McDonald's in Lincoln

It took over 20 minutes for an order to be prepared, loads of customers stood waiting for their orders.

Wonderful place to enjoy your food with your family with ample space for parking. Service is best provided. Clean restaurant and restrooms.

Service is disgusting! Firstly, they can’t follow customisations as this is not the first time the kitchen staff can’t follow customisations. Secondly, when asking if i could get the food made as requested they said that they would bring it out to my car. When I went in after 20 mins waiting for the food they started saying I did not order this & gave me the first thing they saw under the heater. When telling them it is not the product I order, I get given are you sure? So I went to get the app to prove what I order. After this, they still given my food wrong & refused to give me a refund after waiting half an hour. It’s like the shift lead is running a zoo as other people have been waiting the same length of time as me.

Very long queues at north location at weekends I try avoid it when in rush

We waited nearly 20 minutes for our food so not so fast food. My burger was cold when it arrived. I took it back and it was reheated and dry. Won't be going back for another visit. No milkshakes either.

My order for a delivery through the McDonalds app was dumped on the street without any notification from the driver. It was only when I checked the tracking on the app and went out searching for the order that I discovered it. It had been sat there for 15 minutes, on a cold wet day. Uber eats didn’t want to know, in their eyes it was a successful delivery. McDonald’s claim no responsibility as it was the fault of their 3rd party. Just terrible service and we won’t be ordering McDonalds or using Uber Eats again.

Came in on sunday 21st April and bought a large banana milkshake however it came half empty. What a scam. McDonald’s has also put onion in my burger when I specifically selected no onion due to being allergic to it.

Today I visited McDonald’s they give me drinks with no ice and just at room temperature then I drove away packed up the chips where that undercooked I got out my vehicle and chucked all the dinner in the bin. I did call Jane he said what would you like me to do? I said I do not want to refund or anything. I just need you to sort your stuff out to cook a meal correctly, milk white chips or shocky bent over where they are more

Every time without fail the milkshake machine isn’t working. I have an idea for McDonald’s get a milkshake machine that can operate all the time! You’re meant to be a food business and some of the things you offer are always unavailable. Absolute joke!

Wasn't open at 2am Sunday night/monday despite being 24hrs??

Ordered through the McDonald’s app and didn’t receive all my order, this is not the 1st time and to be quite honest, being asked to go and collect after expecting my full order is very disappointing. I have to check my order everytime I go to the drive through, every time I order and I’ve been left short multiple times. This is by far the worst service McDonald’s that I’ve ever been to

Avoid this McDonald’s at all cost. They’re ALWAYS shockingly slow, get your order wrong!! The management don’t care, I’m surprised the staff even care enough to turn up. It gone done up a while ago but the layout doesn’t make sense. I wish I could vote this McDonald’s branch a 0/5.

Like a foreign city so we opted for table service and not stand with uber and Just Eats drivers jabbering away in their language loudly, etc. We only wanted a drink and ice cream but had an 18 minute wait by which time the ice cream had half melted away and was inedible.

Waiting time for food could have been shorter and the food could have been hotter considering there was nobody else in. The staff however were nice and friendly

went to this mcdonalds today for a meal after the gym, just as we started eating our burgers, the staff decided to change the bins right next to where we are sat, we was hit with a foul smell that was being wafted everywhere, and I dread to think about the germs, something needs to be done to control this as it's outrageous behavior whilst I'm eating my meal. May as well go eat off the toilet bowl. Disgraceful.

Waited 25 minutes for food, then asked where it was as lots of orders had come out after our number. 2 seconds later food arrived cold and got the order wrong.

Diabolical service waited for 24 mins before asking where it was, arrived 10 seconds later to be told don’t know what happened. Food was then cold, this was for two Big Mac meals so absolutely useless service and didn’t even bother to apologise

Nice and clean, I ordered in advance for pickup but there was a problem with taking my payment which was quickly processed without issue.

Decent McDonalds in Lincoln. Easy parking either next to restaurant or in Carlton Centre car park. Okay service and staff, decent food and nice new refurbished restaurant. Have visited multiple times with good quality freshly cooked food and usually some seating available, with quick order process. Watch out on weekday evenings and nighttime as can get very busy with limited seating space.

