Always love Marmaris food and service..never had an issue in all the years I've used them, but tonight I ordered and when it arrive I was shocked to discover that the shish kebab was literally just the chicken in wrap/bread..no salad/veg...nothing not even the garlic sauce I asked for. Won't use again,very disappointed. £8.50 just for the chicken shish/bread

More than your average town centre kebab joint. Lamachun and boregi on the menu. Skewers cooked over real coal. Friendly and fast with items to suit all pockets.

ordered online given delivery time of 45 minutes never turned up rang shop 7 times no answer had to go to shop to be told busy was given a sub standard mess of a thrown together kebab with nothing that was asked for definitely don't recommend and will never use again very poor

Great kebab and delivered fast. Good meat and salad. Ordered medium but wished gone large. Ask for extra chillies and you get them too.

I really don’t understand how a kebab shop can shut at 10pm at night?? What is the logic behind this?? as it’s in a seaside town first on Deal seafront, also right opposite a very lively busy pub?? With moving down from South London which EVERY SINGLE KEBAB SHOP, shuts no earlier than midnight 1000%. Also I’m so not being rude or funny because I absolutely love the food I order from there and the staff are always very friendly and welcoming and I can’t fault them. But seriously though closing at this ridiculously early time is SOO baffling to me. It’s still such an amazing restaurant so I really can’t get my head around it!! 😵Anybody else feel the same way?? Well just saying, as I really don’t want to go to another kebab shop so plz think about this one and make some changes as it’s for all of our benefits. Thanks anyway for your time x

Our delivery order was over 40 minutes late after the expected time . After 30 minutes I called to see where our order was, to be shouted at and told it was on its way . Which took another 10 minutes to arrive. The chips were cold and the burger was slightly warm . The delivery guy looked stressed and no apology to why it was late

Phoned up to place an order on a private number, man who answered asks for my number then misunderstands me. Proceeds to be really rude and blame it on me for not having my number showing. Terrible service, told me he was allowed to be rude because he was busy. Won’t be using ever again

Only kebab shop in Deal that I will now use!! You don’t feel your being ripped off and the food is cooked fresh and presented well. Deliver times can be out however they are a busy shop and for a reason! Recently had the family sharing platter and it was amazing 🤩 very well cooked, presented and value for money over other local establishments. Keep it up 👍🏼

Food is really good.. but staffs are rude especially the lean guy..customer service is really bad👎

2 and half hours of waiting and chasing food, didn’t arrive. Said they’d delivered food and some ladies took food in. My husband and son only people at home as I was away. Wouldn’t go back to the house they supposedly went to. Asked for money back and took bank details, chased after 2 days and got told they couldn’t refund us had to go to bank.

Placed an order via their website at 17.22hours with a delivery time of by 18.00hours. Got to 18.05hours where I rung them to say if my order is coming. Got a garbled reply back saying it’s on its way with no apology. Then got to 18.30hours with still no sign . Decided enough was enough and rung them to cancel and glad I had not already paid by card. Still no apology or any hint or concern of the order being cancelled. 5 minutes later the delivery driver must have had his finger pressed down continuously and aggressively on my flat buzzer. Obviously he was determined , until when he rung me and told him it had been cancelled due to waiting too long . This kebab shop need to take a lesson in communication, efficiency and customer service .

The best kebab I’ve ever had! Cannot fault it, lovely well seasoned chicken, great salad, chips perfect! Delivery driver really friendly came bang on time! Couldn’t recommend enough, will be our new regular

Lamb was off and chicken was sour. This is the 2nd time this has happened here so won't be returning

Delivery driver lady turned up who could hardly understand me so no wonder she couldn’t find an address 2 miles away!! Vile awful people who probably spit in your food. Avoid avoid avoid. I hope it closes down.

Had my ups and downs here but i tell you lately 💯

Popped in on my way home had a mixed meat and chips with salad. All very fresh, hot and delicious.

Awefull staff. Got my order an hour late and was still missing half of it. Refused a refund or replacement. Not worth it

Ordered 4 kebabs Everyone was stone cold 2 had the wrong sauce on The pitta was like it was stored in the freezer for an hour

Awful service from the people who work here and they constantly got the order wrong and refused to admit they where at fault my mum ordered chicken on the rotor and she got lamb. She called back tried to correct it. They got it wrong again and gave her spicy food witch she is deathly allergic to and we called up and had a go at them as we mentioned the allergy the first time

ordered the sharing platter for my Family. I must admit it was huge portion for family of 4 . There is plenty of food there with amazing taste and rich salad . Definitely worth trying

So I am from london (junk food heaven) I came across this place whilst on a break away, if am honest they use a really poor quality Donner meat or the meat is something else. I gagged on this food. Its uneatable. I know what donner is and its not that. Sorry but you ain't kidding a londoner. Your dips are awful as well. stay away.

Ordered three meals at 1945, called them after one hour, was told it was just leaving the shop for delivery, thought, cool, ten mins and it will be here. It’s now 2145 and still no delivery. Not bothered telephoning just to be lied to. Make sure you go in to order your food as it is great, do not order for delivery!!!! Finally delivered at 2205! 2hrs 20 mins!!! My guests have left and I have three meals to not eat. Absolute joke!!! Like I said……. Great food! Just don’t ask for delivery!!!

