Kfc in Bromsgrove

Never again a warm chicken Burger very basic with a bit of lettuce . miserable serving staff with without good manners and a smile at least!

Shocking. The worst KFC I’ve ever had, and I’ve had a lot. !!! Asked for my go to meal a three piece with coffee, got three legs that were disgusting, won’t be eating there again.

Served by Louise at Bromsgrove very helpful and given a great deal of options after choosing the best for us it was served and enjoyed by both will be visiting again

I would first of all day that kfc is very nice if you are too lazy to cook (me). But I am disgusted by what I saw, I saw a rat crawling around on the floor and hit its head on the wall. If you want to eat there you will be traumatised but if you do the drive through you will be fine

Always good to dine with "The Colonel". Good value for money and always good tasting and hot food. Place is always kept neat and tidy and whilst it provides a very efficient Take Away we always enjoy dining in.

I mean...I don't really know where to start. As an Uber driver who delivers for them, they're awful. As a customer who buys firm them, they're awful. As a resident in Bromsgrove, I'm actually embarrassed for them. They need to close it and change it to something else in truth. The staff have been rude to me in store, ignored me many a time as both a driver and a customer and when items were missing from my order...not once but twice...I had very little sympathy and an audible grunt down the phone. Just avoid it.

None of the machines worked and my box meal wasn't in a box when i asked the staff about it they took me to the back and beat me relentlessly then they spat in all my food.

Missing 6 items, kids really upset as 4 missing items were theirs, staff rude and when pointed it out, my advise, AVOID

The lad taking the order and the staff were lovely. The food was not good. Terribly undercooked chips and chicken luke warm. It cannot be that hard it’s fried. Post holiday treat for kids utter waste of money.

Went through the drive thru and I have to say that the quality and consistency of staff training has severely declined to the point where they can't even take an order correctly. severely disappointed, will not be going again absolute disgrace

The usual first class quality Fried Chicken served the Col. Sanders way. The set Menu's are excellent value for money.

Awful. Chicken cold. Chips soggy. Coleslaw out of date. Poor service. And expensive for what you actually get. Won’t be going back!

She told be it would be 20 mins, because I wasn’t happy , I asked if I could have a refund, she gave me a lots of excuses about her staff. I then said ok I will wait, I then spoke to another customer about there wait, & she piped up to me & said, “give it a rest will you”. Then later on , because I was eager for my meal, I was staring at the food shoot, she then piped up & said “ do I you want to take a picture “, I explained that I wasn’t looking at her, just waiting for my food. She then said”oh my life “ in an angry manner.

Went through drive- through. Girl taking order very polite and patient despite being freezing cold. Collection lady very abrupt. Checked if gravy in order as used to orders being wrong, girl could see I was trying to get her attention but ignored at first, she snapped at another member of staff rudely in front of us. Seemed we were inconvenience. Got home, had about 15 fries in my meal and chicken only half coated. It was crap.

Always a popular treat, one meal of Fillet Strips and one 3 piece meal with a side of corn in place of chips. Chips could have been hotter but overall a satisfying Lunch.

Ordered via the drive thru, order was missing 2 parts of the 'bucket' meat components. The place wasn't busy and several members of staff were just standing around looking bored, so not sure how they missed half of our order out. Went back to the restaurant, and they got this fixed (staff were polite enough hence 2* and not 1*). Then we got the food back home to realise they'd also forgotten one of the sides. Now we remembered why we haven't ordered from here in months!

DEATHLY SLOW,THEIR MORE INTERESTED IN TAKEAWAY DRIVERS AND DRIVE THRU. Ordered a takeaway meal,incorrect items served to us. went back in to query our meal,made to wait AGAIN,staff so ignorant and useless. got home,son opened his meal and found mayo on his burger,I did state at time of ordering "NO MAYO" as my son is allergic to egg or egg products,two meals aint too much to ask is it,AVOID THIS PLACE. Im done with KFC now,,,,good riddance to cold,sh*t,over priced food.

I had vowed never to return after several appalling undercooked cold takeaway meals but my friends were staying and they convinced me to try again. Ordered at drive through and came home to eat only to discover that they had given me completely the wrong order. Annoyed, I drove back and explained and the staff who couldn't care less just said ah yes here is your order on the side. They tried to pass me my original order which by now was stone cold ! I didn't accept and asked for the food to be cooked again fresh and hot. The staff were quite rude and pulled a face at my request to correct their mistake and to give me hot freshly cooked food. I guess it's just too much to ask from this terrible restaurant.