Every time it's cold , whether you have it delivered, eat in or drive through , it's the worst one in my opinion.

Best MC Donald's in Lincoln in my opinion. My family and I like it here more than others. By the way, it works around the clock. Recently they made a good innovation and removed delivery people with bags from the common room. There is now a separate entrance for them.

Nice refurb but awful food and service. You'd expect at 6am and being only one of two customers there you'd get speedy service and warm food. Unfortunately not, we waited ages for our order. The Hash Brown, Sausage and Egg Mcmuffin was cold, the muffin was also hard on the edges too. I've never had a bad McDonald's, this one is undoubtedly the worst I've ever had. I'll not be going to this specific McDonald's again.

I've visited this site a fair few times and the staff here are generally very friendly and hardworking. I've had the occasional issue with food, sometimes it's lukewarm, I received the wrong drink with a breakfast order, however I expect this to happen as it gets incredibly busy at times and mistakes happen. When they've been brought up to management they sort it quickly with no problems. Parking can be difficult close to peak times and the drive through does get backed up as it's only a small site. Overall, it's a good McDonald's that I will continue to use.

Very good service. Staff very polite and very helpful. Very strict with keeping social distancing. Hand gel readily available. Only one person at a time in loo. Absolutely brilliant.

Since refurbishment, inside is a clusterfook, no space between touch screens,counter,everyone loitering to collect orders, gentleman couldn't get past with his wife in a wheelchair.one till to take orders stood waiting nearly ten mins even after asking to be served when manager came to till she helped the other worker with a customer with order issues via app,did he then serve me NO because there's only one till .. definitely don't go in if you want to pay by cash .absolutely disgusting they can't cope with all deliveryroo/ just eat orders and walk-in customers.they need to stop the orders coming in as there were loads just bagged up waiting to be collected they were there when I got there so add another 10 mins on top of that. When I got to my car a woman looking around she hadn't got her order yet she was in phone to someone saying she's been waiting 15 mins. Personally the lack of space inside now screams fire hazard as I definitely wouldn't want to be in there if one broke out .who ever passed this design needs sacking .

Ordering system now and then standing around waiting for food is a bit rubbish, the old system was much better. There isn't any atmosphere, it's just noisy.

Terrible orderd food and only got 1 out of 3 burgers and missing 9 chicken nuggets

Ordered at the drive -thru really busy but collected our order very quickly, once we arrived back home to eat our meal we were not impressed at all, zero coke ( all 3 drinks ) were flat and watery and had a perfume smell about them, straight done the sink, ordered a Galaxy chocolate Mcfurry and got a caramel Mcfurry😡 The only part of the order we liked was the quarter pounder with cheese, the rest of it was garbage. Complete waste of money and as always you get mugged off in the drive-thru.

I don’t often go to McDonalds to be fair , just sometimes for a drive through meal and a McFlurry and a coffee , I’ve noticed recently the McFlurry ice cream has changed , it’s deteriorated, McFlurries were the one thing that made me still want to go so now I’m done , the level of customer service is poor and the food quality isn’t great so what’s the point

Absolutely shocking. Order was incomplete by several items. The 2 milkshakes were just unflavoured milk and what did arrive was cold. Do not order through uber eats as you cannot complain and the staff barely speak English. Also found it impossible to contact the store. Such a simple task as preparing food and placing it in a bag to be delivered. McDonald's can't even get that right. Can't give zero stars and will never order again.

Carlton centre McDonald's AVOID!!! Food never ready. Carpark full of people waiting for 30-40 minutes 😒 absolutely ridiculous for a fast food chain at lunchtime. If you can keep up with the demand then don't keep letting cars through the drive through. Really felt for the poor staff searching for car after car. Won't ever go to that one again 😕

We ordered McDonald's to our house and as we started to eat we could taste the cold food and half of our order was missing we when to exchange it yet they still didn't give us some of the missing order I don't recommend

Terrible layout, no clear indication where to queue. Everybody walking into each other. Only 1 till and 4 touch screens. There are no clear walkways to the door with a pushchair, and no bike racks, instead they line them up outside the door. Form over function and catered towards online orders.

It was my first time in Lincoln in high street and I didn't know how to use the machine to order and a nice guy who works there he helped me... thank you for everything... I love eating in McDonald's it is always the same and clean and fast!

