McDonald's in Lincoln

Hi there, thanks for getting back to me but you don't need anymore detail because I just please want a full refund as I ordered for my 20 Yr old son and 15 Yr old daughter because they were really hungry and I got a message saying it was delivered an

First time ordered and all food been there in while and average temp

Order missing no chicken nuggets just chips and drink

The guy was so lovely and friendly handled my order with care

He decided to go and deliver to somebody else’s first making mine cold

I cancelled my order and never got refunded

Chicken nuggets missing so had a very unhappy boy, but the rest of the order was great

no chicken selects delivered or extra cheeseburger, can upload picture evidence where needed!!

originally stayed as arriving at 9.50am actually arrived at 10.08 and was stone cold. not happy barely edible

food never came. would like to say its the first time this has happened. so many "delivery drivers" getting to eat for free with 0 consequences. didn't bother to report first and second time this happened, but at this point it's clearly the companies fault.

tamper seal was mostly undone at the bottom.

He spilt the drinks and then went out of his way to go back and pick them up and get us fresh ones and extra sauce

2 hot drinks delivered by a guy on a bike!!!! 1/3rd of a hot chocolate and 1/2 a cup of coffee left in sodden bag.... food was great.

Not always great food. Often cool coffee or over stewed. Nice staff. Very annoying when breakfast wraps are put in packaging upside down (often). Slow drive through service. Always...

Food - luke warm, chips not salted and no sauces. Delivery - man abrupt and rude. Rang to tell me to come outside to get my food, no social etiquette.

I had no hot chocolate left in my cup by the time it got to me !

Place an order for click and collect. Unfortunately didn’t check my order straight away half of my order missing. Back to the store / wait other 30min to full fill my order unfortunately they wasn’t able to full fill my order. I been left waiting for my refund and no food. If you order from this McDonald’s eat inside / delivery and click and collect unfortunately doesn’t work.

Food always cold. Drive though is always, “can you park up” once you order. Something called fast forward ,! ? 2 Big Mac meals and one 9 box nugs 20 mins wait. Drove 3 mins and cold fries and burgers. No ice in drinks. Cups not filled yet I think it’s 50:50 now on amazing food and service to really dyer ! Staff members are rude managers blame staffing issues………

ordered a double quarter pounder burger was delivered only received a standard quarter pounder burger and the entire order was stone cold, disappointing food at best.

Having gone to the drive thru for a quick bite to eat I get sent to park up to then wait 19 minutes for drinks and food. I’d have been as quick going home to cook the standard chicken burger and chips meal. It isn’t fast food is it!

Coffee was spilt all over my food so couldn’t use anything

The delivery time kept increasing, and when the order finally arrived, I was only given the drink. The delivery person said, "I asked if there was anything else, and they told me no, only this." However, the receipt was attached to the bag with the drink, clearly showing my full order including the meal and chicken nuggets. On top of that, the entire bag was soaked from the drink, and the sauce pots meant for the chicken nuggets (which I never received) were inside the bag.

Egg McMuffin had so much shell in it my partner had to bin the majority of it, ordered 2x porridge with syrup, no syrup or spoons, no milk provided for the hot drink either.

Took half an hour to get out food

Worst experience of my life nothing was edible it was not only freezing cold but the food looked like it was from a week ago the food was around 2 hours late we’d already gone to bed the drinks were half empty I think it’s fair that you give a full refund

Every time l order from this mcdonalds the fries are always cold and at least one thing is missing. This time it was a medium fries and a cheeseburger. I used to work at mcdonalds when l was young and it really isnt hard to get these things right.

How are the people here so incompetent? If it's not a dip missing on a dish called dipper today it's fries on a meal

customer service was terrible my dog ran out the door i shouted her then the guy told me to shush and be quick telling him the code he than gave me egg in my mcmuffin which i asked not to as im elergic and then gave me no sausage in my pancakes

Driver was super polite I wish I tipped now, you should make the tipping option after not before because I’ve tipped 5 pound before and the meals come half order and drinks were spilled so please add the option
