3 May

Firstly rarely eat in McDonald's, but after dropping son back home visit. Needed a snack and drink. Firstly toilets smelt horrible and felt grotty. Our table was sticky. Our hot chocolates were undrinkable and smelt of fish, my guess would be that the machines are dirty. We took them back to the manager, firstly he offered us a refund I said OK, my husband said he would have a tea. I walked off only to find after he hadn't refunded mine. The whole experience was horrible. Honestly do not understand why people give mds their money. I'm no food snob, Greg's ht chocolate is excellent.

Very very busy impressed with staff, well managed. Had the chicken salad very poor. Two small pieces of chicken Two slices of tomato and lots of lettuce.

I can see many customers complaining from spilled drinks etc. Since this branch diversified their staff the spillages are everyday occasion. The new staff should be taught the simple concept of how the lid works on a cup.

730am Sunday morning, me and 1 other car in the drive through, waited over 10mins for 2 muffins and 2 coffees. Def no longer fast food!

This is by far the worst McDonald I’ve ever been to, it’s consistently bad which is almost an achievement in itself. Missing food, cold food, food that doesn’t even look like food.. they really do tick all the boxes for being terrible.

sadly this has to be the most disorganized of all of the McDonalds food chain... From regularly missing whole meals and extras from orders, to ignoring requests to remove ingredients from food and drink's. however the restaurant is very clean and well presented and the staff are friendly and courteous. but we come to McDonalds for the food and convenience, every time i visit i would say we are always inconvenienced.

Didn't spot my McDonalds app had picked up this restaurant, and it turned out just as expected - food looked like it had be wrapped by a drunk badger and asked for no egg with an extra sausage, and no surprise, came with egg and no extra sausage. This branch honestly just needs shutting down.

Terrible slow service inside more concerned with drive through!! One waitress was polite though the guy at the counter had a bad vibe

Appalling. I came in to have a civilised meal as is my right and was served an ATROCITY. A short man with dark facial hair and a frail build dropped my burger on the floor and gave it to me without a bun. He clearly spends too much grooming his eyebrows instead of working.

My food came looking like it had been beaten up and wrapped carelessly. My wrap had been served with raw meat. As I went to exchange it, my origional order was immediately thrown in the bin so why was it even served in the first place??? HOW COULD THEY??? FOOD WASTE. 😱😱 The toilets were just DISGUSTING including the tables and seats. When was the last time a cleaner sanitised anything properly??? The atmosphere was appalling and in my opinion you could do with some new seats and tables. The workers seemed careless, and it's hard to understand why they get paid. I had a REALLY BAD DAY overall in MANY, MANY places so we thought going there would fix it but CLEARLY NOT. I AM DISSAPOINTED. MY WEEK IS RUINED. I MAY END UP HAVING EXPLOSIVE DIARHEA 🤢 I am not joking. Dissapointment.

I ordered using the app and it did take awhile for the food to appear and was then delivered to the wrong table, the food was great and the restaurant was clean and the tables cleared quickly. The gents toilet was closed for cleaning so I used the disabled one, the seat was not fixed in place and it was not clean, hence the 3 stars

Was given my food by a young guy who was quite possibly the rudest person I’ve ever been served by. The man in front of me got his food and asked for ketchup and he laughed at him, slowly gave him it, and the man he served was not happy. I went to get my food and he practically chucked it in my hands. Very strange person. Looked almost demonic. First time I’ve ever left a review for McDonalds. Get rid of him ASAP.

