McDonald's in Lincoln

Took 30 minutes to get our food. The tea was best part cold. It was very busy. Not enough staff to keep up

I am semi-addicted to the double sausage and egg McMuffin, the coffee is satisfying and inexpensive compared with alternatives. In my experience the quality is very consistent whichever McDonalds you visit !

Half an hour for fast food is ridiculous. Especially when it was not busy

My wife ordered a Big Mac and it was absolutely covered in the sauce, so much you could barely see the burger or cheese inside and it was all over the box, took it back and asked for another one with less sauce and after reluctantly doing it they brought out another one which was just as bad, after scraping some off she bit into it and it poured out and down her arm, took it back again and was told that's how much the dispenser puts out so we got our money back. Then ordered 2 mcflurrys and a brownie and had to wait 15 minutes for them even though the cooked food came in 5 and it wasn't even busy. Definitely not the best McDonald's we've been to. The pictures are the second burger after we complained.

Very crowded, full of young kids & young adults not eating.

I'd definitely say this is the better one to go for food. It's spacey, alot more seating available, And close to most places I shop at too. Always clean ,naturally busy at peak times due to it's popularity Always good service too.

Staff here are really excellent. Courteous, polite and extremely helpful. Food always hot and the order is correct. The restaurant is very clean and the staff keep on top of it. Very good! 5*

Very hit n miss on whether you get hot food or Luke warm food or your orders actually correct especially on the drive thru, never offer sauces or napkins anymore. The paper straws are ridiculous in the milkshake , that’s if you can actually get one if the machine isn’t broken. The hot chocolate is nice if it’s working properly and they’ve actually filled the machine, otherwise it’s like hot dirty water with no flavour.

Service has gone down hill recently. Pulled up at drive thru with no other cars present. Waited to be served and two other cars in the other lane were served before me. Person that took my order could hardly hear me and kept asking me to repeat. Ordered a chicken sandwich meal, and had to park up and wait for it, waited nearly 10 minutes. Paid with cash and got over £4 in 20p coins in my change. When I got my order it was wrong. None of the screens on the drive thru showed my order. Had to send it back and wait a further 8 minutes for the right order. This is not the first time I have had to wait for food, or had others served before me. Looked like the people taking the orders were busy chatting to each other. And service certainly wasn't with a smile. Once the right food arrived it was as expected.

Food was scrumptious, nice and hot. Fast service even with a special grill. We were served by a manager Thomas. He was friendly, bubbly and all round kinda guy. He has put faith back into this Macdonalds, as the past couple of times we have visited have not been that pleasant. Thank you again Thomas for a pleasant visit 😊

This used to be a great place to visit, but recently it has gone down hill Very rarely do you get your food without sitting in the car park waiting for it to be sent out I have stopped going now as the food is always cold by the time the employee finds you and you have driven home Pity really as it used to be a good place, must be some internal changes that have created this mess

I’m delivery food driver and also of course a customer. Every single time when I go to pick up my order for delivery or myself I’m waiting at least 30 min. This is the minimum wait times. Once I waited for my order for delivery 40 minutes… yesterday I decided to give last chance to order food for my self I’ve been at work so I ordered only one wrap to be easier when I drive and the same time I can eat…. This one wrap , I’ve been waiting it more than 30 minutes and I requested if they can not do my order. I will not gonna go there any more for myself or for deliveries!

Absolutely abhorrent experience at this MacDonalds today. Ordered a grilled chicken salad and the crispy wrap of the day. For a start the meal took 25 minutes to arrive despite other people on my table receiving their food despite ordering after me. And to top it off, when I finally received my food, not only was the salad leaves wilted and slimy, the dressing I ordered was nowhere to be seen and the chicken was cold in the centre. The final nail in the coffin was the fact my ‘crispy wrap’ came grilled. So not only was the service terrible, the food not worth the money I paid for it, but my order was wrong. Absolute disgrace.

Alright. I can only really get McPlants as a vegetarian because the previous veggie burger is just not good. Not great for drive thru as it's pretty slow meaning when you get food it's never hot just a bit warm. You have to park up and a few times it's taken 10-20 minutes once parked to receive food. Surely 4 burgers can't take that long?

Shocking customer service! Drive thru always ridiculous, what is the point of having a drive thru if you're sent to the car park to wait for food. Member of staff brought food out after 20 minutes, chatted with a couple of people outside door and then another customer so by the time he brought food to us it was cold. I went in to complain and he was extremely rude, blatantly lied that he hadn't been hanging around with our food and didn't even apologise. Will not be visiting again. Customer service at its absolute worst!

okay, but never trust this one mcdonalds. it's not up to standards. i had ordered a medium meal through the Drive Thru (insert trademark here) and when i looked to see what i got... it was disappointing. The Coke i ordered was not filled up fully, the plain cheeseburger looked so unappetizing, the cheese was stuck to the wrapper, the patty was so thin and bad-looking, and with the fries... there was a small amount of fries compared to the medium i asked for. in other words, an "extra small." You are lucky i didn't complain. I suggest you DO NOT GO HERE. EVER

It tooked 30mins to 1hr to get the food and the food was cold. Compaire to it being hot.

