Great friendly staff. Fresh hot food. Would recommend to stop off on travels.

By far the best Double Whopper with Cheese I have ever had. All the restaurants around where I live in Surrey had put me off Burger King for being grease slop. But your team have restored my love of the famous Whopper.

Great Burgers as they should be but took ages to get a driver to deliver over 30mins then to deliver another 25-35/40 mins not good when you advertise 35-40 delivery max ???

After a long drive down the motorway, I fancied a cheeky bk, I was dreading it as i thought there would be a massive queue. When I got there I was welcomed by a bubbley lady who served me promptly with piping hot food. I was in and out in a matter of 10 minutes. Great service would definitely recommend. Best Burger King I’ve been to.

I visited burger king on my way home and I found the staff very friendly and polite the food was piping hot which how I like my food this being the quickness of the staff

Ordered food at 17:12. Updates kept delaying with food ‘being prepared’ for over two hours. Tried to cancel this order but the just eat app made this impossible. When the courier picked up the food I messaged saying I no longer wanted the order and to take it back as almost three hours is unacceptable and I’d fed my children something else in the meantime. Courier said he would return to base. He turned up at 19:50, sat outside my house for a few minutes and left with the food.

Food was good and service was prompt but with only one visible member of staff, few customers and the touchscreen ordering system it was a pretty soulless experience. Staff working hard, but are there enough of them? Most of the tables hadn’t been wiped clean, some of the rubbish was taken away by a conscientious guy from TC Services, but that left quite a lot of chips and other rubbish on the floor around a baby seat. As soon as she noticed it, one staff member possibly from elsewhere grabbed a brush and pan and cleaned up the chips, but still no-one wiped down tables messy with sauce, grease, salt and so on. It looks like the staff are doing their best to keep up, but they need some support.

Food is always served efficiently and when you work on the road in a hurry makes the visit worth while. Always tasty, great customer service, would recommend.

After just eat messed me around. A lovely lady at the restaurant took my call to explain the issues and frustration they where having with just eat. She took the time to contact them directly for me to cancel my order I had been waiting for, for over 3 hours and ensure they offered a full refund. With out her my order would probably still be showing as being prepared now! She took the time to call me back to let me know just eat had accepted the cancellation and will fully refund me. Thank you for your kindness.

4 hours late and arrived missing items

Still waiting for food and I want to cancel order but I can’t because they’ve been preparing it for over an hour waiting for a driver. It’s been 2.5 hours since order.

It’s a service station, so it’s best to set your expectations accordingly. The food is standard and nothing out of the ordinary, but when I visited, there were no long queues, which was a nice surprise. The staff were polite and efficient, making the experience smooth and hassle-free. As is typical, you place your order using a machine and then collect it when it’s ready, which keeps things straightforward. Overall, it was a pleasant experience for a quick stop, and I’d definitely recommend it if you’re passing through.

The coffee is terrible, cold and tastes the cheapest. The potatoes are dry and salty. Horrible.

ordered the food at 1pm and your site + driver isn't going to give me my food until past 4pm. you need to fix yourselves or close the service down completely

Absolutely diabolical. Order was delivered 2 HOURS late, food was cold and half the order was either missing or incorrect. This place is not fit for delivery. I will be requesting a full refund

If you're in a hurry and would you like to experience the good stuff from Burger king I would probably recommend avoiding this place at the afternoon ordered some takeaway cos I was in a very crossing UK it only cost me 30 minutes plus the regular high-priced slow fast food and I even got my order wrong......

Northbound M5 Frankly. Cold and clinical atmosphere. Dirty floors. Zero customer service, order number was called and then there was just a grunt as the food was handed over. I say food, I’ve seen more nutritious sawdust! Burger was dry, and considering it was apparently cooked fresh in a quiet restaurant had a distinct feel (and appearance) of having been either kept warm or re-heated partly because the cheese was melted but the food was luke-warm. My advice is rather than using these services, continue up to Junction 2 at Dudley where there is a McDonalds and a Tim Hortons right next to the motorway. And their parent and child bays are much safer than the ones at the Frankly services. It’s a shame there isn’t an option for a zero star review on here!

if i could give 0 stars i would. ordered food and it literally come uncooked. Chips were basically frozen. burgers both absolutely freezing. got given 2 diet coke instead of 1 full fat and a chocolate milkshake. absolute joke of a place.

