I Ordered on Just eat. My Order was cancelled, and I was supposed to get a refund, but I never recieved one. Avoid like the plague! £18 out of pocket. I am not impressed!

First time I used this place via Deliveroo and it was very enjoyable. The chicken burger I had was really hot and nice, just found the chips to be a bit flat and dry. The Oreo milkshake was to die for! Really delicious! I ordered a vanilla muffin but they had sold out and had given me two chocolate brownie muffins as an apology which I thought was a nice touch. Will definitely order from them again.

Not happy. Order was shambles. Burger had browned gone off lettuce, crisp packet was split wide open, and some decided it’s a good idea to include a chocolate bar in the same package as hot food, therefore melted. Not good. I’m hoping it’s a one off

This was the 1st time we used you and wont be the last. We ordered breakfast bap and cakes for delivery it arrived in a well presented bag with extra treats which was very kind, the delivery was quick and the food was delicious especially the cakes the best we have had thankyou for a great service even the delivery driver was kind and respected social distance measures at this difficult time. I have recommended you to my friends and family and we really enjoyed it 5 * plus easy.

Ordered x2 bacon baps and the rolls were black. Bacon was dry too. Not happy

We visited Tatiana's Cakes last week and were surprised, absolutely delicious, amazing food nothing like the rubbish cakes from big retailers! If you want to go in home-made-food wonderland that's the place! We recommend it!

Came with my friend and ordered 2 slices of cakes and the staff offered us some free milkshakes and gave us a few extras too. So lovely and kind, nothing is too much trouble for them😊

One of the employees came and verbally harrassed me and shouted at me after he messed up an order an hour prior. I was very shaken and I called up to complain but it doesn't seem as though the guy took it seriously. I wont be ordering from them again.

We have ordered from Tatiana's Cakes a few times now online and the cakes are AMAZING! And the little extras that have come with our orders really show that they go above and beyond and is greatly appreciated. The drivers are also really friendly and efficient. Would definelty recommend!

Was very difficult to make an order because of the language barrier, and then also got something different to what was ordered.

We ordered Breakfast Baps and some naughty treats. The milkshakes were properly home made and so was the cake. Tastes absolutely delicious. We even got a free slice because I think we spent quite a bit. Would definitely recommend. Worth the money.

Visited about 3-4 times so far and never been disappointed. Friendliest staff around by far. Ordered a cake as well and was super simple. Even took card payment which was nice. Not to mention, I haven’t found a place in Lincoln with better cakes yet! True homemade feeling to them!

Amazing carrot cake and oreo shake... I got a vanilla sweet for free.. tastes incredible..

Every weekend I came for pastry leaves with cheese “banitsa” - it is delicious. The best is the carrot cake! Fresh and juicy and rich of taste and sweet without excess and something else you can’t find anywhere but Tatiana’s cakes place! Worth to visit every day.

This place is amazing! The cakes are amazing and so is the other food! They are so friendly and go above and beyond! Can't recommend this place enough!

Fantastic food and cakes, great customer service

I got their menu from my hotels reception. menu looked good. They offered free delivery for any order over £8 and I phoned an order through at 18.45. The Order was accepted , delivery was quoted 40-45 mins. The actual delivery time was 65 min. but that's not the worst of it. I 'd ordered the chicken combo meal (8 pieces of southern fried chicken, chips and a can of drink) and also an apple pie, and a strawberry cheesecake. total cost £10. The can of drink was missing, the chips were cold, the cheesecake inedible - still frozen, the apple pie (think McDonald's style apple pie inedible - cold. the chicken was OK (ish), edible, quite spicy (good), but a little tough. over all I was left very disappointed i couldn't advise anyone to order from Delight Kebab & Pizza house

Visited after football on a Tuesday night, rude staff, small portions, meat was dry and hard, had 16 chips in a portion, absolutely awful, this needs shutting down, dreadful, wood never ever ever step foot in the place again

Food never arrived after calling them and just being told they have my order and the manager isnt available and the driver is out so my food will be delivered soon but almost an hour later nothing arrived so called the 3rd party company i ordered from contacted them and got the same response so they refunded me... i would never order from delight kebab ever again

One of the few halal eateries in Lincoln. I ordered Lamb shish chips and salad. The lamb was beautifully tender and juicy. Plenty of sauces available and they even serve desserts too.

Donner kebab a bit bland, salad undressed and tasteless, bought in plastic bottles of sauces ie garlic mayo - chilli (make your own be authentic) dont be lazy and rely on your delivery from your foodservice provider. Margherita pizza too well cooked, the analogue cheese mix was a bit yakky.

The food is just awful I'm afraid, the chips always taste like fish and the sauces are sour and leave a really harsh taste in the back of your throat. Shame because the people who work here are really nice and friendly.

I can't understand the poor reviews on here, everytime I go in (at least once a week) the staff are always amazing, the place is always busy, and I sit in, so I see other people are chuffed walking out of the door eating their food. Deliveries are constantly going out of the door, and anyone at anytime can see how immaculately clean the food preparation area is. Love this place!

Ordered Chips and Cheese, was cold. Prawn cocktail, was warm. Chicken kebab wrap, never turned up in the delivery. Would complain but I really cannot be bothered to waste my time.

I went there for some late night wings, they were picked out from a bucket on the floor and didn't seem to have a great way of testing if they were cooked. Tiny wings with no meat on them anyway but didn't want to risk eating them to be honest! Not sure what hygiene rating the place has but it seemed pretty dirty. Friendly and chatty staff but that's about it unfortunately! I won't be returning, even after a few too many ciders

The food was hot when it arrived i cant fault the taste of the food so compliments to the chef the driver was happy fast and friendly i will definately be recommending to family and friends and also i will be using this takeaway all the time now. Thank u ot was delicious xxx

We tried to order a delivery for the staff on 31st July on recommendation from another customer. The person on the phone refused to take the order because the driver claimed he didn't know where we were. We are only 3 miles away from the place on a main road. I even tried to give them directions but the guy was having none of it. If this is their idea of "service", then avoid like the plague and go elsewhere. I would give a ZERO rating, but the app won't let me. In fact, based on this first AND last experience; I would give a minus rating if I could.

Sent wrong order refused to replace it rude the list goes on if you want crap food this is your place will never use this place again

Service was brilliant...oh wait. No it was vile. The staff were rude and intimidating! We ordered a chicken kebab, and it was easily the most disgusting thing I've ever tasted and seen! It was pretty much ground up bones and passed off as chicken...or cat. Shut it down :)