Have cold air conditioning on won't turn it down or off, and you freeze , might as well sit outside and freeze

Wrong order yet again, try calling the number no answer

About half an hour ago went into and ordered for me and hubby so not a large order, for me small fries and triple cheeseburger, hubby Burger and fries as a takeaway. When I arrived home NO tripple cheeseburger. They were NOT busy. All staff looked half asleep and talking lots,obviously not paying attention. AND my fries like warm. So a complete let down. Will NOT be going there again. Your all hopeless. The place looked filthy

Great Maccies but car park is too small

I was fined £100 for charging my car at the charging point here.... you should take the charging points away, if you are going to trap people like that.... DO NOT CHARGE YOUR VEHICLES HERE

The last 2 McMuffins have been horrible and we couldn’t eat them,I think they had been stood so long they had gone rock hard, as we are both pensions and this is a treat for us it was really disappointing, and for some reason they never do milkshakes, we haven’t been able to get 1 from there yet

THE WORST MCDONALD'S IN THE NORTHERN HEMISPHERE!!!!!!! Firstly the fella operating at the food dispatch window was wearing a high visibility coat over his uniform that was so filthy it looked like it had been a door mat at Hagrids cabin for the past 30 years. DISCUSTING!!!! Surely thats a serious hygiene risk! Secondly when we were told to park up and wait for our food to be delivered, We waited for an unimpressive 17mins for our daughters happy meal to be missing a chicken nugget! HOW HARD CAN IT POSSIBLY BE TO COUNT TO FOUR? Oh and her chips were also freezing cold and soggy. Went back in to complain and was met with what can only be described as a scene from the walking dead, The staff looked miserable and the atmosphere was catastrophic. Not the first issue I have encountered with this Mcdonalds either. Will not be eating here again, Its worth driving to the mcdonalds next to sainsburys instead. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!

disgusting place. the driver was absolutely amazing , he dropped two of our hot chocolates by mistake and tried his best to sort it out, we rang up rustons mcdonald’s and told them what had happened and they told us there was nothing they will do about it and hung up. i work in hospitality and if i was to treat a customer like that i’d be sacked. at the end of the day we spent our money on that and we didn’t get what we paid for which is ridiculous. not to mention food was cold chips weren’t fully cooked and the reason the drinks spilt was because the lids weren’t even on properly!!!!!

Salad came in a big mac box with no tomato again...very small amount in it also,this seems to be happening alot just recently,very disappointed 😑

Tidy place, quick service, polite staff.

This is the best McDonald’s EVER! This is the place to go if you really enjoy mingling with others. The wait time of 45 minutes for “fast food” gives you a great opportunity to meet new people. I love the staff. They’re like me; they have no sense of urgency. Even seeing loads of customers waiting, their snail-like pace is one to admire. And you don’t have to worry about fake smiles or “the customer is always right” mentality.. The staff are very straight forward and hard faced. Brilliant! 🤩

Standard McDonald's service. Table needed a bit of a clean both times I was there, as crumbs and packaging from last customer were there.

I don't always want to sit in but find if I go through the drive through my order is never correct so use machine inside to get correct order. Very busy place and I do think there should be a different counter for the drivers who are doing delivery's. Staff good facilities generally clean. Very busy place think parking and drive through waiting area needs sorting as people do not always use the correct way out of drive through but it is a designed very bad.

Great place to go , feels fun and lifts your mood, cheap and nice food, and a great drive through with service that never let's you down

Absolutely shocking delivery and service both drinks ordered leaked everywhere before arriving and the order was wrong when trying to reach out to both McDonalds and uber eats there is NOTHING to help you get a refund or make a complaint only to reorder

5th time in a row going through the drive through and having to wait in the car park for my Cold food. What is the point of a driverhrough if they cannot operate as one?? If you are in a hurry do not use this McDonalds!!!!

I experienced a tiny delay in getting my food tonight and they upgraded my meal from medium to large for free because of this! The service is kind and quick, and the food is usually hot & fresh (it is a maccies though so sometimes it's been out for a while 🤷‍♀️). Overall, one of the best maccies I've ever been too 👍👏

So took my family here for something to eat and the service was abysmal. Took well over 10 mins to get food (not exactly fast food is it) most of the bearded employees were wearing beard nets but the manager wasn't. None of the female staff were wearing hair nets. The food was Bearley warm and they had run out of salt for the frys. We couldn't get milkshakes as they're unavailable. Won't be coming here again

Never one to write a review on fastfood restaurants but this place is one to avoid. Drive thru is slow wait around in the carpark for ages waiting for food to arrive then get home and items missing from the orders for the 2nd time in a row.

