Looking very smart following the recent refurbishment.

The man who work there literally told no to dine in at 9:00 pm saying that 10:00 is time to close, can only have take away. This has never happened before.

They gave wrong bread didn’t enjoy plus found a hair in it not impressed

You can always rely on Subway in Rubery to be consistent. Subs and salads are fantastic and fantastic vegetarian/vegan options too. And the staff are always polite and friendly 11/10 👍

It's a subway ... nothing special

Order via the app didn't go through so wasn't available at pickup time. Guys in branch sorted it out with minimum fuss which is to their credit

Nice store, MOSTLY great staff. Almost hated this place thanks to one person who couldn't be bothered to prepare meatless meatballs for me. Must have refused to make them about four times before I'd had enough and complained to the Subway chain directly. Thankfully they quickly corrected this member of staff's behaviour and I'm hoping next time I run into the person I complained about, he will do his job and make subs ordered by the customer. Much love to the young lad Josh and the young lady who's name I'm not sure of - very friendly and helpful members of staff. These two people are the reason I feel I have to give a five star rating :P Thanks for looking after me :) Soph x

for the last 4 weeks every other day, I buy the subway, and I never had bad service from some of the subway staff.Staff in the two subways are very angry and in bad mood and serving 3 customers at the same time also put the topping less or when I ask they put everything in one corner of the bread. Specially branch in Birmingham wash wood heath and Stockland green, Erdington they are extremely bad with the customer.

This is my most common go to place for lunch during the working week. The staff are welcoming and very polite. Just asking people how they are goes a long way in my books and they really do make you feel welcome.

Nice staff...I like to watch them make the sandwiches, rather than get them delivered, they never seem to taste right when they are delivered.

Subway is fairly unique, I'm guessing after one visit during a quietish time is not representative of what it could be like, but it was okay.

The employee in there maked the perfect Sub !!!

Cant go wrong with sandwich could have had more of a smile but expect nothing more from subway these days

Nice Salad bowl friendly service

When I visited here on Monday two members of staff were serving. After asking what I'd like she went to put the subs straight on the oven. I smiled & said yes I would like them heated, she responded with 'what'. I replied, 'well normally I'm asked if I'd like them warm', she abruptly told me that she had asked. Well I obviously never heard her as I wouldn't have reacted. She then went to put my 3 cheeses sub in the oven, the one that's best served cold as advertised. As I said I didn't want that one heated she huffed & puffed & put my baguette back down. The member of staff taking the money was also rude & made me feel unwelcome & that I was being a nuisance customer. Aren't staff supposed to keep customers happy & do what they're asked without making it out to be an effort! I also found it very pricey, for 2 6-inch subs; 2 packets of crisps; 2 drinks & 6 cookies it came to £12.58. I'm not sure if that's the normal price but to me for two people to have a sandwich with crisps, drink & dessert that's a lot of money.

Their oven was broken so couldnt have toasted subs or their hash browns, was disappointed as i love subway and hardly get to go there

Food was late and soggy asked for a bottle of coke came with coke and a tango what they charged me for

Absolutely loved my time at subway the food there is so fresh and delicious for the money you can not get a better service the staff are extremely polite and even when I accidentally dropped my sub on the floor the nice woman replaced it straight away free of charge which I found really nice so all I'm trying to say it thank you subway for a nice Saturday ^_^

This subway is OK, food was ok. Staff only completed half the order as I had to go and request the other half. While in the eating another member of staff came from behind the counter to use his phone, once the call finished he went outside to chat with some of his mates. Don't think this I will use this subway again in a hurry, lacks professionalism.

Food is good but staff aren't super friendly. Delivery is also good and fairly quick. I generally feel uncomfortable going in there I tend to get food delivered, they have forgotten some things a couple of times though but they do go back and get it and deliver again.

A pedir una entrega de metro. Todos tuvimos albóndigas. Vinieron frío. Llamé para preguntar por qué y me dijeron que son cálidos dije tibia acabo probé están viniendo el frío. De nuevo me preguntó por qué entonces el hombre dijo: "Bueno, yo tenía otras entregas de "dije debería aún caliente a la que se respondió "bien consérvalas en el microondas". Él también dijo que había este problema conmigo antes que no es cierto, pero demuestra que él lleva albóndigas frías a otras personas. Y si no tienen este problema conmigo antes no sería suceder ahora. La última vez que se use este metro. Este director llamado no tenía habilidades de servicio al cliente y me parece lamentable. Si no te gusta la entrega de sándwiches y usted no es bueno en el teléfono probablemente mejor de avanzar.

I regularly phone in delivery orders and have always been impressed with the service at this particular restaurant. Most Subways are useless but these guys are keepers!

La mayoría de las veces el personal es amable y la comida no está mal. Mi problema con este lugar es que mientras haya utilizado este metro, lo he hecho durante bastante tiempo, el personal siempre dice "el inodoro está fuera de servicio". Esto ha sucedido al menos 3 veces en el último año y definitivamente me ha pasado otras veces antes, una vez que tuve a mis dos hijas pequeñas conmigo y lo dijeron. Otra vez estuve allí y algunos adolescentes me preguntaron y me dieron una llave. Mi punto es que hay un problema CONTINUO con el inodoro y que no está siendo reparado, lo que en interés de la higiene me molesta o simplemente no quieren que uses el inodoro por alguna razón. Arregle el inodoro y deje de decir que no funciona o díganos por qué no lo podemos usar.

Place was a mess and needed to ask for table to be cleaned, felt for the one member of staff who seemed to be responsible for everything while the others didn't do much. Subs were nice though

Subs are always excellent I love subway. I team in this sub are very friendly however the place can be alittle untidy sometime

Pedí en línea en un día de lluvia porque quería un buen sub cálido. Aún estoy esperando este sub ahora (15:00) pedí a las 13:00. La espera por la comida es absolutamente inaceptable. Me llamó una vez y aún no hay comida! No hay excusa para este retraso.

Staff are a bit moody...and have been charged different amounts for the same sub on a couple of occasions. But the sub is always very nice.

Great service great staff clean value for money. Healthy eating at its best. They deliver too. all you need now is to get to toilet fixed

Tables were dirty, it wasn't even that busy more staff than customers. I noticed there was flies behind the counter where the food is kept. Didn't order just walked out. I wished I had taken a photo.

This is my favourite subway, mostly because they do sweetcorn, the staff aren't very nice but the subs are always top notch :)

This subway has to be the slowest food outlet ever. The toilet is always out of order and the tables are often dirty. Wonder how the shop stay open as I know so many have stopped using it

The service was very poor, and slow considering the place was very quiet.Standards need to be looked at, or problems will arise. Not very clean looking either.

Food was average subway subs. No problem with the food what so ever. Customer service was appalling. Young, rude staff were having a conversation instead of serving, when you got round to being served you were rushed along and huffed at! Never been back.

This is a usual normal subway with good food & service. I always recommend their breakfast £2 meal that includes a sub with tea or coffee. Try the egg & cheese sub in the Italian herb & cheese bread with bit of lettuce & some sumerwest sauce or sweet onion sauce.