So my work colleague and myself ordered at 3pm, which I appreciate is a busy time but what I cannot forgive is the delivery driver sat around for 20mins holding the order before delivering which left us with just a cold lump of greasy chicken of which we couldn't eat, will not be using ubereats again. Kfc managers should have a very firm talk with the delivery drivers on their quality control

Awful- long wait for takeaway and undercooked, greasy, cold food. Unfortunately this has been the case every time I have visited- I won't be returning.

Dreadful establishment. Prior to lockdown paid for a 10 piece sharing bucket with extra fries. Got it home, most of the food was missing. Called in & manager explained I’d been given the wrong order & said I could pop down now or be given a code to use “next time you’re in”. I returned on Friday now lockdown is over. Rude girl at window took the code, said would speak with manager & slammed the window in my face. Eventually returned & said the order would be made up & proceed to the next window. I did so. The girl there had no idea why I was there & told me I needed to order first. Explained the situation. Disappears again. Comes back to tell me the code has expired though I can have a 15% discount instead. Explain I don’t want that, just the meal I paid for and never got. She said “there is nothing we can do about that”. So they’ve just helped themselves to my money. Kept it. Brazenly just stating to my face that there is nothing they can do. What an absolutely shoddy disreputable organisation

The missus got us a takeaway on friday 2nd nov . We live about 2 miles away . Got home chicken was awful , cold no beans that were ordered and about 10 no fries in bag that should have been large Not the first time so we are not going again . Got the feeling kfc do not check standards on the franchise restauraunts.

Waited 25 mins for a takeaway order. Staff were rude and offered no apology for the wait! Paid £33 & when I arrived home 2 main elements of the order were missing. Total shambles.

Firstly, the service is slow, the staff are rude and impatient and it is just not a nice place to go. The food is never hot enough and there is always something missing when I go. They need to sort out there intercom and go to the window instead. They also need to stop chatting whilst working as I bet that’s why the food isn’t being cooked. It’s a joke.

I’ve been coming to kfc bromsgrove for about 1 year now since I moved into the area , every single time I go into the shop I always get a welcoming smile and hello from the tiller , my food is always handed out really quick and the order is accurate, the chicken tastes beautiful and the chips are good too even though I do prefer the old ones . Will defiantly recommend kfc bromsgrove keep up the good work ! :) very pleased :)

Very rude staff. No acknowledgement... bloke took my order at the drive through.. no eye contact, no ‘hello’... no please or thank you when I paid. Drove to next window... young blond girl opened window and without even looking at us gave us the food and closed the window instantly without a word. This kfc is truly awful, had many a problem. I’ve even drove to Redditch before to get a kfc instead of going to this one. Terrible

The staff are always friendly at this restaurant but sadly whenever I go to KFC Bromsgrove there always seems to be some issue going on. So far this has been long queues when no food is ready or they can’t keep up, no orange juice in stock, dirty tables/floor in seating areas and on our last visit the coffee machine wasn’t working. I don’t want to mention any names but other McRestaurants in the area don’t seem to have these issues!

Popped into this kfc at 7:37pm on Friday 7th Feb 2019 for an icecream. Little did I know I had to wait atleast 20 minutes for a small icecream (bear in mind there were a total of 5 customers in the restaurant.) Everyone that had ordered after me recieved their food before me so as you can imagine I was appauled by the service, what kind of ‘fast food’ is that? Making me wait such a long time they then handed me a toffee icecream when I’d ordered chocolate, to which I had to correct them.I cannot express how disgusting I am by the service. Slow, absolutely careless and unapologetic. All the terrible tripadvisor reviews speak for themselves. Do not visit KFC Bromsgrove!

My partner, child and I bought a triple bucket via the drive thru. We we told at the pay window that the chicken would be an extra ten minutes. So we pull up to a bay and after 20 minutes they bring our food. We get home and realise that they have forgotten the pop corn chicken and bbq sauce we had asked for. We also noticed that the "fries" were more like chips. Drove back and took the food in. They said that they don't do fries anymore despite the menus saying otherwise, they picked up a box of popcorn chicken off the hot tray which I can only assume were the ones they were meant to put in Our bag to begin with and gave us a couple of bbq dips. The girl that I spoke to didn't even apologise for the cock up. Anyway, got home and now our food was luke warm. The bucket chicken was dry and stodgy. The chips or "fries" as they call them wer soggy and floppy. We bought a wrap which was only filled half way. The spicey chicken wings were about 80% batter 15% bone and 5% chicken. Over all considering the price you are paying for chicken (£28 in this case), I am disgusted. The only enjoyable part was the sauce and Pepsi. So to sum up, please don't waste your time or money going to bromsgrove KFC. It's an embarrassment. Not even my child would eat it and she eats anything.