You thought after 30 years I would have learnt my lesson. McDonalds is the worst, everything was cold and when the kids turn their nose up at the nuggets cause they're too cold you know something is wrong! Hopefully I have seen the error of my ways and will save my money and eat something warm and filling for less money! This particular branch is and has always been problematic.

So we took our daughter in on Saturday evening following walk around the city to look at the Christmas lights. As the drive-through was absolutely chock solid (as usual) we went inside and ordered at the self-service screen. Then we waited for half an hour for this double cheeseburger and fries; see the image. Mid week we had to wait 20 mins, then have to go into the restaurant as they messed the order up. Really poor service, some of the staff chatting and messing around (dancing) when the restaurant was struggling to get orders out. McDonald’s ‘Iconic fast food restaurant?’ Is this what you think you are, and is his really the quality of food you serve and offer now? Terrible.

On this occasion both meals came cold. Service is getting worse. May as well just be a vending machine.

The food is always tepid at all Mc Donald's. Always have to wait and there's never enough room in the car park.

I placed an order for 3 people, in that order there was meant to be a HOT APPLE PIE. It was brought to the car and went home to eat. NO Hot Apple Pie, last time I order that way 😕

The staff were absolutely lovely and really helpful. Food was delicious and hot. Shame the carpark isn't bigger, but obviously very popular. Definitely recommend

Staff are really quite rude. Waited 20 minutes for a coffee! While waiting, staff were swearing and moaning about customers in full view and hearing distance.

This is typical Mac'y D. However S fast as the staff work it is constantly full. Parking is a challenge and if you have a larger vehicle, wouldn't recommend. Very disappointed no ice cream or milkshakes have been available for months!

Needed a quick bite to eat morning time so popped in to this McDonald’s off the ring road close to the centre of Lincoln. As usual the meal deals were excellent value, sausage egg McMuffin, hash brown & a cappuccino served by friendly staff.

It's not fast food anymore. When you dine in, it's often a 20 minute wait or longer. They are so busy preparing orders for delivery that get left on a shelf for ages to go cold before the delivery guy arrives on his bike to collect them. Oh and my fries I had I store were cold.

Six months ago we went in for a mcflurry but the ice cream machine was broken, last week we went there for a mcflurry but the ice cream machine was broken, what are the odds on that? I think that the franchise has run out of money or they need to fix the machine. Right through the hot season, we won't be back again. Badly done!!

Today I went through the drive through as I wanted to get food for my daughter quickly, from the point of queuing (which was only 2 cars long) to the point if receiving our food was 40 mins, I am pretty sure i was forgotten or food delivered else where. But in enquiring where my food was I got a reply if atleast 10 minutes, there is loads in front of you. To it turning up in less than 1 minute.

Had to wait, again,,, however, food was very hot when delivered., so ended good.

Not very nice burger, my fries was way to old and dry. Should be better. Personal ok. Not especially friendly.

Poor show. 8PM on a Sunday, with only 4 cars before me, took 15min to get my order. If you ask why it took a ridiculous amount of time, you get told we're busy, don't like it don't come back! Brilliant! So it's been a while, but I did go back. After ordering, was told I couldn't have my apple pie, chicken burger was cold, and chocolate milkshake didn't taste of chocolate! I should have listened to the advice 😂

Good service and the food was actually warm which is a pleasant change frome some Mcdonalds. We tried the salted caramel galaxy mcflurry and they hadnt exactly mixed it properly so all the caramel was at the bottom! Unfortunately the parking is awkward to get to especially as drivers clog up the drive through so getting past can be a bit of a chore as it can back up onto the road.