Ridiculous service at drive through. Got parked up for a sausage and egg. Quarter of an hour later as I'm walking in the door to get my food the guy comes out with it. Watched delivery come and go, watched at least 30 drive through come and go. Not the first time this has happened either. Been shit service since the rebuild. Lack of organisation. Get your act together

1 star until they hire more staff. The waits are way to long and mistakes keep happening way to often. Edit went recently and spent 20mins waiting in the carpark after using the drive thru, issues are not being sorted here

Chips were rubbery coffee was ordinary... Had to wait longer than usual......

Ordered for delivery. Took 2 hrs , cold chips, no sauces. Makes you order 2 sauces as part of the meal deal and still missing. Also paid 70p for the garlic dip, that too was missing. Sauces have been missing everytime on previous orders and chips have been cold everyrime too.

Hot grub served fast. Exactly as advertised.

So slow, ordered two normal meals and took well over 20mins to actually get my food, it wasn't particuarlly busy and when the food arrived it was incorrect. Wouldn't recommend.

Great food and alright service. The app is very iffy though. That isnt the specific app for this place but it's showing everything as out of stock so they need to fix it.

Ordered food at the drive through last week and had to wait over 30 minutes. Which on its own wouldn't have been a problem, but the food had obviously been made when ordered and not handed over quickly enough, as it had gone stone cold. I've complained and been offered a voucher for only half the amount i ordered. Surely this would have been a simple problem to sort out. Terrible customer service when handling complaints. Also just eat orders are making it unusable for public. You are frequently told to park up, when all the spaces are taken. Stopped using it now.

With a friend she goes there often. Staff friendly, helpful. No objection to me waiting with her.

Crew Trainer Holly is the worst! Saw her speaking very rudely to a new trainee , doesn't give a shit about being helpful. That poor child (Trainee) respected her position politely. I think she should be given training in soft skills this is the third time I saw her being rude just because she's got a higher position. I've been a regular customer at the McDonald's carlton centre for the last 10 months and what I've been seeing from this particular Crew trainer is absolutely heartbreaking my daughter is gonna turn 16 soon and wants to work there but if they have such crew trainers it's better she doesn't.

Clean and tidy as you would expect. Service nowadays is a little slow due to all the delivery drivers orders. But ok.

The service was a bit slow to dine in on Saturday morning, otherwise everything was spot on.

So me and friend went to this McDonald’s at 8:35 l, we were impressed because 3 minutes after we sat down at a table waiting for our order, it arrived! So I am very impressed!!

The staff who work in the kitchen and bring the food to the table I think they need a little more training on how to serve the customers. All in all most are very good 👍

Food took 35 minutes to be ready. No apology for how long it took. Place was dirty with tables a mess and very little staff cleaning tablets ect.

It always amazes me how a fast food restaurant can take so long to cook a burger and still call themselves a fast food restaurant. Also, if a burger is cooking for that length of time, why are they no warmer than my hands? If someone told me they warm them up between their bum cheeks, I'd believe them. Three of us visited on this occasion and we each had the cheese stack burger meal. Sorry Ronnie McDonald but that orange melt you put on these burgers is by any stretch of the imagination, as far from being actual cheese as it possibly could be. I doubt there was any bacteria involved in its creation. If you intend to have a milkshake from here, take your own straw because their paper straws might as well be made of bog roll.

Well, the place was so busy due to how slow the service was, people were asking for refunds. Took 45 minutes for us to food, and then some were missing

Ordered a Philly steak burger but was given cold big Mac. The tea tasted of coffee. Was handed one meal through the window and had to ask for the other, glad I checked before I got home. Would not go there again. 👎

Food is repeatedly cold or room temperature at best. If I’d want to put the oven on to warm food I’d have cooked.

Looked on app and they were driving around Ermine West for 30 minutes and didn't try to contact to say they were lost

ordered at 17.28 it got delivered at 19.33 and it was cold so inedible. it was binned as it tastes horrible if microwaved. distance from the mcdonalds to delivery address is only a 5 minute walk so no excuse for 2 hour delivery time and cold food.

My food was cold.. not just a little it was actually stone cold , I complained on the night but have heard nothing since I’m really not very happy as a regular customer. This was on Monday evening.

Here we go again. Instead of your competition gimmicks, you actually concentrate on getting your orders correct, heaven knows money is tight as it is. I ordered a big mac for my husband, with extra cheese, and large fries. We got neither.

Sadly the low scoring relates to my experience on yesterday's drive thru visit...Waited in the car for 20 mins for my order ..a cheeseburger meal.and a Mcflurry....when it arrived it was all cold...it didn't come with the drink and the extra dessert we had ordered so we had to ask for it again...which took another 10 mins, this was at 6.40pm...yes they were busy, but evidently under staffed..however, the staff were extremely polite. Certainly not fast food.

Always a painful experience at this McDonald’s. Always an issue finding my code on their system when using the app then the quality of the food is always poor. Ordered this full size McFlurry which barely had anything inside.