Went into the building and was ignored for sometime by several staff who all seemed to working on one drive through order. When we were served the staff member was not knowledgeable about the food and could not answer my question.When we did get our meal something was missing! Overall a very poor experience, and will not be returning.

Used the drive through at this KFC, staff taking the order were lovely, no issue in that sense. Drove home with my 10 piece bucket, first piece out looked like someone had taken a bite out of it then refried it.... was not impressed. I'm fairly sure I was just unlucky and had a poor excuse for a chicken drumstick, but was too far away from the location to return to complain.

Just had a takeaway meal form here. The chicken was so salty, we threw it away. To much hassle to take it back.

Had a drive through, ordered it, paid for it, collected it and drove off. It was hot, nothing was missing, didn't have to wait, can't get my head round it..new ownership?

A complete hole of a place, dirty, uninviting. Demolish it with the rats! Because they must love this place. So my summary close it down!!

We used the drive through service at 8pm on Good Friday, ordering a small family bucket a 'regular' side & 8 hotwings.

Me and my friend decided to go to get some hot wings yesterday afternoon. We were really hungry so we decided to go through the drive through for a quick service. We asked for 22 hot wings and the women looked at us like we were very strange and greedy which was very disheartening because we are a fan of their hot wings and wanted to binge on them. We were told it would be a 7 minute wait, which we were a bit upset about but we really wanted the hot wings so we decided to wait. 15minutes later, whilst waiting in the parking bay our hot wings had still not arrived. I had to then walk into the store and ask where my hot wings were. Even though i could see my hot wing were ready and could see i had now waited 16minutes she continues to serve someone elses food before mine. She finally gave me my hot wings and she didnt even say sorry for the wait. The hot wings were amazing but the whole experience left me completely upset and bewildered at how we could get mistreated so badly. In future i shall sacrifice taste and exquisite crispiness and go to sams chicken for my hot wings

Having a very fussy eater as my girlfriend, she will only eat chicken breasts from KFC.

Much improved, quick drive through service, hot food and tasty. Opted for the three piece meal...well done, keep it up.

This place STILL isn't up to scratch. It's very dirty, queues to the door, long waits for so called "fast" food. Maybe turn the clock back a few years, re think, re assess...leave the Sugarbrook Pub.

Today Saturday 9th September my son and his friend visited the restaurant for there lunch only to be told my son is banned from there for him setting a bin alight and table on fire.....this apparent happened 2 weeks ago....problem is we were not even In the country as we were away on our family vacation.

As I have gone to a few KFC s now this is one of the better ones food always hot and always good service will recomend this one to the worcester one

La salsa era como insípida agua marrón y el filete de pollo en la hamburguesa era dura, y por dura que significa que tenía a crunch. Comestible. Es una pena, ya que disfrutar de un lujo ahora y luego KFC, no ya de la Rama bromsgrove.

Llegamos a KFC por 8:20 pm, no los filetes de pollo, así que no podía haber un banquete deshuesados! He estado aquí probablemente 5 veces en los últimos años. Cada vez que estoy decepcionada. Cada Orden tiene 1 Berna mal o ha tenido cosas desaparecidas que todavía nos cobraron. Cada kfc darle sal, servilletas, etc. pero solo una vez me dieron estas en tener...

Sí excelente, un servicio cortés, rápido gire, y si es completa ENCUESTA KFC, te dan un considerable 20% de descuento en la próxima orden. Mi lugar favorito de los niños para comer.

Me fui y pedí un cubo doble para mí y mi familia, utilizamos el drive thru con su agudo y miserable personal, la comida era demasiado miserable, el pollo no sabe como otros KFC'S he probado en otros restaurantes kfc, para ser honestos, fue bastante...

I've used KFC all over the country but this has to be one of the worst. I have a guilty pleasure for this 'junk' food and wen it opened not 10 minutes from me i was secretly happy. That was until i ate here. How can you get what is fundamentally cook out of a bag food wrong. Service is painfully slow, even when quiet, staff are as happy as a gathering of goths. As for the food, it's awful. Three chances and each as bad as the previous. Overly greasy and tasteless, well more than expected with KFC. Gravely disappointed as i don't/can't use this branch. It needs new management and quick. Local reputation is this place is one to avoid.

