The food was splendid, the guy, who made the food was very nice and happy to have some guests, the place was a bit dirty but still nice. I would recommend it 100%.

The worst I have come across and didn't get to taste it! Ordered on justeat after waiting 2 hours called restaurant and they said they couldn't find order, then they said they found order and was with driver but driver had gone awol. Never received food and they refused refund and said deal with JustEat. Stick with Topps Pizza in the town in future far superior

If this is the best kebab i dread to think what the worst is like. Ordered a XL Kebab and chips, turned up an hour later cold and covered in Grease. Rang the shop to which he said this was chilli sauce not grease, asked him for a refund to which I was offered more chilli sauce instead.. so probably a tub of grease. Terrible food

Utter rubbish!! Ordered the food for a total of £40, we waited an hour and a half, and when we called he was sarcastic and said the food was a couple minutes away. And then when we tried to phone again after another half an hour they wouldn't answer the phone!! Absolutely disgusting service. I've put in for a refund with just eat but they are just as bad at helping. Wouldn't recommend this place at all!!!

Initially had a bad experience a couple of years ago, my lamb donner was greasy/fatty and the chilli sauce not hot at all. However the last couple of times ive been Ive actually had a really good kebab and the sauce was fairly hot. I think this place is worth a visit.

Arrived over half an hour late. The pizza dough was barely cooked and the toppings just slid off the base. Inedible and will not order from here again.

Very bad and horrible experience the pizza was as stiff as shoe and it landed out the window into the trash and the kebab was disgusting and very stiff and burnt. I would prefer to throw Up than eat that I do not RECOMMEND this to anyone very poor quality. I wasted my Money and I demand a refund.

Avoid!! The worst food in Dover,it's an insult to the cuisine and culture. Whilst waiting for my food a group of people walked in and sat down and then walked back out, the place is a mess. This place needs a food inspection.

We were just visiting Dover with my family. We ate at Best Kebab & Pizza. My kids loved it so much we decided to have a takeaway on our way back to Hatfield. My wife and I were really amazed by the way we were treated. The people are so KIND AND CARING. They even gave us chips free of charge and treated us like VIPs. We have little to give them back. That we said we ll pray for them and we pronounced BLESSINGS upon them. Definitely RECOMMEND. Fitzgerald

Had kebab earlier from these guys, was lovely as always & from a new Delivery Girl named Kelly, who was also lovely & polite.

I don't normally do reviews but i had the BEST kebab iv had in a long time I find it hard to find a kebab ship that does hot homemade chilli sauce. But this kebab did omg it was lovely

Very nice food, but getting fed up with the delivery times now. They say 30-40 minutes and I end up waiting about 1hr 20mins.

Promised delivery within 45mins, took over one and half hours items were missing and called us liars despite having paid in full,then told us to collect the missing food next day but when we phoned denied any knowledge,they took our money and did NOT supply the food,they were rude and abusive Do not buy your food there we will not be going back

Thursday 11/02/21: Ordered 3 large kebabs (1 XL), 3 chips, 2 sauces at 1700hrs for delivery at 1800hrs: not difficult, quite straightforward and plenty of notice. Called at 1815hrs to ask where order was and told the driver was on way. Requested call back with an update. No call back. Called at 1830hrs and told driver was "on way". Requested call back with an update. No call back. Called at 1900hrs and told driver was now being sent (?). 1920hrs, delivery arrived, cash taken £35 (no receipt!). Opened order: 2 kebabs, 3 chips, 2 sauces - missing XL kebab!!! Called, "Ali" who resorted to swearing "everything is f-ingshite" and hung up. Called back. "Ali" said delivery on way. Requested call back with an update. No call back. 2000hrs: called back ... and repeat of above!!!!! Friday 12/02/21: called back. Ali stated he had no drivers/taxi's but could deliver tomorrow. Saturday 13/02/21: Ali answered the call stating: "I am new Manager, know nothing about this" and ... HUNG UP!!! So: they have taken our money for goods they have not delivered; have no intention of delivering and have done so willingly, knowingly and dishonestly. BUYER BEWARE!!! This becomes a very expensive meal when you only get 2/3's of what you ordered/paid for. Customer service is dishonest = non-existent and beggars belief! No. We will not be using this business again and warn everyone to be very circumspect if they choose to go this route! -1/10

I don't know what this is....but this ain't Pizza. I dont even think they used mozzerella cheese and for a large pepperoni, they graciously afforded us a whole 4 slices of pepperoni. I would this was similar to chewing on a bitter, very salty car tire, not even the dog ate it. So if your into that this place has got you sorted. Arrived 20 mins late and the customer service on the phone...let's say needs substantial improvement . Shame because the Hot Wings are A*.