Take a lot of ketchup as the overcooked food is dry and tatses like nothing.

Not delivery drivers fault, but over 2.5 hours from point of order to delivery. Then to make matters worse, item missing from order.

Worst Burger King Ive ever been to, waited for ages then food comes,cold fries, drinks warm with no ice, when asked he just said “we don’t have any ice, go to kfc” , I sipped on my drink and it was like tap water with syrup, we asked for refund and been told that our food “isn’t cold” , we paid over £24 for 2 people and gir absolute rubbish, the attitude from the guy at the till didn’t make it any better, we had our fries replaced and our burgers were stone cold by that time. Don’t waste your money , only one chef in the kitchen ,at the same time cleaning the tables and emptying the rubbish bins in the dining area

Delivery from this place is wrong most of the time & now I know why. Went in there for the first time the other day. I can tell there's a certain girl in there who doesn't care about her job whatsoever. Surprised I'm still alive with the amount of salt she put on my fries. An alarming amount 🤮

Terrible experience; 3 of the self-order screens not working, so had to wait to order which took a while. Food came more than 20 minutes after ordering. My whopper and fries were cold, the assistant manager did replace them no qualms - the replacement burger and fries were hot. Beware of the service and the price - it is expensive here. I won't be back.

orderd at 6:30pm was meant to turn up at 7:05pm didn't arrive until 8:30pm and in a type 1 diabetic so had injected for my meal as it had advised it was on route. poor quality and poor service. Will not be ordering from here again

"The Whopper" If I never had a drink to wash it down l would of choked...it was like chewing sandpaper. Dry isn't the word to use! It's no Whopper. To make the sandpaper thing a meal was £10... They need KFC here... Disgusting in the bin!!!

Burger King southband, big guy from the kitchen very rude, after 45 mins of waiting got wrong burger, after bite took it back and he came up to me from the kitchen even that people have been waiting for nearly an hour too argue with me that I took 2 bites even though that they only put souce and meet. I just asked 5 times for new burger and he would just stand there and argue, and also he didn't want to give me his name that's just a joke. You can check who was in at the time

Menu has been restricted so you can only buy XL meals. Asked for regular burgers which have been greyed off the menu and was told we "only serve large burgers". Money grabbing at its finest. Tried to fill in their company survey and this didn't work either, presumably so that people don't give feedback that the site is ripping people off.

Worst experience ever, why even keep staff that are not motivated to work. They behave like they have been forced to work in there. Experienced date, 21/05/2024, time 1735!

Slow service. Employee used till and then handled food. Cold burger. Most of the tables were dirty and needed wiping before we sat down. Didn't complain at the time because I thought there was no point. Failings should have been obvious to employees.

Dry chips, staff ignore you when you're stood waiting at counter, and was messy. Two high chairs in there and both had old looking stains and crumbs. Pricey for what it is.

I ended up waiting 20 minutes for a 2 burger order. When it arrived, it was cold so I sent it back. By the time my remake was ready, it had been 40 minutes. I feel so bad for the 2 people working there. Severely understaffed and they're clearly overworked.

Couldn't use touchscreen service points to order the peppercorn chicken tender. Asked lady behind the counter and she said order it here at the t ill so I stood by the till, then kept standing by the till for just under 10 minutes. Eventually she came over with an apology for taking so long (the were already an additional preorders in front of me now) only to tell me I don't have that available. My husband was in severe back pain. I was about to order a meal when he asked for a small amount of water to dissolve his painkillers in. The girl behind the counter refused in the grounds of health and safety. So I left with him to get a cup elsewhere. I did return to get a meal for myself. The bread was dry, the chips were cold and the sprite tasted like they hadn’t flushed the cleaning solution through properly. Awful service by jobs worths

I suggest His Majesty, the Burger King, invests more heavily in romantic and sensual surroundings for the services of his famous German sandwiches. While my husband and I found the food quite sumtuous, we were dismayed by the stark and spartan nature of the dining room. Quite austere in fact! May I suggest some snuggly booths, some velvet chaise lounges, some secluded alcoves suitable for a couple seeking culinary delights?