This is probably one of the best McDonald’s we’ve been to, visited today with my daughters and grandchildren for there birthday, great service staff, lovely clean restaurant and while eating our food two ladies were walking around asking if everyone was ok never had this before, that was so lovely and the interaction with the customers was brilliant. Our local one to us is sleaford and never have we been treated like that they don’t even speak to you, so our experience was fantastic and you are all doing an amazing job well done 👏👏 thank you

Good and reasonably priced food, as you'd expect. But it was nice to have the charging stations too; really needed on the long journey we had. The staff were polite and didn't mind cleaning up the bomb site our toddler was starting to make 🤦‍♂️😂

Had a great drive-through takeaway from this restaurant recently. For starters, unlike many McDonalds, there was no queue at the drive-through. Considering it was early evening, this was quite surprising, but we were very grateful. Secondly, the young lady who took the order was very friendly and efficient. Finally, the food was ready almost immediately and tasted lovely, fresh and hot. I would definitely visit again if I was in the area.

Typical McDonald's good stop off place food quite good helps with cost of living and rising prices I think they do an excellent coffee latte popped in again very popular branch of Macdonald's and I understand why the food is very good compared to some on that I have been too also very clean which is enticing in its self

Waited over 20 minutes for our food. Fries and burger were stone cold. The tiny piece of bacon in the Double Big Mac with bacon was virtually non-existent! Appalling!!

Visited today on a sunday morning just after breakfast change over. The place was spotless, all staff not serving out cleaning. Quite an unusual sight to be fair for a mcdonalds. So this was nice to see. Food was normal for mcdonalds but I had no complaints even got two free mcflurrys on my app points. If you don't use the app it's well worth it. Can't remember the last time I paid for a mcflurry so worth saving up the points. Service was quick although not as busy as a usual Saturday would be. So the visit was quite pleasant. Clean, prompt service and quite.

Order off of Deliveroo completely forgot all the food and just added double of drinks it’s disappointing and disgraceful

As a delivery driver I came here today to a very disgruntled crowd of people all waiting over 45 minutes for their meals (I got my delivery orders after waiting for 1 hour 15 minutes). The thing that bothered me the most was seeing the bags of food being kept on a very unclean floor even being trod on by staff (yes it was busy and packed but that’s just disgusting and inexcusable). A picture of this is attached. I got one of the team to pick the food up off of the floor which he just replaced on the rack like nothing had happened. When I told a manager about this he was extremely disinterested and didn’t even throw away the food that had been on the side. Obviously, I came here as a driver but I personally will never eat at a McDonalds again and I recommend others do the same because the sanitation of the food is certainly not guaranteed. To the people whose order numbers were 72943, 05295 and C7565 on the evening of 21/06/2023 I thoroughly recommend you seek compensation for having your food left on the floor without your knowledge.

19/6/2023, chicken sandwich meal , way too much lettuce, to compensate for the tiny chicken burger, the lettuce was dry not crispy and looked frazzled, the fries where cold and not fresh , inedible, very disappointed, will go back to uni bridge branch , much smaller but 100 % better.

We normally use the drive through, the staff are always friendly and efficient and only on rare occasions do we have to wait in the holding Bay

I came with my friend and her 2 little girls, enjoyed my meal and the girls loved the face painting, the lady doing it was lovely and very good with children. 10/10

Why do places like this still exist in 2023?

Took my son here it was lovely and the staff were really nice, I Was assisted with ordering on the screen as I haven't done it before. My 1 month old and 4 year old enjoyed the time we spent here.

35min wait for meal. When it eventually arrived, it was cold, and my Mrs' chocolate milkshake had strawberry milkshake in the bottom. Spoke to the mgr who replaced the food, but by that time, it was nearly 50 minutes after ordering. However, a big thank you to kayleigh, the girl doing the balloon animals. Who help make the situation better.

"Fast" food The drive-through in particular is just getting worse and worse. There can be very few cars in the queue and you'll still be sat forever waiting for someone to ask for your order.

It was very bust and bustling, as it should be. At the Carlton Centre in Lincoln. It's always a popular venue. Most of the staff seem kind and patient with the customers. I have had experience at the drive through with staff that are less than curtious, and answer with just grunts or don't speak at all !!