Stopped in Dover overnight ready for crossing the next day’ had a look on just eat and decided to go for this place’ honestly it was terrible’ it took ages to deliver’ we ordered 2 pizza and 2 kebabs’ the kebab was swimming in grease and the pizza was like brick the base was about 3 inches thick’ toppings dry hardly any sauce on base burned just a mess’ threw in bin

Blant food. The size of the large doner isn't that large as in the other kebab shops. Cabbage is too big and hard. Everything is made for fast selling rather than quality.

Made an order, came late by 30 minutes and it was completely wrong. We called them up POLITELY to say that it was wrong and he told us that we were wrong and to not call back??? Never have I come across people so rude and dismissive.

Whould give 0 if is the OPTION.This place should be investigate by Trading Standards Agency,by police and HMRCMade a order in the shop,paid by cash,when asked for receipt,received it small parer only with sum,(no shop name,address,date,VAT number,order details)when asked for VAT receipt guy behind the counter went angry,took the food back and.its after when he took my money,its unbelievable as order been already paid, this happened today 20.02.2020 around 19.30 on the front of my 2 friends,who made a 2 separate orders.Will repot tomorrow morning to the Trading standards agency,Kent Police and HRMC and.ask them to make investigation,as its breaching all consumers trading standarts and law. @HMRC @KentPolice @HSE @TRADINGSTANDARDSAGENCY

Don't see what all the bad press is about. Always been good for us. Delivery quality can be a bit hit and miss however.

Meal was excellent, I unfortunately dropped my XL Lamb Doner on my exit from the establishment after a particularly heavy night. However, the meal seemed to stay intact! unfortunately a couple pieces of road associated lint landed in my kebab, adding to the texture and complexity of the flavours! 5 STARS

As a group we ordered 5 kebabs. It took over an hour to arrive, the chicken shish kebabs were badly over cooked & were terrible. Really disappointed & all 5 of us will never order from there again. Gutted☹️

I ordered to be delivered was told 45 mins turned up 1 hour later but didn't care about that I ordered hot wings cheese chips and an extra large lamb donner. the hot wings are not even hot by anyone's standard the cheese chips were good and the extra large Donna was medium at best yet again a kebab shop ripping off its customers plus I ordered 4 beers then had to remind the delivery driver that I had ordered them when he delivered my food then magically he remembered they were in his car....very poor servuce

Really disappointing. Start of the meal was great. Delivered early, food was hot. Everything on top taste great. Unfortunately the bottom of the kebab (I had the Best Special Kebab) was literally swimming in grease. So much so I couldn't eat it. The ungreased meat on top was nice though. Shame

Ordered and waited for food for one hour and twenty minutes, food did not turn up, called to find out why it was not delivered, the guy on the phone who refused to give his name explained that they had run out of food, No call to say so at all.. As compensation for the shambles he was honoured to refund my money.... lost for words as don't this he even understood the word "compensation' Trading standards of the Dover District council, you have a job in your hands...

Staff are amazing and the is the best.

Firstly the food came 40 minutes later than they said it would be (over an hour after we ordered), when I phoned to see where the food was the man on the phone basically just said they were just busy and it would get there soon. When the food did arrive it was really bland, tasteless and cold. The good side.... It was cooked. I really wouldn't recommend here! If you want a good kebab in Dover I'd suggest going to the dolphin kebab, which is where we normally go.

I ordered my family a surprise takeAway today and my pizza come burnt and too much cheese so you can’t taste any toppings and the kids chips and nuggets were well over cooked burgers were burnt so I ended up throwing it all and having to cook a meal instead. So unhappy as I always use these and there food standards have been going down for a while now

This place really does serve up the Best Kebab in Dover, fresh salad and nicely cooked meat. There is always more than one person serving customers so its very quick service! They have seating and a toilet that customers can use.

We have used this kebab shop for some time but have recently noticed a decline in portion sizes, quality of food and also p**s poor customer service when we have had to phone back when orders have been delivered wrong. If you like inferior quality food and being patronised by the staff there then this is the kebab shop for you! We will order elsewhere from now on.

Not the best Kebab ! Waited over an hour . Messed my two burger meals up aswell. Chips were cold and over cooked and small potions. Didn't get my salad. Burger bun looked moudy picked parts ! Was rude on phone when explained to the men. Would replace or give money back. 3rd time now messed around

I ordered chicken doner meat and chips with a coke. The chicken doner meat was so dry and shrivelled and the chips were horrible. When I complained I was told "well the rest of Dover seems to like it". I am sorry I would never recommend this place to anyone. The person behind the counter was extremely rude and the food was disgusting.