We have eaten here several times at lunchtime, trying to support local business, but the service has not got any better. The restaurant is often littered with dirty trays from previous diners, and serving drive through customers seems always to take priority. Not the best experience.

This is the Second time I've been here and the second time I've been dissapointed. The first time the place looked like a warzone - Tables hadnt been cleard/cleaned, floors were covered in filth and d the staff looked untidy.On this occasion the service was equally slow (took 5 minutes for someone to acknowledge me) then eventually my order was taken. The guy behind me in the queue was obviously an off duty employee becasue we was lounging all over the serving area and taking all the attention from the staff and chatting about how unhealthy Crush-ems are for you and swearing.In all fairness when the food came it was OK hence the 2 star rating. I'm not sure if this place is understaffed, poorly managed or if the people there dont care. I think a mixture of all three.I complained to KFC helpdesk and they assured me that the area manager Shane was looking into it however looking at the tripadvisor reviews he isnt straining himself doing so. Maybe Shane you'd like to contact me so I could discuss customer service stratergy with you.I wont be returning and would suggest the only reason this place keeps open is due to a lack of suitable competition in the area. Absolute disaster.

The drive through was quick and efficient with the service to go with it the chicken was clearly freshly cooked and hot which is good

I love myself a finger licking good KFC, but after coming here a few times I won't be going back. I love KFC man, its pucker you know. But this one has a nasty vibe to it, the staff are useless! Always full of kids not buying anything too. NOT FOR MEEEEEEEE

Came here as stopping in the area. Service was very slow a chaotic. Had to correct order. Restaurant not very clean. In need of improvement! Food was ok.

Clean, good, fast, quick example of the chain store you know and love. drive through is busy, so park up and get served quicker. easy access to main roads so easy quick tea time option...

K.f.c all good very local nice n easy acsess lovely n spicy chicken with the best gravy for miles sweetcorn to die for nice eating area clean and tidy happy staff always service with a smile get down there if you havent already yum

My son had his birthday party at Verve Martial Arts which is close to KFC so before the party I popped in to ask about ordering food to take over for the children. The manager on duty was really helpful, offered me a 20% discount for a large order and also gave me a points card so I could get a further discount on future orders. When we went back in later, the food was prepared for us really quickly and all the children (and a few of the adults) were very happy with their meals.

Been here a few times, twice when we've been they had no fruit shoots for the kids and last week my daughter wanted to go as a treat for he birthday, we had a drive thru to take home, had to wait ages for food then when w got it home it was wrong, when we rang to complain to the manager all he offered was a bottle of pop free next time we went in, we refused saying we wouldn't be returning!!!!

the worst KFC I have been to, so disorganised, queues to the door, filthy floors and tables, cold food and miss orders. Bring back the sugarbrook.

While it's easy to say I am stupid for giving it so many chances (because my kids love fried chicken (as a treat only)) I have no decided enough is enough.The latest and last fiasco happened on July 13th with a simple order of a Fully Loaded meal with large drink, no ice in the cola an a Mega box meal with a side order of gravy and large drink (with ice)Arriving it the restaurant we entered the drive though lane from which you can't see the window to order and from which you can't escape once you are in.As we went around the cornet to approach the order window (no-one physically at window, just an order microphone and speaker) we were confronted by six cars already queuing. No problem (we thought) it's only going to be a short wait.10 minutes later we reached the window. Order above placed.....we waited another 15 minutes to reach the service window. So 25 minutes to get to the window. Just as we approached a woman who had just ordered strolled across the car park to the service window and said her drinks (chocolate) were barely warm. Hardly surprising as they must have been poured when ordered? Nope. They then poured her another and found out that the machine was faulty and not giving hot drinks, just luke warm. She took a couple of cola instead. We then got to the window and was given a large and medium drink both with ice. After explaining the order was wrong, they changed the drinks, handed the food over and off we went home (short drive).Getting home the food was unpacked and was missing the side of gravy but not only that, the food must have been put in the bag when ordered because it was luke warm, not even edible, especially with the fries limp and lifeless.This is more than annoying because it just shows a lack of care, in-fact a lack of quality control because this is not the first time we have ordered there and had items missing (meaning wander up to the counter, inevitable queue, explanation, wait for new food, etc, etc) and this is the last time we'll visit, it's just not worth the effort and aggravation but the fact that regularly items paid for are missing makes one wonder if profits are that poor that it's some type of money making extra or truly terrible quality control?Too many times this has happened and now I find me thinking "Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me" heaven only knows what sort of shame I have now, but this is too many and I won't be visiting again.