Shocking service from the start. Half the screens are on the blink, the place was dirty and staff had no urgency to get customers food out, instead chatting about their evening plans to each other. People waiting 20+ mins for their food with minimal orders. Swerve this place.

Very dirty. All of the tables were filthy with food and left over rubbish, including the chairs and floor. Other people were struggling to find somewhere to sit because the tables needed more than a quick wipe down. My burger was cold and the staff didn't say a word when serving me. The toilets at this service station were also appalling. I know they weren't specifically Burger King's, but I was disgusted at how dirty they were in every way.

First time trying plant based bakon double cheese meal, upgraded to large meal. Got back to the car - portion of chips were tiny and the burger had no cheese. We took it back, they added the cheese without explanation or apology for why it wasn’t there. Then we ate a cold burger. For the cost (flipping expensive!) I’d expect more. Wont stop there again.

I had to wait 16 minutes to get my food. Lots of other people were waiting too. The staff had no sense of urgency at all. Stopping to talk to their friends and hand out free drinks to other people from the other shops. No apology or recognition of time waiting either. Won't be stopping here again.

If dry tasteless not cooked properly burgers are your thing then make a stop here. If like me you actually like food then avoid this at all costs. Go to M&S Food instead. I made the mistake of eating here today. Staff looked like zombies and used grunts instead of words. Food took ages which I thought would be a good sign as freshly cooked........THE WORST BURGERKING I HAVE EVER HAD.

We had the worst surprise ever here. We have ordered with my wife the same as always, one xl double Whooper menu and a double cheeseburger. They charged us £5.79 for the double cheeseburger instead of £1.99 we pay in every Burger King in Liverpool and all over the UK..!!!! Both the burgers were not fresh…!! The cheeseburger was not cooked well my wife said. The potato chips of the menu also was a very mini portion not enough even for a junior..!!! I called the manager, the lady was very polite and she told me that the prices are not the same in all Burger Kings stores. I told her from £1.99 to £5.79 there is a huge difference and the burgers are not fresh, especially the bread..!!! We paid £16.38 and we left hungry. We bought extra sandwitches from M&S at the same services to forget our hunger. That was our worst experience ever from Burger King..!!!! Still I cannot believe it..!!!!!!!!!

Travelling solo with my dog I was not allowed to order take away food as dogs weren’t permitted in the Burger King section. My dog isn’t even 2ft tall, I’m sure you have customers that create more hygiene issues than someone with their dog ordering a takeaway.

After driving 12 miles because I was sent a email for Bogof to be told they don’t honour it?We had come along way so decided to have burgers £16+ The restaurant was unclean not one table clear to sit at,only 2 staff serving so wait time 20mins for a Luke warm burger served in a stale crumbling bun.

Terrible experience! DO NOT GO!! Initially I was served by a polite young guy called Dylann, he was professional, courteous and efficient. The store was busy being bank holiday and our food took 15 minuets which was disappointing. I ordered a bacon double Xl, and when our food finally arrived, we sat down, my chips were Luke warm, again disappointing… I bit into my burger and was disgusted with the combination of warm beef and “FREEZING” cold bacon!! I returned my food and requested a refund as I did not have another 15 minuets to wait, Dylan called his colleague for support with the refund, he called her, she ignored him, he called her again, and again and after the third attempt she screamed “I CAN HEAR YOU!” Very unprofessional. I did not get this ladies name but I imagine she was in her Sixties with white hair. I asked her for a refund but she was not apologetic in any shape or form! I asked for a cash refund so I have not got to wait 3-5 days for the money to return to my account, she told be she would get a manager. The manager joined us, she did not greet me nor apologise. The first thing she said to me was; “I car refund you in cash!” In a Black Country accent while looking very disgruntled! She was not happy to help or sympathies in and way and was very reluctant to refund me for my meal! The assistant managers name was Rhiannon and I wished to escalate a formal complaint however I can not find any mail addressed to complain to at Burger King, only a physical address so I have decided to vent my frustrations on my Google, where I prefer to upload more optimistic any positive reviews!