The wrap I ordered was soggy and fell apart. The pitta bread was rock hard and the supposed garlic sauce tasted like sour cream and was nasty. Service was quick. No wonder with the lack of quality I recieved. Would rather go hungry then order from here again.

If I could give it a 0 I would my friend was verbally harassed when calling back to get her order that they had got wrong the pizza was burnt she then got a garlic pizza as she had originally ordered and it was rock hard and covered in Greace. NOT IMPRESSED I am ABSOLUTELY DISCUSSED!!!

This take away is probably the worst place to order from. They are disgusting. They verbally assaulted my friend on the phone and messed up her order. They gave us stale garlic pizza bread. I’m not joking they might as well of given us a brick that is how solid it was. I’m ashamed of how horrible they where to her on the phone. This takeaway definitely has the wrong name. Food turned up after an hour and a half and was stone cold. We said to the delivery man that the food did not feel that hot and he said its not worth complaining and to enjoy. The sauce from one kebab had leaked all in the bag. We rang up and said to send the driver back round with our money and they could have the food back. We rang again and asked for a time the driver would be back. They sent a lady round with the money. Waited near 2 hours for c ,rap. Stupidly excepted it from some greasy looking k,nob in glasses and one bad greasy comb over.a yuk. Hair net my friend. Food hygiene rating should look at him. Should be called the worst kebabs

Absolutely shocking. My biggest mistake was to order in there to find black hairs in my food and I'm blonde.

What a mistake the food here was awful frozen chips with cheese thrown on top Garlic cheese bread could not taste garlic. Wife had chicken kabab nothing to write home about I would suggest do not use go else where.

Ordered a simple kebab and chips and 90 minutes later the food arrived. So cold the fat had congealed on the container. Suffice to say we won't bother ordering here again!

I made an order for delivery and when the pizza came I opened it had one bite and nearly threw up it look and tasted a weird I can't even explain how much it made me heave, I couldn't eat and I would highly recommend never to go there

I was disgusting and that is an understatement! For the first time in months and months we decided to have kebab and decided the be really naughty and have a doner; we are not stupid and knew that the meat is not the best and would be a little fatty, but fatty is not the word! My partners was OK albeit to ridiculous amount of garlic sauce they smothered the meat with but the pitta was fine as was the meat. Mine on the other hand was just a box of congealed fat when it finally arrived; there was so much fat the pitta was absolutely dripping and the box was swimming in fat it was absolutely disgusting. There was no point in complaining as we had waited long enough for it to be delivered and would not have got anywhere. Just the sight of it made my stomach churn. I felt like taking it back and just slopping it on the counter but it really was not worth it. My partner could not believe the state of my kebab, horrified is not the word, it should never ever have been served it was inedible. My dad was a butcher for most of his life so I am fully aware of what meat is used for a doner but it should at least be fit to eat which this was not. Never again will will use best kebabs; the name is a joke.

My mrs pizza was not cut properly and there were hairs in my pizza so this needs to be sorted now. And she quotes "the best kebab and pizza my left nipple"

Ordered from our hotel, delivery was fast, beer was included in the menu, and it was all just fantastic! Thank you feeding my family!

Ok so, I feel like 1 star may be a little harsh but here is my reasoning: firstly the food was late and came with the wrong dinks. The chicken was dry and the pitta uncooked. Secondly and this is my main reason for being upset: my husband has a severe tomato allergy so before ordering I rang up and asked if the chicken had tomatoes in it and they said no, I asked them to double check and again they said no. When the food arrived it tasted and looked like it may have tomato in it so I rang back and asked them to read out the ingredients to me which they couldn't do because they didn't know the ingredients of their food - they get it from and I quote "where everyone else gets it". They asked me to hold on while they checked what the usual ingredients are and I asked them "did you just google that?" And they said yes... so they just went by what usually is in a chicken shish kebab and expected me to be happy with that. I felt a bit sorry for the guy on the phone because I could hear his boss getting upset and raising his voice in the background. Because they didn't know the ingredients of their own food we couldn't risk my husband eating it so ended giving it to the dog and ordering him food from elsewhere. The fact is my husband has a severe tomato allergy and they swore it had none, which they can't do when they don't actually know the ingredients of their own food.. they should have told me from the start that they didn't know the ingredients before I placed the order instead of lying and risking my husbands life. The food may not have tomato in it but if they don't know the ingredients we can't risk it can't we? You wouldn't do this to someone with a peanut allergy, my husbands allergy is just as bad! So this was a waste of our money in the end.. Rather pissed off if I'm honest. However the garlic sauce was good.