Just picked up 2 kebabs and a pudding.. Pudding not available.. Both kebabs had only 3 pieces of meat in each and humungus amounts of salad.. Burger sauce tasted like sea food sauce will definitely not be going back there

Please have a look at this picture this is my combination kebab with salad and chilli sauce unfortunately it only come with one meat chilli sauce and chilli peppers this is about the 10th opportunity we’ve given these guys when our orders have been wrong totally useless Lady picking up the phone is as bad as the chef understanding orders Owner is a nice fella but staff are crap.. get a grip or this business will be lucky to continue with many more options coming to deal

Update - fixed! Great food, as always. The online order isn't working (although have used previously without issue and have always been pleased with the quality of the food). Have email confirmation of order and called 40 mins after delivery expected to be told no record of order. Please check your system.

We are new to the area & fancied a kebab & visited Marmis Kebab for the first time. Whilst waiting to be served observed one of the chefs drop pita bread on the floor (from the oven), pick it up & astoundingly placed with the freshly warmed bread! We left!

2 x chicken shish were good 2x falafel wraps were virtually inedible... dry falafels served with a light spread of hummus... no salad despite what the menu states, had to raid the cupboard and fridge to make it palatable. We did phone...”not much they could do now” was the response.

Ordered a kebab for a lot of people tonight. When it turned up over an hour and half of waiting it was cold. The manager told us that it was the salad that was cold even though only one dish had salad and the chips were freezing. After agreeing to take it back we were told we would get out food and after waiting yet another hour our food never turned up. We called them only for them to tell us they wasn't going to fulfil our order as they were too busy even thou we were told otherwise. Absolutely disgusting service

Have waited over a hour for our food turned up cold to be told we will get our food hot now 3 hours later still waiting for our food to be told our order will not be honoured don't order from here

Got our food hour and half late being told by the delivery driver that it was because of the salad it was cold only 1 dish had salad sent it back with the owner to be told 3 hours later that there not fulling our order

I'm happy with food, however, a Kebab isn't the same without the jalapenos which I specifically ordered with mine. I asked for them so politely in the comments box online, even said please and thank-you. I only have a takeaway once a week but i find that you don't get all of the order online because it's not looked at properly. I'm not lazy, I've just finished a 13hr shift. For me, it just isn't right without those bad boys. I've either got anul about this or really disappointed 😁. If you want your order correct then you have to go in.

Still waiting on out delivery 15mins late so far, second time in space of week where food has arrived late n cold so hope its not cold this time!

Where do I start: Cold, 45 mins late, no garlic sauce on any of the kebabs, no peppers, 56 calls to complain and phone taken off the hook. Did you have a great birthday meal, nope!!!

This is my usual to get a kebab from in deal I won't be using it again after last night. I had the exact change so whilst looking through my wallet to help out the guy behind counter I poured the change onto the counter to count it out, to which I was shouted at to get out and that I was treating him like his f***** slave. Wow...

My husband and children ordered a kebab from here since the new opening and it was amazing! 😍 so fresh. Ordered at 6:05pm and it arrived at 6:30pm. And delivery guy was very friendly too. Will definitely be coming here again! 😁

On the whole the food is very good. However when you order a home delivery it can go wrong. If the person on the phone does not have good English then it can be pot luck. If you go to the shop then the food is great, just what you order. The shop is clean and the staff are very nice. On the whole it is OK.

Never had food from here as when ever I call to order from here they never answer the call. Three separate occasions I tried to order food and kept calling but no reply. Very unprofessional and I will not bother in future as waste of my time

Staff are very very rude. Ordered a kebab, came wrong the first time, second time re sent it, guess what??? Also wrong. Ring again and ask to speak to the manager, man on the phone begins to rais his voice and become verbally aggressive, ask for a refund and he says we can not have a refund unless we bring the food back down ourselves ( still raising his voice ) and then when I say I’m not happy and I want to put in a complaint, he shuts the phone down on me.

多佛車站出來走幾分鐘就可以到達可愛的多佛小城街道區我們三人合點了2人份套餐包含麵包、沙拉、烤肉飯（雞肉、羊肉、牛肉、雞翅）另外各點一碗雞肉湯餐點很好吃，麵包沾特製沾醬超好吃素食的夥伴請餐廳另外做歐姆蛋，餐廳配合度很高服務態度很好，愛開玩笑素食餐上桌後大為驚豔：有沙拉、薯條、歐姆蛋素食夥伴也很滿意四個人吃飯含稅57元，吃得很開心

quality of food is second to none, the pizza dough is made fresh and you can taste the difference. the Kebabs are juicy but not overly greasy. Staff are friendly and you receive delivery at the time they tell you.

Decidí ir por los chefs especial con todas las carnes. Pensando que sería una gran bandeja como otros kebabs. Yo estaba equivocado. No raciones minúsculas de cada carne incluso suficiente para una persona. No estaba ni siquiera hecha mayoría de que todavía tenía el latido de un corazón

As title suggests a typical kebab shop, nothing outstanding, fair sized menu, not much selection of drinks. Friendly staff.

I had a Donner Kebab from here after everyone saying "Its the best in Deal" and to be honest, it was the right size to eat but I didn't enjoy the meat it the Kebab.
