Burger King in Dover

£17... I ordered a child's burger..(3 burgers) no sauce, nothing.. Bacon burger XXL... freezer cold.. the girl was rude..did not wear gloves.. I demand a refund! This is an insult to landfill! I call 12 times.. they hung up, EVERY time! disgusting food, disgraceful 'customer service'!

Unbelievable!!! Funsize burger at whopper price. We have a captive audience mainly fools with too much dish going on holidays so let’s tuck them up with poor value for money undersized burgers that look nothing like the bill board pictures

After a distressing situation involving the PA arguing with Irish ferries about our cancelled voyage we found our ourselves with 3.5hrs to survive in Dover (thankfully not the town). Some 15 min and passed and I started to feel peckish, it was at this stage that I discovered that the PA hadn’t packed the fortnum & mason picnic hamper. Following my outburst at the PA a member of port staff pointed out there was a place called Burger King on site. I was intrigued by this so called King of Burgers so requested the PA fetch my top hat from the vehicles main cargo storage compartment. Upon entering the smell made me nearly vomit (grease), but the PA convinced me to continue; we found a table however no waiter seated us or presented us with menus. Looking at the counter the PA spotted the menu with ghastly pictures; this was the final straw as it became clear that this was one of those fast food “restaurants” that you read about. No a la carte menu in sight. I decided I would for the captains table on the ship.

Unpleasant tasting. We are both very poor and have to add a lot of money to them. We was very disappointed that the service was very slow.

Undercooked, staff don’t care, grotty place, ordered a large hash browns but had to check twice that it was not a small one he gave me! He didn’t give a damn! Coffee with milk came black and when I asked I was told to use a satchel of milk!! Stay away. Burger King ought to be ashamed of the way this is.

a not bad little polla, although i'm not a fan of meat and no i'm not a vegan, or veggie, but a big box of chicken wings and nuggets set me up for the day

I can not rave enough about how good serah was. With the added pressures of being understaffed due to a p an o problem. I think the staff at burger king did extremely well. And serah handled it with ease and flow. You should be very proud to have her in your team.

Nuggets were over cooked, chicken fries were over cooked 2 out of 3 burgers were okay Gave me the wrong order, offered extra poorly cooked food as an apology, appreciated but the food wasn’t worth it. Will probably eat here again, because there’s no other option. Just feel let down by Burger King to be honest.

New build just opened still as tasty and nice and clean with good friendly staff happy to help as it was opening evening and extremely busy

Escale en famille avant l’embarquement sur notre navire à 13h. Nous nous présentons à 11h et 1 famille devant nous attendaient déjà. Nous pensions qu’ils étaient en cours de service et bien non. Avec seulement 2 personnes dans le restaurant la dame du comptoir et le cuisinier faisait ce qu’il pouvait pour servir les clients attablés en salle. Bref pas assez de personnel... Pour le reste on est dans le standard de la chaîne. Rien à signaler

Arrived here whilst waiting for ferry. One lady serving and one preparing food. Burger was fine but nuggets dry and tasteless. They were understaffed and didn't appear to cater for a regular mass of people coming in, as you'd expectnat ferry port.

It has to be the worst burger king in the uk.1 person serving and when you come on a coach you need a fast service and you decently don’t at this Burger King.if a order takes 10 minutes that is fast for them.i would try and avid this place if I could.

I was waiting for a ferry, and wanted some food. There was a disorderly set of about 20-25 people hanging around the counter. Most, as it turned out, waiting for food. Only one till was open, and that was incompetently handling an issue of overcharging a couple of girls to whom a few pounds excess made a lot of difference. They didn’t open any other tills, so a couple of us waited for 4-5 minutes to see whether we’d be served. During that time, only one food order came out to the waiting groups. It came out courtesy of a sour-faced server, who bellowed incomprehensibly. When no-one understood what she said, she looked visibly angry at us “muppets”. Eventually, someone timidly asked her what she had again, and claimed it meekishly. With no sign of them finishing handing the over-charging issue, the manager getting involved, no new tills opening, and no food appearing, I walked away, disgusted.

We ordered our meals in a large but what came looked like a childrens meal. The burger was tiny. Compared to Mcdonalds the meal was really bad value ....and maccys isnt the best value but at least its a normal size burger or chicken breast! £17 for 2 tiny meals . Shocking.

Terrible service, staff couldn't be bothered, seemed either asleep at post or hiding. Burgers soggy. Slow slow slow. Q for 20 minutes and people behind us had to give up or miss ferry.

Nothing special but not bad either. It's good food and it is warm. The service is a bit slow but not the staff fault. At busy times they just need s few more people.

If I could give no rating I would do so. No need to try too hard when you have a captive market. Slow service, miserable staff, crowded area. Not a pleasant experience I'm afraid. I cannot recommend this particular area.

I never seen that slow service in my life. I worked in McDonalds and i know how should look good and fast service. Customer is not them priority. Manager-lazy. No one is in a hurry even growing queue for checkout! Food -same like crew...HORRIBLE. Never...
