Favorite Chicken & Ribs Dover in Dover

Ordered through Uber eats and food arrived freezing cold and stale, called up restaurant and they refused to send any hot food out and told me it wasn’t their fault and was very unhelpful and rude. Won’t be ordering again save your money and go somewhere else

Located at Pencester, Dover just opposite the bus station. It serves a nicely prepared chicken and ribs.

Chicken was raw, staff in there rude and refused a refund

Half the order was missing, how can a place that specifies in chicken forget to put the 12 piece chicken in the bag? Then the number provided wasn't working. When I did finally manage to contact them and get the missing items, delivered the chicken was so greasy the bottom of the box was so saturated it ripped as I removed the box from the bag they had put it in. Luckily I lifted it out the bag while above my cooker which caught all the chicken.. Will never order from here again.

Not Halal ......not HALAL! I ask them, is it Halal? They said YES! I ask how come you are sale poke ribs! STAFF DIDN'T GIVE ME ANSWER! Unfortunately, they cooked everything in the same oil! This is a very disappointing 😞 customer experience 😕!!!

Bon chicken mais service mediocre.

Only place o go to now when in Dover and I fancy Chicken and chips. So much nicer than the big named fast food option further down the road. Always clean, always fresh and actually tastes like chicken

My favourite take away. I find it better than kfc in every way. So delicious and amazing portions for the price

PINK CHICKEN WINGS!!!! "I will never eat from this vile place again! It's supposed to be a well-known franchise across the country, but they served me uncooked chicken wings. I have never experienced a fried chicken place serving wings like this before. I bit into it, and this is all the proof I will show!!

Seriously disappointed by the inhuman rules of the owner as the staff said they were unable to warm a cup of milk because the own told them not to. I traveled from London and my baby was hungry which is why I wanted to heat up a cup of milk. Requested then few times explaining the situation but no luck.

Delivery was over an hour when it arrived the wrong food arrived and what was correct was soggy, store unavailable by telephone even after numerous attempts, had to take my order back to the store myself and got a refund and when I asked if I could order my food again at discount as the In store prices are cheaper than the online prices I was asked to leave and accused of making a scene and being told I can't have refund and the food. I am usually a regular at this store but don't think I will be in the future

There was soggy batter still on one side of my chicken pieces. The employee refused to fix my order and said that the chicken was fine. The chicken and fries went into the trash. Go elsewhere. You can not do worse.

Please please please be aware........and do not waste your money,time and the most important do not waste your health here . Thats all i can say........ Even 1 star is way too much for them

Absolutely dreadful got in from work couldn’t be bothered to cook so did a just eat order it arrived cold chips and chicken burger to be told on phone impossible that it was cold think I would know so a replacement burger and fries sent loved the pink undercooked chicken (NOT) chips still only luke warm

Foods always hot and fresh. The staff are very friendly and you can see they are working their hardest to process orders. Unfortunately during my visit their was a fair bit of mess on the tables caused by a group of disrespectful teenagers.

Unprofessional behaviour. Served me some wrong uncooked bbq wings, i showed it to them and asked to change it and they said they won’t. Needs to be a bit professional.

Wish i could leave 0 stars. Ordered food over the phone and was told it would be less than 30 minutes. An hour later I called and asked how long and I was told another half hour. Clearly they dont care about anything other than just eat orders. Sat in with kids 5 min away from shop. Would have collected if incompetent rude poorly spoken female member of staff had told me that they had no drivers. Called again and asked for manager and was spoken over and told to shut up when voicing my concerns. I've been favorite customer for years and this will be my last time ordering. Bye bye forever. Lost a customer for life. Edit...... food turned up shortly after writing the review and I was not charged but had already gone out and bought other food and started cooking so a bit pointless. But was nice to have some chicken for a midnight snack so thanks to the manager for half rectifying my problem.

Unfortunately its now a heaven for the local brat mob so you can never sit down as they take up all the seats. Ive seen a few of them before asking passers-by to buy them vapes and alcohol from the shop next to it. And they sware at you when you refuse like there entitled little sh1ts. The owners wont kick them out and the police wont move them on even when there caught stealing from the shop down the road. Yeah nah drama I don't need when i want food.

Never order from here unless you want to walk over 1.5miles to pick it up. The worst in customer services Dover has to offer. Stay clear of this place.

Couldn't find my simple address or follow a sat nav??? So canceled my order at midnight very rude when i rang twice. Delivery driver obviously needs a new sat nav. Fuming

Ordered chilli cheese bites, macaroni cheese bites and chicken wings. The bites tasted good but the chicken wings were pink to the bone! When I phoned up they said it was the marinade and refused to send someone out to check our chicken wings! They gave us a number to ring for their boss to which no one answered. I’m worried as I actually ate one chicken wing in the dark before realising the state of them.

chicken in the wrap was undercooked , still really pink, same problem with half of the chicken wings that was ordered aswell.

the chicken tasted alright (i had those massive boneless fillets) but i’m on the toilet right now and it’s definitely not worth the pain i’m currently having to go through, i know it’s not a coincidence since this happened last time as well. don’t eat here unless you have a high pain tolerance

Absolutely amazing , food is always piping hot ,chicken melts in your mouth and chips are always crispy what else would you want!

We normally “Used” to order from here… the food was spectacular - but recently when we have ordered’ it has given myself and my partner really bad belly aches and diarrhoea. I mean order with caution.

Ordered a first time delivery. Everything arrived as ordered and pretty quick too. Fantastic chicken nearly as good as my own, but not quite lol. Ample portions. Very tasty. Great prices. Will order again soon when I'm not up to cooking. Watch yer back, KFC...NKOTB!

The best chicken shop we have in Dover. The team of staff were friendly and very helpful with a smile. More importantly our meal was cooked to perfection chicken was succulent and really tasty. Definitely our Favourite Chicken !

This popcorn chicken is fake I got a throat burn from it and my dad. Had to give the rest to my dog
